Wicked Crazy Vampire Love (Psy-Vamp Book 7) Page 16

by Cassandra Lawson

Drew continued to bring her close to the edge, but just when she was about to go over that edge, he’d slow down, drawing out the exquisite torture. Her hands gripped the sheets as she struggled to rock her hips against Drew’s face.

Talia barely recognized her own voice as she moaned and begged for release. Drew relentlessly stroked her clit as her body coiled tighter. After an eternity of sensual torture, she screamed Drew’s name as her intense orgasm tore through her body.

Drew’s strokes gentled as he worked her through the last of her spasms, but he didn’t stop. His tongue continued to move against her until her arousal built again. Drew moved up her body to kiss her, allowing Talia to wrap her legs around his hips. Drew’s mouth ravenously claimed hers as she rocked against his cock. He was hard and ready for her.

When he finally broke the kiss, he rasped out only one word. “Condom.”

“My pants,” Talia replied in a shaky voice.

Drew quickly scanned the room for her pants. He climbed off the bed and bent to grab them before returning to the bed and stripping off his boxers. Talia got to her knees and gripped his rigid shaft, drawing a ragged groan from Drew.

“You can play with that later,” he ground out. “I need in you now.”

Talia watched as he rolled the condom down his impressive dick.

Drew kissed her as he pushed her back onto the bed and moved between her legs. His lips moved against hers as Talia reached between them to position the head of his dick at her entrance. Drew’s lips remained on hers as he slowly slid into her body.

They both moaned as she clenched tightly around him.

“You feel incredible,” Drew rasped out. “Nothing has ever felt this good.”

“I feel the same way,” she admitted as she rocked against him.

Drew moved in slow, steady strokes, moaning and praising her. Never had she expected such intimacy during sex. She felt emotionally connected to Drew. “You’re so perfect. So strong and beautiful,” he murmured as his pace increased.

Talia’s nails dug into his back as her body coiled tighter with her impending orgasm, and Drew rasped out, “That’s it, beautiful. Show me how much you want me.” Drew’s movements increased until they became desperate.

It wasn’t long until Talia’s body tightened even more as she found her second release. Her screaming and clawing at Drew’s back sent him over the edge. As he found his release, he continued to say her name over and over again.

  Chapter Thirty-Six

Drew had never felt as complete as he did with Talia. He should move, but he continued to lie on top of her, trying to hold his weight off her as he got his breathing under control. The marks on his back stung as his sweat hit them. It was a welcome reminder of Talia’s complete abandon in bed. He enjoyed being a voyeur. In fact, he’d love to watch Talia pleasure herself, especially if she pretended not to know he was there. Still, this beat watching.

Reluctantly moving off Talia, Drew went to dispose of the condom.

Talia was lying on her side, watching him as he approached the bed.

“That was incredible,” she said with a sleepy, sated smile.

“More than incredible,” he agreed as he climbed into bed and pulled Talia closer. “Why purple?”

  “My hair?” she asked.

  “Yeah,” he replied.

“After having it died brown for so many years, I figured I might as well do something fun. I tried blue, but it faded too quickly.”

“How long have you been dying your hair,” he asked while he stroked the silky strands.

“Mason’s parents started dying it when I was about three,” she replied. “That’s how old I was when I went to live with them. I’m lucky they decided against contact lenses.”

  “All this to hide you?”

“They wanted me well-hidden,” she explained. “Now, it would arouse suspicion if I suddenly became a blonde again. I like purple hair. It makes me feel like a rebel since most hunters don’t go for that sort of thing.”

“I like it, too,” Drew admitted. “It could be because it’s on you.”

“So, was this better than watching?” she asked.

Drew chuckled. “It was definitely better than watching. I’m glad you’re here.”

“Me too,” she admitted. “You have Mason to thank for me being here.”

“Let me guess,” he began. “Mason told you not to come here, so you came to spite him.” The idea bothered him a little, but Drew wasn’t too upset since the end result was still Talia in his bed.

“He encouraged me to come here,” she explained.

“Are you kidding?” Drew asked. Mason had made it clear he wanted Drew to stay away from Talia, so he was having a hard time believing he’d encourage Talia to go to Drew’s room.

“I don’t think he’s thrilled with the situation, but he’s essentially my big brother, so who can blame him?” Talia asked.

“Good point,” Drew agreed. “I’d probably feel the same if I had a sister who wanted to get involved with someone like me.”

“Don’t take it personally. Mason doesn’t want me to get involved with anyone,” she explained. “He’s afraid someone will figure out what a freak I am.”

“You aren’t a freak,” Drew told her with an edge of anger in his voice. “If Mason told you that, I’ll kick his ass.”

Talia laughed, making Drew see how ridiculous his statement must sound. He’d seen Talia spar with Mason and knew she could take him with no outside help. “Just pretend you need my help,” he told her.

“Fine,” she agreed. “I’ll pretend I need a big strong man to defend my honor. Will that make you feel better?”

  “It will,” he assured her.

“Even though I don’t need you to protect me, it makes me feel better knowing you want to stand up for me,” she assured him.

Drew just stared at her, unable to believe she was with him. Talia amazed him. “You aren’t a freak,” he assured her as he brushed his knuckles against her cheek. “You are absolutely perfect.”

“What do you want to do now?” Talia asked.

Drew could tell she was trying to lighten the mood. “How about if we take a shower? I’d like some wet naked play time with you.”

“I only brought one condom,” Talia said regretfully.

“Then it looks like we’re showering in your room,” he said with a huge grin as he stood and slipped on his boxers.

  “You’re insatiable,” she accused.

“Is that a complaint?” he asked.

“More like a compliment,” she replied. “We will definitely need to pick up more condoms with your appetite.”

“What can I say?” he began with a smirk. “You are completely irresistible.”

  Chapter Thirty-Seven

Talia’s scream woke Drew at around two in the morning.

“No!” Talia shouted as she continued to thrash around in bed, still in the throes of her nightmare.

“Shh,” he soothed. When he pulled her close, her trashing stopped and her cries turned to soft whimpers, “It’s okay, sweetheart. I’ve got you.”

“I was having a nightmare,” she finally said.

“Do you want to talk about it?” he asked, continuing to hold her close. “Nightmares are something I know a lot about.”

  “I’ll bet you do.”

“What was haunting your dreams?” he asked.

She rolled onto her back and let out a frustrated sigh. “With everything going on, I guess it’s just triggering some childhood memories from before I went to live with Mason’s family. I was really young, so I don’t remember much. Mostly, I remember being in a room. There was a bed, a few toys, and stark white walls.”

“It sounds like a prison,” Drew remarked angrily.

“It was. To them, I was just a science experiment,” she replied bitterly. “I’m the only hunter-vampire hybrid in existence. I’m not really one or the other, but both. It’s probably best that I don’t remember
much about what happened or I might lose my mind. It’s bad enough knowing I’m an experiment gone wrong—a monster.”

“You’re not a monster,” he assured her. “Trust me. I know monsters better than most.”

With a humorless bark of laughter, Talia shook her head. “You don’t know everything.”

“Then tell me,” he practically begged.

“I don’t want you to look at me like I’m a freak, too,” she admitted.

“Nothing you say is going to make me think less of you, Talia,” he assured her. “Look at how fucked up I am. How could I possibly judge you for anything?”

Talia stood and paced back and forth, running her hands through her hair. “You don’t understand. I am the only one of my kind.”

Drew stood and approached her slowly, trying to think of something he could say to comfort her. Even with her vampire genetics, she wasn’t really a vampire. They hadn’t discussed it because most vampires and hunters believed female offspring were impossible with vampires. That wasn’t the case. Drew had several female cousins. All were strong psychics who lived longer than humans, but none could be classified as vampires. They didn’t need blood or energy. Drew suspected that might also be the case with Talia.

Anything he might have said to comfort Talia was lost when she opened her mouth and retractable fangs slid out of her gum line. His mouth dropped open. He definitely hadn’t seen that coming. It should be impossible. His cousin, Justin, would swear it was a genetic impossibility, but there was no denying what he was seeing.

“What the ever loving fuck?” he finally uttered.

Talia closed her mouth and cursed when she cut her lower lip with her fangs. Drew suspected they didn’t come out often. “See?” she demanded. “I shouldn’t even exist. We keep it a secret because hunters wouldn’t want me if they knew. Even without a hunter’s mark, I still have the ability to find vampires, so vampires wouldn’t want me, either. Maybe I don’t need blood or energy, but I’m still both.”

“That is fucking awesome,” Drew praised.

“Awesome?” she asked. “I just told you I’m an abomination to both worlds, and you think it’s awesome?”

“I think you’re awesome,” he replied. “This thing with you having fangs is incredible.”

“I wish I didn’t have them,” she grumbled.

“Justin could remove them if you really don’t want them,” he told her. “Personally, I’m glad I kept mine, and I love yours. Still, I can see why you’d want them out. It would be safer that way.”

She regarded him as if she couldn’t understand what he was saying. “I’m trying to avoid having more people find out about this. What do you think would happen if we told Justin about my fangs?”

“He’d take them out for you,” Drew assured her. “You could also count on him to keep it a secret. He’s a complete dick about most things, but he takes his responsibilities as a doctor very seriously.”

“Even if that’s true, do you really think he’s not going to want to run a million experiments on me?” she asked. “He seems like the curious type.”

“I know a way we can get around that,” he assured her.

She crossed her arms in front of her chest. “How exactly do you expect to do that?”

“We just have to tell Caitlin first,” he explained. “Justin will listen to her.”

  “I don’t know,” Talia hedged.

“You’ve met Caitlin,” he reminded her. “She’s good at getting people to do what she wants. Justin will listen to her. She also spent most of her life trying to hide her psychic abilities, so she knows what it’s like to want to keep things like that hidden from others. She won’t betray you.”

“I’ll think about it,” she agreed.

“Let’s go back to bed,” he coaxed. “You don’t need to make any decisions about this now. Personally, I like your fangs.”

“You really want me to keep them?” she asked before climbing into bed.

“The smart thing to do would be to have Justin remove them,” he admitted as he joined Talia and pulled her close. “They are really incredible, but I can see how you’d be safer without them.”

“That means I need to tell at least two other people,” she muttered. “Mason is going to lose his shit when he realizes I told you.”

“Thank you for trusting me,” Drew murmured quietly.

“We must both be crazy,” she added.

“Nah,” he told her. “I’m the only crazy one. You just have bad taste in men.”

“Speaking of taste,” Talia began in a breathy voice. “I didn’t get to taste you earlier.”

Drew sucked in a sharp breath as Talia’s hand closed around his erection. “You know my body is always at your disposal.”

  Chapter Thirty-Eight

Talia loved the way Drew instantly responded to her touch, especially since he had the same impact on her. His reaction to her confession made her want him even more. There was no judgment, and he didn’t look at her like she was some strange creation he wanted to study. In fact, he seemed to genuinely like her fangs.

Climbing to her knees beside him, Talia looked down at Drew. In the nearly dark room, it was hard to make out much other than the silhouette of his toned body. Leaning forward, she ran her tongue along his nipple, enjoying his sharp intake of breath.

“So, I can really enjoy your body as much as I like?” she asked.

“Please do,” he murmured, reaching up to brush his thumb across her already hard nipple. “Just remember, I get to return the favor when you’re done.”

When he gently pinched her nipple, Talia moaned. She definitely liked the sound of that. Returning her focus to enjoying Drew’s body and driving him out of his mind with desire, Talia straddled his hips and leaned forward to kiss him. His lips moved against hers, letting her set the pace. Her tongue teased his lips, and he groaned, gripping her hair to keep her in place. With her nipples barely brushing against the rough hairs on Drew’s chest, the ache between her legs quickly grew.

When she tore her lips from his, Drew released her hair. Her eyes locked with his icy blue gaze. “More,” he rasped out—both a plea and a command.

“More what?” she asked with a teasing smile.

“More of everything,” he breathed out. “I could never get enough of you.”

Talia licked her lips and moved down his body, allowing her fingers to explore the hard planes of his chest and abdomen. She knelt beside him and gripped his dick tightly before learning forward to swirl her tongue around the edges of the tip.

Drew’s hips lifted off the bed as he let out a low growl. “Are you trying to tease me?”

“Are you complaining,” she asked before sliding her tongue from base to tip.

“No,” he assured her. “This is incredible.”

Talia returned her focus to her goal—driving Drew over the edge with lust. Her tongue explored his hard cock for several minutes while he moaned. His fists clenched at his sides, evidence of the effort he was putting into allowing her to take complete control. When his fingers tangled in her hair, Talia finally took him into her mouth.

  “So good,” he ground out.

Gripping the base, she began to move her mouth up and down his rigid shaft, occasionally stopping to suck hard. That Drew wasn’t using his hands to guide her movements was testament to his self-control. When her tongue swirled around the edges of the tip again, Drew’s hands tightened in her hair to pull her away.

“I’m not done yet,” she told him.

“I need to taste you, too,” he insisted. Releasing her hair, he gripped her hips tightly as he guided her until she was straddling his face.

Before Talia could utter a word of protest, Drew’s tongue began to move between her legs. Talia let out a needy whimper as she leaned forward to take him into her mouth again. It was difficult concentrating on pleasuring Drew while his tongue brought her closer to the edge.

Talia’s hands were on Drew’s thighs for balan
ce as her head moved up and down, sliding Drew’s shaft in and out of her mouth. His tongue swirled around her clit, while he spread her wider, exposing her completely to him. Talia’s nails dug into Drew’s thighs, and his hiss vibrated along her clit just before he bit down gently. Talia nearly screamed from the exquisite pleasure that was enough to drive away the last of her self-control. Her mouth moved up and down Drew’s dick in time with her hips rocking against his face.

Drew’s moans vibrated along her aching flesh, making the sensations even stronger as Talia felt the first pulses of her orgasm, an orgasm that seemed to take forever as it built in momentum. She finally exploded, pressing back against Drew’s face as she sucked his dick hard enough to send Drew tumbling over the edge with her.

Rolling off Drew’s body, Talia was too boneless to move to the head of the bed. She just laid on her side with her hand resting on Drew’s thigh.

“That was . . .” Drew’s voice trailed off into a sigh. “I have no words for that.”

  “Fun?” Talia suggested.

“Smartass,” Drew accused, reaching over to pinch her ass hard enough to make her squeal. “It was a hell of a lot more than fun.”

“Do you trust Caitlin?” she asked after a long pause.

“Yes,” he replied. “She wouldn’t betray you unless she thought you were a danger to someone she loves.”

“Then I’ll trust her, too,” she said.

“We’ll talk to her tomorrow,” he told her as he grabbed the pillows and moved so he was facing her. “Since you’re too lazy to come up to me, I’ll have to move down there.”

  “Good thinking,” she murmured sleepily.

“Dream of me,” he commanded as he brushed his lips against hers. “Dream of all the things I know you want me to do to you.”

“Arrogant vampire,” she accused with a snort.

“Stop with the sweet pillow talk or you’ll embarrass me,” he remarked dryly.

They were both quiet for a long time before Drew spoke again. “Do you think it’s possible to feel like you’re falling in love with someone this soon?”
