Set free, David planted his feet on the bed and thrust harder, matching Mati’s rolling hips with his own. Their bodies thumped when they met, the sound rippling through his electrified nerves.
She fell forward and caught herself with her hands on his chest, her glasses slipping down her nose, her eyes closed as she focused on circling her hips and taking him closer to losing his tenuous grip.
Reese’s hand wrapped around his own cock, the head dark red and shiny.
David dragged a hand down Reese’s chest and licked his lips, the words hard to form while his hips rocked against Mati’s, his need burgeoning and suspended on a tightrope. “Come here.”
Reese nodded eagerly.
Mati groaned and slipped a hand between her thighs, taking up a furious rhythm across her clit. David sucked in a deep breath, desperate.
“Fuck,” Reese whispered.
Any attempt at finesse lost, David wrapped his hand around Reese’s cock and drew him closer. Reese ran his hand through David’s hair, staring at David with that singular focus he would never get used to, but would always, always crave.
David sucked Reese into his mouth, clamping a hand around his hip and urging him forward while he explored his first taste of Reese.
God, it had been ages since he’d sucked cock, and Reese’s was long, blood-hot against his tongue and bitter where he leaked with each gentle suck.
David ducked his chin, bobbing his head as best he could while he rolled his hips in a long, slow circle, trying to find the right angle to—
“Jesus Christ, that—there,” Mati cried.
He kept his mouth moving over Reese while Mati undulated above him, her moans getting louder, her fingers jammed between their bodies.
“Fuck, you should see yourselves,” she said with a hitch in her voice as their bodies slammed together. “Your pink lips and his pale shaft. Fuck. It will look even better when your lips are swollen from it. With his come on your face.”
Reese trembled as her words washed over them. David snapped his hips up harder, provoking a sultry noise from Mati.
Reese groaned. “Oh god, I’m going to come again.” He sounded surprised, like his own body was a mystery to him and he relished learning more.
David sucked harder. Reese made an urgent, wild noise, his hand clenching in David’s hair as his cock slid further back on David’s tongue.
Fuck, Reese was so long. David was breathing way too hard, his orgasm way too close, to do all the things he wanted to do to Reese. He was curious to see how far Reese would be willing to go if he were given permission.
Would he fuck David’s mouth?
Next time.
The promise, the sheer potential, made him thrust harder.
Mati whimpered. “I’m close,” she gasped.
David was, too.
“Me, too,” Reese groaned.
David pulled his mouth away and slipped his hand between Reese’s wide-spread legs to press against that magic spot.
A drop of pre-come landed on David’s chin. Reese half whimpered, half groaned, it sounded like agony.
“Come on his face,” Mati gasped. Pleaded.
Reese shuddered, his cheeks bright pink, his attention zeroed in on David’s face. His hand flew over his shaft.
The dam broke in David, and he put his full strength into every thrust. His thighs and abs burned, but it was nothing compared to the fire spooling in his gut, pulling his balls up tight, heavy, and full.
Mati rode him for all she was worth, her nails scoring his skin. “Fuck. Yes!”
David’s eyes very nearly rolled back into his head, but he kept it together to push up against Reese’s perineum again.
From one thrust to the next, Mati was screaming, tight muscles clamping down on him like a vice.
“Jesus Christ,” Reese cried.
David whimpered, speechless as he dug his shoulders into the mattress and his hips up against Mati. His climax built under his skin like a storm swelling out over the harbor.
David pressed his fingers up behind Reese’s balls again, desperate to drag Reese with him.
“Fuck. Fuck,” Reese barked, his fist pumping furiously, until, with a low groan, his head fell back and the first hot splash struck David’s cheek.
David’s orgasm roared through him as he bucked against Mati, his coordination lost, his brain fuzzing with pleasure until it was so great, his world went white.
Chapter Seventeen
“So…” Reese began, trailing off when Mati and David turned to him. It was mid-afternoon the following day, and David was in the middle of making actual goddamn cheese, as promised, while Mati was sitting at the counter, working on something frustrating. She hadn’t said as much, but the way her teeth were mangling that pen spoke volumes.
He didn’t question why he was jealous of the pen. He accepted there was a lot about himself he was only beginning to understand.
Which was why he’d started this conversation. Or tried to. Because he had questions. About a few things, actually.
He was painfully aware of both his lovers patiently waiting for him to grow a pair.
“Might we dispense with the condoms?” he blurted out, then rolled his eyes. He sounded like fucking Rupert, getting all uptight because he was nervous.
David set down the handful of…well, Reese had no idea what the hell David was holding. Curd? Whatever it was, he put it down and faced Reese fully in order to say, “No.”
“Oh, okay,” Reese agreed. He wanted to ask why not, but it was none of his business.
Or was it?
“Why do you ask?” Mati said.
“Umm…” That seemed obvious.
Mati lifted one eyebrow and waited.
David frowned.
Fine. “I like the idea of coming in you,” he announced, looking at Mati. He meant David, too. He hoped they would extrapolate.
Mati studied him with narrow eyes. “Are you talking about making babies here?”
She might as well have punched Reese in the face.
“What? No! I mean, maybe someday if you wanted that. Do you want that? No! You know what? That’s a different conversation. That’s not the conversation I’m trying to have now.”
Mati and David were laughing at him now.
Reese drew a deep breath and tried to explain. “I was curious because you didn’t use one when you swallowed,” he said to Mati. “And then I…” he waved vaguely at David, “on your face.”
David smiled as if it was a fond memory.
Mati nodded. “Not to mention when you ate me out.”
Reese didn’t think he’d ever get used to Mati being so blunt about sex. Nor would he ever stop finding it hot. “Right,” he agreed, trying to keep his heart rate under control.
David wiped his hands on the towel tucked into his belt and went to the desk in the corner of his living room. He rummaged through a stack of papers and came back with a single sheet, handing it off to Reese.
“I’ve been tested recently, and six months ago, and have not had unprotected sex in the interim. As you can see, all my results were negative.”
Reese blinked down at the report from a nearby clinic. “Oh. Okay.”
Mati plucked the paper from his numb fingers before going to her computer and sending a chat message. A response came immediately, and she smiled. “My latest test results will be in my inbox within minutes.”
“They will?” Reese asked, wondering if this was the sort of information he was supposed to keep at hand.
“One of my girlfriends works at my doctor’s office. She’ll send them.”
David smiled. “Awesome.”
They both looked at Reese expectantly.
“I thought you said no,” he said to David, confused.
“I didn’t expect all three of us would be able to provide evidence it was safe. But maybe I was wrong?” he said.
“Oh, yes, I’ve been tested. The results are in my files at home.”
“In a green f
older, I bet,” David said with a teasing grin for Mati.
She rolled her eyes. “He didn’t let me file that paperwork.”
He hadn’t. But he knew where it was, even without Mati’s organizational skills at work. “It’s in my desk. But that’s, of course, not accessible.”
“We could have Hodges send it to us,” Mati suggested with a straight face.
Reese pictured Hodges’ reaction to that request and laughed. “Oh my god, he’d never let me live it down.”
David smiled and ran a hand over Reese’s ass. “Might be worth it.”
Fuck, it just might.
“What were the results?” Mati asked.
“All negative, and I haven’t been with anyone since. Or for a few months before that, and there’s always been a condom.”
“Always?” David asked.
“Yes. Always.”
Mati slipped off her stool. “But now you want to go without?”
“Yes.” Holy fucking hell, yes.
“Because you want to come inside me?” she asked, her hand running over his belly.
“Yes. If that’s okay. And you’re on birth control.” He realized how presumptuous he’d been. “I’m sorry. Are you on birth control? Am I allowed to ask that?”
“Yes. And yes,” Mati said, smiling. “I think we’re well past the point where you can ask me that.”
Reese let out a sigh of relief. “Okay. So if I can get a copy of my results somehow, we’ll be set.”
“Yes,” David agreed, kissing Reese’s cheek. “And don’t worry. I can’t get pregnant either.”
Mati gave David a scorching look. “Oh good. Because I, for one, would love to fuck you.”
David’s eyelids drooped, his cheeks going warm and pink as he stared at Mati. “Yeah?”
Mati tilted her chin up. “Yeah.”
David licked his lips. “I’d like that.”
Reese frowned. He didn’t understand what the fuck was going on, but he was suddenly very turned on. Was she saying…
David smirked. “Apparently, our Matilda isn’t afraid to strap one on when called for.”
“Oh, that’s…” Reese couldn’t even pick a word. If he were a cartoon, he’d have a mushroom cloud over his head.
A timer went off in the kitchen. David shrugged and returned to his project.
Mati returned to her laptop.
Reese hovered where he’d begun, as many new questions in his head as he’d had answered.
Mati smiled at the email from her friend with the PDF attached. She forwarded the results to Reese and David.
She also emailed Reese’s doctor’s office and asked for a records release form. She’d have Reese fill it out later, or ask Hodges for that damn paperwork herself.
Reese was still standing there watching them, as he had been before he’d asked about dispensing with condoms. God, he was fucking adorable.
“Was there something else you wanted to talk about?” she asked.
Reese blinked, then focused on her. “Uh, yes, actually.”
“Okay, what’s on your mind?”
“It’s nothing bad, I was just curious about what happened that first night?”
“What first night? The night we left Moncton?”
“No, the night in the hotel. On the couch. The first time we all…” His hand circled in the air between them.
David looked over his shoulder at Reese from where he worked at the counter. “Had sex?” he guessed.
Reese nodded. “Right. That night.”
“What about it?” Mati asked, not at all certain where this was going.
“You…um…”
“She ejaculated,” David said evenly.
Mati didn’t dare look at him or she might start giggling. “I ejaculated,” she confirmed.
Reese nodded again, more slowly this time. “Huh.”
“You’ve never seen that before, I take it?” Mati asked, biting back a smile.
“I thought it was a myth.”
Mati absolutely did not ask how he’d ever looked at porn and missed it. She’d address that later. She caught David pressing his smile into his own shoulder before turning his face away so Reese wouldn’t see it.
Seriously fucking adorable. Both of them.
She gave up on getting anything done on the increasingly annoying real estate inventory project. A thousand more interesting ways to spend the afternoon came to mind, and if David had to finish his cheese first, she’d just blow Reese on the counter next to the stove where David could watch.
She hopped off her stool and went to David. “All this talk is making me realize it’s been too long since I kissed either of you.”
Reese crossed the kitchen and kissed the breath out of her, pressing her back into David’s side. David groaned. Mati held on for dear life, tilting her hips against Reese’s hardening cock.
David twisted behind her and a moment later his teeth nipped at her neck.
She moaned.
David’s phone rang.
“That’s it,” she snapped, “we are throwing away every goddamn phone in this house.”
David shook with silent laughter, his lips still against her skin.
Reese lifted his head. “Is your phone still set to ring only for Chance and Hodges?”
“Yeah,” David muttered.
Mati came down to earth with a thud, sighing when David stepped away.
David held up his phone. “It’s Hodges.”
Reese took the phone from David and answered it with a bitter, “Your timing seriously sucks.” He listened, then turned to Mati. “He needs to talk to you. Your brothers are looking for you.”
She grabbed the phone. “What’s happened?”
“Nothing bad,” Hodges assured her. “But Mike showed up here earlier.”
“What?” Mati asked. “He was at the house? Why would he do that?”
David ducked to get a better look at her face, clearly trying to gauge if they had a situation.
Mati put her hand over the mouthpiece. “Just stupid family stuff.” She pulled her hand away to ask Hodges, “Is it my parents?”
“Your parents are fine. I asked right away.”
She released a deep breath. “Okay. So, what did he want?”
“He said he needs to speak with you, and was concerned you weren’t answering your phone. He thought I’d know how to reach you.”
She had to give Mikey credit for figuring out that much, although he was lucky Hodges wasn’t with them. “Is he still there?”
“No. I didn’t want to put you on the spot, so I said I wouldn’t be able to reach you for a while. I don’t think he believed me.”
Mati didn’t care if her brother had believed Hodges or not. “I’m sorry he bothered you. I replied to his email, but he probably didn’t like my answer. I’ll call him and tell him to knock it off.”
“You don’t have to apologize. You know I’m happy to do whatever you need.”
“I know. Thank you.”
She honestly loved Hodges. Not the way she loved Reese. Or the way she wanted to love all over David. But like the supportive, caring older brother, or even the father, she’d wanted and never had. Like family.
She needed to figure out a way to tell him that sometime.
She said goodbye to Hodges and checked with David if it was okay to use his phone to call her brother. She didn’t have his number memorized, so she dialed the main business line.
Her older brother answered right away. “Viveiros and Sons.”
“Stephen?” she asked, surprised. “Why are you answering this number?”
“Tilly? Why are you calling the office?”
Mati had long ago stopped trying to get her family to stop calling her by that name. It was what her father preferred, so she was stuck with it.
“It’s a long story. But where’s Mary? Does she have the day off?”
“What?” Stephen asked. “Oh, yeah, the day off. She has the day off.”
Mat
i frowned at the phone. “You okay? You sound weird.”
“No, I’m fine,” he said too quickly. “Why are you calling?”
“Mikey wants to talk to me and went off the deep end when I didn’t answer my phone. He drove out to the Lamont estate.”
Stephen sighed. “Mikey is an idiot.”
“Well, we know that,” Mati said. “Is he there?”
“No. Not right now. He’s out teaching…uh, the new guy his route.”
“Oh. I didn’t think Mikey was still driving. I thought he was too busy in the office.”
“We both do routes all the time,” Stephen said sharply. “I have a meeting at the bank today, so he offered to train Frankie.”
Mati’s brain screeched to a halt.
“Did you say Frankie?”
Reese and David’s murmured conversation came to an abrupt halt.
“Uh, yeah.” Stephen sighed. “Dad kind of insisted, and he was willing to work for cheap, so…”
“So, you hired the guy who stalked your sister because there’s a profit in it for you?”
“You know what?” Stephen snapped. “There’s a lot going on that—just trust me. This made sense. He’s not going to have any reason to go near you, and I’ll keep an eye on him, okay? And I’ll tell Mikey to leave you alone.”
Mati’s heart hurt, because she didn’t trust him. Or her father. Not with this. Look what they’d done already.
“Okay,” she said evenly, clinging to her dignity alongside the boulder of old hurts lodged in her chest. “Email if you need anything. My phone is broken.”
“Will you be home soon?”
Mati wished she could say never. At some level, she knew those were her hurt feelings talking. She loved Sydney. Her friends. And her family, as best she could, knowing they’d never love her back the way she deserved.
“I don’t know when we’ll be back. We have some things to take care of first.”
“Where are you?”
“I have to go. Send Mom and Dad my love.”
She hung up and shoved David’s phone into his hand. When she could speak without a tremor in her voice, she said, “You should tell Chance that Frankie got a new job.”
David and Reese pulled her into a hug.
“I’m sorry,” Reese said, his lips pressed to her hair.
David kissed her temple. “Me, too.”
