“Yeah, we’re fine. I thought you would take longer.”

“No, we’re done. If we don’t go soon, I’ll fall asleep here and ruin tomorrow morning. I can’t do that and mess up the day for everyone.” Bobby reached for his jacket and his goggles. His hair stuck out in all directions.

Chad zipped his pants and stood. “I agree.” He reached over and kissed Terri one more time. “Don’t worry. We have all week.”

With the intense mood shattered, Terri joined him and glared over at Penny. “I hope so.”

She watched the guys stumble toward the door. Tomorrow would be here soon enough.

  Chapter 17

Chad adjusted his gloves and pushed on. He assumed he would see the women soon enough, but couldn’t wait any more. It’s possible they decided on a different lift to start with. The snow continued to fall and visibility remained limited. The new goggles felt great and would be one purchase he would never regret. He imagined the snow flying all night as he anticipated the fun laying ahead of them. In a way, he hoped Terri could keep up with them, but if not, he fully intended to have a blast today.

The lift sprang into action, and the guys moved forward. “Who’s ready to hit the pipes?” Chad yelled to be heard above the whipping wind.

“I think we need to make one run to see if we can find the girls. If not, we can hunt for them later. And I’m sure they will understand where we are. Also, remember Penny is insisting on skiing, which is no fun in the pipes,” Charlie said, as he obviously wanted to have fun today.

“Okay, one run and then time to hit it.” Chad didn’t want the group to know how much he had thought about Terri last night. He knew how much she wanted him last night and how hard it would be to break it off later if he had to, and he would have to at some time.

As they neared the top, a few people crossed under them. Bobby spotted them first, as a snowboarder and skier make an interesting pair. It had to be them. While the skier made neat little cross patterns, the snowboarder looked for bumps and obstacles to jump. Watching their run down the slope, Chad changed his mind. It couldn’t be them.

At the top, they unloaded and made for the first nice launching-off place. “Okay, this is one run to find them. I’ll take this trail, and you two can take one below. We’ll meet back at the lift.” Chad pushed off, knowing he had the hardest run of all, but he enjoyed the challenge. He saw one set of tracks in front of him—a boarder.

For much of the run, he followed the tracks set before him. At some intersections, he preferred to attack other obstacles previously un-attempted. He passed several other people when the trails merged. Quick looks indicated they were not the girls. He kept flying over the jumps and soon merged into a wide area leading back to the lifts that were backing up with more people wanting to make it to the top. He spotted Charlie and his ridiculous red ski hat, resembling some kind of rooster downloading toward the singles line.

As he came to a stop, Bobby slid in behind him. “Did you see them?”

“Nope, I think it might be too early for them. You know women.”

“Yeah, so let’s hit the pipes and see what they look like.” Chad waved at Charlie to wait up.

The line moved fast, and they made it to the front again. A blur of hand motions caught his attention. Terri and Penny waved at them as their chair headed up the slope.

Bobby jabbed at Chad. “I think she might be better than we thought.”

“We’ll see.” He figured they would be waiting on them when they got to the top. He had no problem with her hanging out with them if she could. A long day of snowboarding could be brutal. He would see how long she lasted. He knew Penny would float along on the side trails, but that would be fine. Bobby would love to have her see him hotdog during the day.

As expected, the two were waiting on them in front of a large sign serving as a trail map. “How did you get up the mountain this morning in front of us?”

“We got here early, and the ski patrol let us go up with them.” Terri had her goggles up, revealing her face, the rest of her body well-padded in a thick black jumpsuit.

“I see. We’re heading toward the borders park and the half-pipes. Do you think you can handle them?”

“Not a problem for me. Penny wants to come along and watch you guys show off. And she will have to pick her way along.”

“We already assumed she would. She should try boarding.”

Penny spoke up. “Not me, I intend to keep this body all pink and beautiful.”

Bobby raised a hand in the air. “I have no problem with that at all.” He pushed over closer to give her a kiss. “Let’s go.”

Chad hit the front of the line, blazing a trail they all followed. At this speed, he assumed they would all be far behind. On one node, he pulled up short, throwing a spray of snow into the air. He needed a quick look to see how far behind them they were. A blast of powdery snow swept past him as a black-suited boarder emerged who grabbed air and sliced the path open below him. Terri blew past him.

He glanced up the hill. Penny was downloading on the lower side and ahead of the two guys. He pushed off with full intent to regain the lead. He shouldn’t have stopped. She had speed on her side, but he knew a trick or two. He flattened out his board and downloaded toward the pipes.

He reached the top of the pipes and ground to a stop on an overlooking bump next to Terri, who flopped backward into the snow to grab a rest. “Wow, you’re not bad.”

“Thanks, I’ve been here for a few extra days and know the path better. Don’t worry. You will get used to it soon.”

Humm, she was good and had a confidence he had not noticed in many women before. Today was going to be a great day.

  Chapter 18

Run after run, the day wore on until the light faded. The last run had to end at the condo, or they had a long walk. They barely made the cut shifting to the Right Mountain and trail. Terri knew she needed all of the speed she could muster to make it to the condo. Stopping short meant walking, and her legs felt like putty and burned like hell.

Her speed held up, and she soon made it to the storage rack and the entrance to Chad’s condo. He had his board unsnapped and moved to the entrance. The others joined soon, including Charlie, who had hooked up with Shannon again.

Terri’s feet hurt, and Chad promised he had something that will make them feel better. Spending some time alone with him sounded good. Bobby was going to take Penny back to their place. She assumed they would be gone for a while. And Charlie was following Shannon around like a love-struck puppy dog.

All she knew was that she needed to rest for a while. She and Chad would take the tram over to her condo later. With a few quick good-byes, they all parted.

Terri walked into Chad’s condo on the top floor. He had a great view of the slopes. They started peeling off layers of clothing until they reached their thermal underwear. She winked, waiting on him to make a move. He complied by taking the top over his head and dropping his bottoms, revealing his shorts.

Without any hesitation, she stripped down to her panties and bra and watched the smile of his approval. He moved closer and stopped. “I know you want me, and I think you know I want you. This can be complicated when we get back to Atlanta.”

“I understand. I’ve thought about it and think I can handle it. I thought I would never say this. I don’t think either one of us is ready for a commitment. Let me ask you—do you think you can handle having sex this week and walk away from it—never to mention it again?”

“I’ve never had a problem before.”

  “And neither have I.”

Chad walked forward, engulfing her in his arms. “You really look good.”

She reached for his hand and directed him toward the bedrooms. “Thanks, I could use a shower first.” Her legs burned, and she could hardly stand, but was not going to lose this moment. The shower looked huge and designed in a Spanish tile. She dropped her panties and bra and stepped inside.

  Chad stripped off his sho
rts, revealing an erection. He stepped in beside her and placed his hands on her shoulders, pulling her head close to him. “You feel so good.”

“Let’s get the water going. I hope it’s hot.” She flipped the knobs and adjusted the water to finally arrive at the perfect temperature. She pressed the lever, and the water sprayed on them. She turned to him and felt his cock against her skin. She reached for it and held it tight.

He leaned forward, kissing her deeply, prying open her mouth with his tongue. Aggressively pulling her closer, he placed both hands on her ass. His toned body melted into her, with the water lubricating everything perfectly. The water cascaded over her hair and his, sending plumes of steam scattering in the small shower.

Terri opened her legs as she thrust forward. With the tip of his cock inches from her cunt, she decided to massage herself for a minute with his cock, holding him at bay, hoping to make him beg for it. With each new thrust, she knew he wanted to enter her. As wet as she was, she knew he would drive inside her in one push. She could wait no longer as she guided it home. His thrusts were powerful and aggressive, holding back nothing. He had her off the floor as he lifted her and pushed back against one wall.

A spasm built inside her. She never came this fast before. She had never been fucked like this before. With luck, she might be able to come at the same time he did. She knew he would not last long. She concentrated and tightened her muscles in her pussy. She needed this. He increased his pace as he prepared to come. She tightened her muscles and joined him as both let out yells and moans loud enough to knock the snow down the mountain. This had to be the best ever. Now, if she could keep her promise and walk away and never mention it again. She hoped he could as well, but down deeper she wanted this more often—a lot more often.

  Chapter 19

Chad reflected on the last six months as he poured champagne for those around him on the yacht rented for the grand release of the first product he ever produced. All of the key people, including his friends, all business associates, selected buyers, models, and key gym and spa owners were on board. All looked beautiful in their own way.

And, of course, the press was on board in full force, all waiting to see the much-anticipated introduction. Terri had created a fantastic buzz and held her part in making sure the coverage was second to none. He knew she had worked her butt off on this. The yacht would serve as a floating party ship for the next week as it made its way around Miami and the eastern seacoast.

He had only seen Terri for a moment as she came on board. She looked great. The crowds immediately locked in on her and details consumed her time. Everyone needed to be in a festive mood when they released the first viewing of the Buffer. He had to admit the name grew on him. The bag designed to help buff the body said it all. Buffer Bags needed to accomplish two objectives. First, it had to add style and make it an accessory people would want to be seen with, and next, it had to provide an easy and timely way to get some exercise in whenever a moment presented itself. It did both.

Chad and Charlie worked on making sure it provided a great workout. LeAnna worked hard on adding the designer touches, making one for the women and one for the guys. A separate version designed for gay men also held much promise.

Several gym owners rushed over to Chad. “One thing is for sure, you definitely know how to throw a party.” The two guys pointed to the models walking around.

“Only the best.” Chad poured them more champagne.

“So, when are we going to see this item we must have?”

“Soon, my good friend. I think you will like it.”

A female model walked over to Chad, giving him a hug. “We haven’t seen you around too much lately. Where have you been?”

“I’ve been around, but working more than usual lately.”

She ran her hand through his hair and pressed up close to his face. “Well, perhaps we can help you relax later tonight.”

Chad studied her body, covered in a tiny Brazilian bikini. Her breasts, plump and firm, were barely covered by her top. However, her muscular, well-toned body made her the perfect choice for the introduction of the Buffer. Her abs looked rock solid, her shoulders buff and powerful. Yet, she retained a feminine side, which all agreed needed to be emphasized in the advertising.

The model accepted a glass of champagne and offered Chad a quick peck on his lips with just enough heat to leave a drop of anticipation on his mind. Earlier, such an offer would have been hard to turn down, but that was before Terri. Over the last six months, he had forced himself to only talk to her by phone. The agreement to not mention or pursue the hot sex they had in Colorado haunted him. He needed to get her out of his mind, but lost the battle every night he went to sleep.

The nights in the condos led to hotter and hotter sex. He knew then that it would not last, but didn’t care. She surprised him with her stamina day after day. Not only could she keep up with him on the slopes, she could push him to new heights night after night. Tonight would be the first time they actually faced each other in person. He didn’t know exactly how it would play out.

Chad saw Bobby walking on the flight below. “Excuse me. I need to check on something.”

Chad pushed through the crowd scattered on the top level. With three main levels and living quarters below, this vessel had room to spare in most cases. Chad estimated they had over one hundred invited guests today alone. Some he recognized, while others stopped him to say hello and introduce themselves. Cameras flashed everywhere. Good—the publicity would be great.

Entering the lower level, Chad saw Penny dressed in a flashy long-length stylish dress, with her hair pulled up on top. The long dangling earrings accented her face, which was highlighted with heavy makeup. She stopped as another photographer stepped up to her to take a photo with some man he never saw before. She flashed her eyes toward Chad, indicating she needed to talk to him.

He waited as she rushed over to him. “Terri is looking for you. She wants a quick minute with everyone before the formal press conference begins.”

“I haven’t seen her since she walked on board.”

“She’s on the level below with LeAnna. Have you seen Bobby?”

“Yes, a few seconds ago, walking on this level. By the way, you look good today.”

“Thanks, I hope Bobby thinks so. I’ve missed him lately.” Her face glowed as she spoke of Bobby. Good for them. “He keeps telling me how you have turned into a workaholic and never go out much anymore.”

“I’m sure he will love the way you look, and yes, until this project is successful, I have no choice but to work my ass off. I’m trying to make it downstairs now.” Chad watched another photographer setting up to take a photo of them, and he flashed another smile. He had to remember to wear a painted smile today. These guys were everywhere.

Penny moved in closer for the photo op. “We never know which photo makes the news and scores points for us.” Penny had worked in this business for a while and handled herself like a pro. Terri had to be glad she stayed with her at the agency.

They gave parting smiles as they headed in opposite directions. More models rushed over to Chad and snuggled in next to him on both sides. Photographers flashed multiple barrages at him. The girls in his arms felt so soft and warm. It had been a while since he had a woman. He knew any number on the models would accommodate him at any time. If he could just make it past this week, he felt like his life would return to normal.

He excused himself and pushed on toward the lower level, shaking more hands along the way. He saw Terri surrounded by many people, giving directions and holding a large pad she referred to. He knew she had worked her butt off on this and the moment of truth was only minutes away.

She saw him and yelled over the crowd, “Chad, we need to get everyone together for a minute.” She turned to Jessica. “We need to get everyone else to the top.”

Jessica waved at several people. “I’m getting all of the media and heading to the top now. I hope Penny can corral all of the
models.”

Terri glanced at her watch. “We have thirty minutes.”

Penny and Bobby rushed in behind him. “Bobby is going to help me line up the models.”

Terri pointed upward. “Good, we can use the help. Get them ready. We’ll be there in a minute. Where is LeAnna?”

Penny laughed. “She is behind you.”

“Okay, everyone upstairs except for agency and company people.” She glared around her as all moved toward the steps. “When we have an all clear above, we will have you introduced briefly before the MC conducts the fashion show. I have seats lined up for you on one side. At the end of the show, you need to be ready to answer questions. Is everyone prepared for the anticipated questions we went over?”

Chad nodded and smiled at LeAnna. “LeAnna can handle the designer questions, and I will take on the exercise components.”

“Exactly,” LeAnna responded. She looked gorgeous, dressed in a stylish black dress with all of the jewelry she could place on one body. Today was the day to impress.

Terri continued. “I want you two to appear to be good working partners, not a couple, but very good at working with each other. Appearance can make a big difference here.”

Another photographer appeared, wanting photos of Chad and LeAnna together. Damn, this is starting to get old. However, with a quick change of heart, he waved at Terri. “Come join us for one photo.”

She started to resist, but relented as he waved her on. “I’m not the one needing my photo taken.”

Chad faked another smile for the photographer. “Now, I would like one of just me and you.”

Terri looked flustered but moved in next to him as he hugged her, pulling her close to him. A rush of emotions flooded his body as he remembered the nights in Colorado. For six months, he had forced himself to stay away. Now, he would be with her again, night and day, for a week. But this time, they had to maintain a business presence. He wondered how he would handle seeing her again.
