Lenora listened, wide-eyed. Was it who she thought it was?!
“I woke up in the morning and remembered the dream,” her mother continued. “I noticed that I felt rested, and my muscles no longer ached. I wondered whether perhaps it was not a dream. So I tried to get up… and I could!” She took Lenora’s hand and squeezed it. “I think it wasn’t a man but a healing spirit. A messenger from Arian himself.”
“What did he look like?” Lenora asked. “Do you remember?”
“He had long hair, fine features and large eyes that seemed to gleam a little bit in the dark. I think he had a scar on his cheek, but I’m not sure, I might have dreamed that up later.”
