Breathing inevitably to break out the news, a male soldier with short, black hair and was in his late twenties. He was nearly battle-damaged during the commotion boiling throughout the ship.

"General Shizuka, Liutenant Lemme Amili's dead," a horrified male soldiers with a mustache, nearly in this thirties, informed the General.

"What the hell are you talking about? I just spoke with her last night. She said that she was going to meet up at Leserado with us," Shizuka became outraged by the disturbing news.

"That's the thing. She was expected to arrive at Leserado right after us, but it seems Bloodlust Revelation thought several moves ahead of us," the soldier uttered frustratingly. "I don't think that he'll stop at nothing to stay ahead of the game."

Shizuka sighed with her eyes closed, desperate for the massive fighting between the Intoxian Army and Bloodlust to come to an end. "Any clue to why they went after her? Of all people that was second in line to taking my title? This is stressing me out."

"No, the only theory I have is that it may have something to do with two more organizations that were on their way to Leserado for the Secondary Leserado War. Two of them that we've all had our eyes on for a while are both Black Widows and the Cyrius Organizations."

The Core General's had her dark moments with the group that utilized with Bloodlust Revelation just three years prior to her becoming the ringleader of the army. Both her Ao green eyes closed instantly. She stood tall and thought about proceeding with the mission.

"Everyone, we'll have to call in for more reinforcements. We'll never make it to Leserado at this pace. So, I'm going to make sure that I have some of the Apex Magicians that's on our side join the battle as well," Lola directed as she used an Energy Signal to get in contact with her younger sister Rouge.

Both Mizuka sisters' relationship had been somewhat bitter for the past two years, due to a long chain of events that led to Rouge's suspension, Lola's lack of understanding, Rouge's disappointment in Lola's leadership qualities and much more.

"I'm surprised that you've still kept in touch with Rouge after all the shit you've put her through; especially when she's your sister," Shizuka quoted. Within seconds, she and the others felt the engines lowering and the ship they were on was going downward to the surface of Leserado's country.

What stood before them were three images that felt the roaring winds brushing through them with the ships lowering down, thanks to the Akuma Beasts that's invaded the front ship by attacking the pilots.

Chapter 40 - Old Allies Return

  ***

On the lower levels of Leserado, a mixture color fur of charcoal blue, cool black, and medium red-voilet had been shown through the frame of an anthropomorphic wolf. The canine's breathing was growing slower and chances of living were dimmer. It couldn't see well. Beads of blood had trickled down from the forehead to the chest.

It's so hot in here, the individual sadly choked. All it could do was stay silent outside her mind. She was bruised and assaulted to an inch of her life at the hands of Marscilla Erisa and Thorn Poison. She was betrayed by one of her "comrades" that's been associating with Black Widows for the past year and the woman could only think about was escaping. When I get my hands on that bitch. There's going to be no boundaries between life and death. I knew for a fact that I shouldn't have trusted it. My instincts should've kicked in.

  ***

Hiba and the others were outside the ship, getting all the soldiers out in time before the number of deaths accumulated to more than what they're going to need at the Leserado entrance. The Hinura heroine looked over and saw Daniella coming to her side with some of her allies.

"OK, Hinura. You and your little friends stay out of our way and we'll handle them. Are we clear?"

Hiba's face showed a look of disgust as she replied, "To hell with that. There's no need for that kind of attitude. We're all going to be fighting the same enemy."

"Don't make me repeat myself--" Hiba shoved Daniella and proceeded with own planning, but halted for a moment. "Listen to me. We're never gonna live to see another day. The one thing that I will tell you, Daniella is that we're comrades and nothing's going to change that. Even if we're only different units, that doesn't mean we can't respect each other's will to fight to save a comrade."

Those words were strong and confident enough to embrace Daniella's perspective of Hiba's character. Learning from what she's heard from those that never got a lot of with the Hinura liutenant, Daniella had always suspected that Hiba was always self-absorbed and contradicting. But in reality, she's only looking for someone to rival her for she can get stronger with not only by herself but with everyone else.

Surrendering to Hiba's statement, Daniella didn't realize how much shit they're in to be making pointless and childish comebacks with a fellow warrior who’s determined to keep this planet as safe as possible.

"You're right, Hinura. Perhaps me being a bitch towards you and your friends isn't the brightest thing for me to do. So I'm going to let this slide for the time being and we'll rescue your friend. After all, even though I hate to admit it, I do admire your prowess and abilities to help others make a huge change in their lives," Daniella bravely admitted toward her rival since childhood and throughout the courses of the Ujikadaka Academy.

A smile had re-emerged onto Hiba's face as she and the others had to deal with their own plans. However, she reconsidered it and thought about letting the Southern warriors have a chance of their own to shine with their own bright ideals and plots.

"Then this is where we part ways. We can't all go into the same entrances, but that doesn't mean we can't develop a plot to infiltrate and invade Leserado like sliced butter."

Guns shots have been echoing throughout the battlefield. Some soldiers had managed to escape, but some of the Akuma Beasts were tailing them. In exchange for protection, Lola and Shizuka had stepped in front of the Beasts to help the soldiers escape as they combined their force into launching a huge gap of flames directly at the bloodied creatures.

In the process, Lola and the others could hear missles whisling through the air as they suspected more species to come in and guide them through the battle.

Out of nowhere, more than three-hundred thousand Tyrant Titans; representations of the Hinura Bloodline, had slowly marched into the battle. With the amount of people the Intoxian Generals were losing, it was a slithering chance in hell that Black may be the one to say, "Checkmate."

Lola had expected this sooner, which is where she made the opportunity to have Rouge arrive at the battlefield with her fellow Apex Magicians, warriors of the Mizuka Bloodline to obtain the powers of using magic; fire manipulation and many techiques that'll require them to enhance the capabilities to incernate their opponents (as far as their reputation goes, it's what gave them that name.)

Rouge, are you coming or not? Lola didn't have any patients. It'll take another two hours for us to-- Lola's signal was disconnected before we could get the chance.

Lola, Rouge became worried and traumatized by what had happened. It quickly clicked in her head. The nerve struck like lightning as she had turnt her attention toward the Apex Magicians and started giving out commands. Standing beside her was none other than her boyfriend, Ross Tishiragi and his fellow medical assistant, Alexander Hinura.

"Ross, can you do me a favor?" Rouge asked sweetly but in a strong tone.

"Speak your mind," Ross said charmingly but then winked, forcing her to quickly turn her face away instantly.

"OK. Um, I-- uh," Rouge was trying to speak but felt nervous and didn't think that her idea was the best one.

Ross pulled her to the side and had Alexander take over, since he had past experience as a liutenant for seven years.

"I'll handle it," Alexander stated. "Alright guys and gals, here's the plan. General Mizuka and General Siya are going to take thei
r groups through the middle entrances of Leserado. It may take about two hours for us to get there, depending on the circumstances, probably a bit longer, but we'll have to get there in time to stop Black from reviving the Aruba Avarian Beast. So what we'll do is try and find a shortcut to the upper levels once we get inside. It may be a massive war going on right now, but it'll take time before we get to the Blue Eyes Fortress. That's what we'll do. So I'm going to take a couple units in for myself and the rest of you will follow liutenant Mizuka and Ross' orders, do you copy?"

"Yes sir," The Apex Magicians said. They were asked if they copied all the information. "Yes, sir!"

Black and Crystal had remained silent, not moving a muscle and had been calm for the last several minutes since they stopped talking about the persistence of the world's obsession with obtaining the Diary Symbols for their own reasoning.

Fortunately for Crystal, she's easily well-known from every corner of the world. Nothing in the past week had disappointed her as far as her powers or intellects go, Black had trained through the methods of Chess games to sparring to developing her mentality and physical strength. She's already been forced into sacrificing her own happiness and had the tyranny devour her heart from the inside out.

The Grim Reaper slightly lifted his head up because his mind was piling with what he planned on doing once he was done with Crystal. His true intentions from when he first abducted Crystal, was to either kill her or give the Aruba teen battle Lola to test her newfound powers and see if she's willing to decipher all five animals of the Diary Symbol.

"Crystal," Black retorted, as he saw Crystal already standing up. "Lola shall be here eventually. Once she arrives, I'm going to give you the chance to do whatever you want."

Crystal's nerves shattered, morphing her ideas and Black's wisdom of combat into eliminating Lola in the long run.

"That was one of the first things on mind and I wanted to ask you," Crystal placed her hand on her chest because she didn't think rather or not to ask him.

"What is it?" Black asked, turning his attention at Crystal.

"The Sheruga DNA. Isn't there something special about them or is another formula we needed to revive the Aruba Beast?"

Black's apprentice had waited quite a while to ask him something that deep.

"Now that you've mentioned it, there were a time when the Sheruga DNA was more than a formula. I will tell you one thing though, Crystal. That DNA belonged to a certain Aruba. I don't remember which one it was, but I have to say that it might have been the second or third hostess of the Diary Symbols."

"Oh," was all Crystal replied with. The Sheruga DNA had became another theory she had on her mind; knowing how well she can be when it comes to clues and aspects of her bloodline and how it can be a major threat to humanity (according to high-ranked governments.)

"Lord Black Hinura," came Akihiro with urgent news. "Lola Mizuka and her group are on the move. Forgive me for barging in like this, but it's very critical."

"I've set you up to make a movement and make sure that Lola Mizuka is at Leserado in less than a few hours. Have I made myself clear?"

"Yes sir. But there's one more thing that you should know as well," Akihiro was quick to make his last assessment.

"Make it quick. I will be remaining here with the young one," Black's expectations seeming slipped away.

"Sir, the Akuma Beasts, Apex Magicians and Renukokiji Magicians have all made their move to the lower levels to prepare for battle. The Renukokijis had sensed the presence of the Apex Magicians and they know that if they move in quickly, we'd be prepared for an attack."

Black sighed, thinking a bit longer of rather or not to send Crystal out there and returning without a scratch. Unfortunately, it'd be too futile and risky for him to instantly send out the 'Knight' into action earlier on.

"Well, you inform the Renukokiji Magicians that they are to follow your every command. There's no reason for them to resist if their intentions are to rival the Apex Magicians," Black ordered as he stood from the ground with Crystal stuck downward. "Crystal. You'll be needed here for when it comes to the right moment."

"I understand," Crystal replied with a warm expression on her face. Her gloomy purple eyes were shown. It shined hauntingly into a ball of light. Shadows oozing around the frame of the teenager.

  ***

Nine eyes glowed through the entrance of huge pillar as smoke breezed through the scene of the battle from Leserado Ground Zero.

"Are you ladies ready for round two?" Lisa asked with a huge grin emerging on her face.

"Whenever Marscilla's ready. She's the leader of this squad so it's up to her to make the decision," Thorn replied.

"I've got an old-time to take care of. Who are you two going after?" Thorn wasted little time with going against the plan Black expected to execute.

"That's unnecessary, Thorn," Marscilla had to refresh Thorn's memory to stay with the plan no matter what the circumstances or alternations of the battlefield. "He said specifically that he wasn't going to allow any of Lola's alliance to get through the first half of the battleground to Ground Zero of Leserado. It's all according to his plan. After all, he wanted us to not only capture Lola... But also abduct her son for her can learn the truth of what happened to his mother that night. It's impacted her relaltionship with him that it'd feel as if she can't even bear the fact that he's her only child."

Marscilla felt bothered by the the thought of Crystal being the ace in the hole instead of her. Her envy toward the fifteen-year-old had quickly been exchanged for her concentration on what's in front of her.

"It'd be very cunning of Hitachi to try and protect his mother a long time ago, but I think that his his chance to shine now. I did say that he was a cutey though," Lisa stated. "Just saying his name makes me so wet right now."

"Can you get serious. Man, even with your newfound powers, your so-called maturity hasn't even developed one bit," Thorn criticized harshly toward her fellow member of Bloodlust Revelation.

"Keep it up, Thorn and you'll be next on my list of seduction," Lisa's actions and behavior had clearly shown that she was never fully matured enough to regain the Black Crystal that lead to the Renugarasaka transformation, seeming how she had to be fully capable of using all of its' abilites before engaging in a battle.

"You think that it's clear to me that Black would have wanted you to have have that kind of power, Lisa? Give me a fucking a break for crying out loud," Thorn grew angry and agitated by the succubus' attitude and childish motives.

"Hey, it's not my fault that I can still be a creature that was born to have a voice while you could do was bark like the dog that you were born to be by birth you know."

Thorn's face was blanked out by the ignorance of Lisa's voice. She was on the verge of either attacking her and disintegrating the plan or evading the negative criticism.

"You don't make things easy for a lot of people, huh?" Marscilla asked, defending Thorn and preventing her from making a foolish movement.

"What? I was just speaking the truth. Not my fault you can't handle it or you're just not brave enough to say half the shit I can say to anyone's face," Lisa arrogance had clouded her understanding of Thorn's sensitivity as a canine.

"Let's see how much you can say once you get your ass kicked by her once this is all said. After we've completed our mission, I'll be sure that Black allows the three of us to train for a while so Thorn can give you a run for your money," Marscilla glued her ideas of how she was going to cope her frustrations with the Amili warrior.

"That's fine by me. Oh, we got some things we have to take care of because. Here they come," Lisa pointed in the direction of the army from the Western Coat to engage in battle.

"Now you want to be serious," Thorn bellowed, slamming her anthropomorphic-wolf hand into her face. "Dear Light of Diamond please--- Why am I praising to Diamond for crying out loud?"

Marscilla made a gentle giggle, bewildering the other two out of the blue. It
was one of the rarest things that the Erisa Bloodlust member's ever performed, especially in very sensitive and dangerous moments like this.

"Ah, that giggle sounded very cute, Marscilla. It easily turns me on," Lisa slowly approached the woman.

"Don't you dare touch me, Lisa. Don't get it misconstrued just because I was showing somewhat of a soft side to myself," Marscilla hissed with both eyes spanning out in horror.

"OK, OK, girls. Let's be serious here," Thorn stated.

Deep in the unknown parts of Leserado, the entity of the woman that's held captive within the prison had felt her heart rate slowing down to a normal pace. She didn't think that it'd be a miracle that it was the best chances of her trying to surviving after two and a half months incarcerated after Lisa and Thorn defeated her.

Behind the bars, the woman had managed to open her eyes and slowly stand up from the ground. The blood in her eyes had been mopped from her forehead, the bitterness in her mouth was weird and salty.

"It's payback time. I gotta get out of here one way or another," Ivana Poison of the Poison Bloodline, altered into the Legendary Gurasa Wolf Spirit for the first time in the past month; even when she's mortally wounded. Her alternation was the same as Isabella's but slightly different from her very own.

Dark purple fur erupted from within her body. A large tail in the twirled colors of midnight blue, medium orchid and rich lilac. Both her eyes had shifted into rosy brown with a tattoo of a wolf as if it were howling at the moon. She then summoned two medium sized weapons from each of her sides, which were tossed inside after she was captured.

"It's time to give Thorn the biggest ass kicking of a lifetime," Ivana declared with high expectations and determination flowing gravely within her eyes. As she sheathed her weapons within the case, the far ends of both weapons had glew immensely into another battle in the all-out war.

Huge waves of sparks stormed the field with three forces clashing in the mist of their surroundings. One of them had flames storming at the the other two. One of them howled with the other images standing behind with both wings oozing out from her spine. In the meantime, the leader of their group had insisted on engaging them with nothing but mass force against fellow General of Shizuka Siya, the Southern Coast General, Brook N. Aruba.
