Renaissance: A Contemporary Erotic Romance (Iris Series Book 5) Page 26

by Rebecca Lynn

The first climax hit her from left field and she yelled into his mouth, her head hitting the wall behind her. His lips stayed on hers, his breath hot and heavy as he said against her lips, “Fuck, yeah. I want you to come a million times tonight.”

There wasn’t time for another thought. She had a vague awareness that he was moving his hands, but she was languid, her eyes still closed in her recovery of what had just happened. Until she felt his hands push under her knees, she didn’t know what was going on since she was still in an orgasm stupor. Then, proving his strength yet again, he placed his forearms under her knees and lifted her, opening her wide for his cock to plunge deep into her drenched opening. Gravity pushed her down onto him at the same time.

She screamed out and then stillness settled. For just a moment. The sounds of their breathing and the small catches in the back of her throat could be heard, but other than that, it was silent.

“This is me impatient,” he breathed out, then pulled out and slammed into her, pushing her up against the wall. She cried out. Her legs were open so wide draped over his arms, that she felt split in two. She wanted more. Her hands grappled to steady herself while he moved, until they found their way around his neck and her own lips against his ear.

“More,” she begged, sinking her teeth into his lobe.

He snarled and thrust in again. Then again. Then again, forcing sounds from them both that sounded inhuman. That tickling sensation at the base of her spine made her claw at him and thrash against the wall, her hands now everywhere, clutching every bit of skin she could find.

His body was like a furnace, burning her inside out.

She felt the soft scratchiness of his goatee against her ear, his mouth now sucking that spot that made her lose all thought. How he was able to keep them both standing up, she didn’t know. She could feel her body going loose and tense at the same time.

“More?” he demanded, increasing his tempo and force.

She couldn’t answer with words, just a keening sound of the most profound satisfaction, the most acute sharpness as the orgasm built inside her. Heightening with each stroke and push, coupled with his heat, his moans, his murmurs of, “Yeah...now...come on,” urging her to completion until his body re-angled itself and hit the opening to her womb deep inside with such force, she almost passed out.

Tiffany had reached her own point of frenzy and screamed loudly, bucking against him, her body convulsing. She came so powerfully and he didn’t disappoint. Like a battering ram, he crashed into her again and again, pounding her body into sweet submission and into the wall behind her. The groans in his throat grew louder until he roared and stiffened, gritting his teeth and coming inside her, marking his territory and making them one once again.

Her head dropped forward, exhausted yet thrilled at the experience. He was buried deep inside and her legs grew heavy on his arms. She whimpered. Thank God she was the end unit on this floor and they were against the outside wall. She wondered if her neighbor would call 911.

“Everyone’s okay over here, Anna,” she yelled out to her neighbor tiredly and out of breath. “Don’t call the cops.”

He let out a cleansing breath and smiled. “We’re going to need to buy a house in the suburbs if you keep me in this state.”

“If?” she teased, her head still nestled in his neck.

He moved back and took her body with him, walking toward the bedroom. Her slippers fell off her feet onto the hallway floor.

“How do you even have the strength right now?” she asked, completely relaxed against his body as he carried her effortlessly.

He snuggled her closer then dropped them to the bed in the dark room when they got there. Once their bodies stopped bouncing on the mattress, a few seconds of silence followed. He was still inside her and she let her feet skim over his thighs and ass.

“I hope you’re not done with me yet,” she purred.

“Not even close,” he said already hardening inside her. His hips moved then his mouth moved to a nipple. His lips didn’t touch it yet, just hovered over the nub, causing it to pucker. “I think for this next round you should tell me more about how you’re feeling. It seems you had plenty to say tonight outside the warehouse. I’m wondering if you could elaborate on that,” he murmured, finally wrapping his lips around the nub and sucking it hard into his mouth.

She bowed up off the bed, her hand finding his head. His other hand found her second breast, teasing the nipple there and tweaking it with his fingers. Holding it firmly between his thumb and forefinger, he pulled gently away from her body and held it there while he bit softly into the other.

She cried out. His mouth nibbled the side of her areola. “You said something to me that I’d like to hear from you again.”

“I love you,” she squeaked out, already aroused again and pumping her hips to build that friction. It seemed she was on her way to coming a million times just as he’d wished it in the foyer.

“Mm, that’s what I thought you said,” he murmured against her skin. “Say that again, gorgeous.”

“I love you,” she sighed as he met the pump of her hips, fucking her with a lazy roll of his pelvis. “Now you,” she groaned.

“Oh, I love you, Ms. Daniels,” he said softly, letting his cock stroke her sensually, erotically. Both of his hands found her nipples and as his mouth moved to hers, his fingers squeezed and flicked, teased and pulled. Her eyes closed at the sensation. “Look at me,” he said.

She opened them, heavy lidded while their eyes connected.

“I love you,” he whispered, then kissed her lightly at the side of her mouth. “I love you,” he whispered again, this time kissing her nose. “I love you...I love you...I love you...” he continued whispering, each time kissing her facing, fucking her slowly, methodically, until she needed him to go faster. Happy tears formed in her eyes as his admissions of love fell around her.

“I love you,” she began. “I want you,” she sighed, moving her head so he could have access to her neck.

“You want this,” he said, pushing a little harder.

  “Yes,” she whispered.

“I want this. I want you. I want all of you, all the time,” he said, hooking his arm under one knee so he could push deeper.

  She moaned.

“I want to sleep with you. I want to fuck you. I want to go to fundraisers with you. I want everything, Tiff.” His hips moved faster and they never stopped. They kept moving making it hard for her to concentrate. “You want everything, too? Tell me.”

  “Yes...”

  “Tell me.”

“I want everything. Drew,” she begged. “I love you.”

He pushed her leg higher so it hooked around his shoulder, then he let his fingers move to her ass where he tickled lightly around that forbidden hole. His fingers played all around her ass, the light tickling sensations now speeding her third orgasm to the forefront and causing her to clench around him.

“I love how you fuck me,” she whispered.

“Oh, shit. You just had to go and say that, didn’t you,” he moaned. What had been a lazy fuck turned into one of determination. And it seemed that the goal of this one was to make her scream again.

  She did. Several more times.

  Epilogue

  Three Years Later

“Aren’t twins supposed to skip a generation?” Janie asked, her hand resting on her little baby bump.

“Not with you, Fertile Myrtle,” Ayanna laughed. “Besides, out of all of us, no one else could feed two kids at once like you could with those bazongas,” she said pointing to Janie’s chest. “Little Lukey and Janie won’t starve, that’s for sure.”

Luke played with Janie’s curls while they sat on the sofa together. “I’m definitely partial to the bazongas. The bigger, the better.”

“Oh, shut up,” Janie grumbled. “You’re not the one carrying two babies underneath two watermelons for the next six months.”

His hand stroked at her hair, calming her. “I
t’s going to be okay, baby. I’m going to take really good care of you. Unlimited foot rubs every day.”

She smiled and rubbed her head into his hand.

He continued, “I’ll do the cooking so you don’t have to stand...”

Her head jerked up. “Stop right there. I’ll take all the foot rubs you want to give me, but there is no way you’re stepping into that kitchen, Daniels. I mean it. Are you trying to kill these kids before they’re even born?”

“I burned steaks once a million years ago.” He smiled, taking a sip of his wine.

“Luke, you’re not going to win this argument, so you might as well quit now,” Jem said, his hands massaging Ryann’s scalp while her head was on his lap.

The entire crew was draped around the living room of Jem and Ryann’s brownstone in the West Village. It was Fourth of July, and Jem and Ryann’s second wedding anniversary. A tradition had been born four years earlier with all of them gathering together on that special day, and it was still going strong. Now, in addition to celebrating the independence of the country, it was also a time to celebrate the official start of their hosts’ lives together.

“Whattaya mean, a million years ago?” Mike laughed. “Bro, any time we don’t keep an eye on you and you somehow end up near the grill, we all end up with burnt sacrifices for dinner.”

“Fuck you,” Luke said good naturedly.

“Sorry, Lukey, I’m taken,” he said, flipping him the bird. “And Mrs. White-Callahan here is a jealous harpy. If you touch me, she may kill you with her bare hands. Or maim you for awhile, and since my sister needs her husband to take care of that devil’s spawn growing inside of her –”

A nursing pillow flew across the room and landed square in Mike’s face. He laughed and grabbed it, only to chuck it back at Luke. Just in time, Luke moved his wine glass out of the way.

“Hey!” Ryann said, her head coming up off of Jem’s lap. “Michael Callahan, don’t you dare make anyone spill anything on that rug. I just cleaned the baby vomit out of it yesterday and I’m too tired to do it again.”

Luke threw Mike a smug look for getting yelled at, then Mike retorted with colorful phrases only a sergeant in the NYPD would know.

Janie covered her stomach. “Geez, Mike. Watch your language. Don’t you know unborn babies can hear that shit? I mean stuff?” she corrected quickly.

He snorted at her own slip of the tongue. “Your douche of a husband cursed around that devil’s spawn first, I might remind you, and they’ve gotta hear it sometime. You don’t want pussies, do you?”

Emily put her hand on Mike’s face and pushed it back to shut him up. He just grabbed her hand and began kissing up her sleeveless arm. Emily just rolled her eyes, until his lips made it to her shoulder. Then her eyes clouded over.

“Go find a room upstairs, you horny bastard. But I swear, don’t you dare wake my godson. We’d like to enjoy the hour of silence we have left,” Ayanna said.

“Too bad we don’t have the ‘Love Grotto’ anymore. We could send them there,” Jonathan reminisced, pulling Ayanna toward him. She curled into his side and nibbled on his ear. “Hm,” Jon murmured, “maybe we need that room upstairs.”

Jem, Ryann, Ayanna and Jonathan all looked at each other and smiled, memories of Ryann’s first apartment, then Ayanna’s, flitting through their brains. “Oh,” Ryann sighed as she moved her body so she was cuddling up next to Jem. “I miss the ‘Love Grotto’.”

“Don’t worry, baby. I got your ‘Love Grotto’ right here,” Jem said, giving her a naughty grin. “Oh yeah, those were some good times, kitten. Sturdy front door,” he observed.

  Ryann blushed.

“Yeah, it was,” Ayanna added. “The walls were pretty sturdy, too, right JBG?” she asked Jon, a sexy smile curling her lips. “You gave your nickname a whole new meaning up against those walls, Johnny Be Good.”

Jon just looked at Ryann and shook his head. “We’re married to sex machines.”

  “I know. Isn’t it awesome?”

  “No complaints here,” he smiled.

The doorbell rang and Ryann hopped up. “It’s about time they got here,” she said as she skipped to the door, tripping over a toy on the way and yelling out an expletive.

“Ever since she became a mom, she’s become a potty mouth,” Jem chuckled. “Sort of like you, Yan. Maybe when Jon, Jr. is born, he’ll have the reverse effect on you,” he said directing his hand to Ayanna’s own baby bump.

Ayanna just smiled sweetly at him and gave him the finger.

A moment later, Drew and Tiffany entered with their baby girl, Ria, on Drew’s hip. Hugs and hellos were sent all around until everyone was seated again with drinks in hand.

“Sorry we’re so late. It was the only time the realtor could meet, if you can believe that,” Tiffany said.

“So? Tell us how it went.” Emily asked.

“It’s perfect,” Tiffany said, looking at Drew happily, then leaning back onto his chest so his arm would come around her. She grabbed Ria from his arms and cuddled her. “It’s a little bigger than our current place, and it’s in a great location of Hoboken. I think we’re going take the plunge. Now that Drew is able to cut back his hours, there’ll be more time at home for both of us with Ria. Carly has been great, so we’ll be increasing her hours at the foundation.”

Much had happened in the last year. Pregnancies for Janie and Ayanna, births for Ryann and Tiffany, a promotion for Drew, and an expansion for the foundation. The day to day was now managed by Carly, the former intern turned social worker from the program at Columbia.

“Awesome. So you put in an offer?” Ryann asked.

Tiffany nodded happily. “We’re hoping to hear back from them by tomorrow.”

“Perfect. Well, I have another announcement,” Luke said. “You know I’ve been looking to find another location to expand Renaissance Girls into a Renaissance Kids branch.”

  They all nodded.

“I found a warehouse last week.”

  “Still Harlem?” Jonathan asked.

He nodded. “A couple streets down from Girls, same neighborhood.”

“Good for word of mouth,” Jonathan added.

“Yeah. The parents have all been asking about it already. The possibilities are endless with this new place,” Tiffany said with excitement.

“It’s been something I’ve been talking to Tiff about for a while, so I’m hoping we’ll be able to break ground on that soon,” Luke smiled.

Smiles and love flowed throughout the room, all of them having experienced firsthand the incredible changes the Girls foundation had brought to the neighborhood it inhabited. Every one of them had played a part, all volunteering their time and building relationships with the kids there.

“So, everyone grab their drinks,” Luke said with a smile. Once everyone did, he said, “To the next phase for all of us. Salud.”

“Salud,” they said, each of them drinking.

“And since we’re talking about next phases,” Mike cleared his throat, then looked at Emily already beaming. “We can’t be out done with everyone else having announcements, so we have some news.”

Everyone held their breath and noticed for the first time that Emily was drinking water instead of a beer.

“Are you shitting me?” Jem asked.

  Emily just laughed.

“Nope,” Mike chuckled. “And it’s about time. We can’t have all of you guys populate the City without a contribution from us.” He pulled Emily in and kissed her. Then the whoops and hollers, hugs and laughter began.

Simultaneously, Ria began crying and Jem and Ryann’s baby, Quinn, screamed from upstairs, now awake from his nap.

They all groaned good naturedly. Jem jumped up to get the baby, Tiffany got up to walk Ria around, and the sweet chaos that ensued around them caused them all to smile and joke about what the hell they had all done.

They settled into an easy and familiar banter, reminiscing as best friends often did when together. In their ti
me as friends, they had gone through so many pivotal life changes, strengthening their bonds even more.

Some had experienced release from their fears and redemption from their demons.

Some, the revelation of what life had to offer, while others, the remembrances of days past.

Now, however, they were ready. Ready for that renaissance, that much anticipated birth of their new lives together.

For them, it was just the beginning.

  The End.
