Stolen and Seduced Page 19

by Christine Pope

“Gentle,” she murmurs against my mouth. “My nipples are sensitive.”

I nod and resume kissing her lips as I walk us backward. Her legs hit the bed, and she sits, but I lie her down and remove her panties. Her hands fumble with my pants, but I shove them down and kick them aside.

“Would you rather leave your bra on?” I ask before nuzzling her neck.

“We can see,” she murmurs. “We, ah, need to be gentle.”

  “Gentle?”

“Yes, bucko, or else we aren’t going to even attempt this.”

I gasp, horrified, but I’m teasing. “I don’t know if I can hold back and be gentle. That word isn’t in my vocabulary.”

“Oh, isn’t it?” She reaches up to cup my face. "Then, I guess I might have to teach you what no access means."

“I don’t think that computes either.”

“It better start computing,” she teases as she ogresses her arm between our tight bodies to grab just the tip.

Precum oozes out, and she rubs her thumb in it. I give her some space so she can stroke me, but she brings her hand to her mouth and licks her thumb as she smirks at me.

Ovian. What this woman does to me.

Slowly, I bring my hand down her stomach to between her legs. She hesitates a moment and then spreads them. She’s wet, maybe not quite as wet as she normally is, and I rub the outside, being as gentle as I can, focusing more on her clit than her folds.

Instead of a groan, I hear a slight snore.

My love, my wife, the woman I adore above all others, has fallen asleep during foreplay.

I sigh, chuckle to myself, and shake my head as I kiss her temple. As soon as I take care of this erection, I’m going to hold my wife and sleep with her in my arms. That’s just as satisfying.

  Chapter Two

  Nadia

When I wake up, I almost don’t know where I am, what time it is, anything.

The babies. Are they all right? I’m tired, of course, but I think I slept longer than normal. Not that it could’ve been that long, but I don’t hear them. They’re breathing, right? They have to be!

An arm tightens around me, and I open my eyes to see Nestrol smiling at me. My handsome Novan alien. He’s the largest and most muscular of all Novans, and his skin is a deep blue.

“I can see you worrying,” he whispers. “Don’t. I just checked on them. They’re sleeping still.”

  “They’re all right?” I can’t help asking.

“They’re all right.” His neon blue eyes sparkle as his gaze drips down to my bra. That’s all I’m wearing yet.

I run my hand along his arm and grin, enjoying the sight of my husband ogling me.

“I, ah, more rested,” I murmur. “Maybe we can finish what we started.”

“I would like that very much.” He pulls me on top of him.

"I'm sure that your ego must be a little bruised, considering I fell asleep during sex."

He narrows his eyes. “Not during sex. During foreplay. And we don’t just have sex.”

  “No?”

“No. We make love.” He pulls my head down for a kiss, but our lips barely touch when Sarah starts to cry.

I close my eyes and press my forehead to his.

Not two seconds later, Strol cries too, joining the chorus with his powerful set of lungs.

“They’re calling our song,” I mumble.

“Is it that terrible for them to wait ten minutes?” Nestrol asks.

I just give him a look.

  “Five minutes?”

I burst out laughing. “Nestrol, it’s impossible for you to have a quickie.”

  “That’s not true,” he protests.

  My eyebrows lift.

  “I can try,” he mumbles.

“A quickie means speed, and speed isn’t exactly my thing right now. Sorry.”

I start to pull away, but Nestrol grabs my arm.

“Don’t you apologize. You gave me two wonderful children, and I know we have to ease back into things. A quickie isn’t ideal for honestly, it’s not what I prefer either.” He kisses me deeply.

The babies’ crying grows louder, and we go to them. Strol pooped, so Nestrol cleans him up as I settle on our cough and start to nurse Sarah.

She’s such a sweet baby, and she constantly wants to be held. Strol is already a little more independent, but they’re both so young to really have much personalities yet. Both of their skin is a light blue, so much lighter than Nestrol’s. It’ll be interesting to see if their complexion changes any as they grow older.

Nestrol sits beside me, and I finagle and manage to nurse Strol on the other side.

“You’re becoming a pro at that,” he remarks.

I smile wanly. It took their first month for me to be able to somewhat easily nurse them both at the same time. Otherwise, I would nurse them constantly and not do anything else all day. I would go crazy.

“I had a wonderful dream,” I tell Nestrol.

  “A sex dream?”

I giggle. “No, you dork. I dreamed about Earth.”

  “You miss your home planet?”

“Yes, actually. I was thinking about maybe visiting soon.”

“You want to go to Earth? Just you and me?”

  “No. With the babies.”

“They’re so young.” He rubs the top of Strol’s head gently.

“Yes, but we’ll be with them. It’ll be fine. It’ll be fun.”

“When are you thinking about doing this?”

  “In a week.”

“A week?” His eyes look ready to pop out of his head.

“Yes, it’ll be perfect, Nestrol! I’ve been keeping track of the calendar, and Christmas is in two weeks. We can go, spend the holiday there… Maybe even stay until the New Year!”

  “Christmas,” he repeats.

I grin. “We can get a tree and lights and drink hot chocolate. I can teach you some songs, and it’ll be just what we need.”

“We need all of that?” he asks. “We can find a tree here.”

“Yes, because there are so many trees here,” I say dryly.

“You can teach me songs here.”

“You don’t want to go.” I grimace.

“It’s not that,” he protests. “I just… Nadia, we’re still adjusting to having the twins. Things are crazy for us, and I don’t want us to disrupt our lives by—”

“It’s just a vacation. It can help. You’re working so hard at being the overlord ad a new dad that you don’t have much time for anything else. Sleep, eating, showering…”

Nestrol snorts. “Are you trying to say that I need a shower?”

I grin and bat my eyelashes innocently. “I would never. Actually, I would love to jump in the shower with you.”

“Hmm. Now that I can get behind.”

I laugh bursts out of me, and Sarah pulls off to stare at me. She roots around, trying to find the nipple, and I have to help her, but in the process, Strol is rustled enough that I have to readjust for him too.

“You aren’t getting behind me anytime soon,” I say, “but you’ll consider it, won’t you? Maybe Brax and—”

“The commander is a bit busy with his family, but I suppose I can find someone I trust to take over for a time maybe. I…”

  “Nestrol,” I say firmly.

“Yes, Nadia?” He eyes me skeptically.

I give him a smug smile. “Part of being a leader is knowing when to delegate. Now is the time. We deserve this. We got married and then didn't have a honeymoon.”

“Novans don’t have honeymoons,” He grumbles.

“You can’t tell me that the idea of having time for you and me alone wouldn’t have been amazing.”

“We had plenty of time together,” he protests, “and that’s why we have these.” He touches both babies’ hands.

“Yes, but to be on Earth to celebrate Christmas will be amazing. Think about it.”

He grunts and sits back on the couch, and I just grin. Nestrol loves to spo
il me, and he’ll give in. I might’ve lived in Florida for a time, but I want to go somewhere up north. There’s no snow here, and I don’t know if there had been any on Nore, but a winter wonderland is what I want for my family, my babies, my love.

  My family.

  Chapter Three

  Nestrol

Christmas. What is that? Is it possible to have it here? I don’t relish the idea of a twenty-four-hour long flight with the babies. Would we go alone? Do we need to bring someone along to help us with them? I mean, we can do it ourselves, but what even is Christmas?

Nadia is busy and settled with the babies, singing and talking to them, and there are some issues for me to tend with that can’t be put off any longer. As much as I can, I try to handle things through calls involving our chips. I just do it in a separate room in our house so I won’t disturb the babies.

But some do require in-person meetings and observations, and I have no choice. I kiss my love, and I have to go. There are new buildings to be overseen as well as determining the next site for building, picking which buildings to go where, and so on.

The biggest issue is the pack of wild animals near our old breeding quarters that need to be redirected away, and once we have a plan in place, I have a moment to breathe.

I call Nadia to tell her I’ll be home soon, and then I ask Dariox and Brax to come to my office pronto. I don’t have a lot of time. Oh, and they’re to bring their wives.

Five minutes later, Brax and Lisa and Dariox and Johanna are in my office.

“Is something wrong?” Johanna asks. “Something with the babies? With my sister?”

“Nadia is fine,” I assure her. “She just wants to go to Earth for Christmas.”

Johanna’s eyes light up, and Lisa grins too.

  “What is Christmas?” I demand.

“Christmas is a celebration of life,” Johanna explains.

“It’s a time for families to get together, to have fun, to enjoy themselves,” Lisa adds.

“Sing songs, drink hot cocoa, watch classics, give gifts.” Johanna heaves a happy sigh.

“Gifts?” I ask. “What kind of gifts?”

“Any kind. Clothes, jewelry, flowers…” Lisa shrugs. “Anything really.”

“It’s a great idea for you to go to Earth for Christmas,” Johanna says.

“If it’s for family, shouldn’t you come with us?” I ask.

Brax and Dariox are staring at their wives.

I snicker. “You guys are as in the ovian dark as I am, aren’t you?”

“Should we celebrate Christmas too?” Brax asks.

Lisa grins at her husband. “I would like to.”

I glance around and realize certain little persons are missing. “Who is watching your babies?”

“Chrix and Rachel,” Dariox says. “We figured you wanted to talk to us without our being distracted by tending to our children.”

“I appreciate that,” I say and tilt my head toward Johanna. “You didn’t answer my question about whether you should be there or not.”

"Who else are you going to have in charge of things here if you're going to Earth?" Brax asks.

I cock an eyebrow. “You aren’t family, Commander.”

He coughs into his hand. “Of course.”

My arms cross, and I consider the quartet before focusing on the wives. “I need you to go into more details about Christmas and what all I need to do to make this the best Christmas ever for my wife.”

Once I finally have a grasp on what exactly Christmas entails, I make my way back home. Nadia smiles at me, and the tiredness in her eyes is highlighted by her yawn.

  “Sorry.”

I chuckle. “Why are you apologizing?”

  “It’s rude.”

“To yawn? You’re tired. It’s allowed.” I hold up a bag. “I brought home dinner. Does that help any? Or are you going to fall asleep with your face in your plate?”

Nadia mock-glares at me. “You’re never going to let me live that down, are you?”

“Never ever,” I promise with a wink. “Now eat. That’s an order.”

She gets out plates as I remove the containers from the bag. Before Nadia’s fork can enter her mouth, Sarah starts to cry.

“Eat,” I tell her, stopping her from rising.

I collect my daughter. When I turn to leave, Strol begins to fuss, and I grab him too, rocking them.

My mind races. Nadia’s eating quickly, wanting to get to the babies, and I’m doing my best to mentally plan our Christmas, but there’s one problem.

  Nadia.

I can’t stop thinking about her and how much I love her and how much I want to make love to her.

Calm yourself, Nestrol. What do you want to get Nadia for Christmas?

I have no idea. She’s leaning forward to take a drink from her cup, and her loose shirt falls forward, revealing even more of her ample cleavage, and I suck in a deep breath.

Ovian. I can’t think about anything related to Christmas. I’m way too distracted ogling my wife. There’s only one thing on my Christmas list, and that’s to have a few minutes alone with my wife. Well, more than a few. We haven’t ever had a round last less than twenty minutes. That's not too much to ask, right? Normally, we'll go at it for at least a half-hour, with several lasting a full hour. Having twins changes someone's sex life, of course, but I need my wife. I need time alone with her. My love needs to be expressed, and kisses and words only do so much.

  Chapter Four

  Nadia

The flight over to Earth was in a word rough. I didn’t feel comfortable having the babies opt for deep sleep, so we had to tend to them the entire twenty-four hours, but I figured that would be the case going in.

Nestrol all along has been a bit cagey lately. He wouldn’t have me pack at all, insisting that I was doing more than enough just by nursing the twins, so he could handle all of that. All I did was ask him if we could find a spot up north somewhere, and when we land and walk outside, it’s a regular winter wonderland. I’m not sure if we’re in Canada or not, but I think we might be. I crossed the border once before to see Niagara Falls. Those who claim that it’s more beautiful from the Canadian side versus the New York side are absolutely correct, and that’s coming from someone who originally figured that couldn’t possibly be the case, that it would look beautiful from both sides. And it does, but the Canadian side… it defies words.

I grin at Chrix, the Novan pilot who flew us here. He’s one of our good friends, not that Nestrol would admit that because he has to be the big, macho, all-powerful overlord all the time. But I know him, and deep down, Nestrol does view several Novans as friends, and he really does have all of his people’s best interests at heart. He might be a bit gruff, demanding, and overbearing at times, but he’s authoritative, and he knows how to get things done.

“Thank you for this,” I murmur to the pilot.

“Whatever boss man wants, he gets,” Chrix says with a laugh.

Nestrol clears his throat behind the pilot.

Chrix’s grin just grows wider, and he winks at me before sliding to the side. “Whatever the overlord wants—”

“Load our bags onto the wagon, will you?” Nestrol asks, but it’s more of a command than a question. He sounds gruff, but Nestrol’s all bark and no bite these days.

Chrix does as bid, and I follow him off the plan to see that it’s not just any wagon. It’s a covered car attached to the back of a centuricmobile.

“You didn’t think we would walk carrying the babies and the luggage to the place we’re staying at, did you?” Nestrol asks.

I’m so shocked I can’t turn to look at him. The vehicle is covered in green vines, and is that…

“Mistletoe?” I ask, finally glancing at him.

“Yes,” Nestrol says smugly. “Come on. Chrix, do you mind acting as our driver?”

  “Anything for the—”

“If you dare to call me boss man one more time,” Nestrol threatens.

Be nice,” I admonish. “It’s almost Christmas.”

“The babies need to get out of this cold before—”

As if on cue, they both start to wail.

Nestrol just gives me a smile, and I merely shake my head.

There are more surprises in store. An impressive ski lodge avoided the war, and it's beautiful. We head inside, Chrix bringing in our stuff while Nestrol and I hold a baby each, and I gasp. Nestrol had the place decorated before we arrived. It didn't matter that someone else did the work for him. It's so utterly beautiful and—

Nestrol strolls forward and then waves me over. I dutifully follow, and he coughs and points upward.

  We're standing under the mistletoe.

I giggle and playfully swat him. “You nut. You don’t have to go to these lengths to get a kiss out of me.”

  “Don’t I?” he asks mischievously.

He leans toward me, and I shift Strol so he won’t be so close to Sarah. The babies fell asleep on the ride over.

The moment our lips touch, Strol begins to whine and fuss. Sarah does too, and Nestrol just shakes his head, smiling all the while. He grabs my hand, and we do a quick tour until we find a comfy spot, and I settle in to nurse the babies.

My husband’s a bit mum on what else we’re going to do. Christmas is two days away. Yes, I wanted more time here, but Nestrol has so much work, and he’s a workaholic. Plus, he’s a bit of a control freak, and delegation has never been his thing. It’ll never be his thing, and that’s all right. I always knew that’s how life with my alien overlord would be.

After I nurse the babies, we change their diapers and get them to rest. Fatigue claims me, and I sway back over to the couch. I’m out in seconds.

The next day, Nestrol and I get settled and mostly spend time around the lodge. I teach him a few carols, and we drink cocoa. No marshmallows, but that’s okay, and instead of watching some of the old classics, I just tell him the stories. It’s perfect, so utterly perfect.

Christmas Eve has us venturing out, and we actually go on a two-horse open sleigh. The babies are all bundled up, and we cuddle under a blanket, and a guy from Earth drives us around. It’s magical, especially when it begins to snow. Plus, the babies are sleeping. The gentle ride even has me nodding off, snuggling against my love.
