The jingle of the bell on the door made Beth look up. She made eye contact with the curly-haired blonde that had entered, and they briefly exchanged a smile. Beth licked her lips as she let her eyes take in the blonde who was now making her way to her table. She stood up, appreciating the tight blue jeans and well-fitting burgundy sweater she was wearing that was hugging her chest in just the right places. Not quite petite, she was an inch or two shorter than Beth, with high cheekbones and amazing chocolate-brown eyes.
“Beth?” the blonde asked, holding out her hand in greeting.
Beth smiled and took it in a warm shake. “You must be Maggie.”
“I am. Sarah has told me a lot about you.”
“Sarah’s only told me a couple of things about you,” Beth said, her cheeks becoming warm at the thought.
Maggie chuckled and took a seat across from Beth. “The good parts, I hope.”
“Well, I hope so too. Would you like a coffee?”
“Sure. This place is neat. I haven’t been in here before. I can’t say I don’t like the name though.”
“Gemini? It means twin.”
“I know. I am a Gemini.”
“You’re a twin too?”
“No,” Maggie laughed. “That’s my birth sign, June 6th.”
“I’m on the 6th’s too, but of November.”
“A Scorpio, interesting. And coming up soon. Maybe you’ll get a little birthday spanking?” Maggie teased, making Beth blush deeper than ever.
“That could be interesting,” Beth finally admitted. “So, do you know what you want?”
“Oh, I think I know exactly what I want,” Maggie nodded, giving Beth a little smirk as she did so.
“I meant to drink,” Beth clarified, blushing again.
“Ah, well maybe we should look at the menu, or maybe you could surprise me?”
“I could do that.”
“I bet you could,” Maggie grinned. “In fact, I know you could. Sarah’s told me some things, but there is so much more I want to learn.”
“I think there is a lot I’d like to learn about you too.” Beth smiled shyly. She looked up into twin pools of chocolate and felt her belly flip. She had a feeling Maggie Wells was about to teach her many things and that thought alone made her more excited that she had been in a very long time.

Born and raised in Southern California, I swear I'll never leave, even if it falls into the ocean! I live with my two girls and my partner of twenty years. I've been writing for many years, mostly in the fan fiction arena, but I'm best known for my epic, “Blue Eyes, White Horse, and a Chakram,” and my short story, “Little Bard.” If you'd like to read either they are in the Xena section of FanFiction.net. Because I love writing, I'm also open to feedback and constructive criticism. I do answer e-mail, and I can be reached at [email protected] if anyone would like to comment or to get to know me better.
That being said, most of my stories do have a certain “Uberness” to them. I do love Xena, and pretty much anything sci-fi, but recently I've decided to branch out and explore one of my other loves -- spanking novels. I enjoy deep stories which have complex characters, surprise twists, and interesting and new plots ideas. Finding a lack of these types of stories, especially in the Lesbian community, I decided to create my own.
So far, my books include:
The Mockingbird Chronicles (co-written with Alexandra James) – F/F
The Art of Discipline: Dani's Discovery (book 1)
The Art of Discipline: Running Toward Trouble (book 2)
The Art of Discipline: Truth and Consequences (book 3)
