Lori looked at Scott and Colby and she gasped when she saw that Scott was holding a diamond ring between his thumb and index finger.

“Will you marry me, darlin’?” Colby asked.

Scott cleared his throat. “Will you marry me, honey?”

Ward tugged on her braid to get her attention. “Marry us, baby. Stay with us for the rest of our lives and make us happy. Please?”

  “It’s not legal,” Lori whispered.

“You won’t be committing bigamy, Lori. We’ve talked about this and we’ve all agreed that you would marry me on paper, but you will be committed to my brothers in your heart, too.”

“Are you sure you don’t want women of your own?” Lori asked Scott and Colby.

“You’re it for us, Lori. We love you more than we can ever say,” Scott said.

“I don’t even want to think about being with anyone else, darlin’,” Colby explained. “You complete me like no one ever has before. You are the only woman I will ever want.”

“That goes for all of us, Lori,” Ward said.

“You won’t get jealous of each other?”

“Hell no,” all three men answered simultaneously.

“I love seeing my brothers enjoy your body and you enjoying theirs. It’s a real turn on, baby. I thought we covered this earlier on?” Ward asked.

“You did. I just needed to be sure.”

  “So are you?” Colby asked.

“You still haven’t answered us, honey,” Scott prompted.

Lori wondered what would happen if any of their work colleagues got wind of their relationship and then she decided she didn’t really care. If they were found out, then so be it. Maybe they could start up their own private investigative business or hire themselves out as security guards, but one thing she was certain of was that she couldn’t live without them. Besides, why try crossing a bridge before she got to it?

She’d found out all too recently that life was too short and uncertain to worry about maybe and what if.

  “Yes,” she finally replied.

Ward growled, tipped her back over his arm, and covered her mouth with his. She felt Scott slip the ring on her finger.

Hands and fingers began tugging at her clothes, but she kept right on kissing Ward. She wanted them just as much as they wanted her and it didn’t seem to make a difference that she’d just had sex with all three of them and had ended up a pile of satiated goo.

As soon as one of her men touched or kissed her, the ever-present smoldering embers ignited and she yearned to have them make love to and with her again.

She’d never thought to have one man in her life to love and be loved by, let alone three, and she was never going to let them go.

It had been a struggle for her working in a man’s world, but it had all worked out in the end.

She had so much to look forward to and was going to cherish every single moment she spent with the loves of her life by her side.

  ABOUT THE AUTHOR

My name is Becca Van. I live in Australia with my wonderful hubby of many years, as well as my two children.

I read my first romance, which I found in the school library, at the age of thirteen and haven’t stopped reading them since. It is so wonderful to know that love is still alive and strong when there seems to be so much conflict in the world.

I dreamed of writing my own book one day but, unfortunately, didn’t follow my dream for many years. But once I started I knew writing was what I wanted to continue doing.

I love to escape from the world and curl up with a good romance, to see how the characters unfold and conflict is dealt with. I have read many books and love all facets of the romance genre, from historical to erotic romance. I am a sucker for a happy ending.
