Cynthia Garner lives in the desert Southwest and has produced more than forty titles in several subgenres of romance fiction over the past decade, most recently writing contemporary romance under the pen name Jett Munroe. Her characters are sometimes built with the traits of people she knows; her stories enriched by her own life and observations.
After living in Northeast Ohio for over thirty years, she tired of snow and ice and moved to Arizona where she loves living surrounded by mountains.
