Forbidden Desires Box Set Page 63

“You seem excited,” I breathed into the skin of her shoulders between heated kisses.

She just nodded, her lower lip caught between her own teeth. I loved it when she looked like that, like she didn’t know how to contain herself, and I sat up a bit to look at her while my fingers worked her over.

Her hips bucked, earning a small groan from Samson. I watched as his big hands circled around to her front, playing with Tabitha’s breasts and nipples in a way that always made her whine and beg.

But I didn’t think I was going to be able to last long enough to really make her plead like I was often wont to do. I was too impatient to get inside of her, to show her that we weren’t going anywhere, baby or not.

It was usually easier if we made her come first, neither of us were exactly average and it always took a bit of effort for her to take all of us. But Tabitha always insisted she could manage without it and had proven it to the both of us on a couple very choice occasions.

I smiled at the thought. The woman always accused us of being stubborn, but really, she was the one that never backed down from a challenge. Nothing even intimidated Tabitha, not even us.

I lined up my straining erection with her center and pushed forward, hissing as her muscles bore down on me. While she was slick and wonderful and probably what heaven felt like, she was bordering on too tight. Just when I thought my impatience was going to be the end of me, my hips touched her entrance and I was buried to the hilt inside of her.

“Oh my God, Xavier,” she breathed, lifting her legs to wrap around me and tilting her hips. That gave me a new angle inside of her and I pulled back as much as her legs would allow before sliding forward again.

“Don’t hold back,” she gasped, hands reaching up for me. I knew I’d have her nail marks on me the next day and the thought excited me. “I can take it.”

And she really could. I thrust into her with more power, pushing her up Samson’s body a bit, and he let out a groan as she ground against his own length. His hands never stopped manipulating her either, pushing her back down to meet me as the three of us set up a rhythm.

The sound of flesh on flesh, the three of our voices blending together, soon filled the room. I had no doubt her neighbors could hear us through the thin walls, but I didn’t care. She felt so damn good, so perfect.

“Ah, Xavier, I’m gonna, I’m gonna-”

I wanted to tell her to go ahead, but I was so close myself. I felt like I was going to explode if I so much as breathed wrong, and so far, neither Samson or I had ever let ourselves finish before Tabitha. I couldn’t break that streak.

Of course, I should have counted on Samson for the rescue. One of his hands left her nipple, sliding down her soft and welcoming body, past the inviting bulge of her belly, and pressed into that nerve at her apex which would drive her wild.

And that was exactly what she did. She clamped down on me, practically screaming her release as her muscles locked. Naturally that had me spilling inside of her, thrusting as far as I could into her body as she milked me dry. Samson followed soon after, gripping Tabitha’s hips and rutting against her until I heard him release across her ass and back.

Breathless, I flopped next to her and immediately pulled her up against me. Samson rolled to press right along her other side, effectively making us a sandwich with both of us facing her and Tabitha flat on her back.

I was just so… damn happy. I didn’t think I could ever put it into words. Slowly, my hand reached over to her, drifting down her body until I rested right on the swell of her cute belly.

“So,” I said once I had my breath back. “If you’re gonna be having our kid, you should probably move in with one of them.”

There was a stark silence and for a moment I thought I had made a great mistake, but suddenly Tabitha was laughing.

  And laughing.

  And laughing.

I waited a solid minute, but it didn’t seem to be dying down. Eventually she threw her arm over her eyes and took a moment to breathe.

“What exactly is so funny?” Samson asked, sounding apprehensive.

“I’m sorry,” she gasped. “It’s just… life really is cyclical, isn’t it?”

  “What do you mean?”

She looked at me, then Samson before chuckling again. “I still don’t think I’d be able to choose.”

  Oh.

And it was Samson in again with the rescue. “What’s the phrase, it’s either both of us or none at all?”

She nodded, her hands resting over ours. “That’s the phrase. And choosing who to live with seems just as impossible.”

“Who said you would have to?” Now it was my turn to look at him in surprise and he just shrugged. “I was thinking, if we have a little one on the way, we should find a place with a good school. Together, that is.”

Tabitha’s laughter fell away, and she was looking at us once more with tears in her eye. “Do-are… are you sure?”

“Hey,” he muttered, pressing his lips to her cheek. “What did I say about us only saying what we mean?”

She closed her eyes, happy little tears trickling out of the corners which I quickly kissed.

“I don’t know what I could have possibly done to ever deserve the two of you.”

I shushed her at that. “Love, we’re the ones who don’t deserve you.”

She shook her head at that, affording us a slight giggle. “We’ll have to agree to disagree on that,” she said before lifting her head and sweetly kissing me, then Xavier.

“Don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of time to change your opinion,” I teased before settling down next to her. Her tiny bed could hardly contain us, with both Samson and my feet hanging off and no room to lie flat on our backs.

But I didn’t care, because that didn’t matter. What mattered was that we were all there, together. And it was together that we sank into sleep.

  Epilogue: Tabitha

I winced as the doctor put the cold sonogram gel on my stomach, spreading it out with a gloved hand. She was an obstetrician that normally would be way out of my price range considering her practice was outside of my insurance network, but Xavier and Samson had insisted that I only have the best for our child.

The woman sent another uncertain look to the two giant men who were sitting in the undersized chairs provided. She’d asked when we first met if I was their surrogate, and all I said was no. None of us felt the need to explain our situation to her and she didn’t ask, so it was left an unanswered question.

“It’ll take just a couple of moments to get a clear picture. Just breathe evenly.”

Easier said than done. It had been two and a half solid months since I’d found out about the pregnancy and it looked like I was headed into my second trimester. It had been a flurry to catch up on first, getting the proper vitamins and finding out my new diet, and then looking for a new place, but Samson and Xavier were right there with me.

And it was with my two boys that we decided we didn’t need to test for paternity. Because it didn’t matter. As far as I was concerned, they were both the father -even if biologically it didn’t really work that way. We weren’t even that concerned about the gender. The only thing that mattered to us was that our baby was healthy.

“Oh look, there’s your little one!” The doctor said, pausing the wand pressed against my belly to point with her other gloved hand.

“My God,” I breathed with wide eyes. “It’s them. That’s the little bastard who’s been making me so nauseous.”

The doctor let out a short, surprised laugh and Xavier clicked his tongue to scold me. Samson, however, gave me a wink. Apparently, his mother had also had the worst morning sickness in the world and had told him about it all the way up until she had passed.

“Blood flow is nice, they’re right where they should be.” She continued to move the wand around, applying pressure in different spots. “Looks like everything sho- Oh. Oh wait now!”

My stomach dropped at that. No one wanted to he
ar ‘oh wait’ when it came to the health of their unborn child. Or their born child either.

  “What is it?”

I asked, sitting up with alarm, both Xavier and Samson on their feet in an instant.

“It looks like they is actually a them,” the doctor said, pointing to another part of the screen.

“Th-them?” I sputtered, my eyes going wide as I did see a second sort of something on the screen.

“This is always so exciting when it happens. It looks like you’re having twins.”

“Twins?” I breathed, apparently only able to repeat things. I looked to Xavier and Samson, who looked about just as surprised as they had been when I had told them I was pregnant in the first place.

  “Twins,” Xavier repeated.

I couldn’t help it, I started laughing. “Twins!” It was hard to catch my breath but somehow I managed. “Could it be any more fitting? I was looking out for one little guy and I got two!”

The doctor looked like she didn’t know how to respond as the three of us melted into a happy pile of incredulous laughter. But when we did eventually part, she seemed satisfied that it was a good situation.

“So, I have a list of things I want to discuss with you about what to expect next.”

I nodded before looking up at my men. “I’m feeling a bit nauseous again. Can one of you grab a ginger ale from a vending machine after you bring the car around? The parking garage smells like smoke and I thought I was going to ralph on the way in.”

“Sure, of course,” they said, perhaps a little too agreeably before hurrying out. I watched them go curiously, wondering what that was about, but then the doctor was distracting me with her very important list.

There was a reason she was the best. Any question I had, she answered until I understood, and she also had a full packet for everything she addressed along with an online repository and forum if I wanted to watch video versions, download audio files or talk with other expectant moms. By the time a nurse arrived and put me in a wheelchair so she could trundle me to the door -apparently it was policy that I couldn’t walk myself- I felt pretty confident in what was to come.

Or at least I thought I was, but that confidence fell away as she pushed me out of the open door and I was greeted by the sight of Xavier and Samson kneeling, both of them holding open jewelry boxes in their hands.

“Are you crazy!?” I gasped, my hands going to my mouth. I’d already had enough of a surprise with the twin thing, I couldn’t believe that what I was seeing was real. “You’re not proposing to me, are you? Because I’m pretty sure that’s not legal.”

“We know,” Xavier answered with that crooked smile that I loved so much. “That’s why it’s a promise ring and a necklace. Because we promise to be there for you and our babies in any way you need. From now and until forever, we’ll work it out amongst the five of us. Forever.”

I couldn’t speak, because what was there to say to something so perfect like that? So instead I threw myself out of my chair, kneeling right there in front of them and flinging my arms around my shoulder so I could kiss them both.

“Yes,” I breathed, hoping they could hear and feel how happy I was. “Yes, I accept. It’s either all of us, or nothing at all.”

“And it’ll always be all of us,” Samson said, pulling us all to our feet so they could put the jewelry on me. Once it was in place, I was kissing them all over again. I didn’t think I would ever stop kissing them, I was so happy.

And I knew, deep down inside, that our happiness was only going to continue to grow.

  ***The End***

  The Escort

  Olivia

I glanced over at my best friend in utter shock as my fork hit the plate in front of me with a clatter. Of course she seemed unfazed at my noisy reaction and shrugged at me with cool indifference. I shouldn't actually be surprised by what she had just told me, but I still couldn't believe it.

“What did you just say?” As if I needed any more clarification.

Alice Morgan, my best friend since I was five years old, glanced at me as if I was the crazy one, and cocked her head. Her perfect blond hair which framed her perfect California-girl face, bright blue eyes and pinky pouty lips, fell into her face, and glimmered like silk in the ambient light of her dining room. I wasn't going to let her perfection, or the doe eyed expression on her face wear me down, as it had done countless times, and I had no choice but to stare her down. Not like that was going to work. Alice was as fierce as she was beautiful, not taking any shit from anyone, which was what I admired most about her.

I was nothing like her, in every single aspect.

My hair was shorter, cut into a long bob and it was dark brown. So were my eyes.

Alice thought they were gorgeous, but I was so over them. Everyone in my family had brown eyes and I had always admired and wished for any color eyes besides brown. I wasn't petite like Alice. I had big boobs, wide hips and five inches shorter than I wanted to be. Being five foot three is not fun. I couldn't reach anything besides the light switches. Getting into any car was a mission, especially my older brother’s pickup. Jeremy had to carry a stepladder around in his truck so I could get in, and even then he had to get it out for me, which I had to be constantly reminded of, was a pain. He was tall, nearly six feet, so I definitely didn't get any of the good genes.

So, I wasn't tall, or thin – although it was never a problem for me – and wasn't as outspoken as Alice either. She was the fun one, the talkative one, the one with the exceptional people skills. She worked in sales, so it kind of suited her perfectly.

I was the timid one, the shy one.

  The inexperienced one.

“You heard me,” she answered, her lips curling into a smug smile. “I think it’s time you ventured out into the dating world again, and I’m going to help you.”

“By setting me up with a complete stranger who may or may not be a serial killer and want to wear my head as a hat?”

Alice choked in her food and shook her head, grabbing the glass of water in front of her and taking a sip. “You’re way too dramatic about this. A blind date can be fun.”

“Not for me. Have you even seen how awkward I am with guys I know?” I pointed out. “It’s a recipe for disaster.”

  “You’re being negative,” she sang.

“I’m being realistic. I know how I am, and I know that guys don’t like awkward, inexperienced women who don’t even know what third-base feels like,” I sighed.

“Not every guy wants to have sex on the first date, you know.”

I raised an eyebrow and said snidely, “Yet they do with you.”

Alice pursed her lips and we were quiet for a moment.

I sighed and glanced at her apologetically. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to make you sound promiscuous. You know I don’t care what you do, or with who you do it. To each their own, right?”

“Right,” Alice said and cocked her head. “Thank you.”

My shoulders relaxed for a moment as I stared at my plate and sighed, “It’s just, how do I compete?”

  “With what?”

“Society, expectations,” I said and motioned to the gloriously perfect Alice Morgan sitting across from me, with her perfect boobs and perfect body, “and that.”

“Liv, come on. You don’t have to compete against anyone but yourself,” Alice said and rolled her eyes. “You should know that.”

“Sure, and while I’m busy doing that, you’re doing god knows what to god knows who,” I muttered.

“Why do you think I am trying to set you up with someone?” she asked and I glanced at her through narrowed eyes. “Because I want you to meet new people, and get laid.”

I rolled my eyes and glanced down at the half-eaten plate of food in front of me. My appetite had officially vanished at the thought of having sex with some guy I barely knew, or any guy for that matter.

I wasn't ashamed to admit that I was an inexperienced virgin, but Alice had a tendency to boast about
her sexual activities in such a way that it made me feel like a freak. How many twenty-four year old virgins were there in Los Angeles?

Not many in my experience, and even if they were, most of them wouldn't admit it.

“How kind of you,” I muttered and stuffed my face with food, hoping my silence would make her stop talking.

  It didn't.

“Come on, Liv. I’ll go shopping with you. You can have your hair done-”

“What’s wrong with my hair?” I muttered.

“Nothing is wrong,” Alice sighed. “Will you just stop being such a pain in the ass already?”

“No, I will not. I’ve been a pain in your ass for nineteen years, I’m not going to stop now,” I said to her and winked.

  “True that,” Alice chuckled.

“But to answer your question, no. I will not go on a blind date with anyone.”

Alice opened her mouth to protest, but I raised my hand and shook my head.

“I am done talking about this.”

  “But-”

  “Alice,” I warned.

“Can I just say one thing?”

I knew I was going to regret this, but I nodded slowly.

“I know dating can be scary, but if you don’t put yourself out there, you’ll never know what you’re missing out on,” Alice said, trying her utmost to convince me that this wasn't as bad as I made it out to be.

“I said no, Alice. Do you not remember my long list of romantic incidents in the past? I am famous for the crash-and-burn when it comes to boys,” I answered, mentally recalling all those incidents. I wasn't even going to go into detail about them, they were that bad.

“But that was high school,” she defended and noticed the scowl on my face, “and middle school. You’re different, guys are different.”

  “Really?” I asked apprehensively.

“Yes. Times have changed. People want different things,” Alice shrugged.
