  Directions:

  Combine the pumpkin puree with the almond flour.

  Then sprinkle the mixture with the coconut flakes, baking soda, Erythritol, salt, and ground cinnamon.

  Knead the smooth dough.

  If the dough is not smooth enough – add more almond flour.

  Roll the dough and use the cutter to make the cookies or separate it into 8 parts and roll the balls. After this, flatten the balls in the shape of cookies.

  Preheat the air fryer to 360 F.

  Put the cooked in the air fryer and cook them for 8 minutes.

  When the cookies are cooked – they will have crunchy edges but air center.

  Serve the cookies!

  Ingredients:

  1 egg

  1 cup coconut flour

  1/3 cup heavy cream

  ½ teaspoon baking soda

  1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  1 tablespoon butter

  Directions:

  Beat the egg in the blender and add coconut flour.

  After this, add melted chocolate, heavy cream, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, and butter.

  Blend it well.

  After this, transfer the dough to the bowl and sprinkle it with the crushed cashews.

  Knead the dough.

  Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.

  Place the dough in the air fryer dish and flatten it into the shape of the pie.

  Cook the pie for 18 minutes.

  When the pie is cooked – chill it well and only after this discard it from the dish.

  Cut it into the servings.

  Directions:

  Then combine the mixed eggs with the heavy cream.

  Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.

  Pour the heavy cream mixture into the air fryer.

  Cook the liquid for 5 minutes.

  Stir the liquid every 1 minute.

  Then sprinkle the heavy cream mixture with the vanilla extract and stir it.

  Cook the liquid for 1 minute more.

  After this, pour the cooked heavy cream liquid in the bowl and whisk it for 4 minutes.

  When the liquid reaches the room temperature – add ricotta and butter.

  Mix it up for 1 minute more.

  Then place the cooked mousse in the glass vessels and keep in the fridge.

  Add salt and baking soda. Stir it and add Erythritol.

  Combine apple cider vinegar and butter.

  Then add cream cheese and heavy cream.

  Beat the egg in the cream cheese mixture and whisk it.

  Then combine the dried mixture and cream mixture together.

  Knead the dough. Add more flour if desired.

  Roll the dough.

  Cut the cookies with the help of the cutter.

  Preheat the air fryer to 360 F,

  Put the cookies in the air fryer and cook for 9 minutes.

  When the cookies are cooked – they will have the crunchy edges.

  Add cream cheese and whisk it.

  Place the prepared fudge mixture on the tray and flatten it.

  Freeze it until solid.

  Grate the dough.

  Separate the grated dough into 2 parts.

  Then place the first part of the grated dough in the air fryer dish.

  Sprinkle it with the chopped strawberry.

  Then cover it with the second part of the grated dough.

  Put the pie in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes.

  When the pie is cooked – chill it.

  After this, discard the pie from the air fryer and slice it into servings.

  After this, sprinkle the mixture with the fresh lemon juice, butter, Erythritol, and ground nutmeg.

  Knead the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  Then roll the dough.

  Sprinkle it with the poppy seeds generously.

  Roll the dough and cut it into 10 swirls.

  Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.

  Put the poppy seeds swirls in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the swirls for 17 minutes.

  Check if the swirls are cooked and remove them from the air fryer.

  Chill the meal and enjoy!

  Knead the soft dough.

  Roll the dough and cut it into 6 squares.

  Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.

  Place the rhubarb squares in the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes.

  Chill the cooked bars.

  Knead the dough,

  Take the ramekins.

  Cut the dough into 5 parts.

  Place the dough in the ramekins in the shape of the piecrust.

  Preheat the air fryer to 360 F and cook the piecrust for 4 minutes.

  Combine the coconut milk and coconut flakes.

  Add butter and mix it up with the help of the hand mixer.

  Put the coconut milk mixture in the freezer and chill it for at least 10 minutes.

  When the piecrust ramekins are cooked – chill them well.

  Pour the coconut milk mixture into the cooked pie crust.

  Serve the meal or keep it in the fridge.

  Then sprinkle the mixture with the butter, vanilla extract, and coconut flour.

  Knead the dough.

  Preheat the air fryer to 355 F.

  Cover the air fryer dish with the parchment,

  Roll the dough with the help of the rolling pin.

  Place the rolled dough in the air fryer dish.

  Place the blackberries over the dough.

  Cook the tart for 25 minutes.

  When the tart is cooked – chill it.

  Cut it into servings.

  Taste it!
