She was greeted by a deep, eerie, darkness. It felt like it was slowly wrapping around her. There were no way for her to understand it, but she knew it before she felt it. He was here, this was a trap, and she played right into it. The ropes closed around her shoulders, the gun flung from her hands as if it were a mere toy. He was quick; she had never seen anyone move so fast. He tied her in no more than a second, but to her it felt like eternity. There was no sound… no scream… no feeling that could describe what she felt at this moment. The last thing she saw was his fist. She did not feel pain from the blow to the head, but the darkness that she fell into was a welcome relieve from the starving, touchable evil darkness inside the room…
“Now you are mine…” he whispered into her ear, as she ascended into darkness.
