“Do I look like a man who plays games? I just got back from a mission where my men and I were shot at, where it was so crazy Spadaro shot at a friendly because the guy wasn’t supposed to be there. I’m on edge and tired, and not in the mood for games. You let down your guard today, and it was fucking incredible. We all feel it, baby. There is no fighting this. I can tell you right now.”
“I don’t know where this might lead.”
He gave her body a little shake by her ass, ran a finger along the crack, and pulled her closer, her face inches from his. Her breathing grew short, her heart raced, and she was completely aroused. He slid his fingers to her slit.
“To our bed for starters.” He kissed her mouth and stroked that finger up into her cunt. He was good, so very good at manipulating her body and at controlling her. It was crazy, but she didn’t feel used or like an object—she felt desirable and like she was making Tat crazy with need.
She pulled from his mouth and held onto his shoulder, her eyes locked to his.
He stroked her and clenched his teeth. “You can trust us with anything. We can’t protect you if we don’t know the danger. Now I get the feeling you need to process things. So I’m a reasonable leader. You got until tomorrow, and then I expect answers to my questions and honesty from you. Understood?” he asked.
“Yes. Oh God, Tat. Tat, please.”
He lifted up and placed her onto her back, and then he spread her legs, pushed aside the panties, and finished what he started. She cried out her release, and he licked her clean. He moved up her body and kissed her, and then looked down into her eyes as he caressed her hair from her cheeks and just stared down at her.
“The truth, baby. All we ask for is the truth.”

“I believe you all saw what I did. Someone hurt her badly. Cut her, scarred her, and that tattoo she has was an attempt to cover it up. I felt the raised skin right below her fucking breast, and I want answers,” Spadaro said to the others once they dropped Talia back off at home after lunch. They enjoyed the afternoon together, talking, but she was definitely holding back, and they pretty much were, too.
“I saw it,” Tat said.
“Me, too, and it definitely had something to do with the panic attack she had, and it was at the point that she wanted to return the favor of us pleasuring her.”
“Fuck, it doesn’t make sense. From what we know she’s very outgoing in public and with her friends, and definitely isn’t shy,” Vacarro added.
“But she is well trained in self-defense. I’m assuming that her training came after her experience, whatever that was. So it couldn’t have been too recent,” Basile said as they talked.
“Everything I found on her online indicates she went to school in Texas, and she didn’t travel overseas at all. I did run into a wall after the basic stuff,” Spadaro said.
“So what are you thinking?” Basile asked him.
“I’m not liking what I’m fucking thinking. I’m the one who didn’t want anything to do with this. Then I’m driving with Basile, and then next thing I know I’m making the first move in her bedroom, staring at a fucking angel. When things got hot and heavy, and I started taking off her clothes, holy fuck, everything changed. I wanted more and more, and hell, right now I ache inside, and that’s just fucking bullshit. Any other woman would be in my bed with my cock buried deep inside of her. This is all fucked up, and my gut says there’s trouble attached to that woman.”
“That’s for shit sure, Spadaro, but also know I feel the same way you do. I didn’t want to leave her. I want more, but I get the feeling she’s going to put on the brakes and push us away,” Vacarro said to him.
“It probably made matters worse that I confronted her, but she needs to know that we won’t hurt her and that we can protect her. That is, if we’re saying what I think we’re all saying here,” Tat told them.
“I think we’re on the same page. This isn’t about sex, though I need to say for the record, she is fucking hot, and that tattoo, completely unexpected. Like, holy fucking shit she has one hell of a body on her,” Basile said, and they all agreed.
“Well then, we ain’t getting any younger. We’ve seen this shit go down with our friends, and it’s real, so we need a plan of action,” Tat said.
“Shock and awe her, so she can’t think straight and just focuses on how we make her feel,” Spadaro said.
“Spadaro, she may have been a victim of a sexual assault. We don’t know, so I think slow is key here,” Tat said.
“Yeah, well, I’m not sure slow is going to work when we’re alone in a room with her,” Vacarro said and rubbed his palms up and down over his jeans.
“Shit,” Spadaro said, and they all agreed.
“We’ll handle it, and I’m sure now that we took her to lunch in Repose that I’ll be getting a call from Spartan and Cesar,” Tat said.
“Don’t tell them anything yet. Things just got started, but we’ll see where this goes. It’s our business and no one else’s. We have never shared shit with anyone, and I’m not about to go pouring my soul out to anyone. Fuck that shit. It’s difficult enough not taking what I want, and not having her ready and willing. She’s different,” Vacarro stated.
“It sure as shit is,” Spadaro said.
“We’ll take our time. She’s commitment material all the way. She’s classy and sophisticated, and seems to have upscale tastes if her decorating is any indication,” Tat said.
“She mentioned an office in her home and an online business. Could be a way to remain hidden,” Vacarro said.
“Explains the name of her company with initials. I believe it was T.B.M. LLC,” Spadaro told them.
“I don’t think we should look further. Just in case there is danger surrounding her, we don’t need to red flag her location,” Tat said.
“Goddamn, man, if this turns into a fucking situation like some of our friends have had, I’m going to be royally pissed off,” Vacarro said to them.
“It isn’t going to,” Spadaro said firmly.
“Spadaro, we need to be smart here. The signs, bro,” Tat said to him.
“I’m not going to let it get that far. You gave her until tomorrow. We’ll get the answers, and we’ll do what is necessary. End of story,” Spadaro told them.

“Okay, so spill the beans,” Cherokee said to Talia over the phone.
“What?” Talia asked as she put her gym bag into the back seat of her car.
“Hello, lunch with those four unattached psycho soldiers you mentioned.”
“Oh brother.” Talia exhaled and got into her car. She started it up, and the phone went to Bluetooth.
“Come on, what happened, and when are you seeing them again?”
“I’m not,” she said, and Talia felt that instant ache of sadness and worry.
“What the hell do you mean you’re not? I heard that they were quite attentive and that they kissed you, too. Something went down.”
“I can’t get involved with them.”
“Why not?”
“Because well—” She stopped talking. She was embarrassed to tell Cherokee that she wanted to pleasure Spadaro and then she had a panic attack as she remembered the way Barishna forced her to do things, to be exposed in so many ways. Obviously he still had a hold on her emotions.
“Oh, honey, come on now and talk to me. I know everything that happened in your life with Barishna. Did he pop into your head and screw up the perfect sexual encounter?”
“Oh God, Cherokee, it was a mess. I made a mess of things.”
“How so?” she asked, and Talia explained about them fooling around, about even letting them remove her clothing and explore her body, bringing her pleasure.
“Holy crap, that sounds so hot. Jesus, woman, I don’t know how you didn’t let them make love to you.”
“I had a panic attack the second I wanted to reciprocate the exploring. It just overcame me. Their muscles, Spadaro’s intimidating expressions, h
is size, and then worry about the pain they could each inflict on me. Jesus, I know deep down that they wouldn’t but the panic attack happened, then the difficult breathing.”
“They must know something is up.”
“Oh, yeah, they know. Tat confronted me privately and gave me until today to come clean.”
“Holy shit, he like demanded it?”
“Pretty much. The man is a ‘my way or the highway’ kind of person. So commanding and in charge, and it’s incredible that I would even be attracted to four men who individually are forceful, demanding, and get what they want. Together they’re a force to be reckoned with, and well, it seems I’ll be banging heads with them.”
“Oh no. Why, honey? Why not confide in them?”
“Seriously. How is that supposed to go over? ‘Oh, well to be honest with you, my fucked-up father sold me to a businessman while I was living in Italy, and he took my virginity, turned me into his sex slave, and was abusive and controlling. I had personal guards and was put on display as an object, but I’m not too untrusting and fucked up. I just have panic attacks every single night, and I may not be able to give you a blow job or have sex ever because, well, I was abused.’ Yeah, they would completely want me then.”
Cherokee chuckled. “Get real. First of all, that’s not exactly the way I would explain things to them. Secondly, give yourself some credit. I know you were hurt, scarred inside and out, but woman, look how far you have come. You’re well trained, have self-confidence, are running a business, supporting yourself, in control of your life, and are safe here in Repose.”
“I have little self-confidence with them. I lose it. I don’t want to be weak in front of them and allow them to control me.”
“Control you?”
“Yes, men like them want a submissive woman.”
“They want to feel in control and like they drive you wild with desire because they are men. You want that from them, too. It’s a give-and-take relationship with everyone giving equally. Plus, in a ménage relationship, you are shared between the four of them. You have to be able to commit to each man, make each man feel special and desirable. You get to give them all of you, and in return they give you all of them. That’s four charismatic, sexy, capable soldiers who will care for you, protect you, and give you so many orgasms you will wind up forgetting about the fears of giving blow jobs and having sex, because with them it will be pure pleasure. No pain, no abuse, no degrading you—in fact, they will build you up. Strengthen that self-confidence and make you feel like you’re flying on a cloud. I’m telling you, this type of relationship will heal you,” Cherokee said.
Tears filled Talia’s eyes.
“I want to believe that. I do, because when I was with them and they held me close, I felt amazing and safe.”
“There ya go. Just take your time and be honest with them. They can always talk to Cesar and Spartan to get the answers to things you just don’t feel comfortable bringing up again and remembering.”
“I’ll think about it.”
“Okay, so when do you see them again?”
“Today I’m supposed to meet Tat at my place after the gym.”
“At your place, huh?”
“Just to pick me up so we can go for coffee. I have a lot of work to do on the computer and orders to fill, plus that meeting with Ms. Chapman that was postponed is on for this week.”
“That’s great. It will all work out. Just remember to take your time and be sure this is what you want.”
“I appreciate the support. I’ll call you later tonight.”
“Oh, you better call me later this afternoon, unless you’re too busy with Tat and that coffee turns into you for dessert.”
“Oh brother. That isn’t exactly the kind of comment that is going to make me less nervous.”
Cherokee laughed.
“You’ll be fine,” Cherokee said, and then they ended the call.
Talia tried not to think about the things that could go wrong and how she was going to explain to them about Barishna. She needed to talk to Frankie, which was going to lead to talking to her brother, and oh God, this was sort of embarrassing in a way. How could she let her guard down and be intimate with Tat and his team? How? Was it even possible? She didn’t know as she made the turn onto the highway on her way to Frankie’s home for her morning training session.
* * * *
“Say that again?” Frankie asked Flame.
“I got a call from Spartan, Frankie, and it seems that some men have an interest in Natalia. The thing is, these men were just involved in an operation a couple of days ago along with me and my team. Spadaro shot Woodrow during the operation because he, Bronco, and Cole were running their own operation that somehow has to do with Barishna,” Flame explained.
“What the fuck? How can that be? What are the fucking chances?” Frankie asked as he waited for Natalia to arrive.
“It isn’t a setup. Spartan and the commanders picked Tat, Basile, Vacarro, and Spadaro for their skills.”
“Do Tat and his team know anything?”
“No, they don’t know shit about why Cole and them were there, and fucking Woodrow is lucky that Spadaro heard me say that they were friendlies or Woodrow would be dead.”
“That must have been some hell of a first meeting?” Frankie asked.
“Woodrow doesn’t like Spadaro, and the feeling is mutual. If Natalia gets romantically involved with those men, it won’t be accepted so easily by any of Nathan’s team. Nathan wants her single and protected. The fewer people who know what danger she’s in, the better. They’re close, and now I’m helping them, as well. I don’t want to get into details, but you need to kind of steer her clear of these men for now if you can.”
Frankie exhaled. “They’re the kind of men who would protect her. They thought I was a boyfriend or a man of interest, and I swear they looked like they could kill me.”
“Well, the last thing she needs, Frankie, are more aggressive men in her life making demands. I get she’s probably lonely.”
“She’s living a good life here. She feels like she has some control, and her friends, a bunch of them are involved in ménage relationships. Surely Nathan knew this was a possibility in sending her to live in Repose,” Frankie said to him.
“Of course he did, and he wasn’t too fond of the idea considering what she went through, but Spartan and Cesar live there, and they wanted to be able to ensure protection for her, too. It made the transition a little easier.”
“I don’t like the fact that Nathan wants me to tell her to back off from these men. If they make her feel safe and happy, what’s wrong with it?”
“Barishna is becoming more powerful. He is going to find out that Nathan’s men, my men, and Tat and his men killed his guy and the other soldiers who worked for him. When he does, because he knows Nathan is getting closer to pinpointing his location, he could go after Tat and the team, too. Any of his men go looking in Repose and—”
“And they’ll locate Natalia. They’ll see them together.”
“Exactly.”
“But again, Flame, these men are capable soldiers. Some of the craziest, most advanced, correct? So if they know what’s going on, then they would take the precautions.”
“He shot Woodrow.”
“So it was a fuckup on Woodrow’s part, and he was lucky he didn’t die. They weren’t supposed to be there, and what were the chances that all of you were on the same mission to find this guy who was killed?”
“I’m just the messenger in this. Nathan and his team are extremely protective of Natalia. So much so that if Barishna sends men looking, he wants her relocated.”
“What? No, they can’t do that to her. She’s established a life here. Friends, a business, and she’s finally looking happy.”
“Bronco, Woodrow, and Cole didn’t give me all the details, but they gave me enough to know that she suffered greatly and was a prisoner and restrained when they found her. I can understand their rationale, and you n
eed to, as well. Steer her clear of those men. Spartan and Cesar will do the same on their end to make sure it happens. End of story. I’ll be in touch and make sure she knows that leaving in a hurry could happen sooner rather than later.”
“Whatever,” Frankie said. He was pissed off. This wasn’t fair or right, and had the makings for disaster.
* * * *
“What?” Talia asked Frankie as they sat down after their hour workout and training session. She knew something was up, but this? She didn’t expect this. She wanted to cry, and it was instant.
“You have to stay away from them. It’s an order from Nathan,” Frankie told her. She didn’t need to ask him what happened and why, he told her. Straight out explained in the details he knew and what took place.
“Spadaro shot him? Is he okay?” she asked, her concern for Woodrow. He and the team rescued her, took good care of her, and saw her in the worse of her condition. Stabbed, naked, battered, and tied to a bed like some animal.
The tears fell, and she tried to wipe them away.
“Fuck, you love them?” he asked her.
Her nose clogged up, and she sobbed. “How could I when I hardly know them?” she said in between sniffles.
“I could tell you liked them a lot, and they definitely like you and want you. Ménage relationships are complicated, but when multiple men so close, a team, brothers, all have the same strong feelings for the same woman, it isn’t just lust. Even I know that,” Frankie said and exhaled.
“But I can’t let it continue. On the ride here, I kept thinking of all the ways I would explain to them what happened to me, and no matter how I tried to, I couldn’t come up with anything that minimized the disgusting truth. Now you tell me this. I guess it’s an easy way out. The decision was made for me as to not tell them,” she said and stood up.
“There’s more, baby. You need to be ready, prepared to leave.”
“Leave?” she asked, shocked, instantly feeling sick. “What do you mean leave?”
