I stood and reached for the toothbrush and toothpaste I’d started leaving down here for emergencies. I brushed my teeth and then led him back to the kitchen, but before we could reach the table, he stopped. Looking up at him, I marveled at how handsome he was, and felt a thrill that he was mine.

“We’re going to finish dinner, and then you’re going to pick a movie while your food settles. But when we go to bed tonight, I’m going to prove to you all night long how much I love you and how damn sorry I am.” He pressed a kiss to my lips before swatting me on the ass.

“You took all your things home.”

“I packed an overnight bag just in case you were in a forgiving mood.” He grinned.

“You’re going to need more than an overnight bag.” I licked my lips. “I know you have your own place, but I want you to live here with me, Grady. The house has been so damn lonely without you in it.”

“I can’t think of anything I’d like more, princess.”

We finished our dinner, then cuddled on the couch and watched a movie together. When it was over, Grady lifted me into his arms and carried me upstairs to our bedroom, where he made good on his promise, and loved me all night long.

Who’d have ever guessed that hiring a hunky handyman would have turned my world completely upside down, but in the best of ways?

  Short. Erotic. Sweet.

Harley’s other half would probably say those words describe her, but they also describe her books. When Harley is writing, her motto is the hotter the better. Off the charts sex, commanding men, and the women who can’t deny them. If you want men who talk dirty, are sexy as hell, and take what they want, then you’ve come to the right place.

When Harley isn’t writing, she’s thinking up naughty things to do to her husband, drinking copious amounts of Starbucks, and reading. She loves to read and devours a book a day, sometimes more.
