Harrison stroked her hair gently. “This is our last night we can see each other before the wedding. Let’s do everything we planned. Forget about that nasty, venomous bitch. We are about to have the night of our dreams.”
Reese smiled and saw the love shining in his beautiful hazel eyes. “Absolutely. Wait here, baby.” Reese jumped up to retrieve the lingerie she had bought.
A few moments later, Harrison had all the lights dimmed, and he waited to see his beautiful bride-to-be.
Reese appeared again a few minutes later wearing the same black silk robe, except her lips were a glossy-red and her hair was freshly brushed and shining. She wore black-seamed stockings and six-inch black heels.
“Hey, handsome, you know how much I love you?” She quickly played a seductive song on her phone.
Harrison leaned back and watched as Reese slowly teased him. She slid her robe off to reveal a black leather corset. Her breasts looked enormous as the corset pushed them up and over the top of the garment. Her panties were a strip of black lace, and she had garters holding up her black stockings. Truly, she looked magnificent. Everything he’d fantasized and wanted was right here in this one perfect woman. As she sashayed to the music, he inhaled her perfume, gazed at her perfect ass shaking to the music, and watched her enormous breasts as she bent down right in front of his face.
Finally, after agonizing torture, she slowly peeled off her panties, draping them across his face. Tossing them aside, he could wait no longer and lunged for her.
“Not yet, Harrison,” she said in protest.
His desire ignited, he ignored her protests. He kissed her savagely on the mouth and pulled on her corset until her huge breasts popped out, which further incensed him. Grabbing each one, he squeezed mercilessly until she cried out. He mouthed each nipple, flicking it with his tongue and swirling it around until they were so hard they tingled with delicious pain. Reese moaned. He fingered the garters holding up her stockings. Feeling the wet heat emanating from her core, he moaned, feeling his own hard arousal.
Pushing her to the thick carpet, he fell upon her with hungry lips, kissing her and devouring every inch of her. Reese cried out with pleasure, her head pulled back and her long nails dug into the carpet. Violently, he pulled her legs apart and plunged his face into the apex of her legs. With deliberate slowness, he dragged his tongue back and forth between her folds, licked the velvety softness of her firm thighs, and finally peeled back the soft petals of her lips, exposing her sweet pink core. His tongue touched her most delicately, playing her sex like a fine instrument. Reese writhed about with pleasure. “Oh, my God, Harrison, that feels so amazing…” she whispered, curling her hands into his hair. “I can’t stand it.” His lips and tongue continued teasing her core and sucking her soft lips, feeling her arousal soak his face. Her sweetness dripping on his tongue, he devoured her. She tasted so sweet, so completely delicious, he could hardly take it. He wanted all of her. Every inch, every curve, every drop of her sweet nectar. With his finger, he began tenderly flicking her clit. She cried out loudly. Soaking his finger with her arousal, he slipped it inside her and slid it in and out of her, teasing her G-spot and making her core pulsate.
Reese moaned and pulled him up to her own greedy mouth. Her lips sought his over and over again. His brief stubble rubbed hard on her cheek, but she ignored the discomfort. Her tongue sought out his mouth and she licked her own salty-sweet arousal from his lips. Her breasts pressed tightly against his muscular chest, and she felt more orgasms building within her. Harrison moaned loudly, and Reese reached down to caress him with her hand. She gasped as she felt how immense he had become. She had never felt him this big before. He felt scorching hot and pulsated in her hand. She gave him a tight squeeze and he groaned deeply. “Reese, that feels so good. Keep going. Do what you want.”
Gripping him tightly in her fist, Reese climbed atop him. Squatting down, she slowly started to slide his immense member inside her. First, she took his swollen head inside her wet and hot sex. Feeling himself inside her, Harrison swelled even more. Reese felt how big his head was and kept holding him there for several agonizing seconds. She rolled her hips around, savoring each inch of him. Harrison felt himself go into orbit. He couldn’t take it. His desire was inflamed and his blood felt like fire in his veins. Reese’s tight, wet lips gripped his huge head. He ached for her to take it all in.
However, Reese wasn’t finished quite yet. Her large breasts lushly hung in his face as she squatted over his erection. Her own arousal dripped down over him, and he nearly went mad with desire. “Reese, please, I can’t stand it… fuck me already.”
Reese smiled, her eyes bright with desire. “Not yet, baby. I will.” She allowed herself to slide a few more inches down. She flexed her muscles, and he felt her pulsate on him. His eyes rolled back inside his head as he waited in agonizing pleasure for her to allow him inside her completely. His hands caressed her tight ass, and he reached up to grab her breasts, pinching each nipple ruthlessly. Reese winced from the pain, but she didn’t let him in all the way yet. She began to slide up then go down about halfway. The teasing was driving them both crazy. Finally, after several minutes, Reese slid all the way down, sinking him deep inside her.
Harrison groaned very loudly. “Oh, my God.”
She felt like liquid-hot silk inside. Her sex gripped him tightly as she slid up and down his immense member. He grabbed her hips and began to bounce her up and down. Her big breasts jiggled in his face. Reese threw her head back and savagely rode him. As she came, Reese’s eyes rolled back into her head. She felt a tremendous rush of arousal flow from her, soaking his hardness. Feeling how wet she was, Harrison could no longer control himself. He felt an enormous rush of pleasure and he let go. Pumping hard with each orgasmic pulsation, she felt as though he was going to split her in two.
As she fell next to him on the floor, Reese felt completely sated. Ava spoke such bullshit saying this wasn’t what she needed. Harrison was all she would ever want or need. She kissed him and saw he was already asleep. Looking down at him sleeping peacefully, his face smeared with bliss, she knew he was her Prince Charming. Everything they had done had been worth it. Still nude, Reese walked outside onto the terrace and felt the soft breeze in her face, the stars shining down upon her. Those same stars are looking down on Ava, she thought, a few floors below. The thought made her shudder, but looking back at Harrison, she knew that she would be safe.
Chapter 51
In the Grand Suite a few floors down, Ava paced the floor, angrily clenching her fists. That little bitch Barbie. Who the fuck did she think she was? No one ever got the upper hand with her. She had worked jobs with men three times her size, and she had always managed to take care of them. That dumb blonde Barbie had actually slapped her! Glancing in the mirror, she saw a light bruising developing near her eye. Bitch! Ava punched the wall as hard as she could, causing her to cry out in pain. Shaking her hand vigorously, she looked down and saw it swelling with pain. This was most unusual. Very few things caused Ava pain, emotional or physical. Definitely never emotional. However, all she had been able to think about was that little Barbie ever since this afternoon. Her emotions were raging. Why her? Why had this dumb little Barbie made her so crazy with rage? As she recalled her big blue eyes staring up at her with fear and her hot body trembling with excitement, Ava became weak in the knees. This was a completely unfamiliar phenomenon to her. She was the spider; a deadly, venomous spider that lived only for the hunt. The only emotion she ever felt was the excitement of the kill and the pleasure that came with devouring prey. That was all. She could still smell Barbie’s scent all over her hands. Shaking her head, Ava regained her composure. Pulling the dark-red wig off her head, she undressed to take a shower. Grabbing a crystal tumbler, she emptied the last of a bottle of whiskey into it. Downing the glass, she jumped into the shower, feeling the hot water stream over her body. As she ran her hands over her body, she felt a deep tingling between her legs while thinking of how R
eese had squirmed beneath her and how big her breasts had felt in her hands. Ava could still taste Reese’s sweet, firm nipples in her mouth. To think that the little bitch was only a few floors above her head right now probably fucking that dumbass Harrison made her physically ill. Climbing out of the shower, she wrapped a fluffy towel around herself tightly. Grabbing her phone, she called the concierge.
“Can you connect me to a personal shopper please?”
The concierge provided her with a few names. Choosing one, she called her.
“Yes, I need a spectacular dress for a very special occasion. I need it tomorrow. Think something very elegant but sexy. Plunging neckline. I don’t care what designer as long as it’s ravishing. The Grand Suite at the Palazzo Hotel. I will be waiting.”
Yes, Ava thought, I may just have to look my best for a very special occasion.
Chapter 52
McCallister steered his Mustang into the parking lot of the Palazzo Hotel. Damn, this is a nice place, he thought. Harrison Grantham was one lucky asshole, but maybe not for long. He hummed to himself as he located the suite the soon-to-be Mrs. Grantham was staying in. The Grand Deluxe Suite was the biggest and most expensive suite they had. Of course, that’s where she would be staying, he thought.
A sharp knock at the door awoke them both. Fearing it was Ava, Harrison had his friend, Omar, answer the door. Seeing it was Detective McCallister, they reluctantly let him in.
“What the hell do you want, McCallister? Can’t you see I’m here enjoying a lovely day with my bride-to-be?”
Reese quickly tightened the silk robe, which covered her nakedness.
“Of course. I just wanted you both to know that I am re-opening the investigation into your late wife’s death, Mr. Grantham.”
Harrison paled. “What? Why?”
McCallister smiled. It was amusing to see this wealthy, arrogant asshole squirm. “We have new evidence suggesting foul play was involved.”
Reese swallowed hard and felt faint. “What are you talking about?” she asked.
McCallister’s eyes surveyed Reese in her black silk robe with her beautiful hair tangled. “Just that the cuts on Lisa’s wrists came from a razor that did not come from your home, as previously suspected. One of the medication bottles belonged to someone else as well. Lisa’s doctor only prescribed the Eschaliopram, not the tranquilizers.”
Harrison shook his head. “No, you’re wrong. This has already been ruled an accident. Opening this now will only cause more pain to my family. I demand you stop this immediately!” Harrison shouted.
McCallister smiled. “Don’t you want to know who killed your wife? Or do you already know because it was you or Ms. Vogel?’
Reese’s mouth fell open. Harrison’s hands clenched tightly into fists. “How dare you, detective. Get the fuck out of here, or I will have you thrown out. I will not have you threaten us. Remember, I have powerful friends too. I can have your badge.”
McCallister nodded. “Oh, I know you can, but I don’t think you will.”
Harrison’s eyes bulged, but he quickly regained his composure. “I don’t care what you do, McCallister. My fiancé and I are to be left alone. If you find anything of real significance, let me know. Otherwise, leave now. We are leaving the day after tomorrow for the Maldives. As you know, tomorrow is our wedding.”
McCallister pursed his lips. “I know. Believe me; it’s all over the news. Your wedding is nearly the American equivalent of the British royal wedding. Billionaires get married every day. Why is yours so special?”
“Maybe because we are a real life fairy tale.” Reese narrowed her eyes at him as she clung to Harrison’s arm.
McCallister smirked. “Yes, I’m sure that’s it, honey.”
They walked to the door. “Get out.” Harrison shouted at him.
“Don’t worry, Mr. Grantham, I will be in touch.” McCallister gave him another half grin and left.
Reese shivered, wrapping her arms around herself. “Harrison, he’s not going to give up, is he?”
Harrison waved his hands. “Fuck him. There is no way they re-opened that case. I don’t think Ava would’ve been so careless as to leave her own weapon at the scene. She’s much too shrewd for that.”
Reese nodded. “I agree. Ava is quite insidious. She isn’t one to leave something to chance, which is why I am terrified of her. I could hardly sleep knowing that she is just a few floors down from us!”
Pulling her into his arms, Harrison looked down at her blue eyes. “Let’s just go out on the terrace, order a marvelous breakfast and enjoy our last meal together before the wedding.”
Reese smiled and tightened the belt on her robe. “Sure, handsome, anything you like.”
Kissing passionately, they walked out onto the huge terrace.
“Just think, tomorrow night we will be dancing under the stars as husband and wife. You will finally be Mrs. Reese Amanda Grantham.” Harrison kissed her neck softly.
Reese beamed. “I can’t wait! You will love my dress! I’m so excited!”
Harrison smiled broadly back at her. “I love you, Reese baby. You are the woman of my dreams, my fantasies. I want to do everything with you.”
Tears welled up in her blue eyes. “Oh, Harrison, I love you so much too. You are the Prince Charming I have always dreamt of.”
Sitting down to breakfast, they forgot about Ava, Lisa, and Darrell. Today and tomorrow were about them and only them. No more terrible thoughts. Nothing could touch them. They were a modern fairy tale. Or so they thought.
Chapter 53
May 21st. Their wedding day had finally arrived. Before Reese left her suite, she strolled out onto the terrace and kissed Harrison’s picture on her phone. My love, she thought. She was so excited for their wedding she could burst with happiness! She clapped her hands like a little girl. Dancing around the terrace, she hugged herself with joy. This was the day she had dreamed of for so long. Harrison Grantham was going to be her husband! They were going to ride in a velvet-lined, vintage carriage that had once carried kings and queens to their weddings pulled by magnificent white horses. People were expected to line the streets to watch their wedding procession from the church to the reception site. All of Chicago’s elite were talking about it. Tons of photographers would be there. This was everything Reese had always wanted.
Harrison, too, woke up that morning elated. The most beautiful woman in the world was about to become his bride. He had not seen Reese’s gown, but he knew she would look spectacular in it. He could hardly wait to dance with her in his arms and make mad, passionate love to her on the plane on the way to the Maldives. She was his dream come true. Nothing could stop their happiness now. He had placed a few calls to the PD and found out that Lisa’s case had not been re-opened. McCallister was bluffing. He had also heightened security due to Ava’s presence in Chicago. He didn’t want to take any chances. He felt sure they were safe, but he wanted this wedding to be perfect for Reese. Looking at his phone, he texted her one last message before he left to go to the church.
Today you are finally my bride. I adore you, my blonde goddess. Can’t wait to see you in your dress. The world will finally know you are mine forever. I love you. H.
As Reese and her bridal party departed from the hotel, Ava watched with her spider-like, cruel, glittering eyes. A sharp knock at the door drew her away from the window.
Clutching her 9mm in her hand, she cautiously peered through the hole. “Who is it?” she called.
“It’s Sylvia Jameson from Nine Designs. You requested a gown.”
Ava lowered her gun and placed it in her bag on an end table. “Sure.” She opened the door to a very slender tall young lady. She was dressed quite stylishly in a blue Stella McCartney dress. Her light-brown hair had blonde highlights and hung loosely around her shoulders. Ava found her quite attractive, but as she spoke with her further, she discovered she was quite dull.
Sylvia brought out a beautiful, sweeping gown in red, which was covered in rhineston
es. Absolutely stunning, Ava thought.
“All the rhinestones are hand sewn. This is an original design. I’m sure it will fit you perfectly. In this dress, you will seem to be made of liquid fire.”
Ava stripped down right in front of Sylvia to her black lace bra and Brazilian-cut panties. She shimmied into the exquisite dress.
Admiring herself in the mirror, she let her long black hair hang loose down her back. The dress had a plunging neckline, which was cut low to show off a lot of cleavage. She looked breathtaking in the gown. Sylvia stared at her with her mouth agape.
Ava rolled her eyes. Another Barbie. “Close your mouth, honey, unless you want to go down on me…”
Sylvia raised her eyebrows. “Excuse me?”
Ava waved her hand. “Forget it. I was joking,” she said with a straight face.
Sylvia nodded, straightening the gown for Ava. “So what do you think? I have a pair of Louboutins that match this dress perfectly if you want.”
Ava agreed. “This is just what I wanted. Thank you.” She gave her a curt nod. Still wearing the gown, she fished several one-hundred-dollar bills out of her purse.
“For you,” she said, dropping the tip into her hand.
Sylvia’s eyes widened appreciatively. “Thank you, but the gown is–”
“–I know. I already took care of it with my card. You can leave now.” Ava walked her to the door.
Flustered, Sylvia gathered her things and left. Ava shut the door and went to the mirror to admire herself.
Well, Barbie, maybe you aren’t the fairest of them all, Ava thought, spinning around in the extravagant red gown.
Chapter 54
“Well, Tom, have you ever seen such a turnout for a wedding before here in Chicago?”
“No, Jessica, I surely haven’t. This is beyond anything Chicago has ever witnessed. To those of you just joining us, we are referring to the wedding of billionaire heir, Harrison Grantham, and former model, Reese Vogel. Grantham, as you will recall, tragically lost his wife last year.”
