  Chapter 8

  Kalil

I’ve been with Mak and Jaida all afternoon. Half the time was spent with Jaida grilling me. Mak just smiled and listened, throwing in a few questions of her own based off of my answers. She knows about my son. I’m not surprised she knows, but I’m surprised she doesn’t have any questions about him. The rest of the time was spent sleeping. We head to the club around ten o’clock. She doesn’t even look nervous. Jaida tells her to point Dynasty out when we get there. I tell them no fighting, but they ignore me. She’s supposed to dance in less than half an hour and she’s acting like it’s nothing.

“We need to change, I’ll see you later,” she says.

“You’re not going in the dressing room with them, use my office.”

She smiles and Jaida calls me a hater. As I give Mak my key it dawns on me that she said we.

  “What’s this ‘we’ I’m hearing?”

Jaida smiles and says, “Both of us.”

  “Both of yall what? Dancing?”

“No, I’m dancing, Jay’s just a sexy prop.”

This just got a lot more interesting. I look around the club. It seems to be packed a little more than usual. All of the VIP sections are full. This was a stupid ass idea. I can’t tell her I don’t want her to dance. There’s a good chance she’ll be pissed and stop talking to me. Her silent treatments drive me crazy and she’s extremely good at them. She’s watching me. I wonder if my facial expression gives me away. She smiles. That means it does. She grabs my hand and leads me to the office. When I walk inside she kisses me. I’m starting to feel a little better.

“If you really don’t want me to dance, I won’t.”

I’m sure of two things right now. One, there’s a catch to that. Two, I’m being manipulated. She already knows I don’t want her to dance. She smiles.

“That just means I’ll have to find another way to make Dynasty hate life, which would undoubtedly end in a fight, meaning serious bodily damage with Jay being here and either way you’d be out a dancer.”

So there’s the catch. I wonder if she always holds grudges or if it’s just something about Dynasty. Maybe she knows she tried to talk to me. I want to ask her, but if she doesn’t already know that would mean I’d be telling her and adding fuel to the fire. “Black.”

  She frowns.

“That’s what color I want you to wear.”

Her frown disappears and she kisses me again. I’m glad the door opens. If she doesn’t put some distance between us there’s a good chance she won’t make it to the stage.

“Ugh, how much more of this do I have to put up with?” Jaida asks as she walks in with Donte.

“Remember who I’m going home with,” Mak says.

I love her mentality. I smile and turn to walk away, but Jaida starts talking.

“Oh and don’t get jealous about anything you see us do on stage, it’s just an act. She’s pathetically in love with you.”

Mak shuts the door as I look back and I hear Jaida yell. I still don’t want her to dance, but that definitely made me feel better.

I make a few quick rounds through the VIP sections then stand by the bar and wait. Cari asks if I want a drink. I tell her no. My “spidey” sense is tingling. I think I should be sober for this. At 11 on the dot, the stage goes dark. Music is playing softly. I strain to hear it. It’s “The Five Senses.” I smile as I look at the stage. A light shines on who I think is Jaida, but she has some kind of black bag over her head. She’s wearing black panties, black pasties shaped like stars, and black strappy heels. Donte looks like he wants to jump on the stage so I’m sure it’s her. When I look at the stage again Mak is standing behind Jaida. She’s wearing a black patent leather dress and patent leather pumps. She has on a wig. The bangs stop just below her eyebrows and the rest is straight and long. Her legs are never-ending. I need them around my waist. She reminds me of a dominatrix and I suddenly feel the need to be tied up. She kisses Jaida on her left shoulder then slides her fingers across her chest and down her stomach. She looks up and scans the crowd until she sees me. I think I might be frowning. She smiles at me. Jaida squirms and tries to move when Mak touches her. I realize her feet and hands are tied to the chair. At least one of us is living out my fantasy. Mak takes the bag off of Jaida’s face. She looks scared. I look around the club and see that all eyes are trained on the stage. Everyone’s quiet. It’s never quiet here. Definitely a stupid ass idea. Jaida’s mouth is covered with some kind of cloth. Mak puts her index finger up to her lips and Jaida slowly shakes her head up and down. She takes the cloth away and slowly drags her hands across Jaida’s body. Jaida shudders; I can actually hear her moan. It looks as though she’s trying to resist, but Mak is wearing her down with each touch. She unties Jaida’s hands and feet. Jaida’s hands are immediately all over Mak. She’s undressing her. I’m pretty jealous now. I glance around the stage to make sure Chino, Ralphie, and Bruce are where they’re supposed to be. They’re each standing around the stage in front of the poles. They were supposed to check all phones and cameras at the door. The last thing I need is for someone to have a video of my baby stripping on the internet. My baby? She doesn’t seem to care though. She’s naked…partially. My fists clench. I’m still trying to figure out what intelligent part of my judgment made me agree to this shit. It was definitely a bad idea. She’s not wearing a bra like I said, but she has pasties as well. Hers look more like tattoos and cover her breasts. What isn’t covered by the pasties is covered by her hair. Her panties are black boy shorts. The song changes. Diddy, Dirty Money, and Trey Songz comes on. I think it’s called “Your Love.” Jaida kisses the small of Mak’s back. Money is flying through the air. Seriously…already? Where they do that at? Mak rocks her hips from side to side, getting lower with each movement. Trey Songz is saying something about being face down when you wake up. Mak is face down; her ass is in the air. Jaida smacks her on it and it jiggles. I don’t think it’s gonna stop. Mak quickly pops her head up and covers her mouth as though she’s embarrassed by what Jaida did. That was cute. Guys are yelling at them now. Nobody’s quiet anymore. Jaida’s spot goes dark. A strobe light follows Mak to the pole at the right end of the stage. Within seconds she’s upside down using only her hands and arms to push herself up and down the pole. Her feet are crossed at her ankles with her knees are bent and that ass is still jiggling. My knees get weak. I’m definitely a little bitch for her and I should probably sit, but I don’t think I can move. I might miss something. She lets herself stay upside down. Her left elbow is wrapped around the pole and her right arm is stretched out with her hand on the pole. Her legs are pointed straight up towards the ceiling. She rolls her stomach, ass, and legs as though she’s a worm. Is this shit real?! She bends each leg one at a time and flips herself over then makes her way over to Bruce. The strobe light follows her, making her look like she’s moving in slow motion. She smiles at him. She has one foot on the stage. The other is over her head against the pole. Somebody yells for Jesus to save him. Her legs are spread against the length of the pole. She leans forward and rubs Bruce’s bald head. He’s smiling. I’m considering fucking him up. She plants both feet back on the stage before leaning her chest against the pole and using her arms to slide herself up it. Her legs are spread apart, not touching the pole at all. Hell, even her stomach isn’t touching the pole. What the fuck? How is she doing that?! She slowly brings the rest of her body against the pole then wraps her legs around it. She crosses her feet at her ankles, locking the pole between her thighs then lets her upper body fall back. Her arms are stretched out as though she’s floating on water and she’s actually spinning around the pole. This shit is physically fucking impossible. Money is flying everywhere. She’s good. Fucking amazing is more like it. She makes her way back to the middle of the stage and stands to the right of Jaida before putting one of her feet on the chair between her legs. Jaida smiles as she looks up at her and runs her hands up and down her leg. One of the chicks from Dirty Money
is singing now.

“Let your tongue walk on this pussy!” Cari sings along.

I’m not prepared for what I see next. I doubt anyone else is either. Mak grabs Jaida’s head and guides it between her legs. Really?! She lets her head fall back. Her eyes are closed and her mouth is slightly opened. A woman in ecstasy. I think I hear someone ask them to marry him. Both of them? Mak smiles. She pushes Jaida’s head away then leans down and kisses her. Not just a peck, but tongue and all. I’m still a man; this shit is sexy as hell. My girl got a girlfriend…that used to sound good until now. Too much money is flying; too many guys are crowding the stage. I can barely see them. Cari is standing on a crate behind the bar. I stand on one beside her and when I look up again Jaida is gone. Fuck, what’d I miss? Mak is at the pole at the front of the stage sliding her body up it. She stops halfway up and does one of those physically impossible things again. Her body hangs from the pole sideways with her legs open slightly and the pole locked in the crook of the back of her knees. Her whole body, from her thighs up to her chest, becomes stiff as a board. It’s like she’s kneeling on the floor, but she’s actually hanging sideways from a pole. This can’t be real. She has to be some kind of alien or something. I have to laugh to myself. She’d be a gold mine for the club…I’ll gladly take an ‘L’ for that one. She fluffs her hair out and smiles before grabbing the pole with her hands. She’s sliding up again. She lets go when she’s about ¾ to the top of it and lands on the stage in a split before rolling onto her neck and making her ass cheeks bounce one at time. I don’t think I can watch anymore. The crowd is going wild, literally. I see Ralphie and Chino pushing guys away from the stage. She’s back in the middle of the stage now; doing a damn hand stand. Seriously?! She lowers herself to her forearms and spreads her legs open. Her ass is still jiggling. I think I’m in love. She brings her legs back together and lets herself walk over backwards. Her feet are touching the stage, but she’s still on her forearms. She has to be an alien; she has no bones in her body. She’s ridiculous. As the song fades she smiles as she stands up and looks at me. The crowd is yelling for her to keep going. She blows me a kiss and throws up rock star symbols with each hand as she walks away. Bruce, Ralphie, and Chino gather up the money that was thrown at her. It literally covers the stage, so I wonder how much it is. Thanks to her my dick is hard, so I can’t move just yet. I glance around the club and see that the VIP sections are empty. Everyone is crowded around the stage. Bruce, Ralphie, and Chino head my way as they stuff money into the bag that was covering Jaida’s face. More music starts up. The energy level hasn’t died down, but people are filtering back to their seats. Dynasty comes out and somebody actually boos her. How do you follow something like that?

I make my way to my office with Donte following me. Mak is sitting on the sofa. The wig is gone and her hair lies flat against her head. It’s usually curled and spiky. She’s wearing a white t-shirt that hangs off her left shoulder, black calf length tights, and the heels she wore on stage. She looks tired, but she smiles when she sees me.

“I think I left my slippers in your truck.”

I smile back at her. I know she left them at the house, but I wanna see her walk in the heels so I don’t tell her. Jaida and Donte head for the door.

“See y’all tomorrow, Mak remember what I told you.”

I grab Mak’s bag and pull her up from the chair. “Just so you know, I’m extremely jealous.”

She laughs and tells me she can fix that.
