by Susan Crandall

Moving from naughty seductions in Regency England to a childhood sweetheart reunion, we offer Susan Crandall’s THE ROAD HOME. Karen Robards calls Susan Crandall “an up-and-coming star” and she couldn’t be more right. Desperate to make a new start, Lily Holt reluctantly moves back home to Indiana with her teenaged son. But they’ve barely unpacked their bags when he gets into trouble again. Hoping that a job at the local marina will straighten him out, Lily is shocked to learn his boss is Clay Winters, the man who broke her heart fourteen years ago. Common sense begs her to stay away, but she simply can’t resist the broad-shouldered man who can still make her feel like no one else can. Her body aches for him, as it did all those years ago. But as explosive secrets come to light, will he break her heart a second time or help her heal it?

  About the Author

In her first career, Susan Crandall was a dental hygienist. However, her love of reading soon expanded to a love for writing, so she left her gentle tools of torture behind and began to pen novels. After spending several years in the big city (Chicago), she returned to the Indiana town where she grew up. There, she and her husband live with their two children and an eighty-pound “labsky” (half black lab, half husky).
