The Doctor's Duties Page 7

“Thea, the orgasm you will have may well be intense. Release as much as possible. Don’t worry if you lose control. Just go with it. Do you hear me?”

She nodded and moaned as her climax neared. Her stomach tightened; her body shuddered.

“Keep it going,” he urged, watching her body’s responses, rubbing her clitoris with his thumb. Quickly he slipped two fingers into her vagina and pumped her gently.

Her climax ran gloriously through her whole body, centered around his hand between her legs. Suddenly she lost control of her bladder. She could not stop it and was mortified.

He watched as her urine gushed out. Taking his fingers out of her vagina, he parted her labia so he could watch the flow. Good flow, good function, he noted. He reached for a towel to wipe her down.

“So sorry, so sorry,” she moaned, feeling barely conscious.

“Don’t worry about it,” he said. “I needed to check your urinary flow, anyway. Rest for a few minutes.” He covered her over and returned to his desk, leaving her to recover. His cock was fully erect in his pants and he had to adjust himself as discreetly as he could before sitting. There had to be an end to this. Time to do the paperwork. Take his mind of her body, and his own.

  Chapter 15

The after-spasms of that sensational orgasm darted up and down her body. So delicious. Slowly stillness slipped in. With reluctance, she sat up. Her head was spinning.

He looked over to her. “You okay?”

  She nodded. “Think so.”

  “Come and join me.”

She walked languorously to the desk and slid onto the chair. Floating.

“I’ve finalized your discharge forms, Thea. It confirms that all medical tests and exams on your body indicate good health and function. We know you have an enlarged clitoris but this appears to be physically and physiologically normal for you and functions well. However, I think this should be monitored regularly over time as the few days we have examined you are too short a period to be fully conclusive.” He looked up at her to see if she understood.

“And… will you be doing the monitoring?” Hopeful.

“Possibly. Occasionally. You do not need to be hospitalized for this so, as from now, you are free to go.” He signed the form with a flourish. There. It was done. Now the next. “Are you relieved?”

She shrugged her shoulders. “Perhaps now I can get on with my job.”

He turned his attention back to the forms and signed the second one. “And this…” he pushed the form over to her to read, “…is the termination of your contract. You no longer have a position at this clinic, Thea.”

She stared at him in dismay. “What do you mean? What have I done for you to do this? I need this job!”

“Your position as a member of medical staff here has become untenable. Your erstwhile ‘friend’ Dr. Simon became a little professionally unguarded and revealed personal information about you to others so it would make it difficult for you to work. I hasten to say that he was instantly dismissed when it was brought to my attention, and I would advise you not to associate with him. He is of particularly low character, untrustworthy and indiscreet and guilty of professional misconduct. Not someone you should call a friend.”

She could not speak for shock. So that was why she had not seen him. He’d betrayed her. Now she was losing her job over him?

“I’m sorry I have to bring it to your attention and the impact on your position. The clinic is so small that I cannot even move you sideways. All I can promise is that none of this will leave this clinic.”

“I need this job!” she repeated anxiously. “What can I say? What can I do?”

He continued. “The car is yours to keep and I hope that will be some recompense. The apartment, however, is retained by the clinic…”

“But I have nowhere to go! I gave up my old place for this position…”

He leaned forward and pushed a business card across to her. She took it off him and read it. It had an address on it of some place on the outskirts of town. The affluent end of exclusive properties.

He watched her anguished, puzzled face. “This place will provide you with accommodation until you obtain your own place again.” He paused. “This place, Thea, is my home.”

She looked up at him, startled. “What do you mean? I… don’t understand…”

“It means, in recompense for the loss of the apartment and termination of your contract for which I feel, in part, responsible, and as a colleague, I am offering for you to stay at my home for as long as you wish. I may not be your boss from this point going forward, but I remain your doctor and professional superior. This gives me the opportunity to continue to monitor your health and welfare as needed, should you decide you wish to continue with that. Alternatively, there is the option of you staying in a hotel, although any medical attention would be more difficult. If you wish to work, I will assist you in finding suitable employment. I have many contacts in the medical field.” He allowed her a few moments to digest his proposition. “Well?”

She looked down at the card again. She could stay with friends, get another job away from there. Start again. Never see him again. Why not? Or she could accept his offer, at least for a few days; give herself time to think more clearly. And, anyway, he said her health needed checking and she very much wanted him to do that.

But she wanted him to know how she felt. “I’m really cut up about the loss of the job, and the apartment…” she began.

“I understand. Not how you thought it was going to be, I know. This, at least, will give you a little time to consider how you wish to move forward.”

“Until I get a job, I have no way of paying you…”

He held up his hand. “I won’t hear of it. There is nothing to pay.”

“Then what more can I say? I accept. Thank you.”

“Excellent. In view of the situation, I’m glad I can be of help. And, as you are now discharged, you are free to go straight there.” He pulled open a drawer and took out some keys. “Here are the keys. Familiarize yourself with the place and make yourself at home. Help yourself to food. And shower.”

“And you are no longer my employer…?”

“Correct. Although I remain your doctor and your superior, don’t forget.”

“Of course… Doctor.” This could work out well, after all.

“Following on from your results here, you may benefit from some ongoing treatment but I’ll clarify that later. So, I think we are done here. I’ll see you at my house later.”

“Whatever you think is best.” She did not know whether to be excited or fearful. But she had few options with no home to go to and no income. And she felt she knew him well enough to trust him. After all, he was her doctor and if he said some extra treatment would be advisable, well, that was important… wasn’t it?

  Chapter 16

“My god. This isn’t a house. It’s a mansion!” she muttered as she drove her new car up the drive.

She certainly did not mind living in a mansion, but was surprised it was so grand. Of course, the clients in the clinic were happy to pay the huge fees for the treatment they wanted and got there. And, clearly, Dr. Matteo Bruno was happy to live more than comfortably on the proceeds, confident that his clients got the very best of treatments. And they kept coming back which, she now knew, was for his very personal touch.

Did they all have sessions here? She frowned at the thought. She wanted to feel she was the only one but now she had her doubts. After all, he had only said he wanted to continue to monitor her. Nothing more. He had felt obliged to offer her temporary accommodation as he had terminated her contract and she had nowhere realistically to go. She shook her head, trying to shake out her jumbled thoughts, tying herself in knots trying to work it out.

“Whatever,” she thought. “I’m here now so I’m staying. At least for a few days. And I need those medical checks, he said. Who am I to question my physician?”

Don’t forget you are a doctor yourself, na
gged her mind. She knew it was all a bit wide of normal thinking but what the heck? She wanted him to keep examining her if that was all he was offering. And, after this last week, she felt so far removed from being a doctor that all she wanted was to be naked for him—often.

How could she have changed so much in a week? Her career had been everything. Maybe, if she was truthful, she had suppressed any idea of being a sexual creature for too long. Her body and mind had forgotten how to be sensual. Unbeknown to her, her body was just a touch away from full-on sexual arousal and release. She was astonished. But she was mortified and humiliated for that to have happened when she was being medically examined. And then to be forced to be hospitalized for more intense examinations and in full view of students was not what she had planned in her organized life. It all swirled around her, out of control, totally unexpected. She wanted to feel those same sexual highs again, feel her body impaled on his fingers again but would never be able to admit to it. Maybe this was the only way.

Checking the time, she reckoned she had a couple of hours before he returned, maybe longer if he was held up with duties. Better get in and explore the lion’s den. She dragged her case over the graveled drive, up the steps to the big door. The lock turned easily with a heavy clunk. Her footsteps and the wheels of her case echoed in the marbled hall. It felt very empty, and kind of scary. Surely he must have servants, a housekeeper at least, to look after all this. And someone for the enormous garden out there. But she sensed she was alone in this vastness.

Leaving her case in the hall, she began opening doors and peeping in rooms. The paneled library was filled with books on every wall and a heavily carved desk near the huge window. Another door off the hall revealed a luxuriously comfortable lounge with sumptuous sofas and chairs. There were fresh flowers in vases so someone must be caring for things there as she knew he did not have the time. The kitchen was a dream in beautiful oak. Another drawing room with doors opening out to the extensive gardens. And there was a study.

Upstairs were several rich bedrooms, all en suite. One was clearly the master bedroom, his bedroom. It was unmistakably masculine, no sense of a female touch here but stylish and comfortable with an enormous bed that had plenty of room for activities.

Next to this was a smaller but pretty room in pale pink and white with a smaller bed. Fresh flowers sat on the table and the room was filled with their fragrance. On the bed was a flat, ribboned box. Her name was on it. How did he know… that she would come here? He must have called someone to leave this… mustn’t he?

She opened the box and found a simple ivory silk slip with matching French knickers. It looked and felt expensive; so soft, it ran through her fingers. He had told her to shower and a steamy hot shower now would be very welcome.

As she undressed to follow the doctor’s orders, she reveled in the quietness and privacy of being on her own for a little while. This last week, someone had been with her every day examining her nakedness, her breasts, her genitals, her bottom. And she had had little option but to comply. In the end her reward had been when he examined her. Being naked for him just fired up her body.

Stepping into the marbled shower, the water running over her body felt so good. Tension she had barely been aware of eased from her muscles. The water ran over her face and her hair. Quiet freedom. Alone with her nakedness, she allowed herself to luxuriate in the heat and breathing in the fragrance of the soaps and oils that she massaged over her body.

Would he still be only her doctor… or could she hope for more now he was no longer her boss, at least in the work sense? What was she really doing here? So many questions. She sighed, stepped out of the shower, and dried herself with hot towels. She walked naked into the bedroom, finished her hair, and slipped on the silky slip and knickers.

The front door slammed and made her jump. Footsteps across the hall; he was home. Her heart was racing. Better go down to meet him, she supposed. Outside the bedroom she peered over the balustrade down to the hall. He was glancing through the mail on the table. She walked down the wide, curved staircase, stopped halfway, breaking the early evening beam of light shining in through the high window.

The flash of light caught his attention and he looked up to her.

He smiled. “Thea, welcome. You seem to have found your way around well enough.”

She nodded. “And thank you for the gift.”

  “My pleasure. Come down.”

She walked down and stood in front of him.

She had to ask. “I… um… am not sure where we are at…”

  “Meaning?”

“I’m not sure who I am here. What I am doing… or why? Am I your patient? A lodger? A colleague? Friend?”

“You’re all of those, although not a patient as such. All you have to remember is that I am your doctor and your superior. You are here because you would benefit from continued monitoring of your health—as I explained before—and as a colleague I am happy for you to stay here. As I can no longer employ you at the clinic, and you have been left in a difficult position, this seemed to be the best option. It may involve continued examinations if you wish further interventions but you may feel this is unacceptable. Your choice. Still want to stay?”

She knew she should leave. There seemed little chance of her ever having him. But she craved any attention he would give her. She nodded.

He smiled. “Good. Let’s begin. Come this way.”

  Chapter 17

He led her through the study to another door she had not seen. Walking over to the desk, he indicated for her to take the seat opposite him. Sitting in his imposing antique chair, looking down at her, he was clearly her superior and she fought back the growing feeling of intimidation.

“I… I thought you said I was fit and healthy,” she began.

He leaned forward, resting his arms on the desk. “You are.”

“But you think I need further interventions. So what are you going to do?”

“You are fit and healthy in every respect according to the medical tests to date. However, your whole system is tight,” he began to explain.

She was puzzled. “What do you mean?”

“I mean for all your good health and a young body, attractive, apparently capable of normal sexual responses, you are, nevertheless, holding back sexually. You suppress your full sexual responses. For whatever reason or reasons, you don’t allow yourself to enjoy or embrace your sexuality.”

He unnerved her. Because her body and mind recognized the truth in his words. She had not before acknowledged the truth or even allowed it to surface. He was too perceptive. She blushed and looked defiant. If only he knew what she wanted from him now.

“So? Even if that was true, surely it’s my own private business.”

He could see his directness had penetrated a little into her control. Watching her, he realized she had not seemed to be aware she was holding back sexually. That she had been denying herself the full enjoyment of her body; the perfusion of her mind with the ecstasy of stimulation and orgasm. A tragedy. His words had chipped a tiny hole in her armor of suppression, shining a glimmer of light on her raw, naked, sexual right of being human. Had she ever experienced it in a loving relationship? Given her responses on medical examination he believed that she had. Or could she only allow release if it was highly induced under the guise of medical necessity?

He nodded. “Of course. But our paths have crossed and, as you know, I’m a specialist in this field and I’m prepared to help you. If you wish. It’s what I do.”

  “I don’t think I need it…”

“Oh, yes, you do, my girl,” he interrupted.

She felt flustered. “Even if I did, I can’t pay your fees.”

“You don’t need to. You are a member of the medical profession and, as such, a colleague for whom I make no charges.”

He watched her wring her hands as her mind struggled to decide whether to accept his offer. It would require her admitting to herself that she had a problem.

“You are free to go, Thea, now or at any time.”

“And what would you do? How long would it take?”

He shrugged his shoulders. “You are human. Who knows? It depends on the depth of the problem. Do you accept you have a problem?”

  “No.” She hesitated. “Maybe…”

“And do you think it is having an impact on your life, your well-being? Do you think your life would be richer without the problem?”

Always his questions hit home. She pursed her lips. Did not want to admit it… to him or herself.

“So, are you on the program… or do you want to walk?”

  “I can’t walk… I have nowhere to go. Remember?”

“Thea, I’ll put you up in a hotel if you wish and no treatment. You can continue your life as you did. I’ll help you get a job and you can stay in a hotel until you find a new apartment. It’s up to you.”

He leaned back in his chair. Waiting. It was painful to see her discomfort. She would be a challenge.

“Relax, Thea,” he said gently. “There is no need to be so tense.” She was trembling. Getting up, he walked around his desk, stood behind her and began to massage her shoulders. “There is no need for you to feel like this.” Gradually he felt her taut muscles loosen.

“All right,” she sighed. “I’ll do it. I’ll still stay.”

“It will mean your total commitment to all I say and suggest.”

  She nodded. “Okay.”

“Excellent.” He returned to his seat. “Moving on, then. I have been pleased with your responses during the clinic sessions. Your system at times showed signs of release. And, this evening, I would like to move on a little more with a brief session.”

She could feel her heart begin to thump in anticipation. “What are you going to do?”

He looked at her. “Let’s discuss.”
