“He has a huge dick.” She approaches and stands too close to me. I lean back on the railing still holding my hands over my ears, but they don’t keep the unwanted words out. “His tongue-”
I push her lightly and move away. “I said shut the fuck up!” I walk towards Sebastian’s approaching car.
“Ow!” My hair is pulled, and I fall sideways on the pavement.
“Hey!” I hear Selena running but I’m pretty sure Jax pulls her back. I get back up fuming in anger and a second later I’m carried from behind.
“He’s mine!” I shout at her.
“Fuck Isabel, what has gotten into you?” Sebastian says from behind me.
“Sir, we need to go home, NOW.” I hear Troy shout, holding his earpiece with one hand.
“Why? What the fuck is happening?” I shout, exasperated that I know nothing about what’s going on.
No one answers me as usual.
I’m carried into the car and I slide to the other side. Sebastian climbs in and slams the door shut.
“Are you okay?” He asks quietly. “Come here.”
“No!” I shout. “You’ve been with her, she-she told me how you felt inside her! You liar!” I feel like vomiting.
“What!” I hear him curse before he pulls my hands away from my face. “I wasn’t, she’s fucking lying! Jesus, Isabel have some fucking faith in me! And how are you the one who’s angry when I saw YOU all over a guy?”
“I wasn’t all over him! He was pulling me into him, and I kneed him in the balls, you saw that.” I rub the junction between my eyebrows to soothe the incoming headache.
“No, what I saw is you staring at me while letting him slowly get closer to you. He was stroking your arms.”
“What?” I don’t even recall that happening, it must’ve been when I was lost in Sebastian’s presence.
“Tell me, was he right?” He asks. “Did you want it?”
“Are you fucking serious?” I ask with wide eyes. “James, take me to my dorm.” I shout so James can hear me through the partition.
“No! James go home.” Sebastian says.
“Yes, Sebastian! We need to … diffuse!”
“No.” He says before closing his eyes and leaning his head back.
How did things become so messed up?
“So what? You’re going to hold me hostage?”
“If that’s what it takes, then yes.” He responds quietly. I don’t even have my keys to my dorm. Fuck.
Looking out of the window, I lean my head back as well. I wipe my tears away before anyone notices I’m crying. Today … this past week, it has all been too much.
We arrive at his building and get out from opposite ends. We walk in the elevator and again, we stand on opposite corners. I look down and fidget. Finally, in the apartment, I head to the spare bedroom, needing a shower to calm down and sober me up.
“And what the fuck are you wearing? A dress that short without me around.” He curses from behind me and that moment is the cherry on top. My tears fall, I run the rest of the way to the bathroom in the spare bedroom and lock the door. Yanking my dress off, I turn on the water and step inside. It takes a few seconds for the cold water to turn lukewarm, but I needed the coldness to sober up.
I hold myself around the middle as tears fall down my face. We were so horrible to one another.
I gasp for breaths as I sob. His anger, his jealousy, my anger and my jealousy got the best of us today. But I cry the hardest because I feel so unstable in our relationship. I’m doubting a future with the man I love, and it hurts. But more than the hurt, I’m petrified. The thought of losing Sebastian makes me vibrate in anxiousness and forces another sob out of my body.
I cover my face as tears fall.
Moments later, I hear a long sad wail. I jump at the unexpected noise and see Sebastian, with his hands in his hair, looking distraught. He stares at me with immense pain in his eyes. He yanks off his clothes and almost falls when taking off his jeans. I stare at him with sad eyes, not hiding my emotions. He comes into the shower and holds me to his chest.
I wrap my hands around his waist, pull him close, and cry.
“I’m sorry, angel. I’m so sorry.” He repeats over and over while placing kisses on my face and stroking my back.
“What’s going on?” I beg him to tell me. “Why do I feel so far away from you?”
He tilts my face up so my chin rests on his chest. “Nothing will take you away from me. I’m sorry for being a dick recently. I have a … family thing I need to deal with.”
“And you can’t tell me what it’s about?” I ask.
“It’s more … complicated than I thought it would be. There are people involved in this … it’s safer for you not to know. It would kill me if anything were to happen to you. I can’t risk it.”
“Does it affect us?”
His eyes widen as he looks down at me in a mixture of tenderness, sadness, and apprehension.
“Nothing will ever affect our love for each other.” He strokes my cheeks and kisses away my tears. So, it really isn’t about us?
“Well, whatever it is. It’s affecting our relationship. Today was horrible.”
“I know. It’s my fault. I’m sorry. Let me make it up to you. Turn around, angel.” He says but turns me around himself, tucking my back against his chest.
I release a deep sigh when I feel him massaging shampoo in my hair. He then tilts my head back to wash the shampoo off and does the same with the conditioner. Then, he scrubs every inch of my body.
I look at him when he’s done. “I love you.”
“And I love you, more than anything.”
I pick up his shampoo and wash him like he washed me. Afterwards, he holds me close.
We need to talk about his over-protectiveness. I don’t want James following me. It’s suffocating. Add in the fact that Sebastian thinks he can tell me where to go. That’s not okay. I need to tell him, but not right now. I’ve missed him so much. Tomorrow. I’ll tell him tomorrow.
“They want you.” He says while holding me from behind.
I turn to look at him. “Who does?”
“The men in the club. That guy. All guys around you. You looked so beautiful in that pink dress, so tantalizing. They all wanted what was mine.” He looks at me like a predator, like a caveman ready to fight a million men for his woman.
I palm his cheeks. “I don’t want them. Just you.”
“They’re going to try to take you away from me.” He looks down at me in a trance and for some reason, I don’t think he’s only talking about other men. But I push down my anxieties.
“I won’t let them.” I respond, growing needy.
He kisses me and one hand entangles in my hair and the other grabs a handful of my ass. “No, you won’t, Bella. Even if you wanted to, you can’t leave me, you’re mine.”
He leans down to kiss me again, but I pull away.
“And Misty? D-did you lie to me? Were you ever with her?”
“No. Never touched her, never will. I don’t want to, not her or anyone else.”
“I just feel so insecure with you Sebastian. With everything that’s going on, the secrecy, the jealousy … it’s making me feel unsure about us.” I admit.
“Then I’ll keep reassuring you. Over and over again until you get it.”
“Get what?”
“That I’m yours.”
He pushes me against the wall and slams his lips to mine.
I moan desperately at first contact and pull him closer to me.
He grabs the back of my thighs and carries me.
“Show me.” I beg him. “Show me that you’re mine.” I whisper against his lips.
I ignore the part of me that believes this is only a Band-Aid solution to our issues.
Chapter 19
I hear a phone ring but I’m too tired to open my eyes. Sebastian gets up and answers. I slip back into sleep hearing Sebastian’s words from a distance.
“I couldn’t help myse
lf, I never can, not with her… They won’t think that. They don’t know anything… Fuck, we need to find something.”
“Is everything okay?” I mumble. He turns around and curses. He presses the phone to his chest.
“Yes, angel.” He presses a kiss on my forehead. “Go back to sleep. Two of my colleagues are coming over, we’ll be quiet.”
“Sebastian.” I pull him back to me. “I heard you saying you can’t help yourself with ‘her’. What were you talking about?”
He smiles. “My dad was talking about the show we gave at Club 18 last night. Go back to sleep.” He says before walking out. I grab his pillow and ignore the signals telling me that something is wrong. Nothing is wrong, I repeat in my head. He loves me and I love him.
My alarm goes off at twelve in the afternoon and I pull the blanket over my head. I need to work on the fundraiser and finalize details.
Walking out to the living room, I see Sebastian and two men. One of them clears their throat and Sebastian stops talking and looks up.
With a smile, he stands up and comes to me. He lifts his hand and caresses my cheek. I blush at his actions and bite my lip to keep a sigh in. Will I ever get over the way this man makes me feel?
“You slept for a long time. Are you okay?” He places his palm on my forehead to check my temperature. I take that hand and kiss his palm.
“I’m fine. Just exhausted. I don’t think it’s healthy for us to live together, we never sleep.”
“Don’t go to your meeting with Sally. Tell her you’re sick. Get some rest.” He rubs the area around my tired eyes and they fall closed at the comforting touch.
“Well, you haven’t been giving me time to rest.” I say with a smile, wrapping my arms around his neck. “Besides, it’s college. Students are always too tired. We’re meant to be exhausted trying to juggle love lives, classes, partying, and all.”
“Okay, fine. But tonight, we take it easy.”
“Right.” I look at him doubtfully. “Tell that to Little Bella.” I look at his crotch to make my point. I love the nickname I gave his dick. Little Bella. All mine.
“First, stop calling him that. Second, we will both behave ourselves.” He discreetly cups his junk. “Won’t we, Big Bella?” He says, cooing at his crotch.
I laugh out loud. “I’ll never stop calling him that. I really have to go. Aren’t you going to introduce me?” I tilt my head towards the men.
He smiles possessively in return. “Nope.”
I roll my eyes. “You’re crazy.”
“For you.” He says, flicking my nose.
Walking to class, I take my earbuds out when I see a poster advertising a concert for the ‘World-renowned opera singer, Gabriella Rizzo’. Sebastian would love this! Entering the store to buy the tickets, I read the obscene prices and cringe. I’ll have to cut my weekly spending by half to afford these tickets. But he’s worth it.
I wake up the next morning snuggled to Sebastian. He worked late yesterday and by the time he came home, I was asleep. I woke up briefly when he got into bed and pulled me to him. I felt kisses on my neck and in my dreams, he begged me to forgive him.
I smile and remove myself from his hold. As much as I want to stay there and hold him tight, I have a busy day ahead.
Drying my hair after my shower, Sebastian walks in yawning and rubbing his face. He leans against the doorframe as he watches me dry my hair naked. He bites his lip with a smile and looks me up and down. I smile at him and continue my morning routine. I brush my teeth and lean forward to spit out the toothpaste. I lean back down to spit the gargled water and gasp when I feel his boxer-clad cock against my bare ass.
“You’re unbearably beautiful.” He leans down to kiss my shoulder.
“I wish I could stay.” I say, looking at him through the mirror. I take my moisturizer and apply it to my face. “But I’m already late for practice.” He strokes my abdomen, but I ignore his advances.
“Give me attention!” He moans into my neck and I laugh in response.
“Sebastian.”
“I need some Bella time.” He sighs into my ear, licking my lobe.
I turn and push him away playfully. Going back into the room, I put on my cheerleading costume.
“Are you trying to kill me?” He groans then points at his dick. “Big Bella and I think you’re being unfair.”
“Come home earlier next time.” I shove my books and a change of clothes into my backpack.
I look at him and he’s frowning. “Is this some kind of payback for coming home late recently?”
“What?” My mouth hangs open when I realize how serious he is. “Seb.” I approach him, not wanting a fight. “I have cheerleading practice in,” I check my watch, “seven minutes then a study group, and then I have a meeting with Sally.”
“Right.” He shakes his head, and yanks at his hair. “Sorry, I’m just tired.”
“It’s okay.” I lean up to kiss him. “Get some sleep.”
He nods and goes into bed and pats the space next to him. I sit down and he pulls me to kiss me softly. “You do look beautiful.”
I smile at him. “Oh, by the way, are you busy Tuesday night? Actually, even if you are, cancel it! I have a surprise for you.”
“A surprise?”
“Yep. I need you free from six pm until midnight.”
“Alright.” He leans up to kiss me. “I’m all yours.” His eyes flutter in exhaustion.
“Go to sleep.” I whisper to him then tuck him in. I bring the blanket all the way to his chin and he laughs.
“Thank you, mommy.” He says jokingly and I give him a nasty look.
“Ew!” I say rushing out, his laughter following me.
***
“Sebastian?”
It’s Friday night. We’re sitting in a bubbly bath and he’s behind me, playing with my hair. This feels amazing.
“Hmm?”
“Remember the first time you saw me in cheerleading practice?”
He laughs. “Yeah, when I had to hide my hard-on in front of twenty-five men?”
“Yes. Did you somehow convince Andrea to switch Brad with Tim as my partner?”
He stiffens behind me and places his lips on my shoulder. I hear him snorting, holding in a laugh.
I turn around and look at him. “Oh my god, you totally did! How?” I cross my arms.
He smiles at me, doing his whole ‘cuddly’ Sebastian act. “Come here.” He coos at me, trying to pull me.
“You totally charmed her!” I splash him with the water.
He laughs and pulls me close. “Come here angel, don’t be crazy. I offered her two VIP tickets to Justin Timberlake’s concert.”
“Sebastian!”
He moans into my neck, trailing his beard up and down the curve, which he knows I love. I roll my eyes and stifle my smile. I love when he gets all cuddly with me, it’s so cute!
“You’re crazy.” I try to pull away, but he keeps me on his lap.
“I was going crazy that day watching his hands all over you. With or without your captain’s permission -”
“Her name is Andrea.” I interrupt.
“Whatever.” He waves off my comment. “You were not going to continue with Brad. He has a nasty reputation with women.”
I lean back and cross my arms. “You’re crazy.”
“For you.” He leans forward to kiss me, but I inch away.
“Mmm, my sweet Bella.” He grabs my neck and kisses my cheeks.
“Sebastian!” I chide with a laugh because now he’s blowing raspberries on my stomach.
“Kiss me and tell me you understand.” He says in his ‘cute’ tone. I pull back and splash him.
I’m still laughing hysterically when he splashes me back. I gasp and throw myself on him, trying to dunk him, and he laughs in response.
“There’s no way you can dunk me. You’re tiny.” I squint my eyes at his comment and slide to the other side of the tub.
“You do realize I’m a hundred and t
hirty pounds heavier than you right?” He threatens, pulling me by my feet.
“No!” I hold on to the sides of the bath.
He manages to pull me free then he dunks us both under the water. We emerge laughing and I place myself on his lap and wrap my hands around his neck. I rub my nipples against his chest and his breathing quickens as I lick up the curve of his neck.
