Spanakopita Pie
This national Greek appetizer is tender and tasty, full of cheese and herbs!

Ingredients:
Leftover turkey
Salt

Pastry
1 tablespoon thyme
4 eggs
1 tablespoon oregano
8.8oz spinach
1 teaspoon basil

3.5oz feta cheese
1 tub cream cheese
Directions:
Turn on air Fryer and preheat it up to 360oF.
Cover vegetables with salt and pepper.
Blend vegetables with feta cheese.
Prepare a mix of cheese and eggs. Leave one more egg for the pastry.
Fill pastry with the vegetables mix and close it.
Cover pastry with the egg and place into the Air Fryer.
Cook pastry in Air Fryer for 20 minutes.
Serve with hot sauce.

Ingredients:
1 potato
Salt
1 teaspoon oil
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
Flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 pie dough
1 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs

¼ cup cream
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Wash and cut potato.
Turn on Air Fryer and preheat up to 400oF.
Place potato into the Air Fryer. Cook for 30 minutes.
Mash potato with the fork when it is cold enough.
Put some flour on the table and place dough on it.
Make a pie shell with the borders.
Make a mix of eggs, mashed potato, cream, sugar, butter, nutmeg, syrup and cinnamon. Place this mixture into the shell pie.
Put shell with the mixture into the Air Fryer and cook for 25 minutes.
Serve with the ice cream or honey.

Directions:

Beat egg on the plate and set aside.
Mix flour with tomatoes and feta cheese.
Mix egg with milk and part of oil.
Take small baking forms for muffins and cover them with reminded oil.
Combine feta mix with egg and milk.
Pour mixture into the forms and place in the Air Fryer. Cook for 15 minutes.
Take muffins out of the forms. Serve with herbs.

Prepare another plate with the egg and one more with the flour.
Form balls of the mix and put them in the egg, after – in flour.
Put balls into the Air Fryer and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve with the sweet sauce.
