11/2 oz peach schnapps
5oz frozen mango
1 tablespoon grenadine
Cherry and pineapple to garnish
Blend the schnapps and frozen mango together until smooth. Put the grenadine in a glass, then add the mango and peach mixture. Top with pineapple and a cherry. Pretty and delish.
THE LOVE BITE COCKTAIL
To create the layers in this cocktail, add each ingredient very slowly and smoothly, over the back of an up-turned teaspoon. It may take practice but the result is impressive.
1oz cherry liqueur
1oz orange liqueur
1oz cream
Pour in the cherry liqueur, layer in the orange liqueur. Then top with cream, and serve.
SCARLETT O’HARA COCKTAIL
Who could resist a cocktail with a name like this, and a colour to match?
1 1/2 oz Southern Comfort
Cranberry juice
Wedges of lime
Fill a tall glass with ice and squeeze the juice from a lime wedge over the ice cubes. Add Southern Comfort. Top up with cranberry juice and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
SEX ON THE DRIVEWAY COCKTAIL
It would be a shame to miss out this naughty bright blue drink with the raunchy name. It’s a variation on the Sex on the Beach cocktail, the old favourite at Jaggers bar. Perfect for summer parties, it’s sweet, fruity and easy to make. It does have a lot of vodka in, so watch out … Too many might sneak up on you.
1oz peach schnapps
1oz Curacao
2oz vodka
6oz lemonade
Crushed ice
Place the crushed ice in a glass. Add the alcohol, then top up with lemonade.
