His eyes locked on to mine and he positioned himself between my legs. His hands slowly running up my outer thighs.
Before his hands grip my ass and he drags me down the bench, towards him, till my core was positioned right near his dick.
His hand then going to my face. He touched me like I was made of glass.
“You got plans for the rest of the night darling?”
I am captivated by his eyes, the intensiveness of them, as they are locked with mine.
I slowly shake my head.
“Wanna come to the dark side for a night?”
He said come to the dark side for a night, but I felt like I was already there. His other hand moved to my back, forcing me to curl into his chest. My hands going to his shoulders.
Did I want to party with the bikers for a night? Wasn’t life just about experiences?

“What can I say mate, you have this title within ya grips. If Kace doesn’t take it from you that is.” Taylor said as we stood by the car in the garage, discussing the up and coming season.
Ivory’s car pulling up behind us, made me turn around. She was up early.
“Hey Ivory!” Taylor said and frowned. “What time you start?”
She walked towards us.
“Obviously just now Taylor.” I muttered, running a hand through my hair.
“Nah bud, I saw her car here earlier.” Taylor frowned then smirked. “Guess it is a good thing you don’t pay her by the hour.”
My eyes went to Ivory, narrowing on to her. “Yeah, well I’ll see ya at the race this weekend.” I said to Taylor and then watched my sister hightail it away from me. “Now I need a word with my sister about risks.”
“Fair call from you mate, how many are you taking racing a new cube.” He shook his head with a carefree grin while I walked off heading for my sister who was talking to the pit crew.
“Want to explain that?” I said to her and she glanced up, keeping her cool eyes on me.
“Explain what?”
“What time you get here? Or more importantly which shed did you come to first?” I asked the question but I didn’t want the fucking answer. To be honest with myself I wanted her to flat out lie to me. But I also knew she wouldn’t do that because she respected me too much—or at least I hoped we still had that relationship.
One of respect and loyalty. A part of me wanted to believe I wasn’t that brother, the over protective dominant one. Surely I could be a level headed about her dating but why the fuck was she attracted to that asshole!
“I have no idea what you are talking about.” She said keeping her eyes locked with mine and my stomach tightened—she was lying to me and I wasn’t sure what hurt more. That she was lying or that there was a ninety percent chance she had been with Kace.
Chapter 5 Part 2
IVORY
“Yeah like I said Elle, I’m not interested.” I said into the phone, and was holding it between my shoulder and ear, as I used both hands fixing the clamp on the motor. It was late. I was the only one left, after all you can’t expect your pit crew to do all nighters, like me.
My sister had called about a charity event and I wasn’t even mildly interested. I had nights here working on the car, perfecting it—and I didn’t have time for ‘charity events’. Which lets be honest, were all about Elle setting me up with whatever bachelor she had found. My sister was a matchmaker and while she didn’t want to settle down—she expect me to because my ‘hobbies’ aka NASCAR wasn’t healthy.
Apparently a man would take my mind off my career that I was building.
“Come on Ivory, just ditch the grease for one night?” She snapped impatient at me. I sighed, turning around needing another spanner. Catching sight of something moving out of the corner of my eye, squeal and drop my phone. It crashing on the concrete.
My eyes run over Kace and I quickly pick my phone up. “Elle I have to go and for the record the answer is no.” And then I hung up. My screen was slightly shattered in the corner from the drop. I groaned. I had just had this screen replaced.
I looked at Kace, noticing a small smirk on his face.
“Can I help you with something?” I snapped at him, seeing as he found my clumsiness as amusing.
He crossed his arms and his eyes stayed on me. Why did it feel like he was judging me? God. Why was I being paranoid.
He took the cigarette from his mouth, “You are always the first to get here and last to leave.” He noted a true fact.
“So,” I paused tilting my head. “You’ve been watching me?”
I stilled as he walked towards me. And I hoped to god that Gabe wasn’t monitoring the cameras in the garage right now. Having Kace in here would make him flip.
“You left me the other night, not giving a reason.” He says and ignored the question I ask.
“Like I said, I had an early morning that day.”
“And tomorrow, do you have an early morning?”
I sighed. This was honestly not okay, I knew that. I was dancing with fire. But I knew I would only get burnt if I couldn’t master how to manipulate the flame. Finally I realized I couldn’t prolong it any longer.
“Kace I know you want to hurt my brother. But using me, seriously?” I scoffed and looked up at him in the eyes. “You can’t expect me to let you, hurt me, so you can hurt him.”
He smirked. “Your acting’ like I’m gonna use and abuse ya.”
“Is that not your plan? Fuck me, leave the next morning. Maybe get a victory picture to shove it in my brother’s face?” Yeah I had gone through the scenarios. I knew how this would end and I wasn’t prepared for it to unfold because my brother’s head needed to be in the race, not on mind games with Kace. “So you should go Kace.”
I was lucky because my heart wasn’t involved. I had learnt early not to get emotional invested when it came to men.
But when Kace didn’t take a step away from me but to me—I got nervous. Especially when his hand went to my cheek.
“I respect you more than that.” His words were solemn, and I watched as his eyes drop to my lips. Before looking me back in the eyes. “I respect all women, however you rank higher in my eyes then a club girl.”
I frowned.
“You are driven, you go for what you want and even though you’ve had an upbringing where you wanted for nothing. You aren’t a perfect pretty Henderson—like I said you were.”
My eyes remained locked with his. “And how would you know, we’ve had three conversations.”
His large hand took mine, and he lifted it up. “Because a perfect pretty Henderson wouldn’t be covered in motor grease.” His eyes were on my hand, which was covered in grease, so much so, it smudged on his hand.
“Big deal. I have some grease on my hands.” I went to snatch my hand away but his hand linked with mine.
“You’re loyal.” He states looking me in the eyes again. “Even though your brothers are a class wankers, you don’t go against their wishes.” He began backing me up. It took three steps till my ass hit the bench. He unlinked his hand with mine, and placed both hands on my hips.
I wanted to tell him to get his hands off me. But I didn’t. Instead I inhaled sharper as he lifts me up and then placed me down on the bench. It mirrors the image where he had the other night, only for me to use an excuse to leave.
Kace isn’t much of a talker. I had worked that much out. So when he slowly leans forward, I don’t push him back as teeth nip my bottom lip.
He was waiting for me to follow through on my word, and tell him no. But I don’t. Instead I let him kiss my lips slowly.
My lips move back against his and I enjoy every second of it. Till finally I grip his leather cut, that stands against everything my family believes in. The laws, the rights of society—Kace and his club stood against all that.
I pushed him back. Knowing I was only feeding his thrill of chasing me, to hurt my brother.
“Kace. Stop.” I grit out. Taking uneasy bre
athes in. “I won’t let you use me.” And then I saw a tint of rage in his eyes. As if I had insulted him to the core. I then shake my head, not wanting to read into it. “I’m sorry, but this—whatever it was, is over.” I state the words clearly but as he looked me in the eyes I doubt my decision.
His mouth goes to my ear. “Babe, this is just the beginning not the end.” And then he pulls back. I see the determination in his eyes. I’m still breathing sharply as I watch him walk backwards away from me. “I’ll be seeing ya.” He adds then turns walks away. Leaving me wondering what the hell I had done to encourage his interest.
The crowd that came with the races, was always intimidating. Especially when the VIP’s are shown the cars. I was busy ignoring the crowds that swallowed the garages and my eyes were on the car as people posed with it to have a photo.
To say it was irritating to see people touch your pride and joy was an understatement.
Still I had control over my inner need to throttle these people as they posed with my car.
Kace’s car was set up next to ours, and him and Gabe were busy signing autographs. When I saw someone go to lift Gabe’s bonnet up. Fuck that. You never do that to a NASCAR! I stormed towards him.
“Do you mind?” I snapped and pushed the bonnet back down. I looked the man up and down, and saw the challenge arise in his eyes.
“Do you?” He snapped back at me. “Aren’t the models meant to be entrainment purposes purely?” He added, and I understood where he got that impression. I was dressed in Gabe’s colours and sporting a large eight on my back. It wasn’t my fault that the mechanics department got my size smaller than needed.
I knew I should have taken Gabe up on his offer to wear his old shirt instead of this top, right about now, as the man’s eyes dropped to my breasts.
“Piss off would ya?” I crossed my arms over my breasts, feeling very uncomfortable.
“She looks scared boys, doesn’t she.” The man and his friends who clearly had never heard the word no before, surrounded me.
“You’ll be looking scared in a minute.”
The hair on the back of my neck stood up—hearing that voice.
“You boys get off scaring women?” Kace was right behind me, I could feel him in my personal space. As his hands landed on my hips, and he remained positioned behind me. “What got no guts now that your speaking to a male?”
Again my body shivers, and the men took a step back, but then Kace saw it and so did I—the man’s eyes drop to my breasts, as soon as put my arms down.
“Fucking get ya eyes off her.” Kace hissed and then stepped in front of me, getting in the mans face. “If you want to keep those pretty boy looks, you’ll fuck right off.”
I saw Kace’s hands clenched into fists at his side. I knew he didn’t have great control over his temper. So I placed a hand on his arm.
“Kace it’s okay.” I say it but my voice is still shaky.
He glanced back at me, and looked even more pissed off if that was possible?
The men shot me one more look before putting their hands up and backing away, leaving me ,us. I immediately exhaled calming down.
“Thanks—”
“Put some fucking clothes on.” Kace snaps over my attempt to thank him, his eyes run over me, and then he shoulders past me. Leaving me stunned. I felt like a real idiot. Why did he get involved if he didn’t want to? God. He wasn’t the type of man to do the right thing. He should have just minded his own business.
But I can’t stop the tears from brimming in my eyes—being told off by Kace stirred something in me. An emotion, I couldn’t pinpoint. But I felt sick, and upset all at the same time.
So I quickly weaved through the crowd, only to step outside and see my brother having Olivia pinned against the wall.
I scoffed, as Gabe’s attention goes of Olivia and on to me. His eyes widened.
“Are you okay Ivory?” he abandons Olivia and walked to me. But I just put my hands up.
“Just leave me alone.” And I then storm off in the other direction. I felt humiliated for some reason and I couldn’t pinpoint why. Maybe it was having Kace come to my rescue when he clearly hadn’t wanted to.

Ivory
“Heard you’ve a day of it?” Prince said to me, after the stock car was on the truck and heading back to our shed.
I glanced at him. I wasn’t sure what he had heard and didn’t want to mention Kace. Prince was Kace’s crew chief and while him and I should be enemies. We sort of go on. Always lending each other tools between the sheds—our drivers and bosses didn’t know that though.
“I’m having a few at my house tonight you interested in coming?” Prince asked and to be honest with myself I had a long ass day. But the thought of a cold beer and some company that wasn’t my television got me frowning. “Come on Ivory, you’ll have fun. Just me and the boys. Oh and there women.”
My frown deepened and he nudged my shoulder.
“Okay, but just a few.” I said, and knew I was setting myself up for a big night because Prince was chatty without liquor in his system.
Arriving at Prince’s house, there were bikes and cars on the lawn and considering I knew he rode for a one percent motorcycle club. I should have guessed that there would be members here from his club. Still it surprised me and I felt stupid about that when I knocked on the door.
“Ivory.” He grinned and grabbed my arm pulling me in. “Bout time you got here, thought you were standing me up.” He still had a grip on my arm, as he showed me through the house. “Beers are in the fridge and cooler out the back.” He added, and then slid the large glass door open.
The BBQ was cooking, and a man wearing a King Deceivers patch was handling it. I couldn’t help but think Gabe would lose his shit if he knew I was here.
But I was just hanging out with Prince.
I then took the beer off Prince that he had extended to me.
Scanning the backyard my eyes glued to a pair of familiar grey ones. Making me swallow sharply and quickly look away.
God why did he have a hold on me?
I wanted to grill Prince on not giving me a heads up that Kace would be here. But I refrained from doing it. Till I saw him beginning to approach me out of the corner of my eye.
Please keep walking.
Please don’t stop….

Kace
I was known for being a bastard. Anyone you meet that knew me would say I was a hard bastard, that was often rude—and called people on their shit. As I took a sip from my beer, my eyes were locked on her. Ivory’s ash blonde hair was out and down to her breasts. She had a pair of sunglasses on, and a cigarette burning between her fingers.
I had attempted to talk to her twice. Each time I bailed and got a beer out of the cooler next to her. Prince was using his charm on her and it was getting under my skin and I couldn’t even hear exactly what he was saying from over here.
But I could hear his laugh, and see her grin. Which reminded me how much of an ass I was earlier today. Wasn’t her fault that men wanted a piece of her but fuck would it kill her to cover those breasts of hers? That cleavage was enough to get any man to fall to their knees in front of her. Fuck. I’d be one of those men, if I didn’t know she would flat out reject me. And that top today, seeing her nipples through it- it was a kryptonite for me. Knowing she wasn’t wearing a bra sent delight mixed with fear through my body. Because what I would do to see her topless—there was no bounds.
Though today I had a chance of repairing damages with her, instead—I rejected her. My pigheadedness came. I realized in that moment when I was protecting her—that she wasn’t mine to protect and that was the reason I was pissed off. And why I snapped at her. Stubborn and fucking stupid it was. I recognize that. And now I was dealing with the aftermath, which was her pretending I didn’t exist. As much as I stared at her, she hadn’t glanced in my direction since she walked through the door.
Fuck this. Fuck Prince bedding her tonight.
I threw my drink back and this time I was going to make conversation with her. Fuck she had a hold on me, basically had me by the balls. As I approach her, my heart is drumming to a beat that makes me feel sick.
Prince and her conversation gets clearer as I approach and then I notice how her eyes goes from Prince to me. I see hesitation in those blue orbs which makes me think that while she was having a conversation with Prince, her mind was elsewhere. Maybe she had noticed me staring at her, watching her ass every time she bend over to pick up a beer from the cooler.
“Kace, mate, need a refill?” Prince said, and I nodded my head. Putting the empty in the bin. Knowing that I would be crashing here tonight because no way could I ride the bike. I had already had six, and I wasn’t planning on stopping yet.
“Shit the coolers out, I’ll go get some from the fridge.” Prince said closing the cooler lid and heading inside. That worked out perfectly for me. Because I could have a word with Ivory. My eyes went off Prince’s back and on to the goddess known as Ivory Henderson.
“How’s ya night?” I asked the most stupid and original question. I watch her inhale on her cigarette and what I would do for her lip to be wrapped around me. Fuck. What was with this woman!
My pride was about to get in the way again, I felt it coming. I was about to walk off, when I heard my name and I cringed. Physically cringe.
“Kace baby, didn’t know you’d be here.” Vee’s voice was soft and not sweet. She was a club girl a lot of men had been there, including me. I glanced to my side seeing her. Fuck how was I going to get away from her?
“Who is this?” Vee looked at Ivory and frowned. “I haven’t seen you around the club.”
I went to open my mouth when Ivory placed a hand on my arm. Making me freeze.
“I’m Ivory, Kace’s girl.” She said with such determination that fuck I believed her. Ivory leaned in. “So fuck off.” She says with a smile on her face, but it was the type of smile that started a bitch fight. Vee is speechless, she looks at me for help, but I don’t give any and she backs away from us.
