“Why babe? You promised...”
“Monique’s coming back. She’s going to be here in a couple hours and I have to pick her up from the airport and take her to Miss May’s surprise party.”
“So why can’t I come with you?” he asked me with a confused expression on his face.
“I...”
Dating Forrest was one of the silliest but wonderful things I had decided to do. I was ever so lonely, and with Monique gone I was craving a man. That’s where Forrest came in. He treated me with respect and the sex was absolutely amazing. There was only one problem with Forrest.
He was Tremaine’s younger brother.
“I told you already baby, if Monique finds out that you’re Trey’s brother, she’ll...”
“She’ll what?”
“Hate me.”
I don’t want to lose Forrest but I don’t want to lose Monique either. My sister from another mother. She’s my best friend and no dude will ever come between us. Chicks before dicks. No matter how sexy he is. With his radiant mocha skin complexion. His sexy rock hard abs that I get to touch every night. His talented tongue that drives me insane, every night. And that enormous size D... Oh my!
“I’m sure she won’t hate you, baby. She’ll understand. Just relax baby, and let daddy take care of you,” he pleaded with me, as he gently began kissing down my neck, slowly removing my pink maxi skirt.
“I guess five minutes won’t hurt,” I smiled, as I gave into his seductive kisses and rapidly began removing his green polo shirt.
We’ve been together for three months now and I can honestly say that I am undeniably, uncontrollably, completely in love with him.
He’s everything I’ve ever wanted and more.
~ Monique ~
“Jessica Carter! I’ve been standing here for two hours an-
“Mooooooni!” Jess shrieked with excitement as she jumped on me, squeezed me tightly and gave me kisses on my cheeks. Everyone at the airport immediately stared at us, some smiling at our reunion and some eyeing us like we were retarded females.
“I’ve missed you so much! How’ve you been?! Your hair... It’s straight, your curves are looking sexy guurl! Look at that ass!” she squeezed my firm butt tight.
I chuckled at her, and began to tell her everything.
How my life in New York was, how I had met someone...
Sean, but we were only friends, with benefits, of course. I had told her about my job, Wonder Woman, and how I was offered to work with Wendy Williams when I get back to work.
As we conversed more and more, I began to wonder more and more about him.
Three months. Three fucking months. I hadn’t seen him... I hadn’t spoken to him... I hadn’t been in his arms... I hadn’t had that big D... I had missed him. But not forgiven him...
Even though he had hurt me, I couldn’t stop thinking about him. I knew deep down I still had strong, genuine feelings for him. I mean, we were together for quite some time, so naturally I would still crave for his strong arms to be wrapped around me.
Jessica told me how my aunt wanted to see me right away, but I managed to convince her to let me go to my newly bought house in LA to freshen up and look nice for my aunt.
Yes. Miss Monique has now got money. Wonder Woman pays so well and it allowed me to purchase my dream six-bedroom house in LA. No one had known about it, expect Jess, of course. But I told her she could come and live with me but she said, she had plans of her own. She’s still welcome anytime.
As we drove to my new house, I couldn’t help but notice how different Jess looked. She was wearing makeup, her pink maxi skirt showcasing her sexy curves, and her toned stomach showing under her white lace crop top. Her patent black wedges and her freshly manicured toenails. Jess was looking good... too good. Even more than good, she was looking amazing.
“Jess,” I gently began, alerting her to me. “Who is he?”
We were already in front of my newly bought condo when Jess parked the car, outside my locked garage which had my two new cars, locked away safely.
She looked up at me, and I waited for her to speak. She looked scared but I just wanted to know the man that was treating my best friend right!
“Monique... Don’t get mad,” she muttered quietly.
Don’t get mad? Why on earth would I, Monique, get mad? Unless... Oh no... It’s Tremaine. I can already tell. She’s fucking tr-
“It’s Tremaine’s brother, Forrest.”
Immediately, I sighed deeply with relief. It’s not Tremaine, but his younger brother. Just when I thought I was never going to have anything to do with the guy again.
“Congratulations, Jess! You have a man,” I smiled weakly at her.
“You’re not mad?” she questioned me, clearly confused at why I hadn’t snapped at her.
“Me? Mad? Why? I’m happy for you!” I told her happily.
Of course I was mad, I was raging! But I couldn’t hurt Jess. If she had found someone who treated her right then, I’ll just have to accept that person, even if they are related to my ex-boyfriend. It’s about time she found love. Ryan was a huge mistake and I definitely did not need another Ryan in Jess’s life.
“Oh, thank you, Mo! You’re going to love him, I promise!” she said as she hugged me tightly.
I very much highly doubt it.

“Jessica, I want to slee-”
“Monique, chill, you’ll get to sleep more once we get back from Miss May’s. Just try and smile; plus, you look absolutely sexy. Come on, let’s go!” she said, as we quickly walked in our matching black heels up the path leading to my aunt’s house. I kept having to pull down my black bodycon knee high dress. It fit around my curves lovingly, always made me feel sophisticated and attractive, but I didn’t realize it’s short length until now.
We made our way towards the beautiful dimly lit mansion. I hadn’t been to my Aunt’s house in ages. She really had outdone herself with the exterior design. The beautifully white mansion. Her wonderfully grown roses. Everything was fit to perfection, just how my auntie May loved it.
“Jess, why are the lights so dim? Why are there so many cars? Are you sure she’s even home? Jess, I want to go ho-”
“Mo, I’m positive she’s home,” she said as we made our way to the ajar door.
The door was already opened? Strange.
We entered in slowly into the long dark hallway and the fresh smell of my aunt’s delicious cooking filled my nose.
We were still walking through the corridor when I soon released that I couldn’t hear Jess’s heels clicking on the wooden floor. I could only hear mine.
“Jess?” I stopped.
Where the hell had she gone off to?
I’m scared of the dark... and she knew it too!
That bitch!
Slowly, I continued walking, the food smell slowly disappearing. I had definitely passed the kitchen. I need to find a light switch ASAP.
“Jess...” I whispered.
Nothing.
“Jessica, stop playing games! Auntie, where are you?” I shouted. I was getting very angry now.
Nothing.
I was in another room now. This house is way too damn big!
I could feel it. The flooring had changed, and my heels dug straight into the soft carpet texture.
There has to be a light switch somewhere here... Aha!
Click!
I flicked on the switched quickly, only to be startled by the amount of excited faces that jumped out at me.
“SURPRISE!”
Oh God...
“Monique, you’re BACK!” Giselle shrieked as she crept out from behind the deluxe red sofa and immediately jumped up on me. She had on a vintage jumpsuit dress that she managed to rock with a pair of Louboutins. Her hair looked amazing! She had bangs cut, and a nice long ponytail.
“Hey Gis! I love your new hairstyle!” I said excitedly as I gave into her big hug and carefully examined the room around me.
Old Colleag
ues. Friends. Cousins. Aunt’s friends. Everywhere. Dressed sophisticated and attractive.
“Moni! I’m so glad you’re back!” my Auntie informed me happily as she came over from behind me to give me a hug too. She looked amazing. Her dress was a long purple maxi dress that fit over her gracious body and admired her curves perfectly.
“Hey everyone, thanks. I was totally surprised!” I blushed. “Where’s Jess?”
“Here,” she said as she came from behind, holding hands with a very handsome looking dude.
Tremaine’s brother...
“Monique, meet my boyfriend, Forrest. Forrest, meet my best friend, Monique.”
“Hi Monique, Jess has told me so many things about you,” he gave me a friendly, warm smile.
“Good things I hope.” I gave him a smile back and observed him carefully. He looked slightly like Trey, only difference was their skin complexion. Forrest had a mocha skin complexion while Trey had a chocolate one. He was wearing a white buttoned down shirt, black trousers and his smart suit jacket held securely in his hand.
Trey... I miss him, I miss him, I miss him. Monique stop, okay?! He cheated on you with Tiffany.
“So Forrest, what do yo-”
My eyes wandered up at my aunt’s indoor balcony only to see to wish I never looked up or came in the first place.
Shit. Shit. Shit!
Heart pounding. Sweaty palms. Dry throat. Hardened nipples. Hot temperature. Shortened breath. Lip biting. Legs numb. Mind blank. Stomach twisting. Face burning.
He was talking to Curtis, one of the assistant mangers at my aunt’s clinic. He looked beautiful... Handsome. Amazing. Still had that perfect face, those pearly white teeth, those diamond ear piercings. Those two side dimples. Still had that power to make me so nervous, and the butterflies to fly about. Still had the power to turn me on, just by looking at him. Still had the power to make my mind go crazy. Still had the power to almost give me a freaking heart attack.
My man.
Wearing a black Armani suit with a bow tie. What on earth was he thinking? This ain’t no wedding. One hand in his pocket, the other holding a half full champagne glass, filled with Grey Goose probably; it was his favorite alcoholic beverage.
Tremaine Aldon Neverson. In the flesh.
Oh no... Now staring at me. What on earth was he doing here?
“Excuse me for a minute, I need some air,” I said bravely to Jess and Forrest, as I immediately made my way out of the living room.
I needed to get out of here... NOW.
~ Jessica ~
I knew she had seen him. I just knew it. I didn’t even know the stupid boy was coming to the party, but all I knew was that Monique wasn’t going to hang around for him to come and try to talk to her.
“Baby, did you know Trey was going to be here?” I suddenly questioned Forrest. If he did, I was going to be very angry with him for not telling me that his brother was going to be here.
“No, I didn’t. If I did, I would have told you, babe,” he looked down at me, slowly wrapping his arms around my waist.
“Hmm...” I looked up at him, trying to see if he was lying or not.
“Baby, I would have told you,” he smiled sexily at me, before leaning into my lips and giving them a quick peck.
“Okay, I believe you, Forrest,” I sighed deeply. All I wanted was for Monique to be happy. Would Trey really be willing to wait for her to trust him again? Lord knew that was going to take forever. He cheated on her. Ruined everything they had.
A few seconds later, Forrest said he was thirsty so we went to Miss May’s kitchen to help ourselves to some drinks.
“I can’t wait to get home and have you all to myself, Jess,” Forrest whispered in my ears, before gently planting kisses on the side of my neck. He was messing around and trying to turn me on and shit. Damn. It was working as well.
“Baby, we’ll only be here for a few minutes longer, then I’ll be able to show you how good that new lingerie piece that you bought for me, looks on me.”
“Hmm... you bad girl. I can’t wait to see it on your sexy body. Then I’ll be able to take it all off.”
“Forrest! You’re so bad,” I gently giggled, keeping my body on his as he kept his arms around my waist. I decided to make him feel good, and started kissing on his neck, trying to turn him on even further. We were freaks, yes, even in public.
Unfortunately, Mr. Cry Baby Neverson thought that this would be the perfect time to come into the kitchen and interrupt us.
“Jess, where’s Monique?” he asked me gently, clearly thinking I was actually going to tell him where my best friend was. He must be crazy. Yes, he was crazy.
I instantly rolled my eyes at him and ignored him, continuing to kiss on Forrest’s neck. He wasn’t going to get anywhere near Monique with my help.
“Yo, bro... Help me out, please,” he tried to persuade his brother, who was way too distracted by me. He had his hands on my ass, gently stroking it and gave into my tender kisses.
“She’s gone outside to get some air, bro,” he told him, which resulted in Trey quickly walking out the kitchen.
It’s not like I didn’t want him with Monique. He just fucked up. He doesn’t deserve her. But they were good together. They were very good together. But he ruined it! He slept with Tiffany.
I even had the chance to actually “bond” with Tiffany. I actually felt for her a little bit, because I knew that Tremaine was a player and that he made ladies fall in love with him. But I still hated Tiffany. I just understood that Tremaine may have influenced her into sleeping with him because of his apparently “amazing” sex game and his ability to make you turn insane with his dick alone.
Well as for me, there’s only one dick that knows how to drive me wild and I can’t wait to get home and have him all to myself.
I definitely needed to sit down with Monique and have a serious conversation about what she planned to do with Trey. He wanted her back, but the question that I needed a quick answer to was, did she want him.

~ Jessica ~
I don’t know what happened. But I was trying to explain to Monique, on the phone, what had been happening with Tremaine while she was gone, and I accidentally revealed that I had bonded with Tiffany and that she had made me chief bridesmaid for her wedding.
Honestly, I don’t understand how it happened. We were talking about how a new guy she had met in NY, Sean, had come over to her house and tried to sex her, but failed. I couldn’t stop laughing and she started mentioning Trey and if he had slept with anyone else while she wasn’t around.
I told her what I knew. The truth. He hadn’t touched anyone. All he had was Tiffany, who he clearly didn’t love.
Once Tiffany’s name was brought up, we started talking about her and that’s how I accidentally blurted out how I had talked to her and shit. Now Monique thought I actually liked the bitch, but I don’t! Why would I like some random chick that was set out to destroy my best friend’s relationship?
All I know was that ever since Monique’s surprise party, things between her and Trey had happened. They managed to actually have a conversation together... I think. Monique didn’t get a chance to tell me the details of what happened, once she found out about Tiffany and hung up on me.
I’m just hoping I could make amends with her, ASAP.

“Baby, food’s ready.”
“I’m coming, love.”
I quickly set Forrest’s food on the dining table, before taking a seat next to him and browsing my iPhone.
Monique still wasn’t talking to me. She hadn’t replied to any of my text messages, voicemails or anything.
I just wanted to speak to her. She was my best friend and I loved her. I never meant to hurt her. That wasn’t my intentions at all. I was just looking out for her in a way I can’t really explain. I was just hoping she could find it in her heart to forgive me.
Suddenly, I felt Forrest wrap his strong
arms around me and gently start to kiss my neck.
“Hmm, baby...” I closed my eyes, enjoying the feel of his arms around me and his kisses.
“Smells amazing,” he whispered seductively in between his kisses.
“The food? Th-”
“The food smells nice, but you smell beautiful, baby.” Forrest planted one more kiss on the side of my neck, before taking a seat next to me.
I watched as he quickly began to eat. I knew how hungry he was. We were up all night last night, trying out new things. New freaky things.
I wasn’t hungry. I was just worried.
“Babe, Monique’s still not talking to me,” I told him, as he reached for his glass of water.
“She thinks I like Tiffany, when I don’t. I was just trying to get some information about Trey for her,” I sighed deeply, still watching Forrest.
“Just give her some space, Jess. You know how she is when it comes to Tremaine. I know he’s a sensitive topic for her, so you need to give her some space,” Forrest advised me, before taking another big bite of his food.
He was right. Monique needed space. Ever since she came back from New York I was so excited to see her, I just became clingy. I think it’s best I leave her alone.
After Forrest finished his food, we had the opportunity to sit on my couch together and just talk.
Forrest’s personal training business had been growing well. Almost the whole of L.A. wanted to be trained by him because of how good he was at his job. He would get people results in less than two weeks.
“Forrest, that wasn’t me! You were the one that left that mess!”
“No, I woke up and found the toilet looking horrible and I obviously knew it was you.”
We were currently trying to figure out who left a mess in the toilet this morning. I already knew who it was.
“It was not me! You were the one that used the bathroom before me, Forrest.” I looked up at him, smirking.
“Oh really? Says the one who tried to get me to have a shower with her.” He poked me on my flat stomach.
I laughed loudly, enjoying this moment.
Forrest and I. Together. Happy. In love.
Yes, I admit, we definitely had moved fast. A bit too fast. But so what? You only live this life once and I already knew who I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. There wasn’t a doubt in my mind that Forrest wasn’t the one for me.
