Intoxia Warriors - Mizuka Blood (Book One) Page 24

All eyes were on Black, who reacted in a remorseful way, allowed Charlie to slide, based off of his issues with the Cerebral Mizuka (Charlie's nickname). Giving himself the name as (Death, Grim Reaper or Reaper, which ever one people referred him to), he had thought his old days of constantly challenging Charlie to mortal combat until Diamond stepped in.

"Ladies, do the things your way, I'll take full responsibility for you three if you can't get out in one piece," Black decided to give the girls a chance to prove themselves without any sense of distrust.

"You're really going to back down like that, Black?" Lisa cooed, but saw an infamous glare coming in her direction. "Here, I'll wait outside for the girls and shut up."

Lisa flew out at full speed with tears wetting her face in fear.

"If things get too dangerous for you all, I want you recant the operation until further notice. Other than that I won't waste my breath in raging at you depending on how much you can get out. Try to get at least seven or more out," Black directed toward Thorn, who instantly altered into her Gurasa Wolf Spirit.

"We'll do what we can until we've reached our peak," Thorn loyally stated. "Do you know which floor the Black Crystal is located on or are you assuming that it might be on the top floor, which is guarded by a three members of the Intoxian Army?"

"I'm not making assumptions, I know that it's there because I checked it before I returned the Leserado on the day Lisa and I massacred Warehouse 102," Black gave a solid answer.

"That was less than a week ago, Black. But I won't question your knowledge or discourage your perspective. We shall take our leave now," Thorn answered before flaking her tail a few times.

When she was the last to head out, she was contacted by Black's Energy Stream and heard him say, "I'm counting on you, Thorn."

Her heart irresistably warmed itself. It made the Bloodlust Canine realize that Black wasn't pitying her, but relying on the Poison member to do the right thing and follow Marscilla's commands. The amber-yellow door to the Balcony closed on it's own once Thorn walked out of the entrance to the balcony and caught up with the succubus and demon.

The conference in the Globe Government Admission Room was reaching it's climax about Black's plot, Shiver and insisted the that three of her best warriors stayed behind for their next task before heading to Western Coast Facility to meet up with Shizuka and the rest of the group. But little do they know, Shizuka could be in any predicament because of recent events.

"We're going to head straight for the Western Facility, but for right now, we need to be more aware of the fact that Lola is not to be trusted," Shiver stated, being mindful that the Core General is not the type of woman to pull wool over people's eyes due to her emotions and personality. "The Black Crystal in Intoxicated Asylum is to be guarded by you three, but it will impossible for you to protect it for long. That's why Lola is sending in her two warriors to back you up. Rouge Mizuka and Hiba Hinura."

The thought of them joining their task seemed too complicating for the other three, including Dai Poison, and Saua Aruba to comprehend. Paulana was a bit timid by the aspect of the task. Furthermore, she wanted to bail out, but was instructed to follow every command of the Global Government. Despite their grudge with the Northern Coast, it made more sense to Shiver that they feel that way.

"I can tell by the expression on your faces that you're not too pleased with my decision making. Don't worry, it'll make more sense once you give yourselves the opportunity to accomplish anything. Keep in mind that this is the Bloodlust Revelation we're talking about here," Shiver reminded them.

"What do they need the Black Crystal for?" Saua asked while rubbing the bridge of her nose.

"I don't have the slightest idea what they need it for. Perhaps for experiment, ressurection, who the hell knows? All I know for a fact is Black is horrendously competent enough of doing things that we couldn't even imagine. It's a matter of principle before we even think to giving Hiba Hinura a chance," Dai responded, pulling out a cigarette from the small box and lighting it. "Lola's the type that trains people to answer to no one, no matter how much authorities they have over the other."

"Well, I'll make sure that they follow my orders, since Lola's the one that's sending them along with us," Shiver cherished her opinion and remained peace-minded. "You all may leave."

Saua and Dai were the first to walk out. Shiver looked down at the paperwork Lola to her an hour ago when she telepathically informed. She quickly noticed that Paulana's unusual expression.

  "Paulana, what's the matter, sweetie?"

"Well, Shiver. I thought about how stressful it is for us to compete against the Bloodlust Revelation and why I feel so scared of fighting against them. Even after two years or less, I still have long ways to go," Paulana admitted.

Shiver and Paulana had always maintained a stabled relationship for the past year after a ruthless rescue mission Shiver had assigned herself and some of the members to from the Cyrius organization for the young woman's DNA.

Approaching her with a warm embrace, Shiver could easily understand how brutal and intimidating it must be for some of the warriors of the Intoxian Army to deal with monsters like Black Hinura.

"Honey, listen to me. Life is meant to be tough and stressful. Don't think that just because you're exhausted from so much this past year, doesn't mean that it's going to stop there. The pain is going to go on until the day you die. When the old generation passes on, the door to the new era will be open to take our places," Shiver kissed the gal's forehead. "Don't worry. Just believe in yourself, and you'll achieve anything. I promise."

Paulana's warm smile returned once Shiver pushed her back, but still both palms on her shoulder. She then released her and went over to the entrance of the Admission Room.

"Trust me, Paulana. Life is tough. Cherish that toughness and it will help you get stronger and stronger by the day," Shiver's words of wisdom had reached the associate from the distance that they're at.

Leaving out from behind after a hidden dark corner of her mind had lightened up, Paulana took the chance and prepared herself for deadly reality that will occur at Intoxicated Asylum.

After almost an hour, all three dark entities were present at the gates that could easily be shattered for the to proceed into the Intoxicated Asylum. Their mission's easier said than done. But the crime that they're ordered to commit by Black is what'll change the obstacles that must be dealt with by the Four Coasts of the Intoxian Army.

"Alright ladies," Marscilla, unsheathing her blade from her right side. "No holds barred for these insignificant beings that are none other than the Gurasa Knights. We'll have to be sure that we go all out and with no strings attached. You both know what to do right?"

"Yes, bitch. We get it. Can we go now?" Lisa whined, flaking her arms uncontrollably.

Tornado giggled gently, but had to stay focused.

"Yes, we can go. But Thorn may have to go in as Black mentioned. We have to make sure that three floors are cleared, even though this may seem like a difficult task for us to get through. The Akuma Beasts can just run wildly and then get killed. It'll destroy all the hard work we've put into freeing them and Black will be furious as hell with us," Marscilla's voice shattered into worriness. She wearily mopped the sweat from her forehead and prevented her heart from beating rapidly.

  Chapter 26 - Asylum Anarchy

  ***

"There's something about this plan Black made that doesn't seem to add up," Thorn uttered, walking toward the entrance, being recognized as a visitor to the Gurasa Knights. Two of them were in the forms of wolves with human-like states. Appeared in the furred color of blue violet with bold flame marks around them. They're in bone-white armor with swords standing tall and next to them. "Excuse me, gentlemen, I'm hear to visit some people."

"State who you are, right n
ow," Guard one uttered, feeling a dark aura conquering his instincts. "You don't look like you're from around here."

"Well allow me to be very clear and say it one last time. I said that I'm here to visit some people. Now I can tell you who I am, but there comes a price to it," Thorn stated with cold eyes.

"Alright, ma'am, we're going to have to ask you to leave peacefully. If you refuse, then we'll be forced to take action," Guard two stepped back and positioned his sword toward the Bloodlust member.

The Poison member sighed rather frustratingly and had no other options but to draw out her weapons as well. But unnoticed by the spotlights she cloaked herself through, Lisa and Marscilla finally understood why Black had wanted Thorn to go first before them.

"Why do I constantly keep doubting Black so much," Lisa whispered silently with her chin placed on Marscilla's shoulder.

"Get off my ass before I scream at the top of my lungs," Marscilla felt her left ass cheek rubbed soothingly.

Thorn flaked her left ear and catching the dialog between her comrades, the woman had to stay focused and not let anything become a diversion.

"It appears that you two men have not made this any easier for me," Thorn uttered, gawking down at the battleship grey ground with that was caked by a tremendous amount of red brown blood beneath her. The guards didn't seem to notice until the last second of their right hands slipping easily off their wrists. Before they had a chance to scream, Thorn caked their mouths and thrust them against the wall.

The reasoning for no one not arriving at the sound of the scene was because Black, prior to this day, had killed the back-up guards when he was touring around the premise of the Asylum.

Wow, seems like Black had thought ahead of the game, as usual, Thorn made and obvious thought, which she felt wasn't needed. She turned her head and noticed Lisa and Marscilla's disappearance. Thorn patted the door, but felt the another indvidual's face blocking the path.

She stormed her body around and swung her sword in the opposing direction with full throttle.

"Wait," Lisa swatted the canine's hand from her face and ducked simultaneously. "Thorn it's us."

"What the hells wrong with you two. You were suppose--"

"Don't forget I'm the leader. We're here to free the damn Akuma Beasts, not have damn family reunions," Marscilla recalled. "Not to mention that we only have a week left before we have to deal with the Intoxia Warriors."

Sighing in defeat about her part of the project, Thorn replied, "You're right. You are the leader, Erisa. So what the hell you wish to do at this point. Since Black had pretty much gotten rid of the other guards before we even realized it."

"We minds well keep on going until we've gotten at least one Akuma Beast out of jail. But I'll be bored by the time we reached the top floor," Lisa complained with her bottom lip unfolded. "If you think that-- Ow!"

Marscilla pulled the succubus by her ear, dragging the member into the building with full throttle.

"Let go of me or I'll scream at the top of my lungs," Lisa bellowed.

"You're already shouting--" Lisa's screaming interjected Thorn's choice of words before she had a chance to even finish talking. She gloved Lisa's mouth for a few moments and waited patiently for the ground floor to be silent as a mouse.

Marscilla vanished into the darkness next to herself and didn't want to be spotted until she was sure the entirety of floor one was completely appropriate for them to make a move. Soon afterwards, she signaled her hand for them to advance in the same spot as her.

"Hey, who goes there?" Guards three through seven came into the scene with lethal weapons such as M1 Garand rifles and katana blades to broad swords. "You three check every corner of the floor. Make sure... that... there's... no-ho shit."

The Gurasa Knight stood before Thorn with her weapon in hold. She couldn't help but sustain the sensitive aura boiling in her veins.

"I've bout wasted my time with you assholes and now I'm going to go all out," Thorn had pressured herself into developing her intentions of killing all the guards and giving Marscilla and Lisa a free pass to advance to the next level. Some floors may not have stairways or elavators due to some of the Akuma Beasts that tried to make an earlier escape from the Intoxicated Asylum.

"Hey, Lisa, I need to you to go over toward that small door over there and switch out all the lights so Thorn can take advantage of the scenario," Marscilla offered Lisa an opportunity to do something smart.

"OK," Lisa said without making a complaint. Marscilla's eyes grew in surprise, but decided to ignore it for Lisa wouldn't get the wrong idea.

Behind the battlefield gray bars, more than fifteen Akuma Beasts of the Amili family were all silent. Desperate for nothing but true freedom, but had let every opportunity slipped out of their hands. Little do they know, Black had sent his three members in to free them.

The ninth born Akuma Beast, Jethro Amili, stood and trailed over to the bars where the guards stood without moving a muscle. All he could do was do whatever it took to try and foolishly provoke the guards to react to his negative statements.

"Guards," Jethro spoke with his demonic arms leaned onto the bars.

"Back away from the cell, boy. This is like the thousandth time this week you've been trying to get us to do something that's have us kill you. Now sit there and shut up."

Jethro's smirk grew into a grim smile, "How many of your friends have the Akuma Beasts, including myself and my siblings, have we slaughtered in the last decade?"

Gurasa Knight one, Omi Poison had nothing to lose. Therefore, he answered with a bit of backstory, "For the last nineteen years, I've been a guard here at this hellhole of a prison. I know the difference between cowardly bastards who tries to run the streets and the monsters like you who have no sense of mercy. You've killed at least over two-hundred of my relatives."

Jethros's England-like accent had increased tremendously. "If it makes a lot more sense to you boys, I say that it'd be an honor and priviledge to tell you what happens when Renasakuya let's her little imps out of the pack and trail the world on their own two feet. It's always fun to take lives of those who were comfortable with their own little flaws. Would you love to see which one of them were foolish enough to join the Globe Government and the Intoxian Army?"

The first Gurasa Knight had strangely lost his patients and had no sense of hesitation to assault Jethro without a thought.

"I'm going to take care of some business with you," Omi uttered with his sword unsheathing from behind him. "Once I've shut your mouth up for good, I just go about my day like nothing ever happened."

Jethro had clutched his fist, releasing a bloody-red sword with thick moist trailing from the weapon to the ground.

"Let's make this quick and painless, huh?" Omi quoted.

Lisa, Thorn and Marscilla had taken their time to enter the elevator with the other seven corpses scattered in different areas. It's taken them a bit longer than expected to finish them off, due to Lisa's silliness.

Thorn panted before she could cuss the succubus out, "Alright, bitch. Let me tell you something. You're going to get it together or get out of my face, and stop wasting time. Your actions today have been completely unacceptable and we don't have time to throw away. Black's given us strict orders to free these damn Akuma Beasts, and steal the Black Crystal Get yourself together."

"Sure, whatever," Lisa ignored Thorn's assessment. The two women couldn't tell if Lisa even wanted to be apart of this task or she'd do everything she could to mess it up for the group. The floor they've first appeared on is the second floor, but the Poison Canine had remembrance that the Grim Reaper had already taken care of the guards and the Akuma Beasts that were arrived at Leserado with Yukimo a few nights ago.

"Ladies, this isn't the time to be going back and forth. We'll check floor by floor to free as much of these creatures as we can before we run out of stamina. Even we Bloodlust have out limits," Marscilla stated. "Thorn you cover floors five t
hrough twelve. Lisa you go on ahead from thirteen through twenty and I'll try to shoot my through the next floors."

Marscilla noticed and saw there were three elevators in different corners of the room. They're in the directions of northeast, east west and southnorth. Lisa trailed over to the eastwest door, Thorn going to the northeast and Marscilla going in southeast. Moments before they had a chance to make it to the entrance, Thorn's hearing caught numerous footsteps, but there was only three individuals catching up.

"Poison, Amili," Marscilla said from the far other end of the room. "We'll all meet back down here within an hour. Understood?"

"You got it," Lisa answered quickly, but no answer from Thorn as she clicked on floor five and waited for the door to close.

Marscilla had expected for Thorn to be calm and serious and not respond, but at the same time, she knew what the reason was.

Well, looks like I won't be able to bother that woman for while, Marscilla pressed on floors twenty one and onward.

  ***

Omi and Jethro stood in the middle of the floor the remaining Akuma Beasts are located on with their weapons impaling through one another's heart. The two couldn't move very well as the guards around them tried to break them apart and had no idea what to do at that point.

Jethro's right shoulder was contacted by Omi's sword. Unfortunately for Omi, he wasn't as lucky as he had hoped. His abdomen was caught from behind by another Akuma Beast that cowardly struck him.

Omi coughed up blood from his mouth, spilling insanely onto the sharp end of his enemy's sword, losing the firm grip of his sword and incapable of maintaining his balance. The Akuma Beast that delivered the blow was none other than Akihiro Amili, Jethro's older brother, Deigo Amili the third born of Renasakuya.

In the Training Arena, Lola had awaited the opportunity to tell Brook and Tornado that there's an incident occuring at Intoxicated Asylum. She had thought of sending in reinforcements, but didn't think it was a good idea. The newest recruits would have been the best solution, but it suddenly suffocated the General's concentration of jeapordy.
