David was quiet for a moment, and then he spoke. “I think you should invite her out here. She can stay with us. When she’s ready, we can introduce her to Paul.”
“I was hoping you would say that.” Colleen set the letter down and walked over to David. She leaned over and gave him a quick kiss. “Have I told you yet today how much I love you?”
David pulled her back for another kiss. “I'm not sure. Maybe you should tell me again.”
“I love you, David Donovan,” she said happily.
And then he kissed her…
