She Took My Heart and Went Crazy Page 17

East’s body softened in his arms as she smiled. “You don’t have to do that with me, you’re safe.”

A quick peck to her lips from him brought a smile to her face. “You right, which is why I do what I do… and am going to keep doing it.” He leaned his head back so that he could see her face. “You gon’ let me come back and get you so I can make love to you in my car? It’ll be yours then. You can fuck it up too. I don’t even mind.”

  East blushed uncontrollably.

“I’m for real. you already know how I get when I’m in you. We gon’ fuck my shit up.”

East’s head fell forward into his chest as she covered her face. Killian smiled at her bashfulness.

“I know what you want and what you need, even when you don’t say it.” Killian’s hands rested on her small hips. “I’ma take them panties off and eat all that pussy up. Just give me a minute to get rid of ole girl. Aight?”

East nodded but didn’t move her head.

“Just think about how my tongue gon’ feel on you because when I get back, I got it for you, baby.”

“Kill,” she moaned into his chest.

With his arms circled tightly around her waist, he kissed the top of her head. “Save that, I’ll be back.”

East looked up at him with sparkles in her eyes. “Why you keep doing me like this?”

“Because I’m trying to make you fall in love with me.”

East’s face was solemn as she stared up at him with her sexy lips slightly parted.

“But, we’ll talk about that later. Finish shopping.”

East expressed her understanding as they shared a few more kisses before they headed for the exit. She walked close to him as he took the bags she had in her hand.

  “I’ll take these with me.”

“Okay, how much can I spend on here?” She held up his bank card.

With a nonchalant look on his face, he shrugged. “Don’t matter. Just do your thing.”

  “You for real?”

“Yeah, I’m for real. You can have it all, baby.” Killian gave her a sly smile before winking and grabbing her hand. “Just make sure you buy some cute panties for me to look at.”

  “I got you, baby.”

  “Show me you got me.”

East took him up on his challenge without a thought. Even in her heels, he was taller than her so when she leaned up to kiss him she had to rest her weight on her tiptoes.

“You taste like chocolate.” She whispered against his lips when she pulled away.

Killian chuckled to himself before nodding toward Jaya who looked past irritated and headed for the door. Work could kiss his ass for the day; he had plans, and he was about to make good on them. Whether Jaya liked it or not, East had his head in the clouds. There was no denying that shit.

11.I’m with It If You Are

East’s hair flew back and forth through the wind as she and Killian sped down the highway. It had been a long, busy day, but it had been fun. After meeting back up, the two of them went for dinner and ice cream and were headed back to the gym for a quick sweat. East had been feeling bloated from the time they’d left the restaurant and had been dying to work it off. Luckily, her new bae was a trainer who could become the perfect remedy for her discomfort.

“When do you start your job?”

East pushed some of her hair from her face so that she could see him clearly. “Supposed to be next week, but I’m kind of nervous, though. I hate meeting new people.”

“Why? You don’t have to talk to them if you don’t want to.”

“How am I going to get through my day with no friends, Killian?”

A quick shrug of his shoulders and a smug look on his face answered her long before his words had a chance to seep out.

“Call me. I’ll come up there and talk to you every day. My schedule is flexible like that.”

“That’s sweet of you, and I know you would, but you don’t have to. I’ll find a way.”

Killian looked out of her window before switching lanes. “You’ll find a way, huh?”

  East nodded.

“Whatever, you probably just don’t want me up there around none of them niggas you gon’ be working with.”

East’s eyes rolled as she sat back in her seat with her arms crossed. “You need to quit.”

“Nah, you need to damn quit. I won’t come to your stankin’ ass job then.”

With her lips balled into her mouth, East did her best to suppress her laughter. The attitude behind his statement had been completely comical and outlandish for a man as calm and collected as Killian. The sporadic self-conscious spurts that he encountered every so often were never welcomed but somehow always found their way out.

“Kill, do you know how cute you are?” East was leaning over the console with her chin resting in the palm of her hand and staring at him.

The same daunting scowl that he wore every day deepened when he looked over at her. Her smile was welcoming, and her posture hadn’t changed. The console was actually in her way because if she could have it how she wanted, there’d be no space between them at all.

“And not just regular cute. You’re the kind of cute that makes me nervous. Every time you come around or every time I know I’m about to see you, my stomach starts feeling all funny. I think it’s because you’re so overwhelming. The way you walk, talk, and dress.” East sighed dramatically. “I freaking love the way you dress and the way your voice sounds.”

A small smirk curved his lips. “The way I sound?”

East nodded. “Yes, it’s so sexy. Your voice is deep but not too deep, and you always speak your words with so much character. Majority of the time it’s rude, but I love it. Your rudeness turns me on.”

Killian leaned his head to the side and ran his hand over his mouth to get rid of his smile. “Yo, you wild.”

  “Wild about you.”

The laughter that spread between the two of them was infectious. It was obvious that he’d been trying to hold back, but East wasn’t going for that. She really did think a lot of him, and she was finally okay with him knowing.

“Since I’ve been here, I’ve been wanting to see you every day, but you always make that so hard.”

  “How?”

“By being a butthole. You’re the worst, but I can handle that.”

Killian nodded while reaching across the armrest and placing his hand on her thigh. “You think so?”

East sat back in her seat and pulled her shirt over her head. “I know I can.”

Though it may have been insanely careless for her to remove her clothing in the middle of their drive to the gym, she’d done it anyway. Even with her motives being completely wrong, she needed to prepare for the gym anyway, so why not make it fun? Killian’s eyes were on her, she could feel them. Mission accomplished.

“I know you’re not about to show your titties at this red light.”

East looked from Killian over to the car next to them before unsnapping the hook on her bra. “I’ll do anything for you.” The bright purple bra sprang apart and fell down East’s arms.

“I know you fucking lying.” Killian’s bass filled laughter made East blush. “Get your ass out of here.”

Her insides literally warmed at the sight of his smile. It was so jovial and real that it brought about one of her own. Bare chested and free, East dug into the small bag on the floor, pulled out the neon yellow sports bra, and pulled it over her head.

“Nah, don’t put them up now. Let me feel on you right quick.”

“Go ahead.” East sat back in her seat, even fluffing her breasts out a little more.

Killian’s hand ran slowly from her thigh, over her smooth stomach, and up to her breasts. Subtle rubbing turned into full out squeezing. Still driving, but now with a hand full of her soft body parts, Killian’s talking had come to a halt.

“Take my dick out for me.”

East leaned over and pulled him free of his gym shorts with no objection. The hardness that took
up her entire hand weighed down on one side until she lifted it up completely and held it with both hands. His eyes were on the road, but every so often he would look over at her and lick his lips. The atmosphere around them thickened with need as his breathing changed.

“What you want me to do?” East purred lowly.

  “Take that bra back off.”

The loud colored sports bra was off and thrown carelessly to the floor. As soon as East was free of any other restraints, she unbuckled her seatbelt and hurried to lean over the armrest before he could stop her. The smell of soap, manly musk, and even a little bit of cologne wafted up her nose the moment she came face to face with the remedy to all her pain.

East’s mouth opened and closed on the width of him, slipping and sliding from top to bottom. She’d been dying to get a taste of him, and it was fucking perfect. The guttural moans held captive in his throat grew with each movement of her mouth and eventually erupted into the best feeling East had ever felt. The way his moan evoked feelings of love, happiness, hope, and sexual confidence was brain boggling.

“I want to be with you.” Killian was breathless as he pushed his hips up toward her face. “Together… I want us to be together.”

East’s slob dripped from her mouth onto his thighs just as the car came to a stop. The small space of his front seat left her little room to move around, but she was doing the best she could to please him despite the constraints. Unsure of where they were or who could see that she was naked from the waist up, East lifted onto her knees and leaned over further into his lap.

With a mouth full of male parts and a heart beating at the speed of light, East felt accomplished. Jesse had never made her feel good about her oral sex which was why she’d been apprehensive when interacting with Killian, but the way he moved and moaned made her feel like a champion. East was in the middle of making love to the dick when his hand on the back of her head interrupted her.

“You gon’ let me love you?”

East didn’t know how to feel in that moment. Her face was wet and probably messy from saliva while Killian held her head in place by her hair. Her happiness to his desire to commit to her was through the roof, but her current appearance was questionable. Killian didn’t look to mind at all because his face was serious, and his eyes were squinted in interrogation.

“If you want to.” East finally found her voice.

With a quick swipe across her mouth, East erased as much of the moisture from her face as she could before looking back at him. She smacked her lips once when trying to swallow what was left of him and had to momentarily close her eyes. The saltiness from his pre-cum made her mouth water all over again. How was she supposed to have a serious conversation like this?

“You’re mouthwatering, Kill.” She batted her lashes at him in embarrassment after realizing what she’d said.

With no warning, Killian leaned across the seat and kissed her waiting mouth. East’s small hand went to the back of his head, immediately pulling him closer to her. Him and her… Killian and East… them… they… us, whatever term necessary to describe their inseparable connection was what East wanted to hear. The passion and need accompanying his kiss made her knees weak and her mind frazzled.

When Killian pulled away and rested his forehead against hers, East looked up at him through her lashes.

“You want me to be your man?”

East shrugged and looked away but instantly felt bad when Killian’s body shrank back some. Instinctively, East snatched his shirt and pulled at it until he was looking at her again.

  “Don’t do that.”

  “Do what?”

“Don’t let your mind leave me.” East pecked his lips again. “It’s not you. I’m just scared to hurt you.”

“Why would you hurt me?” His voice was solemn, apprehensive even. “I don’t think you’d do that.”

East sat back in her seat and released a frustrated breath. “I’m fresh off of Jesse, and I’m not sure where my emotions are at the moment.” She turned to face him. “I don’t want to make whatever that other girl did worse, and speaking of that, you never told me about it.” East narrowed her eyes at him. “I don’t trust myself.”

Killian sat back and nodded. The two of them sat quietly in the front seat of his car for only a few more moments before he cranked up and pulled out of the parking lot they’d been in. East looked straight ahead. As bad as she wanted to look over at him, she wouldn’t. She didn’t have the nerve. Being that he hadn’t vocalized much after her disclosure, she wasn’t sure how he was feeling or what he thought of her.

With it obvious that their moment no longer required her to be topless, East put her bra back on with her shirt following it. The ride to his gym was long and extremely awkward, so the moment Killian pulled into the parking spot labeled for the owner, East hopped out. She was halfway around the car and heading up the stairs when Killian called her name.

  “Come here real quick.”

East moved slowly, but she made it. Once in front of him, the avoidance of eye contact continued. Well, only as long as he allowed it to. The moment he pushed her face over some so that he could see her, East was forced to put her big girl panties on.

“Spend some time with me and let me see if I can make you trust yourself.”

  “We’ve already been doing that,”

Killian shook his head. “Nah, I mean alone. Let me take you somewhere.”

East stood in front of him planning a million trips in her mind before nodding. “Where we going?”

“Don’t matter. Just go to Jay’s them house and get ready. I’ll swing through and pick you up in about an hour.”

“How many outfits should I bring?”

“None. I got you when we get there.”

East was smiling extra hard when she raised her eyebrow. “You for real?”

Killian kissed her mouth and smacked her butt. “I’m so for real. Go.” he nudged her away from him.

East was still smiling when she blew him a kiss over her shoulder and took off walking. She wasn’t sure what Killian had up his sleeve, but hopefully, it would be enough to give her the reassurance she needed. The idea of being with Killian was like a dream come true, but that was only when he was in a good mood. Killian had been so inconsistent with her since meeting him that she remained a bit shielded regarding him.

“Hurry up, baby, so I can make you mine.” Killian’s voice carried across the parking lot.

East spun and blew him kisses before hopping in her car and pulling away. She was so excited she could hardly sit still. Alone time with him, laughing, talking, and just enjoying each other would be the break she needed before work. Hopefully, Killian or his horrible mouth and attitude wouldn’t ruin it.

  12.What Just Happened?

“Come on, we have to hurry up,” Killian told East as he pushed their way through the people in front of them.

Her soft giggling carried up to him as she picked up her speed.

“I hope they don’t leave our ass.” Killian looked down at his watch before shooting her a mischievous grin. “We’re probably finna have to run.”

East’s eyes got big as saucers. “Say what now?”

“We only have like two minutes, and our gate is way at the other end, come on.” Killian pulled at East with a little more force.

Hand in hand, the two of them took off running through the airport. The wind brushed back against their faces as they maneuvered their way through the other travelers.

“Killiannn, you’re dragging me,” East whined.

When Killian looked over his shoulder and into her face, he almost paused to give her a kiss. Her cheeks were high from her smile while stray hair from her ponytail flew all around her face. The vague reddish color accompanying her cheeks was almost missed thanks to the large, gold bamboo earrings she sported.

“Stop acting like a girl and come on.”

Killian continued down the hallway with her running alongside him. Already knowing th
e struggle, people hurried to get out of the couple’s way. Weighed down by backpacks only, East and Killian ran until they reached their gate, nearly knocking the flight attendant over.

“Hurry!” She smiled and waved them to her.

After checking in and finally reaching the tunnel to their plane, they were able to breathe. Killian pulled his fitted cap off and turned it backward, while his own personal beauty queen stood in front of him rubbing her hand over her hair.

“I can’t believe you just made me run through this airport.”

“It was either that or miss our flight, which would you have preferred?”

East playfully sucked her teeth. “I would have preferred for you to pick me up at a reasonable enough time to make my flight.”

“You mean the flight you didn’t know you were taking?”

Her happiness was evident by the smile on her face, and Killian was glad about it. He’d been trying to get their trip arrangements settled from the time he’d left her at the gym. When his travel agent hit him up with the quick weekend getaway to Vegas, he’d hopped right on it. The fact that his old college roommate lived out in Vegas as well was another plus.

He’d been doing his best to link back up with him, but between the gym and everyday life, he’d been unsuccessful. Thanks to East, all of that was about to change. He had big plans to make up for lost time while concurrently building new memories. It would be a major blessing if his actions swayed her in his direction. For East and what he was trying to do with her, he’d do anything. She seemed promising, and he would pursue her until she proved otherwise.

“Where we staying when we get there?” East whispered once they were seated on the plane.

“My homeboy wanted us to crash at his spot, but I wasn’t feeling that, so I got us a room on the strip.”

“Good, I want to be able to scream in private.”

East and Killian mildly disturbed the people next to them as they tittered with each other. “That’s the same shit I thought.”

Genuine feeling and continuous laughter was the key component behind their personal connection, and anybody with eyes would be able to see it. Nobody would ever feel it the way they did, and Killian would make sure of that, but simply observing it would be enough.
