Undeniable: Reverse Harem Story #3 Page 4

by Royce, Rebecca

I loved how he was always thinking of me. I loved how Maven never ceased to care.

He held one part of my soul. I didn’t know that three people could each hold my heart but they could. It was easy. As easy as breathing. As simple as loving them.

I reached between us and took his cock in my hand. He closed his eyes and moaned, growing even longer in my hold. I stroked him, balls to tip. I was wet with needing him. He lifted his lids before reaching between us to press a finger inside of me.

His eyebrows raised just a touch. “Missed me? Your sweet pussy has been aching for me, I think.”

Banyan made a noise in the back of his throat. “You’re fucking killing me.”

Even if I’d wanted to, I couldn’t control the soft noise I made. It must have confirmed what he said because he gave me a grin that spoke of pure male satisfaction—and we hadn’t done anything yet. I leaned over to kiss him. I tried to pour everything I felt into that kiss. The weeks apart, the time we’d spent away, how scared I had been.

I saw him for him. The way he saw everyone. The way he never let anyone or anything intimidate him. The way he’d seen me and never let me go, even though I should have been completely beyond his notice.

I loved him for all of this and so much more. His sense of humor, his quiet love of art, his secrets that he’d trusted me with. His cock jumped in my hands, growing impossibly hard.

“Careful, love. This goes on much longer and we won’t last long when I get inside of you.”

Banyan laughed, holding out a condom. “Speaking of which, unless our girl here has gone on the pill, you need one of these.”

That was a thought but not for now. I shook my head. “Not on.”

Maven grabbed the condom from Banyan. “I owe you one.”

With shaking hands, he ripped open the condom, slipping it onto himself. I watched, almost transfixed. He was beautiful. He’d hate me saying it so I wouldn’t, but I could think it all I wanted. I hadn’t needed a lot of foreplay. Maybe later. What I wanted right now was Maven and then Banyan. I needed this rejoining to feel alive.

The second the condom was on him the moment took on an urgency that hadn’t been there before. I rocked toward him, letting his cock hit the outside of my pussy. He cried out, and I knew he was right. He was holding on by a thin thread.

I climbed on top of him, fitting him inside of me inch-by-inch. He pulsed, and I loved the sensation. Maven dug his fingers into the bed, like he could gain control by holding onto the sheets. I wasn’t going to need long, but still, I wanted this to last for as long as I could. I moved slowly. Riding him up and then down. If I had pain, I didn’t feel it. Then again, I wasn’t noticing much of anything that wasn’t pleasure.

We found our rhythm. It would take more than five weeks to forget how I liked to move with Maven. He let go of the bed, his hands coming to my hips like he wanted to feel the dance of our hips with his hands. Up and down, I sped up the exchange, and he bit down on his lip.

“Giovanna, you are so hot.” A muscle ticked in his jaw. “I fucking love you.”

“I love you, too.” That did it for me. Maven’s heart. That was all I would ever need from him. I exploded on his hard length, my breath disappearing as my body became nothing more than a blast of desire all centered on Maven. I didn’t need anything else in the world except him and this.

I panted as he came inside of me. My body buzzed. I knew I wasn’t done.

Maven leaned on his elbows. “You okay, love?”

“Never better.” I kissed him hard. “I promise.”

He nodded once as I eased off of him. When I’d successfully done so, Maven rolled off the bed. I had a second to admire his tight ass as he unsheathed himself on the way to the bathroom. A hand stroked my arm. “Need a minute?”

I grinned at Banyan’s question. “Never.”

“Good.” He rolled on top of me. “I think I can successfully keep my weight off of you, gorgeous. Let me try to be on top. It’s all I’ve been thinking about while I jerk myself off at night.”

I gasped. The image was hot with a capital H. I loved the thought. Where did he start to touch himself? What was his pacing? My mouth went dry.

“Aha.” His smile was slow and adoring. “I see you like that. Well, maybe sometime I’ll let you watch me do it while I call out your name. Now? I want the real thing not the image.”

  “I trust you.”

His smile fell. “Best gift you could ever give me. I’ll never, ever let you down.”

“Banyan.” I took his face in my hands. “You took your father’s private plane and came to me in the hospital across the world. I can’t even fathom what you guys did. But I know what it cost you to ask your father, and I don’t mean in money. You did that for me.”

He blinked. “I love you Giovanna. You’re mine. There’s nowhere you could go that I wouldn’t come for you. I don’t know much about anything, but I do know that the only people I love in the world that I count on all live in this house. Believe it, okay? If you need me, I will move heaven and earth to be there. Why else was I born with all this fucking money that doesn’t mean shit? There’s nothing I can’t make happen and the only thing I want to do is make every one of your dreams come true.”

Tears ran down my face. “Oh, Banyan, I love you so much. Where did you come from? Where did you all come from? Why me?” I kissed him and kissed him. I never let him answer. I pushed my tongue into his mouth. He moaned against me, his body hard, while he kept his weight off my abdomen. He pulled back, dropping his mouth from mine to suck on my nipple.

I closed my eyes. My breasts weren’t always sensitive, but today they were. I held onto the back of his neck, drawing him closer. Banyan always wanted my pleasure. He got off on it as much as anything else. I dropped my finger to my pussy; I was wet and sensitive. While he sucked on me, I rubbed my clit. His eyes widened when he realized what I was doing, and he made a low noise in his throat that was part growl, part moan.

He sucked on me harder for one second before changing breasts. I sighed, finding the right rhythm with my clit. He finally pulled off, kissing his way down. “I love it when you feel good. There’s nothing better than you when you are going to come. I fucking love it. I love you so hard.”

Banyan spoke hard, his words flying out of him as he made his way down my body.

  “I’m so… yeah.”

Maven appeared next to the bed, holding a condom in its wrapper. “Returning the favor.”

“Thanks.” Banyan grabbed it from Maven, and although it took two tries, he managed to get the wrapper undone and the condom out. I took it from him. I wanted him in me, and I didn’t want to wait if he was going to fumble with the condom.

He moved to his side, close enough I could sheath him in it. He sighed when I had it all the way on and then rolled back on top of me. “I love how you take care of me.”

“I love taking care of you, Banyan.” With what little he let me do.

He pressed inside of me. I was already so sensitive that I almost came right there. I caught my breath. It was right on the point of being too much. I wrapped him in my legs, and he adjusted until he wasn’t rubbing against my abdomen. Then he moved. Banyan had a way of jerking his hips so that every pass hit my clit. I smiled. Yes, if I was going to come again it was going to be that way.

For a few minutes we just stroked each other like that, our two bodies sending jolts of pleasure where we could. Then the speed increased. I called out his name. I wanted more. No, less. Yes, more. I couldn’t decide. It was all blissfully on the verge of… something. I couldn’t even think. And then I came. I expected an explosion but instead it was like a blissful release. I clung to Banyan. Tears pooled in my eyes and then fell down my face.

He kissed them away as he followed me into the haze that was making love together.

I hadn’t been tired, but when Maven cuddled back into the bed next to me with Banyan on the other side, I conked out fast. I was half strewn over both of them, their legs wr
apped around me, practically pinning me to the bed.

  I didn’t dream.

I woke up to the sound of the door opening. I cracked my eyes open. Banyan snored next to me while Maven breathed lightly. They were both still out.

Chance leaned in the doorway, grinning at us. “This is what happens when I go to work?”

Maven’s eyes flung open. “We couldn’t keep our hands off.”

“That’s okay. I get her alone later.” He winked at me. Chance held up a bag. “I brought home Chinese.”

Banyan lifted his head. “You’re my hero. You know that Charles Montgomery.”

  I blinked. “Charles?”

“That’s right. Charles.” Banyan grinned. “No one calls him that, but he is Charles. Chance is his nickname. Some people even call him Chase. All nicknames to Charles. No one ever called him Charlie.”

Chance had been grinning but his smile fell. “Actually, my mother did. See you guys downstairs.”

My heart fell into my stomach as Banyan swore under his breath. “Fuck. I didn’t mean that. I was just playing.”

“He’s not mad.” Maven swung his legs over. “Just an unexpected memory, I bet. It’s okay, Banyan.”

Banyan shoved on his clothes and took off down the hallway after Chance. I could hear his footsteps pound on the stairs. I sighed. “Funny how memory can suddenly feel like an assault. I didn’t know he was Charles. I feel a little bit like an idiot.”

“You’d have known if it was important. He’s not Charles to me. He’s Chance. He’s always been Chance. So don’t obsess too much. I guess maybe every once in a while I called him Chase. When he registered for college it was as Chase. Then he told us in pledging to call him Chance. He just prefers it. College was his second chance to live life without his dad.”

I got that. “Charles Montgomery seems so formal. Like I expect to see him on a yacht.”

“You could see him on a yacht.” Maven kissed my cheek. “He has two.”

“Yeah, you guys are from Mars.”

Maven laughed, throwing his head back. “I love you, Library. So glad you’re back.”

I was too. More than I might even have been able to explain. “I love you so much, Maven, that I’ll even give you my fortune cookie.”

He fake gasped. “That is true love. I’ll treasure it always.”

I got dressed, noticing that I was stiff near my incision. The skin just felt tight, like it didn’t want to stretch when I moved suddenly. It was okay. I was here. I wasn’t dead or in real pain. I’d made love to Banyan and Maven. Charles Montgomery had stopped for Chinese. Things really seemed up.

  Chapter 4

We ate Chinese food in companionable silence. Chance’s thoughts seemed far away, and much as I wanted to press him to talk, I understood that sometimes a person just had to sit with their stuff and digest it. Kind of the same way I did my egg roll. The name Charlie had hit a nerve. If I pushed him to share, it wouldn’t be in front of Banyan and Maven. Maybe he would just want to talk to me. Or perhaps that was wrong altogether. The guys might be better than me.

As though he snapped out of it, he blinked rapidly and smiled at me. “Sorry, guys, got a little melancholy for a minute. It passed. Grief is like that for me. I’m going along, all is well, the amount of time between sadness extends. I think I’m great, and boom, it hits.” He shrugged. “Guess it means I’m human.”

I rose then walked over to him and leaned my head against his arm. “Thank goodness. I’m not sure we could date if you were some kind of super human.”

He laughed, throwing his head back. “So what did your mom or dad say to you that has you counting money like you owe it to us? I tore the receipt off the Chinese food bag so you couldn’t see it, by the way.”

I had actually looked for the thing. I was obviously pretty predictable. Banyan pointed at me with his fork. “Don’t start that, Giovanna. We’re not going stag in this relationship. I told you earlier, you know, in bed, how this worked.”

My cheeks heated. Just the mention of what we’d done upstairs made me blush. Maven elbowed him. “She’s so cute, isn’t she?”

  “The cutest.”

I held up my hand. “My mother said I was a prostitute. She said that you pay for my phone, Chance, because I have sex with you. That this is something you all like right now, but that I will be left with nothing, and I’ll have to move on to another group relationship and then another until I’m too old to be attractive to anyone, and then I’ll be on the street.”

Maven jumped out of his seat. “Get the plane, Banyan, we’re going back to India.”

I thought he was kidding until I saw Maven’s face. The man was dead serious. Banyan grabbed his arm. “You can go to India, but her parents aren’t there.”

They weren’t? This was news to me. “Where are they?”

“Germany. Your mom’s on a speaking tour about one of her old papers. My dad made some calls. The idea was that if they were busy, they wouldn’t have time to critique you.” He shrugged. “Now I wish he’d ruined their lives, left them penniless and living on the street.” He held up his hand. “Not really. I’m just pissed. I’ll be more charitable in my feelings toward them in about a decade.”

I loved how Banyan put things. “So that’s how it is. I am going to get a job. I am going to finish this online school my mom signed me up for. I gave her a hard time but maybe it wasn’t such a bad idea. And I’m at the very least not going to be a drain.”

“You’re never a drain.” Chance pulled me to him, kissing my neck. I shivered. Yes, I really liked that a whole bunch. “But I get wanting to stand on your own two feet. It’s what I’m doing, too.”

He was. That’s why he was going to be a doctor even though he could probably live his whole life on his inheritance and never worry about a thing. “Love you.”

“I love you, too, Vonni.” He grabbed his fortune cookie. “I know what this is going to say: all good things for your future.”

  He was so ridiculously sweet.

Maven drummed his fingers on the table. “You’re forgetting something.”

“What’s that?” I was sure I was forgetting lots of things.

  “Your book.”

I sucked in my breath. He remembered, but then again I should have known that he would. This was Maven. He never forgot anyone. “I will. In my free time.”

“All right, gorgeous.” Banyan jumped to his feet. “Sounds like a plan. But no keeping track of receipts like you’re paying something back. You’re not. Ever.”

I held up my hands. “Okay. It’s a deal.”

It really was. I’d figure out how to stand on my own two feet, and I’d let them help me. Even if I was really, really bad at accepting assistance. I’d figure it out.

  * * *

I stood in the shower, letting the hot water pound down on me. So much had happened, and this was the first non-careful shower I’d taken since I’d gotten sick. Bathing was a problem with bandages I couldn’t take off, so this scalding pouring of water was possibly the best cleaning experience I’d ever had. Hands down fantastic.

After I started to prune, I had no choice but to leave it. The good news was I could do it again tomorrow morning. And again and again. Until I forgot the utter joy of showering and it became simply mundane. Okay, maybe I was off. I usually was.

I turned off the water and stepped out of the shower, shrieking as I did. Chance leaned against the doorway to the bathroom, catching me when I would have slipped.

“Sorry.” His eyes were huge. “Did I scare you? I knocked.”

I shook my head. “I didn’t hear you. I was in shower heaven.”

“I thought about joining, but you had this euphoric look on your face that I could see through the glass. I was admiring the view.” He let me go. “Come out when you’re done. You’re all warm right now. It’s seriously sexy. Who am I kidding? You’re always seriously sexy.”

He hadn’t seen my scar yet. Banyan and Maven had been fine with
it and presumably Chance wanted to be a doctor. He’d be fine with it. I guessed I’d wait and see. I finished cleaning myself up, brushed my teeth, and towel dried my hair. My natural red was back on the top of my head while the bottom was platinum blonde. It wasn’t a good look. None of the guys had mentioned it, not even Banyan, who cared about colors with his artistic eyes.

Maybe they were being polite. I was going to get it fixed. Did that mean cutting it off or re-dying it? Did I want to be blonde Giovanna? Or red Giovanna? Or maybe I should go brown…

I shook my head. I’d deal with it in the morning. For now, Chance was waiting.

I walked out, still wrapped in my towel. He had a thing for me in underwear. If he wasn’t already in the room, I’d go ahead and put on something sexy. As it was, I’d have to see if he liked me wrapped up like this or if he wanted me to put on the undies just to take them off.

He sat on the bed, his elbows on his knees. His body language was… off. Oh, I had no doubt he wanted me. Desire was right there in his gaze and in the bulge in his pants. But Chance needed to talk. I was going to see to it that we did.

“You okay?” I walked toward him.

He nodded. “Let me make love to you, Vonni. Please.”

“Never need the please, Chance.” I walked toward him, dropping the towel as I got close. He flared his nostrils. I pushed him with one finger, indicating that I wanted him to lie back. He threw himself backward as though I’d caused him to do so. I giggled.

“Oh, that laugh.” He shook his head. “It slays me. So help me Vonni, if your father arrives here and announces you have to leave, I’m going to kick him out on his ass.”

I put my hands on both sides of his face, climbing up him as I did. “You never have to worry about that.”

“Good.” I leaned over to kiss him. He closed his eyes. I made love to his mouth, and he followed where I led him. That was the thing about Chance. He could be in charge or he could let me be. Tonight he needed me. I could feel it in my bones.

I took his hand, pressing it to my breast. There were some benefits to being already naked. Easy access was one of them. He opened his eyes, his hand staying still. Oh, he really wanted direction tonight. Okay. I understood that. There were some times in life when you needed something so badly that you just had to have someone tell you how to get it.
