His responding growl sounded like an angry bear and the next thing I knew he had an arm locked behind my back and he picked me up off the floor planting me on the dining room table. “You’re right, you’re not. But you will be.” He promised. He meant it and I knew it, his eyes held no room for question.
He swiped the skirt of my dress to the side and pushed up the thin material that was covering my lady bits. He saw the black and red lace panties – courtesy of Shelly – and groaned. He stroked me through my panties, his eyes locked on his motions. “You’re so fucking wet.” He murmured almost as though he was talking to himself.
I threw my head back when he increased his pressure. He kept up the motion and just as I was about to explode he drew back. “Wh-what are you doing?” I asked breathlessly.
“Say your mine.” He said simply.
I groaned. No I was not going to cave on this so I shook my head no. he picked up his rhythm again and once again when my body starting clenching he slowed down. He did this a few more times, each time asking me to submit. He was so casual about the whole thing like he was playing with a new pet.
“I am not yours…” I spat. I was now angry and thoroughly frustrated. I knew it would be so easy to just say it, I didn’t have to mean it but I couldn’t do that. Because I wanted to say it and I would mean it. I was so unsure of us I didn’t want to give him anything else until I could sort my own head out.
He sighed and moved back completely. His head cocked to the say as he looked at me. I wanted to know what he was thinking so fucking bad but I wasn’t going to ask. As he withdrew from me and deeper into his thoughts I felt some of the need fade away. It was still there but instead of being in the forefront it was a dull throbbing further away.
I sat up and righted my clothes. “Where’s Victoria?” I asked.
He sneered at me. “Why are you asking about her?”
I glared at him and closed the gap between us. “You were with her!” I accused poking him in the chest.
“No I wasn’t, she just happened to be there and was following me around. I wasn’t touching on her like you were!” he shouted back into my face.
I backed up and stormed away from him. His scent was intoxicating and distracting I needed to think. “Are you two back together?” I asked. I wished it came out stronger but it didn’t.
He sighed and I turned to face him. “Is that what you think?” he asked quietly.
I nodded. “It seemed that way.”
“who did you leave with?” he asked.
I frowned. “What do you mean?”
He advanced on me again and this time I held my ground. I wouldn’t keep running from him. “I was looking for you and you had disappeared. I couldn’t find Jerry either. I was sure you were either not going to be here or you weren’t going to be alone.”
I shook my head and threw my hands up exasperated. “This is fucking insane. We’re not in a relationship and we’re constantly at each other’s throats accusing each other of being with other people. This is not fucking normal.”
“So?” he asked shrugging. I was watching him the whole time but I hadn’t really been paying attention. For the first time I noticed the tick. His hands clenching, his nose twitching, his eyes burning with something. For a while I thought he was calm and in control but he wasn’t. He’s just been trying to appear like he was. I wanted him to snap, I needed him to snap. I had to know what he thought of me, of us, of this. So I did what any self-respecting woman does to get a man to open up. I taunted him.
“I would’ve been with him had you and your girlfriend not come along and interrupt. We were just getting to the good part.” I told him with a slow smile.
That did it. There was no warning no response. His long strides ate up the space and he was on a mission and I was right in his path. I started to scramble for the couch but he wasn’t having none of it. He hooked his arm around my waist and dragged me to the closest thing, which happened to be a wall. He most definitely has a thing about walls…
His hands were at my back tugging down the zipper to my dress. He tugged and it slid down pooling to my feet. I hadn’t worn a bra with the dress but used some of that dress tape shit to hold it up. Thankfully they were more attached to the dress than my skin. That would’ve been kind of embarrassing. He kept me pinned against the wall with one hand while he worked his belt loose with the other. He unbuttoned himself and the sound of his zipper ping ponged off the walls. He lifted me up and entered me in one swift hard movement.
My screams echoed as he rammed into me over and over again. I came three times, and he would not let up. I was begging for mercy and was at the edge of coming again when I began pleading. “No, no, no, no… please no more. I can’t take it anymore.” I begged him.
He grunted and he shifted his hips so he was hitting that perfect spot. I shattered on contact. I fell limp and clinged onto him for dear life. He was still working me like a man possessed. “DON’T. EVER. FUCKING. SAY ANYTHING. LIKE. THAT. TO ME. AGAIN!” he roared in between thrusts. He started to fuck me deeper and with every thrust, his pelvis hit mine sending tingling sensations all over my body.
“I’m sorry…”
“You’re fucking mine, do you get that Cassie?” he asked.
He was sweating and panting but he would. Not. Let. Up!
This was it. I could submit to this, to him and see where it goes or I could throw up my wall to protect myself. Holy shit, I felt another orgasm building and I knew this would be the one to kill me.
“YOU’RE FUCKING MINE CASSIE!” he roared. This time it wasn’t a question. I looked up into his eyes and nodded. His eyes flared and if it was even possible, he went even deeper. “Say it, I want to hear it.”
“I’m yours… I’m fucking yours.” I admitted in a whisper.
His lips crashed down onto mine and I felt his cock get larger and pulse within me. He was about to come. The first spirt of his cum set me off and I was coming to. Explosions and fireworks went off in my head and I had to break the kiss because I was fighting for consciousness. I felt him go slack against me and his head dropped to my shoulder.
He went to backup and pull out of me but I clung onto his neck. He carried me over to the sofa and sat down with me on his lap, him still semi-hard inside of me. He ran a finger softly along my cheek. “You know what this means right sweetheart?” he asked in a low voice.
I shook my head. “No.”
“This means that it’s you and me… no one else.”
I nodded. “Nobody else.”
Drayden stayed the night with me on my small futon. He didn’t complain about anything which I wouldn’t have blamed him for. It was too small for him, his legs dangled off the end so he had to keep his legs curled up with me.
Chapter 11
Cassie
I woke up to the smell of bacon and I groaned. I stretched my sore limbs and peeked one eye open. Ayde was in my kitchen area in nothing but his boxers. I smiled at the sight.
“I’ve always dreamed of my man pregnant and barefoot in the kitchen.” I said.
He turned around to look at me. He was trying to scowl but I could see the laughter clear as day in his eyes. I held his stare and his lips twitched before breaking out into a smile. “Your man huh?”
I smiled and I felt a blush coating my cheeks. “I mean…” I trailed off not quite certain what to say.”
He turned back to the stove and flipped the bacon. “That’s alright, because you’re mine.”
I smiled a big goofy smile I knew he couldn’t see. “Your what?” I asked.
He turned back to look at me. “You’re just mine. That’s it, everything that that entails.” He said simply.
I rolled off the futon and made my way to the bathroom to freshen up. When I came out he passed me a cup of coffee. I sniffed it and sighed. I took a sip and looked at him surprised. “This is perfect!” he made it just the way I liked it.
He chuckled. “I know how you drink your coffee, if that
s what you want to call it.”
I narrowed my eyes. “How do you know?”
I shook his head. “Besides the fact that I was drinking it for how many days at a time…?” he asked.
Right, he had been stealing and drinking my coffee. “oh right, I almost forgot about that. Thanks anyway.”
He leaned forward and pressed a kiss to my forehead. “Food is ready.”
He made us plates of eggs, bacon, and toast with jelly. The eggs were perfect and I moaned. Sure they were just eggs, but when you know you’re going to be eating 25 cent noodles for the foreseeable future you take pleasure in the little things. Speaking of which… “I know this wasn’t in my fridge…?” I questioned.
He took a big bite of food and nodded. “You were out like a light. I was going to suggest going out for food but then I thought about the fact I had no change of clothes and I didn’t want to wake you. So I ran out and grabbed some groceries.”
I nodded as I looked around the kitchen and noticed that there was a bunch of grocery bags rolled up into one big one. Come to think of it I didn’t even have any more of the creamer that I liked. Put my fork down slowly. “What do you mean you got some groceries?”
He diverted his eyes and took a sip from his cup. “Just a few things, I noticed there wasn’t much in here when I was setting up to cook something.”
I suddenly lost my appetite. “I don’t need you to buy my food.” I told him as calmly as possible. I know I’m struggling but I didn’t want handouts. I’ve been making ends meet – barely – but I’ve been doing it on my own.
He held his hands up in surrender. “I wasn’t trying to offend you or anything. I just wanted to make you breakfast is all. I picked up a few extra things but I only got them because I thought they were things you liked. There was no ulterior motive.” He explained.
I relaxed a bit. It was thoughtful and I would probably do the same given I had the means. He wasn’t making a dig at my empty kitchen, he was just trying to do something nice. I nodded in acceptance and finished eating my food. I had assumed he’d probably leave after breakfast, but he didn’t. Instead, he got comfortable with me and watched some TV. I noticed he bought himself a toothbrush and things to freshen up.
We were in the middle of watching a Kevin Hart movie when my cell went off. It was a text message form Lorraine.
Coming to Sunday dinner tomorrow?
I smiled when I read it. After the first couple of invites I started to believe the reason they wanted me there was we could provide some entertainment.
Sure. I’ll be there.
I hit send and stared at the phone. Then on second thought…
What kind of desert are you making?
I snickered as I put the phone down. Ayde looked over at me. “What’s that all about?” he asked nodding to my phone.
“I’m texting your mom. She’s invited me over for dinner tomorrow.”
He rolled his eyes. “Of course she did.” He said dryly.
I put a hand over my heart. “Do you not want me there?” I teased. I was going whether he wanted me to or not.
“Yea, of course. They’re just annoying sometimes is all… I would’ve asked you to come with me anyway. It would be nice if I would be the one to bring you over instead of them.” I ran my fingers through his hair and he leaned into me. “Plus, I’m sure Shelly already told them about us anyway. She wouldn’t keep her mouth shut on something like this, I’m sure of that.”
I frowned. “Should I be worried?” I asked.
He nodded. “Definitely.”
Just then, my phone pinged again.
Carrot Cake
“Aww man. Your mom is trying to ruin me.” I fussed.
He snatched my phone and read the texts before he burst out laughing. “Let me guess… you want the cake so bad you can’t bail?”
“Exactly.” I groaned and dropped my head onto his lap. He continued to laugh as he stroked my head.
“What do you have planned for tonight?” he asked.
I sat up. “It’s girl’s night buddy.”
“Does that mean you’re kicking me out to bash me with your friends?” he asked.
“We’re actually meeting at Laura’s. I’m not sure what she has for us to do tonight.”
He seemed to think about it. “How about you pack a bag for tomorrow and I’ll take it home with me and I’ll pick you up when you’re done and go to my place?” he suggested.
I mulled it over. “Ok, that sounds good. When are you leaving?” I asked.
“I’ll leave when you’re ready to head out and I’ll drop you off. I just thought about all the clothes of mine you wore home. I know you probably have a few full outfits in here of mine so I can shower and relax with you until then?”
I nodded and went to grab him some of his stuff. I’d been washing his stuff with mine hoping he was doing the same. Though I never remember my clothes at his place, hence why half of the clothing here are his as a substitute. I waited until I heard the shower running before I wrapped my arms around myself and took a moment to embrace this overwhelming feeling of happiness. I’ve never had this before and I never thought I would, least of all with the man naked in my shower.
He dropped me off at Laura’s but didn’t let me get out of the car before I gave him a real kiss as he put it. A peck just wouldn’t do. The moment I walked through the door, she gave me a weird look. I saw Amy was already there and was sitting on the sofa with a glass in hand. I hugged Laura and walked past her to Amy who I gave a big hug to as well before plopping on the couch.
“What’s wrong with you?” Amy asked eyeing me suspiciously.
“That’s what I want to know.” Laura chimed in while she fixed me a glass to drink.
I accepted the cup and shrugged. “Nothing is wrong.” I said.
Laura’s eyes narrowed. “Have you been smoking pot then? That’ll do it to you, trust me I know.”
I shook my head. “Of course you would, and no I’m not smoking pot. I’m fine… really really fine.”
Laura’s eyes remained narrow for a second before they widened and her mouth dropped open. She stared at me that way for probably a good two minutes before she contained herself.
“YOU HAD SEX!” She squealed.
I was instantly embarrassed. Not by what I done, but by her reaction. “Shhhhh!” I insisted as if the whole block hadn’t already heard her announcement.
“Who was it?” Amy asked at the same time Laura said “How was it?”
I took a long sip of my cup. “Well… it was amazing.” I said.
“And who?” Amy persisted.
I sighed. “So you know my obnoxious boss?”
“Who is also very fucking hot.” Laura cut in. That was the bright side to it all every time I bitched about him in her eyes.
“Well, we’re sort of seeing each other…” I trailed off.
Amy was the first to speak. “No way!”
I nodded and Laura jumped up out of her seat. “how long have you been giving him the goods and why are we just hearing about this now?” she asked.
My eyebrows shot up. “It’s only been like a couple of weeks… it’s still all new.”
Laura rolled her eyes. “This is like girl code 101, you’re supposed to send a blast text message as soon as the deed is done. I mean I should’ve had the message in my phone before he even pulled out. God woman.”
I rolled my eyes. “You’re a nut.” I finished off my glass before I broached the subject from earlier. “So where have you been and who is he?” I asked.
She went to tell us that she had met some guy at the bar the night that Ayde carried me home drunk. She’s been seeing him ever since but he doesn’t live out here. She speaks like she can’t stand him but if that were all the way true she wouldn’t still be seeing him. Trust me she dumps men all the time for a lot less. Maybe this is the one for her and she’s just having a hard time accepting it. As the liquor continued to flow, my mind became more and more mush a
nd before long we were all just talking shit and getting drunk.
“Um, Cass?” Amy asked.
“Yea?” I was feeling great, nice. I was drunk but not totally smashed.
“Your phone keeps going off.”
I rolled my eyes and dug through the couch for my phone. She must be obliterated because I know I would’ve heard my own phone. I finally found it and saw there were four missed calls. Shit. One was from my parents the other three were from Ayde.
I called him back. “Cassie?”
“Ayde.”
“Do you know what time you’re going to be ready?” he asked.
I shrugged. “It’s still early. Maybe around midnight?”
“It’s 1:45 in the morning sweetheart. Midnight has come and gone already.”
I frowned. “No way, I just got here.”
He laughed. “You’re drunk. Do you still want me to come get you tonight or are you staying there?” he asked.
I thought about it, at least I tried. “No I’m going with you silly. Can you be here in like another hour or so?” I asked. I tried to look at the time to take note but I couldn’t read it. The numbers were blurry, even when I closed one eye I couldn’t focus.
“Yea, I’ll see you soon.” He replied before hanging up.
I put my phone down on the table and had another drink. We were in the middle of arguing about something, I honestly couldn’t even remember when there was a knock on the door. Laura staggered to the door and swung it open letting whomever in. Drayden entered the room followed by Reno both looking amused. They probably heard us through the door.
“Future wife, are you sloshed again?” Reno asked coming to me and giving me a hug.
“Hey Reno!” I said excitedly accepting his hug. I heard him laughing in my ear and I threw an arm around his shoulder and turned my attention to Laura and Amy who were checking out both guys. “This here is Reno, he wanted to marry me but it’s too late because I’m fucking Ayde.” I said.
Reno choked and Ayde shook his head chuckling. Reno gripped me from behind and waved a hand at my friends. “The lovely lady is right, but I wouldn’t mind stealing you. You know you are my soulmate.”
