Intoxia Warriors - Mizuka Blood (Book One) Page 26

by De'Karhi Philpot

To his perspective and experience with communicating, he's never encountered an energized youth speaking to him in such high quality of associating with others. He didn't have time to think about it, suddenly his mind was back on the grave of Diamond K. Aruba. He thought of taking a two and half hour moment to describe a few elements to what the Aruba's Nature Laws are.

"That's not even the full portion of my training. Don't get too cocky in trying to outclass or outsmart the mentor," Black advised while closing the door.

  ***

Backing up at her training opponent, Sonya, Isabella seemed to be pulling it together. She had managed to focus on the attack patterns the Amili gal's been performing for the last ten minutes since the second day of training commenced. They were the only ones in a sparring match; each pair had only fifteen minutes before their training of the day reached the climax.

Sonya stormed in the same area as Isabella, both launching a punching blow to the face with the impact sending chills down some of the other member's spine.

Lola sooned began to realize that Hiba's still at the Intoxicated Asylum, completing her mission in tempts to stopping Bloodlust Revelation from stealing the Black Crystal.

Tornado, Lola triggered her Energy Signal into talking with the canine General. I need a favor from you and Brook.

Speak, child, Tornado said for he wouldn't be distracted by the viewing scope of the match.

Nevermind. I had something on my mind for a bit but I'll wait for the right time, Lola quickly changed her thought process.

That's not like you, Mizuka. Want to talk about it? Tornado assumed.

No, I'll leave it as it is for right now. I know it's something, but I can't seem to put in layman, Lola replied, disabling the Energy Signal from herself and Tornado.

Isabella burst her way with her speed accelerating in Sonya's direction, but moved at a gripping, speed blitz. She extended her left leg out for a flying kick with her clothing breezing back and forth by the breeze she created. Sonya ducked in time, splitting herself into two directions with a series of infinite blows after catching Isabella from behind.

She coiled her arm around Isabella's neck and drove her down to the surface. This ended the sparring match at the last moment as Lola called for the whistle for them to switch places.

"That's enough, girls, time to switch now," Lola said from the upper level on the intercom.

Isabella was looked down by Sonya, who offered a lending hand to not show any signs of disrespect to a fellow graduate. Unfortunately, Isabella swatted her hand away, but it didn't surprise Lola to fullest, nor did Tornado show any emotion to the youngster's reaction.

"Are you OK, Isabella?" Sonya asked.

The Poison member snapped, "I'm fine. I don't need any pity. Always--"

"Isabella. I'm not trying to make you feel as if you didn't try hard enough. You're just too distracted with trying to outclass someone as if it's personal and you want to settle the score," Sonya commented on the mishap. "If there was one thing that I learned before all this happened is to try and show a respectful side."

"You're starting to sound like that bitch Hiba," Screaming in frustration, Lola emerged from behind after performing her Mist Flame Transporter, tapping the young lady's shoulder.

"That's enough, Isabella. There's no need to be a sore loser. It's just a sparring match. Time will decide when you get stronger," Lola said, removing her hand from the trainee's shoulders. "You still have a long way to go. Even after you graduated, there's still more that must be learned before proceeding. I know how you feel about waiting, but it's the key to maturity."

Two warriors from different groups had continued their brawl; Hiba versus Thorn. The two had reached their peaks with blood and sweat caked onto the floor of the battle.

Hiba was trashing more time than she predicted. Thorn didn't think that the Hinura warriors were more than capable of such skilled fighters. She didn't bother trying to guess the next movement, all Thorn cared for was ending Hiba's life in cold-blood. She stood on all four of her paws and performed her Gurasa Missle Kick; this particular ability accelerates Thorn's movements, giving her a slight advantage to catch her adversary off guard. In addition, a steaming energy stream will burst thoroughly across all four anthropomorphic canine hands.

"Oh, great. Now I have to deal with the fact that you've wasted enough of my time, Thorn," Hiba agitated at the circumstances and staring death in the face.

"I'd watch what you say, Hinura. This is more than just a death battle; we're trying to accomplish something and you've Intoxian scumbags have been in our ways for the last time," Thorn retaliated.

No more words were uttered between the two. Both storm across the a set of wind blowing away from them after their elbows clashed with full force. Hiba's Stareye powers were beginning to wear off quickly and she's not aware of it.

Thorn made an 'O' with her mouth and blew herself away from an incoming spinning kick by the Hinura warrior. Landing on both her hands and charging immensely after thrusting her feet down, head-butting the pink-haired woman in the skull with blood escaping once more from the strike. Hiba hoisted her arms up to try and defend herself, but it didn't work.

The Poison Bloodlust thought of coming in from behind at a slow pace to drive the back of Hiba's skull with a german suplex. However, the wrestling move was never connected. Hiba capitalized by using the last ounce of Stareye to save her skull from disintegrating from the inside. She then felt a devestating knee to her spine; forcing her to scream in sheer pain, collapsing to the ground heavily.

Landing on her knees, the canine member was too exhausted to move on to the next task. Dealing with Hiba was the toughest thing she had to deal with since her time as a Bloodlust Revelation member. All the hard work and training these two have done, for being on opposite sides of the coin, had great and deep acknowledgement for one another.

"You fought--" Thorn panted, staring over at an unconscious Hiba. "You fought pretty well. But... But you were able to hold off long enough to exhaust me." She felt her forehead lowering down after the last six blows she took from Hiba. Going almost twelve minutes top without slowing the pacing down had tired both these women out. But losing stamina and a bit of her sight from the sweat that's flooded down her face and toward her chest, Thorn collapsed and couldn't go on anymore. I guess I'd leave the mission to you two, Marscilla and Thorn.

Hiba, on the other hand, surprising felt her heart beating still. A massive attack from the Gurasa Missile Kick and a german suplex would've finished her off, had she not triggered twenty percent of her strength. Numbed pain had surged crazily through her spine, but still using the force in her foot to stand strong and nursing the spine and hoisting up the upper half of her body from the ground while staying seated.

That... Was not an easy battle to get through. After this, I'm going to need a vacation after this, Hiba thought to herself. Man, Lola's going to be shocked and pissed at what had happened here.

From upstairs, Hiba could hear more battle cries from above. She thought of a way in taking the sitution to another level, but didn't even bother to have the Poison combatant get in her way even more.

I'll deal with this bitch later, She mopped the blood from her lips before advancing to the next floor by taking the stairs, due to the damage that's been done in the elevator and was broken down. This could make me more tired by the time I get up there. Wait a minute.

Noticing her surroundings, She thought taking the southeast elevator. The floors above her being conquered by Marscilla Erisa as of right now. Little did she realize, Dai, Saua and Paulana were still on the ground floor, dealing with something even more crucial at the moment.

  ***

Dai injected his sword into the heart of Tyrant Titans, creatures of the Hinura Bloodline and the rebirth from the Avarian Beast of the Hinura clan. However, research after research, no one had been able to detect the identity of the Hinura Beasts name, nor do they have any understand
ing of what kind of creature it is. They all came in different shapes and sizes from five to twenty-feet high. Saua sheered her weapon at a nine-foot Tyrant Titan in the midsection, swiftly twirling her body as she pulled the weapon from within the abdomen. Slamming her axe upon to the beast's skull, cracking it wide open.

The Tyrant Dragons are man-eating beasts that have been around for nearly eight generations, even before Black's era. All in huge gap of different colors from air force blue to zinnwaldite brown.

"There's too many of them," Saua became frustrated, trying her best to keep up with the accumulating Tyrant Dragons that's been storming toward her. The pressure had nearly gotten to her and she barely had any strength left. Lisa, whose been standing in the darkness with her back against the wall had prepared her scythe and was ready for an attack.

"Oh, there's going to be a whole lot more for me to deal with by the time I'm done with you cock-suckers," Lisa licked her lips with saliva drooling down from her mouth. "There isn't a single day I can't go without human flesh and seduction of young women. I'll start off with that little Paulana bitch that I've been feasting my eyes on."

Lisa's blood boiling into complete crimson red. It was becoming too irresistable for her to wait any longer for either Thorn or Marscilla to arrive at her location. And then, remembering what the Erisa warrior ordered, she was suppose to meet them on the top floor to obtain the Black Crystal that's guarded by Omi Poison, whose in a very critical situation, or if he's still alive.

  Chapter 28 - Double-Crossed

  ***

Yumiko and Mikeru were having their own discussion about trying to set aside their issues with each other, based off their families' history and culture and grudges that's been cycling for as long as the Avarian Beasts of both lines had been around.

"I highly doubt that there's a possibility that you're easily expecting so much from my people to try and make sure that you get the things that you need, mate," Mikeru uttered with both arms crossed in front of his chest. "We can always solve our problems through negotiation."

"As much as I agree with you, it's futile. We made a deal with Black and there isn't a slithering chance in hell that we can get away with trying to fool him that easily," Yumiko replied, sitting on the wenge color step that led to Black's throne chair.

"That's pretty accurate from your perspective. But working for Black, how the hell are we supposed to know if he's to be trusted when you know he's a fucking piece of shit that doesn't give two rat balls?" Mikeru seemed densed and mind-pounded just by saying his name.

"I find it ironic that you might have done what it takes to stand up to a monster with a cruel reputation," Yumiko commented on Mikeru's cowardness. "It's pleasant for you to just back down and involve yourself with this big battle that's going to occur within the next week or so. That's the best way for me to put it. After all, I did say that it may take some time before we could cut the bullshit."

"If you say so. After all, Black had summoned us here. The last thing we're expected to do is answer to him," Mikeru leaned his back on the third to last steps to Black chair.

"If that's how you both feel, it'll be a lot easier for you to go ahead and try to come up with an escape route. Either way, there's not much you can do to avoid the inevitable of Kuronina's return," Charlie uttered from the corner he sat in, trying to rest for the next day for his mission to return to Widow's Forest to have another meeting with Renusakuya.

"And what happens if we were to try and pull a stunt against him?" Mikeru saw the same expressions from both men standing before him.

"Must you ask a stupid ass question?" Yumiko, standing over Mikeru as he altered into his Gurasa Wolf Spirit. "I'm going to go have a word with Black. He has to be done with that girl by now."

"No. Remember only Emerald and himself are allowed to enter that room. Besides, our little friend isn't even in the room at the moment. She left down to the Leserado Graveyard," Charlie reassured that no one were to interrupt Crystal during her time at Tomb of Leserado until the big battle.

  ***

Crystal had seen nothing but ghouls, for a gal who was once scared, no longer felt any fear in her heart, due to Black's intentions training methods and courageous wisdom.

She saw white smoke bursting from around Leserado Graveyard; a premise with more than fifteen-hundred tombstones in different areas of the enlarged environment. She felt her eyes feeling heavy and red for a split second, due to the unfortunate mishap that Black's responsible for.

Within minutes, after trying to seek out her anti-mentor, Crystal spotted Black on his knees, reading the Diamond's tombstone. All he could do was remain silent until he sensed the teen's presence.

He didn't even turn his head, but he spoke, "I hope you had no trouble in trying to find the place, young one."

Crystal disagreed with her head nodding, "No, sir. I had no problems. But there's one thing that I must ask. Any particular reasoning for you and I being here?"

"I'm going to train you to do the one thing that you never thought you'd be taught to do," Black implied, waving his skeletal hand at the Aruba teen for her to approach him. Doing as she was told, Crystal's body moved on it's own without her thinking. Normally she'd felt scared of coming forth, but it felt as if the chest wasn't roaring loud enough to be heard. "Rather you like it or not, Crystal. I will do everything I can to expose you to the more aggressive, grim side of your personality."

Her body shivered with his cold tone, Crystal didn't have time to react to his statement. The teenager's throat felt suffocated with a huge chunk of words, struggling to figure out which words to select. She's constantly debating in a battle of conflict to even try, and go on with the fact that she had no choice but to accept the fact that Lola had betrayed her trust for her by lying to her.

"I know that you're struggling to do some things that you'd never had the audacity to do when you were much younger. It may seem like the cruelest thing I've done to you since the day you came to Leserado. Unfortunately, bottling up too much will only kill you emotionally and you'll fall into depravity," Black had decided to engulf the teen's heart with sheer anger and darkness to the core for his amusement and pleasure. "Lola's never trusted you with the trust because she feared it'd take a childhood away from you. Fifteen years I've given that woman a chance to explain herself, yet she didn't have the heart of a lioness to do the right thing."

Crystal knew the reaper was speaking the horrible and deathly truth about her mother-figure, but it was also unfeasible for her to try and hurt people the way Black's been expecting her to do the last seven years.

"Black. I don't think that I can do that to my peers. After everything they've done to me, I could never do something so reckless. I just can't," Crystal's body vibrated in horror, clutching her fist tightly with a small ounce of blood oozing from her palm.

"Do you recall the question I asked you about what a friend is?" Black stated, standing up after an hour on his knees. He felt no numbing pain, despite his physical appearance. "You never gave me a detailed answer."

Glancing at the Reaper, the gal then looked back down at her mother's tombstone. It enraged her that her life was meant to be peaceful and filled with joy, but was too inexperienced to realize it until the day of her seventh birthday.

"Black," Crystal growled lightly. Suddenly her breathing had accumulated. "I didn't think that there was so much to this world that I had to learn to have the wisdom. And here I am, giving out own knowledge of positive experiences to others to keep going with themselves."

"You've been more concern about the behalves of everyone else and never considered yourself as a problem as well. Even the kindest entity can have some of the darkest motives toward the likes of others," Black lectured, rubbing the gal's shoulders as he sat down behind her. "There's some things in your life that you lacked the courage to do. But it's only been your darker side that's given you that confidence to ask Lola that Diamond about your mother. The mental images you'v
e had since the day that I exposed you to the truth and why everyone else knew about it except you."

The two individuals didn't bother saying another word. In a weird timing, Black coiled his arms around the teen as she clearly shed tears, anger devouring the fibers of her body, and disapproval for being raised. Black claimed his disciple was raised by a "selfish" leader that enveloped a lot from others that's been in her life for as long as she's been alive.

"I can't take anymore of the lies. This world," Crystal gritted her teeth tightly as if they were to break. "This world is full of liars. The complexity of humanity, why they always lack the potential to be themselves instead of being around in a dark crowd."

Crystal's body potentially flooded into a startling, cruel alternation. Consumed by the sickening manipulation by Black's horrifying terms of destruction. All he tasted was the black and purple mist slithering within the body of Crystal Aruba. A youngster who had once been praised by so many trainers and fellow classmates of the Ujikadaka Academy.

Drowning her solitudeness and timid character into the lifestyle of a killer, a monster, a reaper's disciple, destroying her mentality as a child and growing her capabilities to think properly for herself. Large, ash gray wings surged through her spine. Her eyes developed from ultramarine blue into the ominous, twilight lavender. Teeth grew into into snow white. Teared lined marks trailing from the both far ends of her eyes.

Using all her mental images of what she's been through had finally been chocked to the core by the demonic aura of red and black swirling around her body with Black's arms still encircling her body with his cloak devouring her innocent scent and personality into his own.

Yes, child. There's nothing wrong with showing a dark side. Use it! Use it all. Annihilation is what you'll be trained heavily for. Demise is what must be bestowed upon Lola Mizuka. Destroy the one thing that hasn't even tried to be a family to you. Lola Mizuka, your role-model? A good influence? What a nuisance. I can easily taste your pain and see the dark images you have for what you've waited for so long. Diamond, if there was the one thing that I've loved to do for the longest time and that's manipulating a child with nothing but the deadliest truth to ever be spoken in mankind, Black's heartless thoughts had entered her mind, bleeding miraculously in her head and derailing more and more of the lightest moments of the young lady's mind. Opposing the effort to evade the tyranny of Black's wisdom replaced them all with hateful and substantial frames.
