Padana watched her parents go from a kiss to foreplay. “End hologram!”
Yomin looked at her, and he was laughing. “You don’t think that they were going to...”
“Oh, yes. Without hesitation. All of us have come across them at one moment or another. A high libido is part and parcel of my father’s line.”
Yomin leaned down and whispered in her ear. “You just keep getting better and better.”
“I am not just neutral genes.” She turned her head to his, and they spent the rest of the hour meeting and greeting the select Hredu nobles, including the guardians and Halu with her arm looped in Lord Thet’s. It seemed that they had made progress.
She looked at Halu. “So, you are staying?”
“Of course. I need your help negotiating my marriage contract.”
“No problem. It’s what I do.”
Padana hugged her friend, and Lord Thet was about to do the same when Yomin lifted her and carried her to the imperial wing of the palace. It seemed that she had just switched imperiums.
She would get used to the makeup; at least it didn’t come off when they kissed.
Author’s Note
There. We have one of the Haldis Imperium’s children, one from Logic, and one from Neutral. I am going to keep moving through. I may not get to them all, but I will keep working on them as they pop into my head.

About the Author
Viola Grace (aka Zenina Masters) is a Canadian sci-fi/paranormal romance writer with ambitions to keep writing for the rest of her life. She specializes in short stories because the thrill of discovery, of all those firsts, is what keeps her writing.
An artist who enjoys a story that catches you up, whirls you around, and sets you down with a smile on your face is all she endeavours to be. She prefers to leave the drama to those who are better suited to it, she always goes for the cheap laugh.
In real life, she now is engaged in beekeeping, and her adventures can be found on the YouTube channel, Mystery Bees Apiary. Just look for the cartoon kittens.
