Christmas at Purgatory (Thalia Extra #1) Page 4

“Language, pet.” James bit her shoulder and moved. Her body was shaking already. Too much sensation. Kalen was moving too, his thrusts growing harder and harder. Each lift of his hips pushing her back onto James, and then forward again. James moved more gently, letting her adjust, but soon she could feel the tension in his body against her. He was fighting to control his urge to push her, but she felt fine. Sore already, but fine. The next time he went to thrust, she pushed back hard and he growled, his fingers digging into her hip painfully. His voice was rough, “Is that what you want?”

Kalen thrust upward, “She’s not going to break, James. Are ye, Thalia?” His hand was at her neck, pushing her chin up as he squeezed her throat gently. She shook her head. She wasn’t fragile.

“God, I love you, Thalia.” James’ lips were against her back, and then he thrust hard. She winced and cried out, but Kalen was thrusting hard too. They moved inside of her, and she was so full, impossibly stretched, the feeling sharp and then they pulled back and her body was shivering, needing more, just a little more. Their groans were increasing, their hearts pounding against her skin, and she couldn’t hold on. She was going to break apart.

Her body locked up as she came, tightening down on them both and their groans echoed the cries she made, heat pulsed down her spine, washing over her to leave her gasping and shaking. Fuzzy in her lust as shivering aftershocks rocked her. Kalen thrust deep and she felt his cock kick inside her, his hand holding the back of her head to keep her against his chest as James moved inside her. His fingers were digging in to her hips, and she pressed back against him. Thalia pushed up onto her knees as Kalen slid from her and James had greater control over her movement. He pulled her sharply back against him, and she cried out, whimpering as she felt him come. “Bloody hell...” he cursed, his body tight against her as he leaned over her. They were all still for a moment, and then he took a shuddering breath. He kissed down her spine as he slid from her and she realized how shaky she was.

“Holy shit.” Thalia breathed and rolled to her side. Kalen leaned over her with a grin, then he pressed a kiss to her lips.

“That was fantastic.” His voice was way too loud, but she couldn’t help but smile back. He rolled off the bed and went to rescue Maggie who was whimpering and squirming in the chair.

“You are so incredibly hot, baby. Have I told you that lately?” James had taken care of the condom and was pulling her back against him. Every cell of her skin was humming, she was welted and sore and aching, but she laughed.

“You tell me that all the time.” She laughed louder when he nuzzled against her neck and bit down playfully.

“I’m sure I don’t say it nearly enough.” His words filled her with light. He had made her fantasy come true, and not only enjoyed it with her, but seemed as exhilarated as she felt. Under all of the exhaustion anyway.

“I love you, James, and it is ridiculous how hot you are.” Thalia grinned and looked over her shoulder at him. His blonde hair was a mess, and he arched a brow at her.

“I am not ridiculous.” He nipped her skin, and she laughed. The pressure of new weight on the bed made Thalia look back to see a very exhausted looking Maggie being laid down by Kalen, who crawled onto the bed behind her. The two pairs faced off in post-orgasmic bliss.

“That was a brilliant Christmas present. I’ve no idea what ye two will do to top it next year.” She smiled before she yawned, cuddling back against Kalen’s chest as he wrapped an arm around her. “Oh, and I beat ye, Thalia.”

“Huh?” Thalia was smiling, but she was confused as she stared at Maggie.

“I came four times. Ye came three. I win.” She grinned and Kalen bellowed a laugh, kissing her neck.

  “I love this woman.”

“We should all have a drink and then turn in for the night, we’ve earned some rest.” James sat up, his hand running down Thalia’s side as she pushed herself up, feeling every aching muscle that would be reminding her of her Christmas present for days.

“Ah, we’re good. Think we’ll just go to bed.” Maggie blushed and sat up with Kalen.

“Oh my god.” Thalia stared at Maggie whose eyes widened as she stared at her.

“What?” James was tugging his pants on from the floor, his absolutely clueless face looking between Thalia and Maggie. Kalen’s mouth was firmly shut.

“You’re fucking pregnant! THAT is why you didn’t drink the whisky James brought! And I never saw you take a sip during dinner or presents! You. Are. Pregnant.” Thalia was shouting, a huge grin on her face as she knelt on the bed, not even remotely caring that she was naked.

“I don’t know what -”Kalen started, but Maggie smacked his arm.

“Oh, hush, Kalen. She knows.” Maggie rolled her eyes and grinned. Thalia squealed and tackled Maggie with a hug. Kalen sat up to get out of the way and James walked over to slap him on the back.

“Congratulations, Kalen! You should have told us!”

“Holy shit, how far along are you?! You know Julie is going to demand to throw the baby shower. Do you want a boy or a girl? Oh my god! Can you even have a kid here at Purgatory?!” Thalia was babbling as she sat up from Maggie, who was laughing too hard to answer any questions for a moment.

“We’re only eight weeks, and we weren’t going to tell anyone until at least twelve. So, no gossiping with the girls.Especially Julie, I’ll end up with a nursery theme that I had nothing to do with.” Maggie blushed bright red, and Kalen pulled his pants on before he stared at her and crossed his arms. She smiled apologetically,” And Kalen was only trying to keep it a secret, like I asked him to.”

“Which made hitting me very unnecessary.” Kalen was almost pouting, but he was too proud to keep it up. “I’m going to be a dad!” They all cheered, grinning in bliss. Thalia was already picturing a little redhead with Kalen’s unique honey colored eyes. Super cute kid, or kids. Who knew?

“And I think as long as we keep the wee one out of the Dormitory, and the play room, they’ll be just fine at Purgatory.” Maggie shrugged, pushing her curls back over her ears. “I’m really excited that ye figured it out, I actually really wanted to tell ye. But everything says not to, and it was killing me to keep it in all day!”

“Next time just tell me!” Thalia laughed, climbing off the bed to stand by James.

“Well, remember this the next time it takes you six hours to call us with news. Like when ye two decided to actually admit ye loved each other and all that. We were sitting here in suspense most of the day!” Maggie gave her a look that challenged her to argue, but Thalia didn’t even bother.

“We’re just so happy for you guys.” Thalia couldn’t stop smiling, and she laughed when Kalen scooped Maggie off the bed, holding her in his arms. He leaned down and kissed her and it was clear they’d be amazing, if not very unique, parents. That kid would never want for love, and it would probably have more adopted aunts and uncles than it could handle.

“We love ye both, and we would have told ye as soon as we hit twelve weeks.” Kalen shrugged, looking down at Maggie with a warm grin. “And I’m going to spoil her rotten while she lets me.”

Maggie yawned again and Thalia followed suit.

“It’s time for bed, we can talk more at breakfast. I’m sure the girls will talk for hours about it tomorrow.” James interlaced his fingers with Thalia’s, tugging her towards the door.

Kalen nodded, tucking Maggie under his chin as she leaned against him. “Have a good night, we’ll see ye both in the morning.” James was pulling her through the doorway when Kalen spoke up again, “Hey! One more thing.”

  “Yeah?” Thalia asked.

“Happy Christmas.” He grinned, and they all said it back as they wandered, exhausted, to their rooms. It was a very happy, merry, wonderful, brilliant Christmas.
