Princess and the Puck (McKenzie Cousins Book 6) Page 4

by Lexi Buchanan

“I’m an idiot,” I mumble, striding toward her, wondering why the hell I agreed to no sex while at her home.

Curving my hand behind Paige’s neck, I tug her against me and slam my mouth over hers, capturing the moan she releases. Her hands are under my shirt, her nails dragging over my heated skin until she presses her naked tits against my equally naked chest. “What are you doing to me?” I moan, my mouth searching lower for a nipple.

“Touch me, Seth,” she begs. “Please.” Her body rubs against mine causing my dick to jerk hard, releasing precum into my briefs. Every touch, every caress, shoots tiny pulses along my length as more precum trickles free. My excitement is beyond anything I’ve experienced before, including alone in the shower.

Dropping to my knees, I watch her eyes darken. I keep my gaze on her reaction as I tug her jeans further down while pressing kisses on the top of her mound, my tongue wiggling between the lips of her pussy. “You’re really wet.”

Her fingers slide through my hair, holding my head to her body. I can’t get enough of this beautiful girl and I hope what I’m showing her, tells her how much she means to me.

“Deeper,” she moans, and I’m barely controlling my own body’s reaction to the passionate woman above me.

Holding her hips, I spin her around. “Play with your nipples.” I bite into an ass cheek as I spread them wider for my mouth. She sticks her ass out and I only just hide the amusement at her actions. Not sure she’d see the humorous side right now.

My dick is about to burst with the sexy girl writhing all over my face, so I release the zipper and sigh at the bit of relief I get now I’m no longer trapped. My mouth and tongue find the entrance to heaven, lapping and sliding in time to the rubbing Paige is doing with her hips.

One of my hands wraps around my cock and I fist myself, jerking off to the sound and feel of Paige coming apart on my mouth. The moment her release floods my tongue, my cock jerks, shooting semen. I growl and grunt through a powerful release without stopping from licking at Paige until it becomes to much for us both, and I need to breathe. It’s not easy with how much I came. The energy drains from every last cell in my body.

If that doesn’t tell her how much I love her, then I don’t know what will.

Embarrassed to face Seth after what I’d just initiated, I keep my gaze out toward the river while he tugs my jeans back up. Since Seth showed up here, I don’t know what’s happened to me. I’ve never been like this before with Seth or anyone. It’s as though a switch has been flipped and all I can think about is having Seth’s hands all over my body. I’ve certainly had dreams, but nothing compares to the real thing. His body is going to take a lot of exploring, and I mean a lot. His penis is so thick and what I’d call above average in size, not that I have any ‘real’ experience to compare it to. I know how to use the internet though.

“You’re blushing,” Seth observes, a smirk on his face. “I think that you,” he points, “are thinking about me naked.” He wiggles his brows.

“No, I am not.” I refuse to meet his gaze and he roars with laughter.

“Oh yes you are.” He grins and wraps his arm around my neck, pulling me in close. “I’ll leave it for now, but you will tell me all about it eventually.”

“Probably.” I smile knowing I will be teasing him once we’re naked together. I want to see just how far I can push him before I have him on me and in me.

I’m lost in a world of my own until we finally arrive at the river. There is a nice breeze and the gentle flow of the water is relaxing. Seth tugs me with him to sit on a wooden tree trunk that has been carved into a seat. “Ramon and Noah made this for Rachel and I, many years ago.” I smile. “They made it because every time they would bring us here, we’d want to sit on the bank and they were afraid of us tipping into the water.”

“It’s a good memory.” Seth uses slight pressure on my head and then I’m resting against his chest. “You have a good life here, Paige, and I guess I should be completely honest with you and tell you that I want this for us. I’m not talking about now or next week, but in the future. That’s where I’m planning on going with you.” He smirks at the look of surprise on my face. “Just thought you should know.”

I open and close my mouth wondering what the heck is wrong with me. That’s what I want, but I’m not going to tell him right now. Instead I give him something. “I trust you, Seth.” I add, quietly, “I wouldn’t be comfortable without my clothes if I didn’t…I didn’t want to appear easy,” I laugh, “but we both know exactly how easy I am around you.”

“You bet, baby. That will only ever happen around me,” he says, his smirk saying he has me as he bends and kisses my forehead. “Have you heard from Madison?”

Madison makes me smile so I allow him the change of subject. “She’s never been happier.” Madison and her new husband, Derek, are away on honeymoon in Hawaii. It makes me happy that Tanner finally came around to the idea of his father marrying someone younger than he was. In the end love came out on top and I’m glad, although I’m guessing it was difficult at first for everyone involved.

“They make a good couple.” Seth strokes my arm. “I wonder if they’ll have children together.”

“I think they’re just happy to be married with Tanner’s blessing right now. Maybe children will come along, but I think Madison will be happy either way. They love each other. That’s all that really matters.”

  “I agree.”

“Before we leave for Boston, I want to have dinner with my sister and her husband.” I smile thinking about Rachel and Alexander. “They won’t forgive me if I don’t take you to dinner.”

He chuckles. “It’s not as though we haven’t met before. I mean, I’ve known Rachel as long as I’ve known you.”

“This is different,” I gently elbow him in the side, “and you know it.”

“I do know it, and I’d love to have dinner with them.”

“I’ll warn you now, that there is a real possibility that other family members might show up. They’ve been wanting to have a family meal since I’ve been home, but Dads have put them off. Now I’m happy, I think all bets are off.”

“Would that be so bad? You have an amazing family Paige, and they all love you. I know they can be a bit overwhelming, well at least as an outsider looking in, but they love you.” He hugs me tight. “If Rachel has plans then we’ll deal with it okay. I’m not going to leave you and they’re your family, not a crowd of strangers.”

“I know. It’s just difficult and the tears I see in their eyes is difficult to take.” I snuggle my face into his chest. “Tell me about your sister. She wasn’t happy to see me at the beach house, although she knew I was there, right?”

He groans. “I really don’t want to talk about my sister.”

“Why?” I lift my gaze and hold his.

“My sister is as stubborn as my mom and is this perfect daughter. Does as she’s told with no questions asked. She’s being groomed to marry into money, not that she needs to with the trust fund left to us both by our grandparents. But that’s how Mom is. I don’t care about that stuff. I just want to get on with my life the way I want to without any interference from them. They’re paying my tuition and my share of the rent while I’m in college. Once I’ve finished at school, then I’ll hunt for a job, but I’ll also have my inheritance then too.” He lets out a sigh. “I don’t know what I want to do, Paige. You are the only thing I’m certain about, and I’ll go anywhere you want to. If you don’t want to stay in Boston, then we’ll leave. I’ll be happy anywhere as long as you’re with me.”

I feel him grin against the top of my head. “I mean every word.” He kisses me. “As for Cassandra, we’re not close and barely tolerate each other, so you don’t have anything to worry about. My sister will stay out of the way like always.”

“That’s sad really. You not getting along with your sister. Have you tried?”

  He laughs. “Oh, I
ve tried and she goes straight to Mom and Dad. Dylan has been family to me since we met and bonded, and now you. In fact because of you, I have the McKenzie’s.”

  “Getting ahead of yourself, huh?”

“Hell no, you just need to catch up babe.”

We spent a good deal of time at the river talking, which was nice, but tiring. After lunch back at home, we lounged in the hammock on the back deck and read the same book. It was a good story and the naughty scenes were certainly written to create heat because I felt the reaction to the words in Seth’s body, sprawled out beneath me.

Approaching the apartment Rachel shares with her husband, Paige starts shaking so softly that it’s more of a vibration. Her fingers constantly tangle together as though she’s wringing them out. She doesn’t stop until I remove my arm from around her waist and turn her to face me. I take her hands into mine and rub some warmth into them. “You’re reacting as though we’re heading towards a firing squad.”

“I’m nervous.” She looks around. “I shouldn’t be this nervous. I know it’s family, but I’m anxious.”

“Paige, stop talking.” I press my lips to hers, not giving her an inch of space to pull away, until I have to, to get air into my lungs. “I get that you’re nervous, but breathe. Breathe deeply for me. Come on.” I smile. “In and out.”

She inhales and exhales slowly before a smile finally lights up her face. “I’m fine now. Thank you.”

“You don’t ever need to thank me for looking out for you.” I kiss her cheek and intertwine our fingers together. “Let’s get this over with so you can relax.”

I tug her down the hallway, arriving just as the door to Rachel’s apartment swings open. The sisters, although twins, are so different in lots of ways.

Rachel wraps her arms around her sister and rapidly blinks away her tears so that Paige doesn’t see them as they pull away. “I’m glad I get dinner with you before Seth takes you back to Boston.”

  “I wouldn’t miss it.”

Rachel laughs. “Oh yes you would, especially if you thought everyone was here.” She smirks. “We shared a belly, I know you.”

Paige laughs and rolls her eyes. “That again.”

“You’ll get that for the rest of our lives.” Rachel smiles, turning to me. “Don’t you look handsome.” She reaches up and hugs me tight, whispering, “Thank you for everything you’ve done for her.”

I swallow back my own emotions and take back Paige’s hand.

Rachel noticing just how anxious her sister is, adds, “There’s only Alexander, Dylan, and Joshua here.” She kisses Rachel on the cheek. “I wasn’t going to get everyone together until you’re ready. I promise Paige.”

“I’m sorry,” Paige mumbles, tears making her voice hoarse.

“Don’t be silly,” Rachel dismisses. “Our family are a handful together. Everyone understands, and you’ve seen grandma and grandad so that should hold everyone back for now.”

We follow Rachel into the main open-plan part of the apartment and we have Dylan coming straight at us, grinning like an idiot. “I was so right about you two,” he comments, tugging Paige away from me. “I said you’d end up together.”

I snort and shake my head. Joshua comes up behind him, clapping him on the shoulder. “You’d like to think you knew, but chances are, you didn’t.” He tugs Paige away from Dylan and hugs her close, keeping his arm around her neck.

He plays with the dark hair that isn’t as tamed as she’d like, but it doesn’t stop her from cuddling in against her cousin. Even when Alexander hugs her close, I notice how Joshua continues to touch her in some way. Dylan is the same.

They all want to know she’s okay.

Paige lifts her gaze and finds mine, holding her hand out toward me. I don’t hesitate in taking hold of her, wrapping her into my embrace when I see the tears flowing from her eyes.

The others look on, and this time it’s Rachel who strokes Paige’s back. “Let it out and then we’ll eat.”

“God, I’m sorry,” she cries. “I didn’t mean to burst into tears. It’s just that I’ve seen you guys a lot during these last few months, but I haven’t seen Joshua because of his work.” She sniffles. “It’s just good to see you,” she says to her cousin.

“Geez, you’re going to have me crying if you don’t stop.” Joshua hesitates, but takes her from me, holding her tightly in his arms with his chin resting on the top of her head. “I’ve missed you and I’ve talked to Rachel every chance I’ve had.”

“I know.” Paige snuggles closer to him and even though he’s her cousin I’m starting to get jealous.

Dylan suddenly wraps an arm over my shoulders. “Get used to it, and be glad Ryan isn’t here otherwise you wouldn’t get a look in.” He shakes his head and leads me toward the window with an amazing view of the Lexington skyline.

“I wasn’t that obvious,” I grumble, keeping an eye on Paige, resting against Joshua.

“Has she agreed to live with us all in Boston?” Dylan asks, thoughtful.

“We’re heading there, so I’m hoping once she’s there that she’s happy and can manage staying. It’s one semester so I’m hoping the time flies quickly for her, for us both.”

“Okay. I told Jaxon, so he’s working on sprucing the place up, which probably means he has his sister helping him.” Dylan grins. “Sofia is busy with weddings right now, but I know she wants to help Paige in any way she can. So, don’t be too surprised if you can’t find anything when you get back there.” He rolls his eyes. “Apparently, she’s rearranged the kitchen because it wasn’t zen, whatever that means.”

I chuckle at Dylan’s bemused expression. “It’s all about calming properties and orientation, I think. Anyway, I’m glad she’s been there, at least I won’t be taking Paige into a mess.” I raise a brow in question.

“Hey, don’t look at me. I’m the neat freak remember. Jaxon is the one who dumps his shit everywhere.”

“Some things never change,” Joshua drawls, joining us along with Alexander.

“Girl talk.” Alexander stares at his wife while my gaze caresses over Paige. I let out a sigh of relief that she’s settled. “Is she really doing okay, Seth?”

“I screwed up big time the other week, but we’re back on track, so yes, she’s doing more than okay. Her last round of tests showed nothing but remission, so I’m just trying to help her build her strength back up.” I can’t take my eyes off of her. “She’s an amazing person and I honestly don’t know how she’s survived what she has without falling to pieces.” I don’t mention the breakdown because that had been a long time in coming and it was private. She’s taking each day as it comes.

“She managed because she had you,” Joshua states. “We’re all aware of that,” he pauses and offers his hand, “so thank you.”

Swallowing hard, I shake his hand. “I didn’t do it for thanks, I did it because she means everything to me.”

They nod as I feel Paige moving in behind me before I feel the light touch on my back. I turn and wrap her into my arms, kissing her on the top of her head. “Are you okay?”

She sighs softly against my chest, her head slightly tilted so I can see her eyes. “More than okay.”

The apartment my two cousins and Seth share, takes me by surprise when I step through the door. I’m shocked. Normally there is hockey gear strewn all over the place, so much so, that I’d usually have to check there wasn’t a boot on the chair before sitting. Now it’s full of bright colors and not a thing out of place. I’m not actually sure who is more shocked at the new look, Seth or me.

“Um, did you hire someone to change the whole place?” I question, moving further into the small apartment. It had an open plan kitchen and living room, with three bedrooms off to the side, all with their own bathrooms.

“That would be Sofia.” Seth grins, dumping our luggage at his feet. He steps around it and moves quickly to his bedroo
m. “I’m not sure if she will have been in here, but I’m almost dreading it.”

I giggle and join him. “Open the door.”

He does and to my surprise Sofia has ventured into his room too, but it isn’t as bright as the main rooms. This one is a mixture of dark and pale green shades. She’s even added scatter pillows to the bed. “I can see this is going to be my favorite room,” I comment, moving to drop onto the bed.

I climb further up and rolling to lie on my back, I hold my hands out to Seth. “You going to join me?”

His Adam’s apple bobs a few times before a familiar smirk lines his face. “I think this is going to be my favorite room too.” He dives onto the bed next to me before he rolls and captures me tightly in his arms. He settles on top of me with my legs going around his hips, my feet dipping between his spread thighs. “And maybe this will be my favorite position.” Smirking, he dips down and captures my lips in a quick kiss. It brings our bodies closer, the pressure in his jeans must be uncomfortable for him, but it’s certainly exciting for me.

I reach up and tangle my fingers in his dark hair. “You promised me sex.” I arch upwards and delight when a hiss leaves his lips. “We’re alone. I want to experience naughty and dirty sex with you, Seth Reynolds.”

“Geez,” he pants, burying his face in my neck, “you really know how to help a guy go slow.” He presses his bulge tightly against me, my eyes rolling at the sensation.

“Seth,” I moan, shoving my hands down the back of his jeans.

He hisses out a breath. “You’ve convinced me.” Finding my lips, he devours my mouth. I moan into his lips.

There are no other words for it as his tongue pushes forward, sliding and teasing my own. Our teeth gently clash, but it isn’t enough.

“Clothes off. I want to see you. Feel you.”

He lets out a guttural moan. “I’m going to be coming in my jeans with how quickly you have me on fire.” That doesn’t stop him from jumping from me.
