Finding Her

"I'm not sure I've ever had wine." She told him as he poured them a small glass of it.
"You'll need to sip it, as drinking too fast causes drunkenness."
She took it and smiled. "Aiden, will the soldiers hunt you forever?"
He scoffed, "We don't need to worry over them today. Today is ours. Besides, they will have the Indians to worry over soon, I'm sure of that."
She nodded, "You're right."
Mischievously she bent her head and kissed his shaft. He was shocked, and more than a little pleased at her boldness.
"I want my husband again," she ran her fingers over him there, looking, moving him slowly up and own, and watching his smile spread.
"Come here, I want to look upon you, touch you."
She smiled, "I would enjoy that."
She crawled closer to him, but he turned her on her side, as his hand went over her from her shoulder to her hip. Then he let his hand run over her buttocks and she sighed.
"I love the way you touch me…"
"Good, because I plan on doing a lot of it."
"I am glad I please you," she kissed his lips with a fever.
"Please me, you don't realize how much I enjoy just looking at you. You are so beautiful, so little, so dainty, so mine!" he growled and bent to kiss her breast once more.
"Oh," she leaned back and gave him compete control over her. "And I love your lips there, it feeds the fire in my tummy."
No sooner had she said that than he went lower, his mouth finding her soft love nest. He parted her legs, his lips going up and down them, every inch of her. She spread them and allowed him every advantage. He kissed her foot and marveled at how small they were. His lips going over each toe, slowly, sucking.
She squirmed, "You are quickly building a fire you must put out."
He chuckled. But his head dipped once more to make love to her very core. His tongue moved slowly, tasting, testing, nudging her there, as she squirmed against the bed, her hands going to the mattress to grip it as he pleasured her for a long time until she reached a wild orgasm that had her raising herself to him. "Oh, my love, how can I ever get enough of you."
Before he knew what hit him, she had his shaft gliding inside her hot love nest, and she moaned the pleasure it gave her as she moved sinuously against him. She began to pull him with her muscles inside her, deep inside her. She wrestled her body on the bed and sighed. "We may have children much too soon, as I won't be able to keep my hands off my new husband."
"I like the sound of that too."
"I want children, many, but I want you now!"
"I'm your sweetheart, I always have been. You wrapped me around your finger a long time ago, you know."
He looked at her body, sweat made her slick to the touch, and he took her wildly as he watched her breasts tighten and her body move toward him with an abandon. She was entranced with his lovemaking, she let go of all her shyness now and responded like a woman in the throes of passion. Her muscles began to control him now, pulling him deeper inside her, as though she could not get close enough. She moaned and called his name and kissed his body freely. He'd never seen a woman so free in love making, and he gloried in it. He went deeper, ever deeper filling her with the love she sought.
When they finally climaxed, he held her closer, kissing her everywhere as the tides of love swept over them like a storm. The wildness of their lovemaking was as sweet as a feathered kiss.
His mustache and shadow made her cheeks and lips raw, but she didn’t' mind. She couldn't get enough of his kisses.
They collapsed into each other, holding each other as though their lives depended on it.
"I love you Lucy, and I always will." He murmured in her hair.
"Oh Aiden, I'm so glad I'm finally yours."
"We were meant to be together from the start, you know that don't you?" he whispered.
"Yes, I felt it Aiden. All those years of teasing and flirting with each other. God, I loved you."
"I loved you too, sweetheart. Sometimes I even felt guilty for loving you like I did. You were so young. I couldn't wait for you to grow up. I gotta admit, it did shock me when I heard you married."
She stopped and took his head in her hands and stared into his eyes. "Do not be jealous of Claw Hand. We did not love like this. Ours was not consummated. I did not love him that way. Nor he me. He simply saved me from Long Knife."
"But when I heard, I naturally thought… "
"I am sorry. I loved you truly Aiden. But…. In reality I thought you would find a white woman to love. I never thought we would be together, there was too much turmoil all the time around us. I wanted you Aiden, I dreamed about you. Even married to Claw Hand, I dreamed about you. I felt so guilty, but you'd been gone so long, and I thought you found another."
"I know. I had a few bar maids. But they were not what I really wanted."
"The Creator knew better than we did that we would be together."
"Yes, he did. You are mine now, never forget it!" he told her, kissing her deeply.
"I have never forgotten Aiden. Never. And I'm glad you had your bar maids, it has made you into a lover I cannot compare."
"We understand each other so well. We fit together so well. And we have loved for so long… "
"Yes, it is true…. Even at ten, I loved you. But I knew it was not to be then. At sixteen, I had hoped. But still you did not claim me… "
"You were so young, so damned beautiful. You had a life there in the village. You'd adjusted to that life and I didn't want to drag you away."
"And now?" she asked.
"Now, there is no reason not to claim you. When you fell out of that tree, I knew you were mine. I knew it!"
She smiled, "I could not hide any longer how I felt."
"Neither could I." he smiled sexily at him.
"Are you hungry?"
"Famished."
"I will fix us a meal now."
"Good, I'll start a fire and warm this place up a bit."
She threw on another dress that was folded neatly at a chair on the other side of the room. Mrs. Ferguson must have put it there for her.
She stood in the doorway, "I love you Aiden, I always have, and I always will!"
"I feel the same, sweetheart, the very same." His glance devoured her, she smiled.
She blushed and went to fix something to eat. She cut the ham, and heated the beans, there was a pan for cornbread, so she made that. Everything they could need was provided, all by the Fergusons. She owed them greatly, but she knew that as they aged, she would take care of them and it made her feel as though she had a family now.
She wrapped her arms around her and remembered their lovemaking and sighed happily. She blushed when she realized how wild she had been in his arms, but she wasn't sorry. She had to show him how much she loved him. She could not be ashamed of that. He was her husband now, and they belonged to each other. She knew she would never love any man as deeply as she loved Aiden.
Chapter Twenty-One
For the next three days Aiden and Lucy, made love several times a day, talked and were completely absorbed in each other. It was what Aiden called becoming as one. There was little doubt about how they looked at things, what they thought, or how they acted or reacted to one another. They knew each other, unlike most that had to learn.
The harmony between them was natural and they knew they were together in life. They knew there would be strife.
"They are gonna keep looking for me," Aiden told her.
"They will not find you!" She promised him.
"If only there was some way to clear my name." Aiden told her.
She hugged him, "We will ask the Creator to help us."
He nodded. "He may be the only one that can."
"Let's go home and talk to everyone. It's time, sweet one, but I hate leaving our paradise."
She smiled, "Wherever you are is paradise, to me."
He chuckled. "God, I love you woman."
"Let us now pray to th
e Creator that he blesses our marriage and that he can right this wrong."
Aiden took her hand, as she guided him to the front room. They both got on their knees and began to pray. After a short while they stood up. She smiled at him, "I love you, my husband. To pray with me means so much to me. The Creator has smiled upon us and everything will work out. I know it."
He took her face in his hands and his thumb rubbed her cheek. His eyes devoured her, "I never prayed with anyone else before. I felt the blessing too."
"Aiden, I have seen something."
"What?"
"There will be a great war Aiden, you cannot stop it nor can I. The yellow hair will lead it on the white side, Sitting Bull will lead on the Indian side. It will not go well."
Aiden stared, "You've seen this."
"Yes."
"Colonel Gibbon?" he asked.
"No, he will live. It has to do with Custer, something is very wrong… "
"When?"
"I do not know, but it gathers now."
Aiden nodded. "I've tried to warn Marsh, but he will not listen."
"This great battle that comes will be remembered. It will be a moment of glory for the Indians and a moment of death for the whites. Other leaders will gather for this battle, but it will mark the beginning and the end for the Indians, even though they will be the victors."
"Why, other than revenge will this happen?"
"Because, the white's found gold, and they want the land that they gave to The Great Sioux Reservation back and will eventually take it. They will war with my people and my people will lose. The whites will take the land the miners are infiltrating the Black Hills now. Washington is not stopping this, and for two years this war will be fought, and the whites will win. A group of leaders under Red Cloud have gone to Washington to try to stop this war. It will do no good. The white army cannot stop the settlers and at some point, do not try."
"My God, you saw all of this."
"Yes, your treason will be forgotten as the wars are fought."
"And the white settlers that have no part in all of this, will they be killed?"
"No, death will come to Custer, there is no doubt of it, and his men will suffer from his need of glory, and fame. He will succeed with the fame. His name along with Sitting Bull will go down in history. But it will take time for the truth of these battles to come out."
Aiden shook his head. "Does it trouble you sweetheart to see so much?"
"Yes, but I know I cannot change it. As your bible says, "Be still."
Aiden nodded.
"Let's go home, sweetheart, we have a lot of living to do."
"And we will face everything together."
"Can you see our future?" he asked as he stopped in the doorway.
"We will have a long and good life together my love. And we will enter the gates of heaven together too."
"I love you Lucy…"
"I know, you have proved it many times and many ways. Our love is strong, God blesses us."
He kissed her warmly on the lips, "We'll face whatever comes with boldness, honesty and love. When things die down, people forget, I'll take you to your parents grave and the grave of the White Silver Fox." He promised.
She nodded, glanced one more time at the cabin, then they went home. Happiness and love followed them even though the sadness of history was part of their lives, and in their hearts.
And the Legend of the White Silver Fox was told in many teepees for many years on the Lakota and Cheyenne Reservations.
