Bach Flower Remedies
Dr Edward Bach’s book, The 12 Healers, is available as a free download from the Bach Centre website, www.bachcentre.com, and is a superb introduction to his system. The website has many additional resources for learning about the remedies, as well as details about courses that can certify you to be a Bach practitioner.
Over the years, various practitioners have found it to be very terse and have written books of their own to augment his work. My favourite three among the scores of books I have read on the subject are listed below.
Macwhinnie, Lynn, Emotional Wisdom with Bach Flower Remedies, eBookPartnership.com, 2014
Scheffer, Mechthild, Bach Flower Therapy: Theory and Practice, Healing Arts Press, 1986
Barnard, Julian and Martine, The Healing Herbs of Edward Bach, Ashgrove Publishing, 1995

Surely You’re Joking is Richard Feynman’s autobiography (the man behind the Technique)—it is superbly written and a joy to read.
The Circadian Code starts really well, but then drags on and on. . . However, it has a lot of information about the ‘when’, from exercise to sleeping and everything in-between.
Douglas Adams’ book on the dangerous threats that our environment is facing is alarming and funny at the same time. It’s a must-read.
No reading list by me would be complete without a few books from P.G. Wodehouse. His hilarious stories from Blandings Caste, involving the ninth Earl of Emsworth, his sister Connie and his beloved pig, the Empress of Blandings, will leave you rolling on the floor with mirth. There are always impostors who need to be exposed and broken hearts that need repairing at Blandings. . .
