Allison was practically fuming. When it wasn’t Walt looking over her shoulder and trying to protect her, it was whatever guy she was dating. Now it was Craig, thinking that he was so important that she’d fall down and kiss his feet for dashing in to play the hero.
“Don’t be ridiculous. I’m not here to rescue you.” Craig watched Allison as she paced back and forth across the room, her hand on her face squeezing her temples. “The huntress is our problem, and you’ve just gotten wrapped up in it. Trust me, you might be a tough girl, but you can’t tackle this threat on your own.”
“Don’t tell me what I can and can’t do!” shouted Allison, shoving Craig in the chest.
He was so caught off guard that he stumbled backwards and fell onto the bed. Allison moved immediately, stalking across the room and straddling him where he lay. She reached down, pinned his arms above his head and kissed him fiercely on the mouth. Mashing her lips hard against his, she forced her tongue between his lips like he often did to her.
Wearing nothing more than her panties and a t-shirt, Allison moved her hips back and forth, grinding against his crotch and feeling a bulge growing beneath his pants. She adjusted a little, and positioned herself to rub her moistening pussy over that bulge so that it put a blissful pressure on her own swelling clit. With hardly any effort on his part, Craig freed his hands from Allison’s grip, grabbed her waist, and flipped her over onto her back. He rolled into position kneeling above her, and slipped his hand down to her crotch, rubbing her pussy and clit aggressively.
“You think you’re tough now?” he asked, slipping her panties aside and pushing two fingers deep inside her wetness.
“Fuck you.” Allison grabbed Craig’s shirt and pulled it up over his head, tearing it away and throwing it to the floor. She sat up and pushed him back, tugging her own shirt over her head as she did, her breasts bouncing free for only a second before Craig cupped them in both hands.
She kept pushing forward until Craig was on his feet again, and she scooted her bum to the edge of the bed where she undid his belt and tore open his jeans. When he was barely exposed, she reached down inside his pants and pulled out his semi-rigid manhood, putting the whole thing in her mouth and sucking back slowly. When he was nice and hard, she jerked her hand on his shaft, sucking his cock with all the speed she could manage.
“Uhn,” grunted Craig, tensing and pulling back away from her. He reached down and picked her up by her armpits before turning her around and pushing her onto the bed again. She felt him pull her panties aside, and then he was in her, pushing his cock deep into her pussy. There was no slow and romantic entry, just a good solid push that made her gasp with the force of it.
Craig began fucking her from behind with quick hard thrusts that made a slapping sound echo throughout the room. He had one hand on her hips, the other pushed down between her shoulder blades, forcing her into the mattress. She clawed at the sheets, desperate for something to hold onto while he fucked her harder than she’d ever been fucked before. All she could do was cry out in a steady stream of unintelligible sounds of pleasure.
Allison felt her head yanked back, and her whole scalp begin to tingle. Craig had hold of her hair now, and she was pulled back up so that her back arched hard, and her breasts jutted out and bounced with each thrust from behind. Craig’s other hand came around and pinched her nipple hard, the pain of it mixing into the pleasure of his ramming cock in an exquisite fashion.
“You like that?” asked Craig, his breath hot in her ear. “You like it when I fuck you like this?”
“Yeah’ huh,” she moaned, completely lost in the moment. Her whole body was alive with sensations of pleasure and pain, everything blending into erotic ecstasy.
“You want to feel the power?” he asked.
“I do.”
“Get on top of me.” He eased his grip on her hair and let her fall forward, then pulled himself back out of her.
Allison climbed onto him the moment his butt hit the bed, and she grabbed his cock to guide it into her. She rocked back and forth on him a few times, finding just the right motion to stimulate her already excited clit. Once she had a good rhythm going, she sat up a little more and reached around behind her, cupping Craig’s balls and squeezing until she saw his eyes widen and his mouth form into a soundless O.
“You look like you’re going to cum,” she teased. “Am I making you want to cum?”
“Yeah, I’m really close.”
“Not yet.” Allison leaned forward and kissed him on the mouth while slowly moving her pussy up and down on his shaft. He had both hands on her hips now, and he was trying to pull her down on him more quickly, but she resisted and maintained her drawn out pace. Leaning into it with her pelvis, Allison ground her hips into him so that her clit rubbed just so against his body. She moved faster and faster, pushing her breasts into Craig’s face and holding the back of his head while he sucked on her nipples.
“Uhnnn, fuck!” he suddenly cried, his body tensing as he climaxed and squirted hot cum into her.
“Yeah! Yeah!” she moaned, pushing harder and feeling her own orgasm tear through her body. She was barely aware of the fact that he was gripping her hips hard enough to leave bruises as she bucked and ground against him, teasing every last second of pleasure out of her climax that she could.
“Stop… please, stop,” said a breathless Craig.
Allison sat up and let out a satisfied sigh. “A little sensitive down there?”
“You have no idea,” he said, his body spasming a little with each slight movement she made.
Lifting her leg off him and reaching down to cup herself before anything ran out onto the bed, Allison hopped up and went to the bathroom to clean herself up. She turned the shower on hot, stepped inside, and began to soap herself up. A few minutes later, the shower door opened and Craig stepped in to join her. He said nothing for a long time, simply taking the flowery body wash from her hand and lathering it up on himself before switching places with her so he could rinse off.
“I’m sorry you feel like I’m not giving you enough credit,” he said after she’d nudged him out from under the water so she could rinse the shampoo from her hair. “The Huntress really is dangerous. It’s not just you I’m worried about. It’s Walter, and Mike, and all the other Hellclaws. No one is safe with her on our tail.”
“I know,” she replied softly. “As much as I hate to admit it, I’m mostly pissed that you left without saying goodbye last time.”
“That wasn’t cool,” Craig admitted. “But Allison, we’re a biker gang. Roaming the country and getting in trouble is sort of what we do. It’s a big part of the job description.”
“What if you left the Hellclaws and stuck around here for a while?” she asked. She looked up at him with hope in her eyes, but it was a fragile hope she dared not get too attached to.
“It’s complicated,” he said. Craig kissed her forehead and held her tightly under the stream of hot water. “We’re not the only group of shifters out there, and we’re also not the first to be targeted by the Huntress. She, and people just like her, have poached off entire groups of shifters. Those who stay in one place become the easiest targets.”
Allison turned off the tap and stepped out to grab a towel. “I don’t understand why they’d go through the trouble. I mean, if it’s fur they want, couldn’t they just go after normal animals? That sounds cruel, but I’d rather face a normal bear than a shifter like you.”
“Our hides have magical properties.” Craig caught the towel thrown at him and wiped his face dry. “Those properties vary depending on the nature of the shifter, but our bear-shifter has a quality that the Huntress is particularly interested in.”
“Magical qualities?” Allison paused in her motions and stared at him as though he’d just told her he was from Jupiter. “Seriously?”
“Allison, have you not noticed that I and all my friends turn into bears during the full moon cycle? If that’s not magic, then what do you think it is?”
&nbs
p; “Yeah, that’s a valid point.”
“So now maybe you understand why we live like this. I mean, we obviously don’t have to be bikers, and we don’t have to go out robbing drug dealers like we do, but at the end of the day, we’re not normal people. We might only change into bear form a few nights each month, but there’s an animal power that runs through our blood, and, as long as it’s coursing through our veins. We’re as much wild animals as a bear that lives in the woods, but we’ve learned to find ways to fit into society instead of living in the wilderness like many of our brothers and sisters do.”
Allison smiled and nodded towards the leather vest with the large Hellclaws logo stitched onto the back. “You call that fitting into society?”
“Relatively speaking,” he replied with a grin. “Let’s just say that some of my distant cousins wouldn’t know what to do a fork if they saw one. They live like cavemen, their bodies are more attuned to their bear side. They shift back and forth far more frequently, spending about as much time in human form as we do in bear. We’re like rocket scientists to them.”
That made Allison laugh. She went to Craig and let him envelop her in his arms. His chest was warm from the heat of the shower, and his muscular limbs felt wonderful when he wrapped them around her. She wished things were different between them, but she had to wonder if she’d even care about a different kind of Craig Arctos. Wasn’t it the raw animalistic power that she loved about him? Would he even have that charisma if it weren’t for what he really was? The problem was that he was just going to leave again. As much as she wanted this to be something more, she had to keep her emotional distance.
“It’s not easy, but I understand that you have to live the way you do for reasons beyond your control. If that’s the way it has to be, then I can learn to live with it. I wish it was different, but we can just keep this fun and casual.”
Craig kissed the top of her head and seemed about to say something when he cocked his head towards the door and growled in his chest.
“Dammit.”
“What?” Allison pulled back and held her towel against her chest. “Is something wrong?”
“Mike and the boys are revving their bikes. That means it’s meeting time.”
“I don’t hear anything,” said Allison, but when she strained her ears, she could just make out the low rumble of the motorcycles parked on the other side of the building.
“As I was saying,” he said with an apologetic frown, “life in the Hellclaws means being at the mercy of the whims of your leader.”
“It’s okay.” Allison did her best to smile.
She didn’t want him to leave, but if he had to go, then she was going to with him to find out what the meeting was about. With everything that had happened, it was most likely about the Huntress or ranger Abernathy, and she felt it was up to her to make sure no one did anything rash.
Dressing as quickly as she could, Allison was out the door a step behind Craig, following him as he hustled down the stairs and out to where his gang had congregated.
CHAPTER SIX
It was clear by the way they were staring that everyone had been waiting on Craig to arrive. Allison caught a few glances in her direction, and it seemed like maybe she shouldn’t be there in their private meeting, but after all she and Walter had done for them, she wasn’t about to back off and leave while they decided what to do about a problem that affected her town and her brother’s livelihood. Once inside the circle of bikers, she saw that Walter was already there standing next to Mike, and she felt a slight flush of embarrassment at assuming Mike would want to edge them out.
“Listen up,” shouted Mike. He seemed a little unbalanced, and Allison thought he might be gripping on to his bike handlebar just a little too hard. “We know that bitch of a Huntress is in town to skin our hides if she gets a chance, but I don’t intend to let that happen. She’s haunted us long enough, and she’s fucked with our kind too many times to get away with it.
Several of the bikers cheered and hooted in response to that. Their hatred of the Huntress was clear, and Allison was glad the Hellclaws were on her side in this fight.
“I’ve talked to Walter here, and he’s agreed to shut the place down for a few nights while he and Allison clear out to somewhere safe. That’ll give us a chance to lay low around here in case the Huntress tries to come back for more information. Craig, I want you to take half the boys and patrol the town. If she’s out there, find her before she can do any damage. Bring her back here alive if you can, but if you can’t…” Mike smiled and let the silence speak for itself.
“Are you really okay with this, Walt?” asked Allison. She couldn’t believe her brother would abandon the Oakwood like that. “This is our home. Aren’t you going to stay and protect it?”
“Look, Ally, I trust these guys.” He took a few steps towards her while the bikers mercifully went off to do their own thing. “I don’t want to leave here, but it’s the safest thing for both of us. I’ve spent too much of my life fighting and putting myself in harm’s way, and I’d rather leave the fighting to someone who’s more equipped to deal with it.”
“Well, I’m not leaving.” Allison crossed her arms in front of her chest and stood defiant. She felt a bit like an angry teenager, but she couldn’t help it. The idea of running away after everything they’d fought for was just too much to contemplate.
“She can stay if she wants,” said Mike. He walked up and put his hand on Walter’s shoulder. “You got us out of a bind dealing with that ranger the other night, and we owe you for that. Hell, we owe you for a hell of a lot more with all the shit we’ve brought to your bar. We’ll watch out for Allison, not that she needs it.” The last part had been added hastily after Mike saw the angry look on her face.
Walter shook his head. “Sorry, Allison. I think it’s best for me to clear out for a few days, but I can respect your decision to stay.”
Allison lurched forward and pulled her brother into an awkward hug. “Thanks, Walt.”
“Just don’t do anything stupid, okay?”
They broke apart and stood a moment before returning to the tavern.
“When have I ever given you a reason to doubt my ability to do what I’m told?” she asked with a sarcastic grin.
“Oh, just about at every turn.” Walter laughed and shook his head. “I’m already packed and ready to go. Seriously, take care of yourself, okay sis?”
“I will. You be safe too.”
Allison put her hands in her pocket and spun around to go back inside. Rather than go back to her apartment, she went into the bar and called their staff to make sure they knew the Oakwood was closed for a few days. She apologized and offered them all a small pay bonus for the inconvenience, then told them that she hoped they’d be back open in a day or two. She was just finishing the last call to their cook when Mike walked in and slumped into a booth near the bar.
“You look pretty rough,” said Allison, walking over to him with a large glass of water.
“It’s that trank the ranger hit me with. I still feel a little off balance and thick in the brain. If we didn’t have business to take care of, I’d see if I could get more of it to use recreationally.”
Allison sat down opposite the big burly man. “Now, I wonder if you aren’t just thick in the brain all the time.”
“I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I have my moments.” He rubbed the bridge of his nose and sighed. “Still, I wish I was out there with my boys. I don’t like sitting and waiting.”
“Yeah, you don’t strike me as the kind of guy who hangs back while others go looking for trouble.”
“It’s never been my style.” Mike grinned and shrugged. “But what can you do? I’m no use to anyone if I fall off my bike.” There was a moment of awkward silence while Allison scratched at a bit of something stuck on the table and Mike just sat there staring at her.
“Something wrong?” he finally asked.
“You know, just everything. My brother le
ft town, there’s an evil woman out there who may or may not want to kill me, the guy I like is never going to stick around long enough for us to have a relationship.”
“Craig?”
“Yeah, Craig.” Allison sighed. “I wish I could just forget about it, you know? He’s not there for me in the long run, and I can’t sit around waiting for you guys to roll into town again some day. Better a bit of heartache now than a lot of pain down the road, I guess.”
“You know Craig is like a brother to me, but you’re too pretty to sit around waiting for some guy. You’ve got to take what you want when you want it.”
Allison laughed. “You sound like my friend Miri.”
“Well then Miri’s a smart girl.” Craig reached out and let his fingers trail over Allison’s hand. “I’m not going to try to make you believe that I’m better than Craig in any way, but I know what I want and I’m not afraid to ask for it. You get the straight up truth when you’re with me, and right now that truth is that I’d really like to fuck you.”
