• Don’t feel too sorry for talented newcomer Sean Blakemore, who has been suspiciously M.I.A. recently as Carly’s would-be chocolate lover. Turns out Blakemore, who may net himself a Daytime Emmy Award nomination this year, has beamed up to a more successful universe. Yep, Blakemore landed a part in the new film, STAR TREK 2, which is why the stud is on a leave of absence.

• My sexy hubby is quite the employable actor: Josh Kelly has joined ARMY WIVES in a two-episode arc as an ranger named Cody Anderson, a lieutenant in the Army that Trevor and Roxy got to know while in Officer Candidate School. No airdates were released at press time.
THE TEAM — Sexiest Web Soap Couple Ever?
• Is the web world prepared for a Tristan Rogers and Crystal Chappell match-up? Cedar Box Productions’ new web series, THE TEAM — which is scheduled to shoot this June in Shreveport, La. — has wisely cast the two superstars in the project. Memo to the soap gods: Please let them have on-screen sex!
THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS — Miller Out Again!
• Is he in or is he out? As SOAP OPERA UNCENSORED exclusively hinted a few weeks ago, Emmy winner Billy Miller’s future is in question once again (when isn’t it?).
Sources confide to UNCENSORED that Miller has landed a TV-movie opposite Harvey Keitel, which will shoot in Australia. “He’s leaving the show again for about a month to shoot the project,” says an insider.
Miller previously took time off for pilot season but didn’t book anything. His contract is up in August but it’s unclear whether or not the popular actor will re-sign. “I think he’ll extend his contract,” says a friend of the star’s.
If he does bolt, I think the character should be recast with Trevor St. John.
