Changing Lanes (Satan's Sinners MC #5) Page 12

by Colbie Kay

He pulls back, and we stare into each other’s eyes, searching for something unknown. Reaching up, I cup his cheek with my hand and I smile. This is what I needed at this exact moment and he knew that. He leans down, softly touching his lips to mine, but I deepen the kiss, sliding my tongue along his. I let him feel every ounce of need, lust, and craving I have for him.

He picks up his pace; my cries mix with his groans, intensifying the closer we get to finding our release. My nails scratch and dig into his back as my hips move faster, keeping up with his rhythm. My building orgasm grows stronger. “I’m about to come.”

“I know. I feel it! Come for me, Sierra. I’m right there with you.” I shatter underneath him, my orgasm consuming every fiber of my being. I burrow my head farther into the pillow and I’m ready to close my eyes, but he stops me.

“Give me those eyes.” I gaze up at him as I fall even more in love with this man. His own release takes hold of him. He bites down on his bottom lip, keeps his focus on me, and he falls into a sated bliss. I love seeing him lose control.

Neither one of us moves a muscle until our breathing has slowed, and only then does he pull out. I’m instantly cold from the loss of connection. He goes into my bathroom, brings out a washcloth, and begins cleaning me up. He crawls back in bed with me and I suddenly have this ping in my stomach.

  “Hacker?”

“Yeah, Red?” We roll to our sides so we face each other.

“I need you to tell me if this is just fun for you.”

“What are you goin’ on about?” His brows pull down and he reaches out, pulling one of my thighs so it’s draped over his.

“It’s just…watching you with Cash, I don’t want him to get attached, and frankly I don’t want to, either, if this is just fun for you.”

He skims his thumb over my cheek and pushes my hair behind my ear. “For the first time in a long fuckin’ time I feel like I could be moving forward. I had plenty of time for fun, so no, it’s not just for fun.” He gives me a teasing grin. “Although fuckin’ you is pretty damn fun.”

“If you ever want out or it gets to be too much, just tell me, okay?”

He sits up in the bed and I join him. “Where’s this comin’ from?”

I shrug. “I lost my husband because of Cash and Mark living here. Stephen never wanted kids, and then when I moved them in it only took six months for him to hand me divorce papers. We had a rocky marriage anyway, but that sealed the deal.”

He turns my head to look at him, his eyes wide. “Stephen, as in the guy I beat the shit out of?”

I nod. “The one and only.”

“Listen, Red, you didn’t lose your husband because of Mark and Cash. You lost your husband because he’s a fuckin’ pussy and wouldn’t man up to support his wife. I’m glad I beat the shit outta him now. Wish I would have known back then; I would have done worse damage.”

  “Hacker!”

He chuckles. “I’m not goin’ anywhere. Understand?”

  “Yeah.” I nod.

“Good, now let’s go for round two.” He sits up, grabs my legs, pulls me down the bed, and shows me just how much of a man he is.

  Chapter 19

“Hacker, come into my office,” Hanger yells from the hallway. I walk down the hall, go into his office, and sit. He shuts the door and goes around his desk to sit in his chair. “Jenkins came by yesterday. Apparently Dennis Yearly made enemies while he was doing his time. No one is talking, so they don’t have enough evidence to try and arrest anyone. Jenkins has tampered with the paperwork and they don’t have any evidence against you.”

I expel a relieved sigh. “Thanks, Hanger.”

He leans back in his chair. “Next time come to me. Yeah? We’re your brothers.”

I nod. “My duty is done; there won’t be a next time. But yeah, I got it.”

  “You headed to Stilettos now?”

  “Yeah.”

“Crazy Girl told me Sierra’s workin’ there. Glad y’all could patch shit up. The ladies love her and want her around here.” He stares at me, waiting to see what I gotta say.

“Yeah, we patched shit up—and hey, you never know, she could be gettin’ a property patch.” I smile.

“The fuck?” He laughs. “Enemies to lovers, huh? It’s good to see you smile and laugh, but don’t get soft on me.”

“Never.” I join in his laughter.

He clears his throat. “On a serious note: Treat her right, brother, she’s a good woman.”

“I’m doin’ right by her, don’t worry.” I tap my knuckles on his desk and stand. “Alright, I gotta get goin’. See ya’, Prez.”

“See ya’.” He goes back to working on whatever he was doing before he called me in here.

“C’mere,” I tell Sierra in our office. She gets up from her chair and comes over to me. I pull her down into my lap, and she leans back into my chest. “You know, Gunner and Chatty’s wedding is comin’ up.” I run my fingers lightly across her stomach.

“Yeah, when I had lunch with Zoey and Jacey, they mentioned it. I haven’t had a chance to talk with Chatty yet; I think both of us are just so busy.”

I move her hair away from her neck and kiss her tender flesh. “She’s been busy with the baby and shit with Tinsley. I wanted to ask you if you would go with me.”

Her head snaps in my direction and her smile is so bright and beautiful. “Are you asking me to be your date?”

I laugh. “Yes—Red, will you be my date?”

“Of course!” Her hands cup my cheeks and her lips softly touch mine. She pulls back. “I gotta get out there and check on the girls. She stands from my lap.

“Get to work, woman,” I tease, giving her a smack on her ass.

It’s been a while since she’s come back into the office, so I go out to find her. She’s standing in the middle of the club, staring at the stage. “You like to watch her dance, don’t ya’?” Her wide eyes meet mine, and she nods. “C’mere.” I take her to a table in the far corner; it’s completely dark and no one can see us. I pull her down onto my lap. “Spread your legs, Red. Keep your eyes on Lexi.”

I unzip her jeans and push my hand down in between her legs and she gasps. “Hacker!”

“Shh. No one can see us.” I run my finger through her folds, feeling her wetness coat my digit.

“You like the way her body moves?” Sierra nods against my chest, and the first quiet moan falls from her lips. My cock jumps to life. Lexi’s one of the best exotic dancers I have working here. She knows how to entice the customers with her slow movements and the way she works herself around the pole. She’s not just stripping; she’s giving them a performance that’s so seductive the viewers feel like she’s here just for them.

I move my finger in little circles around her hard little clit. Her breathing becomes rapid as she fights to stay quiet. Her eyes never leave the stage, though. I push two fingers inside of her over and over before bringing them back to her clit. Her legs clench around mine, she grips my arms with her hands, and she releases right there in front of a room full of people without them even knowing it. I pull my hand out of her jeans and stick my fingers in my mouth, sucking off her sweet flavor.

She fixes her jeans and turns to look at me. “Office.”

We stand from the chair and walk quickly to our office, where I lock the door behind us. When I turn, she already has her jeans off and she’s bent over her desk. I’m so fuckin’ happy I bought it!

Unzipping my own jeans, I push them down my legs and position the tip of my cock at her opening. I drive forward in one hard thrusting motion until I’m seated all the way in to the hilt.

She cries out loudly and grips the edge of her desk. I hold on to her hips tightly as I pump in and out of her wet heat. My quickset pace is deliberate and meticulous as I hit the spo
t that makes her go fuckin’ crazy. Reaching around her waist with one hand, I easily find her clit.

As I move my middle finger in circles much like I did out there, Sierra’s moans grow louder. I continue with rough, calculated strokes in and out of her, so rough her feet are almost coming off the ground. “Fuck, you feel so good!”

“Don’t stop! Please don’t stop!” she cries out. Her head comes back, and her parted lips let out the sweetest fuckin’ moans. I move my finger quicker, thrust in and out harder and faster, and her walls begin clenching my cock so good. My spine begins tingling. “Yes! Right there!” she yells out. “I’m coming!” she screams loudly, and I’m right there with her, both of us falling into a deep, orgasmic heaven.

Our breathing is short, quick, and labored. Our bodies are sweaty and she’s still shaking from the intensity of her release. I pull her down to the floor of the office until we gather our bearings.

  Chapter 20

There’s a knock on the door, but I’m in an exam room with a patient, so I’m not sure why someone would be knocking. I open the door far enough to see it’s my clinic nurse. “Doctor Greene, you have a call on line 1.”

“Take a message.” I’m confused as to why she wouldn’t have done that in the first place.

“They said it’s important. It’s about your brother.” Shit!

“Okay. I’m coming.” I turn to my patient. “I want to see you in two weeks.”

I shut the door behind me and walk to the front desk. I hit the button for line one. “Hello.”

The daytime caregiver is frantic. “Sierra! Mark left the house when I was in the bathroom. I’ve looked everywhere, but he’s gone!”

My heart begins to race. “I’m coming now!” I hang up and tell the receptionist, “Cancel the rest of my appointments.” I rush to my office, quickly grab my belongings, and run to my SUV.

I speed all the way to my house and run inside. “Heather!” I yell.

She comes running into the living room. “I’m so sorry. I thought he was napping.”

“How long has he been gone?” I start running through the house, checking around for him myself.

“Thirty minutes or so,” she answers behind me.

“Okay, I’m going to go look for him. You stay here in case he remembers to come back.” I run out the front door and jump back in my SUV.

Grabbing my phone, I call Hacker. “Hey, Red.”

“My brother’s missing,” I cry into the phone.

“Fuck! Okay, babe, stay calm. Where would he go? I’m grabbing my keys and I’ll be there soon.”

“I don’t know—he could be anywhere!” I hit my steering wheel. “The caregiver said he’s been gone at least thirty minutes.”

I hear his motorcycle start. “When Shelly takes him on walks, where do they go?”

“They walk to the park and back.”

“Start there. I’ll meet you at your house after you check there.”

“Okay.” I try to control my emotions and my breathing, gripping the steering wheel until my knuckles are white to keep my hands from shaking. I drive to the park and scan the whole area, but he’s not here. I drive back to my house, jump out of the SUV, and run inside. I yell, “Has he come back?”

“No,” Hacker answers. “Give me your keys, I’ll drive.” We rush back out to my vehicle, and Hacker begins to drive. “Where else could he go?”

“I don’t know!” I’m frantic. What if we can’t find him? What if something happened to him? All of these what ifs run through my mind. Mark has never taken off like this, but he’s never had the chance before. Someone has always been with him, but Heather knew not to leave him alone unless he was for sure napping.

“He mentions home a lot—would he remember where his old house is?” Hacker glances at me for a second before looking back at the road.

  “Maybe?” I give him directions.

Fifteen minutes later, we pull up to Mark’s old house and, sure enough, he’s sitting on the front porch. “Oh, thank God!” I open the door and start to run up to my brother.

He looks up, confused. “Could you help me?”

“What are you doing here?” I ask calmly.

“I’ve lost my keys, can you help me? I thought I had them when I left work, but I guess I must have left them there. Kyra won’t be home for a few hours and I need to pick my son up from the babysitter,” he rambles.

“Mark?” I question, trying to get him to focus.

His eyes meet mine, and his brows pull down. “Do I know you? Do you know my wife?”

“Mark it’s me, Sierra.” I step closer to him.

“No, Sisi is away at college. She’s going to be a doctor.” He smiles proudly.

My heart hurts. I clear my throat to push down the lump that’s forming. “Why don’t you come with me and we will see if we can find your keys.”

  “Okay.”

I open the door of the SUV and help him climb into the backseat, stealthily clicking the child lock into place before shutting the door for him. When I get into the passenger’s side I mouth, “Thank you,” Hacker and take his hand in mine. We drive back to my house safely in silence, where we get Mark inside and into his room.

I shut his bedroom door, then walk down the hall and into the living room, where Hacker and Heather are. “Heather, you can go home.”

She tries to apologize for the hundredth time, but I just can’t hear it anymore. “I’m really sorry, Sierra—”

Putting my hand up, I stop her from saying any more. “Please, just go.” I feel exhausted and I realize it’s time Cash and I had a talk.

Heather grabs her things and shuts the front door behind her.

“You okay?” Hacker pulls me into his arms. I shake my head against his chest, and the tears start falling.

“I’ve never been so scared before. I didn’t know if I would find him.” I sob and pull back, tears blurring my vision. “He didn’t even know who I was, Hacker, what am I supposed to do?”

His hands rub my shoulders then move up, cupping my cheeks so I have to look into his eyes. “I’ll be here to support you with whatever you and Cash decide, but I think you know what would be best.”

“Thank you.” I give him a small smile. “Will you stay while I talk to Cash?”

“Yeah, babe, I’m not goin’ anywhere. I’m just gonna make a couple calls real quick.”

Hacker walks outside just as Cash walks in. “Hey, Sierra.” He smiles.

“Hey, buddy. Umm...” I rub my forehead. “We need to talk.”

“Okay.” He sets his backpack down and follows me into the dining room.

We sit at the table. Cash stays quiet, waiting for me to start. “You know your dad loves you so much, right?”

  He nods. “Yeah.”

“And you know he’s not getting any better, right?” I ask as Hacker sits next to me.

“I know,” he quietly tells me.

“Today, while you were at school, he left the house.”

He interrupts me, “Is he okay? Did you find him?”

“Yeah, he’s fine. We found him sitting at your old house. He didn’t know who I was, Cash.” My bottom lip begins to tremble, but I have to stay strong for my nephew.

His brows pull down. “He’ll remember. You know he just gets confused.”

Looking down, I fidget with the hem of my blouse. “I know, Cash, but there’s going to come a time when he won’t remember. He won’t come back. I think it’s time we need to consider putting him in a nursing home.”

He starts growing visibly upset, his brows pulling down tightly. “He’s not old, Sierra! He needs to be here with us!”

I meet his watery eyes. “Cash.” I tilt my head to the side. “I want him here with us, too.” I reach out,
grabbing his hand in mine. “But they would keep him safe and take care of him.”

He throws back, “We take care of him.”

“I know, buddy, but this is what’s best for him.” How can you really make a ten-year-old understand you have to send his father away?

He wipes a tear away from his cheek. “Can we still see him?”

“Of course, we can. As much as we want.”

  He nods and looks away.

Hacker chimes in, “Why don’t we all go together, and we will find the best placement for your dad. Sierra won’t make any decisions unless you are okay with it, sound good?”

Cash looks at Hacker. “You promise?”

“Yeah,” Hacker answers, taking my other hand in his and lacing our fingers together.

Cash looks at me, and I nod. “I promise.”

“Okay. I’m going to my room now.” He stands and walks away.

I watch him go. “I hate this.”

“I know.” Hacker’s thumb rubs the top of my hand.

The doorbell rings. I stand and walk to the door, opening it when I reach it. “Hey!” they all say. Zoey, Jacey, Ever, Chatty, Tinsley, Daphne, and Audrey stand on the front porch.

“What are you all doing here?” I’m shocked; I don’t know how they found out where I lived.

“I called Hanger,” Hacker says behind me.

My head snaps in his direction. “You did?”

  “Yeah, Red, you need family.”

“Family?” My eyes begin to water again.

“Yeah, family,” Zoey responds. “And wine.” Each one of the girls walks in, hugging me as they go by.

“I’m gonna go by Stilettos, give y’all some time to do your chick shit, and later on I’ll be back.” He starts to walk past me, but I reach out, grabbing his arm. He turns to look at me.

“Thank you.” My eyes search his as he leans in, placing his lips against mine softly in a chaste kiss.
