“Yep, thanks to you,” Straya said as she stood from her chair. “And thanks to me, you’re going to the brig.”

Calico raised her arms in surprise and protest.

“What?” she exclaimed. “I just saved all your asses!”

“Yes,” Straya said calmly. “You also saved your own ass. You’re Calico, after all, and I don’t trust you for a second.”

“I agree,” Arkei said. She turned to face Regan.

He nodded. “Straya, I trust you can handle the cat?”

Straya unholstered her weapon. “It’ll be my pleasure.” She pointed the gun at Calico.

Calico turned to plead with Regan. “You can’t be serious?” she asked.

But Regan just looked at her, observing her pleading expression. He noticed that she wasn’t wearing the pouty face she used when trying to weasel her way in or out of something. Instead, this was genuine surprise. Her expression was raw. She was caught off guard and assumed that the escape would have secured her place. But it wouldn’t be that easy.

“Straya will escort you to the brig where you’ll stay locked up until we know we can trust you,” he said.

“Stand up!” Straya shouted, and Calico stood, her fists rigid against her sides. Straya led her out of the room.

Arkei pressed several buttons then walked past the sleeping and snoring Bob toward Regan. She put her hand on his shoulder as she circled around behind him. Her other hand then touched his other shoulder. She started to massage him.

“You feel a little tense… Captain,” Arkei said, finishing with a sort of whisper. “Perhaps it’s time we explore the ship more. I’m sure Mephistopheles has a luxurious master suite somewhere.”

She then called Reverie over with her bionic hand, curling a finger to summon her. Reverie smiled as she stood up and approached the captain’s chair.

“Maybe we can all release some tension together,” Arkei suggested.

“I think that’s a great idea,” Reverie said. “It’s exactly what we need.”

Regan couldn’t agree more, and took both the ladies in his arms as he stood. He glanced over at Bob, who still sat back snoring, but Arkei reassured him, “Don’t worry, Captain. I locked all the controls. He can’t do any harm.”

Arkei put her finger on Regan’s chin and gently turned his face toward the exit, away from Bob. With that, the three of them left to find the captain’s suite.

The captain’s suite was massive, as Regan had assumed it’d be. It was designed for one thing and one thing only: pure relaxing pleasure. There was a large circle bed right in the center of the room that had steps up to it on all sides, along with a skylight window above it, matching its shape perfectly.

I guess that would be called a starlight? Spacelight?

Chairs and couches were grouped all around, with lush pillows and thick rugs scattered about. Like other parts of the ship, artwork covered the walls. Statues stood about and beautiful paintings lay on the walls.

One entire wall was a thick glass window, revealing a panoramic view of the beauty and quiet of space. Regan stood before the window for a few moments alone, looking out and thinking how he felt far away from everything.

He was isolated from the entire universe here.

  Regan and his ladies.

He turned around and was pleased to see Arkei and Reverie smiling at him while undressing. They were standing behind a wall of glass, which Regan then realized was a large shower. Arkei adjusted a dial on the wall, making the glass fog up.

  Regan approached it.

He sauntered all the way around it, watching Arkei and Reverie step into the warm water with each other. He took his time before entering, as Reverie and Arkei began to embrace, kiss, and touch each other. They felt each other everywhere, moving slowly, holding eye contact with Regan while they did so.

There were a series of benches in the shower and Reverie sat down on one, faced Regan, and spread her legs. Arkei dropped to her knees in front of her. And while Arkei pleasured Reverie, Reverie rubbed one hand through Arkei’s flowing hair, rubbed her tits with the other, and stared at Regan the entire time. She licked her lips, even sucked on her finger.

Regan was stiffening. He knew that the pleasure Reverie was feeling was also what Arkei was feeling. He knew that when Arkei made Reverie climax, they both would. And Reverie’s face suggested they were moments away.

Regan began to undress. He continued watching the beautiful babes while tossing his clothes to the side, and entering the steamy shower.

As he neared, Reverie reached out her hand. She placed it on Regan’s chest, and he instantly felt their climax.

Reverie didn’t even hesitate. After her release, she pulled Regan close, stayed seated, and licked his cock. She licked it slowly and passionately, kissing it. And once it was good and firm, she wrapped her lips around it.

Arkei stood and brought Regan’s face to her own. She kissed him hard and put her bionic hand on the back of Reverie’s head, pushing her face further into Regan’s cock. Holding it there. Reverie went at it harder, faster.

Regan reached down and put his fingers inside Arkei. He started slow for only a moment, as things were heating up quickly, then he rubbed and inserted swiftly, leaving Arkei panting.

Then Regan turned her around and bent her over. Reverie took his cock out of her mouth and with her hand she guided it inside of Arkei. Regan gave several hard thrusts, as Reverie held onto his balls. Then, between thrusts, she grabbed his cock again and navigated it back inside her mouth. She tasted him and Arkei. She sucked hard, then put it back inside Arkei, repeating this action several times.

Then Reverie stood and faced Regan. He stepped back from Arkei, who moved behind Reverie and felt her. Reverie leaned her head back and the two of them kissed while Reverie lifted a leg for Regan.

He stepped up to her as she wrapped her leg around him. He entered her and continued to thrust while Arkei held her in her arms. They turned their faces to Regan.

  And they called him Captain.

Regan took a seat and the two ladies laid down on opposite sides of him. They kissed with his cock in the middle, licking it and one another at the same time. They took turns putting it fully into their mouths.

Regan rubbed their backs and slapped their asses while they both sucked on him, and when he came, it was in Reverie’s mouth. She pushed her face down hard on top of his cock while Arkei kissed his mouth and touched herself.

They sat silently in the shower as the warm water poured over them. Regan took in their naked bodies, and the beautiful differences between them.

That was when Straya entered the shower. None of them heard her come in. But she was already naked, rubbing her breasts. She smiled at all of them and winked at Regan.

“I didn’t want to interrupt that lovely finish,” she said. “But now I want to fuck you three.” She pointed to Regan. “You most of all, Captain.”

Regan woke up in the large circular bed. He realized that may have been the best sleep he’d ever had. The room was silent, and the space outside was calming.

On top of him was Reverie, naked and beautiful. He stroked his fingers along her warm skin. Her boobs felt good on his chest and he savored this skin-to-skin contact. He moved his hand down and caressed her perfect ass.

He wanted her then. Even though they had spent an entire night together, he knew he would always want more. The things she could do, and the way she shared their feelings, was unreal.

His hand moved across her ass more firmly, and just as he was about to squeeze it and wake her, he heard Arkei’s voice coming through the speakers.

“Regan, we need you in the galley. We have an intruder.”

  Chapter Six

Regan took many wrong turns on his way to the galley. The ship was massive and in the short time Regan had been aboard, he hadn’t been able to do much exploring.

He made a mental note to himself to learn the ins and outs of the ship later. As the captain, he needed to know
how to navigate these halls.

Ultimately, what led him to the galley were the sounds of shouting and things being banged around. It sounded like pots and pans. But maybe he made this association since he also noticed a smell. It was the smell of cooking food. It reminded him of home cooking and being in his mom’s kitchen growing up.

He didn’t realize how much he missed home-cooked meals until that moment. But the thought only lingered briefly, because when he arrived at the galley, it was to a sight that he hadn’t expected.

First, the place looked like a five-star restaurant, with several tables scattered about. All were different sizes, clearly depending on the company Mephistopheles was having at the time. Some were high tops, some were booths, but all were impressive with ornate chandeliers above each one.

And at one end of the room was a large, open kitchen, full of many appliances and cooking supplies. He recognized some, but many other devices were foreign to him. However, something else stood in this kitchen besides the impressive amenities.

It was a bright pink tentacled creature cowering in the corner near the stoves.

The scene gave Regan immediate pause. Much had apparently happened while he slept in.

Arkei and Straya were standing on opposite sides of the kitchen, Arkei with her ray gun pointed at the creature who was wiggling about, flailing its tentacles, as if they could block the rays from making an impact.

The creature’s tentacles also had pans and other utensils gripped in them, ready to strike if anyone got too close. Regan assumed the creature could throw them at great speeds, based on how fluidly the arms moved.

And to make the scene even more confusing was the fact that Bob was standing right in front of the creature, his arms raised toward both Straya and Arkei. His face moved back and forth between them. He wore an expression of panic and urgency.

“Drop the pans!” Arkei was shouting at the creature. “Or I will blast you right into that oven!”

The creature didn’t speak—at least, not in a language anyone understood. Squishy noises emitted from it, which made Regan wonder whether that was its odd form of communication. Regardless, it made little sense why Bob was standing right in front of the creature, attempting to defend it.

“Don’t shoot her!” he was yelling at Arkei and Straya.

Dammit, Bob. We really gotta fix that head of yours.

Straya and Arkei continued to issue orders for the creature to come out from the kitchen and drop the pans. Arkei didn’t lower her gun, and neither of them lowered their voices.

In all the chaos, no one noticed Regan had entered the room. He was about to step in when Straya took things into her own hands.

She dashed for the creature, making her move during the split second Arkei had distracted Bob. She leaped from one chair to the counter top, then dived for the creature, avoiding a swinging pan on her way, but was stopped from landing a blow by another tentacle. While Straya was fast, the creature was faster.

“No! Stop it!” Bob shouted, but Straya pushed him out of the way after righting herself from the tentacled hit. Bob went flying toward Arkei, who received him and sent him further back out of the way.

“You’re confused, Bob!” Arkei yelled at him as he tumbled to the side, away from the action.

Arkei kept her gun pointed, but did nothing while Straya was trying to land her attack. She wrestled the creature from out of the kitchen, but couldn’t get a solid grasp on it. The tentacles not only prevented Straya from getting close, but held her in a firm grip. They wrapped around Straya’s body, lifted her, and held her out in front of the creature, using her as a shield from Arkei’s still pointed ray gun.

Regan finally had enough. He took several more steps into the galley and shouted as loud as he could, demanding their attention. “Knock it off!”

All heads turned to face him, including the tentacled creature, though it kept Straya outstretched toward Arkei, not dropping its defenses that easily.

Bob spoke first upon seeing his captain, continuing his plea for the creature’s life. “Regan!” he started. “She’s not an intruder!”

  She?

The creature made more squishy sounds, only for Straya to tell her to shut up. The creature tightened her grip on Straya in response, which caused Arkei to steady her gun.

“Everyone, wait!” Regan shouted again. “Bob, how do you know what’s going on here?”

“I can understand her!” Bob insisted. “She isn’t an intruder! She said she just woke up here.”

“Again, how do you understand her?” Regan asked. “She doesn’t have a Universal Translator, or else we’d all be able to understand her.”

Bob brought his arms out wide, almost as wide as his eyes were open.

“I don’t know!” he exclaimed. “But I can! And she doesn’t mean any harm. Please, let her go.”

Regan looked at the creature holding Straya in her grip. She resembled an octopus, but had a long pink torso and a more defined face. And now that Regan saw her more closely, he noticed her beautiful eyes. Her tentacles took the place of legs, the extra ones going up her entire back and sides. In fact, her torso and face seemed to be only a small part of her, surrounded by tentacles.

She couldn’t have hidden from us this entire time.

Then Regan thought of the cryopods they had loaded onto the ship. He remembered how they damaged one pod in their hurry to board and take off. Could it be possible that this creature survived, escaped the pod, and was simply looking to return to her old role in life?

Regan thought of the thick smell of cooking meat, then noticed some prepared food on the counter, and other piles of ingredients yet to be cooked.

“You understand her?” Regan asked Bob.

“She speaks to my soul,” Bob replied, turning his gaze from Regan to the creature.

The reply caught Regan off guard, but then again, it was coming from Bob. Either way, if Bob could communicate with the creature, then he was the way out of this mess.

“Ask her to release Straya,” Regan said. “Assure her I just want to talk and figure this out. I don’t want harm to come to anyone.”

Bob nodded, whispered to her, and immediately she lowered Straya to the ground.

Regan noticed that Arkei still had her ray gun pointed at the creature, and he asked her to lower it, which she did.

Straya stepped away from the creature after being released, leaving the creature all alone near the kitchen. She looked exposed, and more harmless than she did moments before. Regan could tell she was nervous, and she suddenly seemed like less of a threat than moments before.

“What’s the deal with the food?” Regan asked.

“She has the heart of a cook,” Bob replied, as if it were obvious. “When she woke up, she was confused, didn’t know what to do, and she couldn’t find anyone around to give her any orders. After some wandering around, she discovered the kitchen, and figured this was where she was meant to be.”

“She accessed the controls of the kitchen even though I shut everything down,” Arkei protested. “Even if she is a cook, she hacked into the system to turn the ovens and appliances on.”

Regan turned his gaze back to Bob, who whispered to the creature, who replied back.

“Oh, okay,” Bob said, as if understanding. “She says that while she has the heart of a cook, she has the brain of a hacker. But she wouldn’t dare hack into the ship for anything else. Her place is in the kitchen, she says. She was just trying to prepare a welcome meal for the crew, whoever that might be, when she was attacked.”

“I don’t trust it,” Straya said.

“You trust nothing,” Regan noted. “Yet the smell of this food is pretty overwhelming, which makes me doubt she had sneaky intentions. If she really wanted to do us harm, she had plenty of opportunity to do so while we were sleeping.”

Arkei and Straya acknowledged this remark and looked at Bob for any additional information.

Just then Reverie entered. She paused, look
ing around with much confusion. Regan waved her over and whispered, “I’ll explain later.” She stood next to him, observing the alien creature intently.

“Did this creature give you a name?” Regan asked, turning his gaze back from Reverie to Bob.

“She’s not a creature,” Bob said in defense. “She’s a beautiful, tentacled woman! And her name is Squit.”

Regan noticed then how Squit and Bob were looking at each other. He understood her, it seemed she could understand him. The way she lit up when he called her beautiful. He blushed when she set her puppy eyes on him. Then Regan had another thought.

Does Bob have a tentacle fetish?

  Dear god.

Bob had a pseudo flipper for one hand, after the explosion in the jail cell, and Reverie’s limited amount of time to heal it properly. Maybe Squit saw it as a commonality between them. Either way, whatever was going on, he had to trust Bob. Bob was part of Regan’s crew, and he’d already proven himself many times before. Regan had to stand with him.

“Look,” Bob said with more compassion than his prior pleading. “She only wants peace. She wants to be our friend… Especially mine.”

As Bob said the last bit, his expression grew dreamy. Squit moved her tentacles flirtatiously in response.

“Well, I will say the food smells delicious, and we could use a cook,” Regan said, changing the subject.

Arkei added, “Having a hacker as part of our crew would give us a leg up in a lot of situations.”

Straya crossed her arms and exhaled heavily before admitting, “And she can handle herself in a fight.”

Regan knew that Squit would be an asset to the team. He also saw the value in Bob having an outlet. Maybe he and Squit would keep each other occupied, and Regan wouldn’t have to worry about the little guy as much.

“If there’s any other doubt…” Reverie began. All eyes in the room turned to her, including Squit’s. Reverie smiled. “Let me dispel it now. Even from this far away, I can sense she has a kind heart.”

Regan smiled at Reverie when she said this. He raised his arms out to the side, motioning to everyone in the room.
