MATTHEW

  Come on.

HANNAH stands up with MATTHEW's help.

  MATTHEW

  There you are.

  HANNAH

  Matthew.

  MATTHEW

  Uh-huh?

  HANNAH

  I'm s-s-sorry.

  MATTHEW

I don't blame you for nothing. But no more arguing. Understand?

  HANNAH

  Yes, s-s-sir.

  MATTHEW

  That's better.

  MATTHEW and HANNAH kiss.

  HANNAH

  I h-h-hope they...they freeze to death.

  MATTHEW

Don't say things like that. It doesn't matter anymore anyhow. We're leaving.

  HANNAH

I h-hope they die and we find the Gr...the gem without them...b-b-bastards.

  MATTHEW

Hannah! Don't you tell me my cursing's staring to rub off on--

A red glow emits from offstage as the two are kissing. HANNAH, suddenly healed, is the first to notice.
