Directions:

Directions:
Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 320oF.
Prepare separate pan and add some oil. Preheat it on the fire and fry bacon.
Put some corn on the frying pan and fry it for 10 minutes.
Chop onion and bell pepper and add to the corn on the frying pan.
Put garlic and thyme leaves on the frying pan and turn off fire.
Prepare another bowl and make a mix of milk, cream with eggs and salt. Add fried vegetables with corn. Mix well.
Add bread and cheese to the bowl and wait until bred will absorb the liquid.
Place pudding into the Air Fryer and cook for 30 minutes.
Cover pudding with Parmesan cheese and cook for 20 minutes more.
Serve with fried bacon and fresh thyme leaves.
