Arranged Page 10

“Why, Mr. Andrews, it seems you’re excited to see me again,” I teased.

“It would appear that I am, Mrs. Andrews.”

Brushing his lips over mine again, he kissed my jawline. I shuddered, breathless, as he leaned down to cup both my breasts in his hands. Pinching my nipples, he dipped his head to kiss each one of them before taking one between his teeth to bite down gently.

“Ahhh.” My moan sounded erotic, uncontrolled, releasing something I’d never imagined I’d ever feel—abandon, a kind of heady, no-looking-back passion that was all-consuming.

“That feels good, doesn’t it, Mrs. Andrews?”

“Yes,” I conceded, relishing in the surprising new me who blossomed in the sudden freedom.

Moving to my other nipple, he bit down again, and I groaned.

“Let’s see how wet you are, Mrs. Andrews,” he said as his fingers found my folds. Sam slipped two fingers inside me while biting my nipple, and I thought I would implode right then and there.

“Not so fast, Mrs. Andrews. I’m not finished with you.”

  I whimpered.

Sam began to finger fuck me, slowly and with measured strokes that found every sensitive spot with relentless precision.

“So, fucking beautiful,” he whispered against my breasts. I overflowed with emotion. I’d never felt this amazing in all my life, and it was as if nothing else existed beyond that moment. Sam slid his fingers from the depth of my core, bringing them to my mouth.

  “Open,” he commanded.

I did as he said, opening my mouth. He slid his two fingers inside.

  “Suck,” he commanded again.

I did. I licked and sucked, tasting myself in my own mouth. It was incredibly arousing, and anticipation began to build at the base of my abdomen.

His hands were on my ass, now, gripping it tightly as he moved me closer to him. Caught up in his mesmerizing green eyes, I didn’t notice when his finger reached the entrance to my ass. My eyes widened suddenly as I flexed. His fingers continued to circle my entrance.

“I want you there one day, Mrs. Andrews. Not now, but one day I will have this delectable ass when you’re ready. When you trust me.”

As he explored the entrance to my ass, my nerve endings were on full alert. Wetness gushed between my legs. He shifted his hands back to my breasts, pinching each nipple between his fingertips as he claimed me with his mouth. By now, I was hyper-sensitive to his touch and arched back, wanting his mouth on my nipples. He obliged, sucking each one, taking his time, not ignoring one in favor of the other. Every muscle in my body tensed as his teeth clenched down, just a little harder this time, on my already ripe nipple.

  “Feels good, doesn’t it, Sydney?”

  “Yes.”

“When you’re ready, I’ll show you just how good it can be.”

I didn’t know how it could get any better, but at this point, I was open to anything.

He lifted me by my ass and set me on all fours before him. Burning with need for him to enter me, I moaned when I heard the rip of the condom wrapper. His hand caressed my ass cheek softly.

“So soft and smooth,” he murmured.

Placing himself behind me, he entered me slowly.

“Sam, oh God, that feels amazing,” I cried out.

He moved slowly in and out of me, as if he were deliberately trying to torture me. I felt his hot breath on my back as he leaned over me, his fingers finding my sensitive nub.

  “Ah!”

“Don’t hold back, Sydney. I want all of you.”

Pumping harder, he continued to stroke my nub. Quivers gripped my body as my climax climbed to the surface.

“That’s it, Sydney. Let it go.”

He thrust into me, harder and deeper, and I couldn’t hold on any longer. I cried out breathlessly.

Sam fell over the edge with me, both of us overcome with the power of our orgasms.

We both collapsed on the bed, him on top of me, both of us breathless. I felt him rise. He slid both of his hands over my ass cheeks, leaned down, and kissed each one of them before getting up and entering the bathroom. I lay there, wasted. Had I really just had sex that many times? Never mind that, had I really had that many orgasms in one session?

Holy hell, that was incredible! I felt myself drifting off to sleep, tired yet satiated from our activities. I knew I should probably get up and go to my own room. It would be awkward waking up in his bed in the morning, even though I’d asked him to let me sleep there. That was the last thought I remembered before falling into a deep sleep.

  Chapter Eleven

I opened my eyes, not recognizing where I was. It took me a minute to get my bearings. Realizing I was in Sam’s room, I sat up quickly, looking for my clothes. Scanning the room, I realized with a sinking heart that they were nowhere to be found. Just as I was about to pop out of bed naked, the door opened.

  “Good Morning, Mrs. Andrews.”

  “Good Morning, Loretta.”

“Mr. Andrews asked me to bring you breakfast.”

I hid my disappointment that it wasn’t Sam bringing me breakfast. I wasn’t sure what I expected, but the disappointment hit me hard. Reality filtered through the haze of pleasure that had cocooned me all night.

“Thank you, Loretta. I appreciate it. What time is it?”

  “It’s nine thirty”

“Nine thirty! Holy shit, I’m late for work. Excuse me. I’m sorry, Loretta. I just can’t believe I slept so late.”

“Mr. Andrews has taken care of everything Mrs. Andrews. He asked that you be downstairs by eleven. Is there anything else I can get you?”

“Um, no. Thank you. This looks wonderful.”

“There are towels in the linen closet in the bathroom. Your closet is the first door on the left. He said to dress for warm weather. I’ll leave you to your breakfast.” She closed the door gently behind her.

“My closet is the first door on the left? What the hell?”

I set my tray of breakfast on the nightstand and walked to the bathroom. I was curious, and as I opened the door to ‘my closet,’ I gasped. Clothes, shoes, purses…everything I could possibly need as a woman was behind door number one. Naked, I walked inside the large space. This could have been another bedroom. Slowly taking in my surroundings, I noticed everything in the closet was brand new.

I jumped when I heard Sam clear his throat behind me.

“If anything doesn’t fit we can exchange it.”

“Sam. You startled me. What is all of this?”

  “This is your wardrobe.”

“What do you mean, this is my wardrobe? I have my own clothes. I don’t need new ones. Although they are beautiful.”

“Sydney, as my wife, you’ll attend hundreds of dinners, galas, parties, and the like. You need a wardrobe to do that. There’s nothing wrong with your wardrobe, I merely added to it.”

“But why are they in here? I thought I had my own room?”

“I couldn’t very well tell John to put them in the guest room as that’s where my newlywed wife sleeps.”

  “True.”

“It is true. Have you had breakfast?”

“Not yet. I got sidetracked when Loretta explained my closet was the first door on the left.”

“I see. Well eat up. We’re leaving at eleven.”

“Where are we going? What about my work?”

“Emily took care of it. You have two weeks off for our honeymoon.”

  “What? Two weeks—Sam, I can’t.”

“The way I see it is, you absolutely can. I went to see my grandfather early this morning. He’s doing much better. He’s thrilled we’ve been married. He told me to take you away somewhere fabulous, so that’s what I’m doing.”

I was at a loss for words. How was this my life right now?

“You might want to shower and get dressed, Mrs. Andrews, before I devour you again and we miss our departure time.”

  Feeling playful, I replied, “I wouldn’t mind.”

“We can make up for it on our honeymoon. Now, go get ready, you little minx.” He chuckled as he walked out of the closet.

Back in the bedroom, I went in search of coffee. Loretta didn’t disappoint. She’d made sure I had a small pot of black coffee all to myself. I poured a cup and sipped it greedily. The warm liquid tasted amazing on my tongue. Once into the bathroom, I studied myself in the mirror. I didn’t look any different—not that I could notice, anyway—but I certainly felt different. I felt…I wasn’t sure I could put it into words. How did you put the best night of sex you’d ever had into words?

  “Mrs. Andrews?”

“Yes,” I called from the bathroom.

“I just wanted to check to see if you were through with breakfast.”

I popped my head around the corner, covering my body with the wall. “I’m just having coffee for now, Loretta. I’m sorry.”

“No bother at all. You better get a move on, young lady. Mr. Andrews hates to be late.” She winked at me before sliding out the bedroom door with my breakfast tray.

After taking a few minutes to finish my coffee, I turned on the shower. Walking under the warm spray of the water, I moaned gratefully. It felt absolutely heavenly. I took my time, washing my hair and shaving my legs. I turned the water off reluctantly and stepped out, finding a fluffy grey towel on the small bench beside the shower. Drying myself, I walked back into ‘my closet,’ still struggling to get my head around the amount of clothing inside this place. I decided on a soft blue sundress with spaghetti straps, nude wedge sandals, and a white cardigan, just in case I got chilled which I normally did when the sun went down. I found a hairdryer under the sink in the bathroom and dried my hair, contemplating my current reality. A year from now, I would be back to where I came from—a little richer, which would be nice, but a changed woman forever.

  “Sydney?”

Desire rose up within me when I heard his voice. It was as if my body had a mind of its own. There was no controlling it. My heartrate accelerated, and my palms grow moist. I was unsure of how to behave in front of him now. Sam had warned me not to open this door. Unlike most men, I was unable to compartmentalize and put my feelings aside for the sake of sex. How did men do that, anyway? How were they able to remain unattached after such an intimate connection? I knew I shouldn’t have opened that door, yet there I was, having swung it wide open. I practically jumped right through it. For the sake of this arrangement, did I want to continue down this path? Would I regret my decision if I did? I didn’t know if I could shut it, now that I had opened it.

  “Yes, I’m almost ready.”

“The car will be here in fifteen minutes.”

“Okay. I just have to put my makeup on, but I have no idea where that is at the moment.”

His handsome frame came into view in the mirror in front of me.

“It’s in the drawer to your left.”

“Is there anything you didn’t take care of?” I teased.

  “Not likely.”

“Give me five minutes. I’ll be ready.”

“I’m holding you to your word, Mrs. Andrews.”

“What will you do if I break my word, Mr. Andrews?”

“That’s for me to know and you to find out, Mrs. Andrews.”

  “Is that a dare?”

Our eyes locked on one another in the mirror. Electric currents sizzled in the air between us like heated specters of last night’s passion.

His reply was low and husky. “Be careful of the door you open, Mrs. Andrews.”

With that, he turned and walked out of the bathroom. Aroused but unsure I wanted to see what was behind door number two, I applied my makeup hurriedly. I made it downstairs with five minutes to spare, and Bear bounded toward me.

“Hey there, big boy. Where did you sleep last night?”

“He was with me,” explained John. “We had a fun sleepover, isn’t that right, Bear?”

Bear barked, wagging his tail at John.

“It would seem he agrees, John,” I said, laughing.

“Don’t worry Mrs…I mean, Sydney. I’ll take good care of him while you’re away. Your mom and sister said they would stop by as well, so he could see some familiar faces.”

“Thank you, John. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that.” Turning to Bear, I hugged his neck hard. “You be a good boy, okay? I’m going to miss you more than anything. Don’t forget about me.”

He lapped up all the attention from me, his tail wagging as if he actually understood what I’d said to him—which of course, I believed he did.

“I filled him in on our plans, didn’t I, boy?” Sam explained as he gave Bear some scratches under his chin.

“Your car just arrived, sir. I’ll load your luggage.”

“Thank you, John. Ready to go, Mrs. Andrews?”

“Luggage? I didn’t even pack,” I commented, this little detail suddenly intruding through what still felt like a haze of unreality.

“It’s all been taken care of, Mrs. Andrews. No need to worry,” Loretta assured me.

“Well then, I guess I am ready to go,” I announced playfully.

A very long, black stretch limo was waiting outside for us. My mouth gaped open.

  “Sam! A limo?”

  “You think it’s too much?”

“Yes. I absolutely think it’s too much, but I also think it’s so much fun. Thank you,” I exclaimed, leaning up to kiss him lightly on his mouth.

“Let’s go have some fun, Mrs. Andrews.”

The driver opened the back door for me. Climbing in, I noticed a bottle of iced Perrier Jouet waiting for us. Sam climbed in next to me. I’d decided earlier, while I was getting ready, that I would once again embrace this time with Sam and simply live in the moment. If I thought too far ahead, I would only get anxious over how my heart might shatter into a million little pieces when he left me to go back to his life. Having had a taste of a passion and intimacy that I never ever dreamed was possible, I wanted to grab hold of it and hang on for as long as I could. To live every moment of it in full, and to hell with the consequences.

Handing me a glass of champagne, he smiled seductively.

“Cheers. To my amazingly beautiful, surprisingly voracious wife.”

“Cheers, to my handsome, insatiable husband.”

After clinking our glasses together, we both took long sips of our bubbly.

“Thank you for last night,” I whispered, not making eye contact with him.

Taking my chin in his hand, he turned my face so I looked him directly in the eye, then dipped his head, taking my mouth with his.

“I should be thanking you, Mrs. Andrews,” he protested, his eyes locked on mine. “It meant more to me than you’ll ever know.”

I suddenly felt shy, my face on fire. I was glad for Charlie’s intrusion.

“Sir, we’ll arrive in five minutes.”

  “Thank you, Charlie.”

Literally five minutes later, we arrived at Sam’s private jet. The chauffer got out and opened our door for us.

“Mrs. Andrews, congratulations. Have a wonderful trip.”

  “Thank you, Charlie,” I stammered.

He grabbed our luggage out of trunk, bringing it to the man standing at the bottom of the plane’s stairs. The young man took our luggage and bounded up the stairs, disappearing inside the plane. He returned for the rest of our bags and, just as quickly, disappeared inside the plane again.

  “Hello, Mrs. Andrews. Congratulations!”

“Thank you, Sherri, but please call me Sydney. Mrs. Andrews is too formal for me,” I declared, still a little uncomfortable with the deference that seemed to surround Sam and everyone with him.

  “As you wish.”

“Is someone going to tell me where we’re going?” I looked from Sam to Sherri, hoping someone would quell my curiosity. “The suspense is killing me.”

“We’ve been sworn to secrecy, Mrs…Sydney.”

“Let’s get on the plane so we can get going, M
rs. Andrews.” We moved up the stairs to the plane, where the young man who took our luggage was waiting for us.

“Mr. and Mrs. Andrews, congratulations! There’s a bottle of champagne, chilled and ready for you.”

  “Thank you, Matthew.”

“You’re welcome, sir. Please let me know if you need anything else.”

“I think we’re all set for now. Thank you.”

Sam helped me to the seat next to the window and sat beside me.

  “I haven’t had a vacation in years,” I exclaimed.

“I think you’ll enjoy this one,” he assured me.

“I have no doubts, Mr. Andrews.” I leaned over and kissed him tenderly on the cheek.

  “What was that for?”

  “For being you.” I grinned.

Grinning back at me, he raised my hand to his mouth, kissing it tenderly.

“Settle in, Mrs. Andrews, we have a four-hour flight ahead of us.”

I had no idea where we were going, and I honestly didn’t care. Being with Sam was never dull. I knew the next two weeks would be fun, regardless of where we were.

“We’re here,” I heard him whisper in my ear. I must have fallen asleep after our champagne lunch.

  “Where?”

“Nice try, Mrs. Andrews.” He smirked at me. “Let’s get you out of this plane.”

“Okay. When are you going to tell me where we are?”

“You’ll find out as soon as we step out of the plane. Ready?” He reached for my hand, and I happily took his in mine. I loved the feeling of contact between us. Each time I touched him, my pulse quickened, bringing back memories of last night. I didn’t mind it one bit.

Stepping off the plane, I smelt the salt of the ocean. Noticing a man at the end of the stairs, holding a sign, I squinted so I could make out the words.
