About the Author
CYNTHIA OZICK is the author of numerous acclaimed works of fiction and nonfiction. Her essay collection Quarrel & Quandary won the National Book Critics Circle Award, and Fame & Folly was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize and a winner of the PEN/Diamonstein-Spielvogel Award for the Art of the Essay. She has been a finalist for the National Book Award, the Man Booker International Prize, and the Orange Prize. Her writing has appeared in The New Yorker, Harper’s Magazine, the New York Times Book Review, and elsewhere. She lives in Westchester County, New York.
