Ramsey’s mind was already working. “I’ll need holo maps. Building schematics, and any known security measures,” he said. “Give me anything you’ve got on this place. I also want all that intel your people pulled on Lima, Hale, Mallory, and ASI. Once I get my hands on it, I can have a team wheels up in forty-eight hours.”

“Check your holo messages,” Steen said. “Data’s already been sent.”

There was a knock at the door.

Steen grinned. “Oh good. My eleven o’clock is here.”

The two suits returned, holding a young Andarian girl between them. Her gaze darted around the room. She looked at Ramsey, her dark eyes begging for help. He looked away, unable to meet them.

“Well?” Steen said. He made a shooing motion at Ramsey with his hands. “Time for you to go, Ramsey. Good hunting.”

It was a clear dismissal. Ramsey turned on his heel and left without another word. He did his best to ignore the pleading gaze of the Andarian girl.

“Love the new face by the way,” Steen called from the Billiards Room. “It suits you.”

The door closed on Steen’s laughter as Ramsey walked down the hallway. He’d have to shower for a week straight before he could even begin to feel like he was clean again. How the hell had he ended up in bed with the likes of a creep like Steen?

He left the Atwood Club, fighting to get the image of the Andarian girl out of his brain. Instead, he focused his thoughts on the upcoming operation. The next thing he knew he was already planning the infil. It was time to eliminate a major thorn in his—and in ULS’s—side. Then maybe he could see to restoring some of his honor.

But before that, he needed to see to ASI.

It was time to end this.
