He smirks and steps between my spread thighs. “I really am.”

I laugh, realizing I said it out loud, and when I meet his gaze, his eyes are full of amusement. They soon cloud with lust when I cup his sac with my palm. He feels good against my hand and the sight of his cock jerking the more I massage between his legs, gives me the confidence to lean forward.

“Oh fuck!” Kasey curses, as his legs lock when my intention is made clear.

I grin and holding his stare, I lick the precum from the crown. His stomach quivers and his fists clench at his sides. I love that I make him react in this way, so I do it again and feel the whole length of him bounce against my tongue.

“You need to stop,” Kasey hisses between clenched teeth, but does nothing to make me, so I continue licking him.

Trailing my tongue from crown to balls, Kasey groans and pants, his dick becoming harder, which I didn’t think was possible. I swirl my tongue around him and once I reach the head, I take just the tip inside of my mouth, wiggling my tongue into the slit.

He gasps and his whole body twitches and strains the more I suck, and then I remove my mouth and he sags in relief and frustration. I dip to his sac and massage his balls with my tongue before I slowly make my way back up to the weeping head.

“I’m going to blow you and then sleep.”

He chokes and gasps when I suck the majority of his length into my mouth. I don’t let up, and I increase the pressure around him, my fingers now digging into his ass.

“Felicity,” he mumbles, straining forward. “Felicity, fuck!” He holds onto my shoulders. “I can’t…Oh God, Felicity!” he practically roars as his release spills down my throat. I swallow everything he gives, continuing to suck and massage him with my tongue. “No more.” He heavily pants, managing to slip free of my mouth.

I meet his satisfied gaze and watch as he crawls on the bed beside me, and slumps onto his back. “Fuck me.”

Giggling, I strip, dropping my clothes to the floor for now and crawl up to join him, grinning when I see the smile on his lips and his eyes closed. “I thought I already had.”

He blindly reaches out and pulls me against him, but he curses again and sits up when he feels my naked form rub up against him. “Felicity, you are seriously killing me.” He closes his eyes and breathes before snapping them open again. “My intention tonight was to put you to bed to rest because I know that you’re tired, and we’re back at the hospital tomorrow…but, hot damn, you’re not making it easy.”

“No one ever said that anything worth having was easy.” I smile and watch him while his brain ticks over. “I also think that I give the best blowjobs ever. That was my first as well.”

His gaze narrows. “Please stop talking about blowing me. That isn’t helping.”

We glance down at his pelvis and he’s no longer satisfied.

He looks up to the ceiling and then moves, kneeling between my legs. Kissing my thigh, he mumbles, “I’m going to make you come so hard that you fall asleep straight afterward…then, I’m going to shower and rub one off so that I can sleep. You make me so damn horny that I can’t see straight.”

My eyes widen at his admission about the shower but I find that it turns me on as well, which I think Kasey catches.

He wraps his hand around his dick and starts stroking back and forth. “You like the sound of that, huh?”

Daring, I tease, “I really like the sound of you bringing yourself to orgasm over my boobs.” His body freezes at my words, so I continue, “And then I want you to rub your release into my skin. I want to get really dirty with you, Kasey De La Fuente.”

He opens and closes his mouth before he bursts out laughing and pounces on me. Before his lips seal over mine, he whispers, “I’m all for getting dirty with you.” His tongue pushes for access as I wrap myself around his body, his penis trapped between us, and it feels so good.

  Kasey

“Kasey,” Coach yells. “What the fuck is wrong with you?” He gets in my face and I’m not surprised because my performance on the ice this morning has been shit.

I sigh, knowing that I’m going to have to tell him about yesterday, which I didn’t want to do. It’s no secret that the Cleveland Flyers piss some of us off, and vice versa, but crap. I look around the ice and admit, “I was there yesterday when Blake Kelly got hit by that SUV.” I meet his stunned expression. “I helped and then went to the hospital with his sister and Roger Taylor.” I might as well admit the rest. “I offered them my place to crash so that they didn’t have the expense of a hotel while they wait for information on Blake.” I shrug, not yet ready to reveal that Felicity is mine.

Coach shakes himself and stares. “You did all that because Blake’s in the hospital? We are talking about the same man that has never had a good word to say about you?”

I slam my hands on my hips and glare. “I’m not an asshole. He’s unconscious with no feeling in his legs. His sister and friend needed a place to stay. I was there, so I offered. What the fuck is wrong with that?”

Coach narrows his eyes. “Nothing.” He smiles. “I’m just surprised.” He turns to head away and then turns back, thoughtful. “The sister’s pretty,” he comments, watching me closely, and then a smile spreads across his face. “Hmm…so that’s it.” He grins and shouts over his shoulder. “Take two days, then I want you back here with your head in the game. Big game coming up.”

“You fucking with Kelly’s sister?” Greg says eavesdropping, shock in his voice.

I turn slowly and face one of my teammates. “What’s it to you?”

  “You are?” Tate mumbles.

“Jesus fuck! What is wrong with everyone,” I fume, shoving through them as I skate to the opposite side where I’d left my gear.

The first thing I do is check my cell for messages and smile when I find one from Felicity.

Still no feeling. He’s pissed. Blamed you. I shouted at him. He calmed down. Frustrated more than anything. <3

I shoot off a quick reply.

  Be there soon. <3

“And another one bites the dust,” Diego drawls, and I have to blink a few times before I realize that it really is my brother standing in front of me.

“What the fuck are you doing here?” I ask, really surprised, but happy to see him.

He wraps me in a bear hug, slapping me on the back. “A little birdy told my wife that, and I quote, ‘The love bug has bitten Kasey on the ass’. So we decided that a trip to the Big Apple was needed.”

  “You’re shitting me?”

“Yeah, I am.” Diego grins. “Rae desperately wants to watch the Lion King on Broadway. She happened to mention to Andie about being here this weekend and that’s when Andie told her about the love bug.” He smirks. “So spit it out.” He folds his arms over his chest with a huge grin spreads across his face.

I roll my eyes and getting my blades off, slip my sneakers on. “I’ll introduce you guys, but don’t come on too strongly. Her brother was in an accident yesterday and he’s in the hospital. Can’t feel his legs, so they’re still running tests. She’s staying with me along with her brother’s friend.” I shrug as though it’s no big deal.

“I know you, Bro, and you’d help anyone out in the street, but you wouldn’t just have strangers in your place. She means a lot to you?”

“Yeah, she does.” I grin, and admit with a slight blush coating my cheeks, “I opened the closet a few times this morning just because her clothes were hanging up in there.”

He chuckles. “So Andie was right? She usually is.”

“Enough about me, where’s Rae?” I ask, gathering my bag and leading my brother outside into the cold, biting wind of New York.

“In bed.” Diego grins. “I tired her out.”

“Bro, not cool telling me that.” I shake my head.

“We’re still on our honeymoon.” He sighs. “I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of that woman.” He gives me an odd sideways glance. “If this woman makes
your heart pound…If you need her to breathe, then don’t let her go because you won’t find anyone else like her.”

I blink and stare at my younger brother. “You’re full of surprises.” Opening my truck, I shove my gear in the back and wait for Diego to join me in the cab. “You staying in the hotel next door to me?”

“Yeah. Planned on staying at your place for all of two seconds, then decided I wanted my wife all to myself.”

“Thank God for that. I sure as hell don’t want to be awake all night listening to you two,” I grumble and then become serious. “I love her.”

“Tell me something I don’t know.” He sits facing me. “You’ve been tired of being alone for a while, which you’ll never admit to, so the fact that you’ve fallen hard and fast is no surprise to me. Hell, I knew that Rae was going to be mine the minute I laid eyes on her.” He grins, obviously happy.

“I want everything with her. I’m just worried that she isn’t ready for everything that I want.” I grip the steering wheel. “She’s nineteen, Bro. Young. She’s happy that we’re living together, but I’m worried that she’ll end up doing whatever her brother wants her to do in the end. He raised her from the age of twelve, so they obviously have a close bond.”

“Andie said this woman seemed just as happy to find you again as you were to find her. Don’t dwell on trouble that might not even arise.”

“Since when did you get so good with advice?” I start the engine and feel relief as the warm air blows through the cab.

“Having to listen to my twin for years helped, and then Andie is forever giving her friends advice over the phone, and then of course there’s my sexy wife who loves to talk. I’m forever having a female voice yapping inside of my head.”

Bursting out laughing, I smirk. “Wonder if Rae will find that as funny as I do.” Shaking my head, I pull out of the lot.

“You’ll keep your mouth shut,” Diego grumbles, but with a sappy smile on his face.

“I’m going to drop you at the hotel and I’ll meet you later for an early dinner.” Quickly meeting his gaze before I concentrate on traffic, I add, “That okay with you guys?”

“Yeah, that’s what we’d planned to ask you, so we’re good.” He clears his throat. “Make sure you bring Felicity.”

“Ah, so that’s why you want to do dinner instead of keeping your wife to yourself, huh? You want to meet my woman.”

  “Damn straight.”

I shake my head. “I’m heading over to the hospital after I drop you off, so message me the details later and I’ll see what she’s doing. She may want to stay with her brother.”

  “I get that,” Diego agrees.

  Felicity

“Are you in pain?” I ask Blake who hasn’t acknowledged me since I came into his room. All he’s doing is staring out of the window while his fists clench the covers every now and again.

I’m so used to my brother being the strong one. The one who always has an answer. The one who is larger than life in a room full of people, and seeing him like this hurts. He’s shut me out and I hate that. I’m trying my best to understand him, but it isn’t easy. Blake always has something to say about everything, and I’m not only upset because he’s shut me out, I’m worried sick. He needs to fight, not give up, and I sure don’t know how to get him to do that.

The doctor has been in a few times since I arrived first thing this morning, and there’s one nurse who keeps popping in and out to check his vitals. Apart from turning his head and watching them with his eyes, he hasn’t spoken or really acknowledged anyone. Mainly me.

Letting the tears silently fall down my cheeks, I move so that I’m in his line of sight and lean against the windowsill. He closes his eyes but I’m not fooled. I’m starting to feel angry at his rejection, hurt that he could do this to me, and maybe a bit selfish that I’m thinking about myself right now, and what he’s making me feel.

Moving closer to the bed, I see his eyelids twitch and when I lean over and kiss his cheek, I feel him tense. “I know you’re awake,” I whisper. “I know you’re ignoring me, which is breaking my heart. I’m your sister and I love you. I’m not going to stop being here for you.”

A choked groan leaves his mouth and then his arms crush me to him. He doesn’t say anything and I keep quiet, not wanting to ruin whatever is going on with him right now. But he holds me tightly and eventually I feel wetness through my shirt and realize that he’s crying. My tears roll down my face and into his hair.

Very carefully, I cradle his head in my hands and hold him against me. The silence stretches and I have no idea how long we stay like this, but eventually he starts to pull himself together and I help him get comfortable again on the pillows. Grabbing a handful of tissues, I pass some to him and use some myself. We’re both a bit of a mess, but I’ll keep that quiet for now. I don’t think he’d appreciate the observation.

I move the chair so that I’m sitting against the bed and take his hand in mine. “Don’t shut me out again, okay? That’s something I can’t handle.” He winces but I have his attention. “You can’t push me away as easily as you could someone else. We’re family, so I’m afraid you’re gonna be stuck with me until we’re both old and sitting on rocking chairs on the front porch somewhere.”

His eyes finally show some mirth. “I didn’t want you to see me break,” he admits. “But you saw me anyway.”

I kiss his hand. “I’m glad you got it out. Perhaps now we can move forward and get you walking again.”

He tips his head to the ceiling. “What’s the team saying? Roger was being evasive when he was in before you got here.” His eyes swing to mine and I feel put on the spot, which I am anyway.

“Coach Reid will be here later this afternoon, and he’s going to check on what they’re doing for you. He can only stay the day though.” I offer him a wry smile. “You know he treats you like a son. He was pretty cut up when Roger called and told him.”

Blake closes his eyes. “It will be good to see him.”

I squeeze Blake’s hand and rest my head on the bed. “You need your family and friends around you to keep reminding you that you’re not alone.”

Feeling his gaze on me, I turn and hold his gaze. “I hate that I’m not able to look after you,” he admits, anguish lacing his voice. “New York isn’t a city for you to be wandering around.”

“Do you remember what we’d been talking about in the restaurant?”

His fists clench. “I remember. I also remember whom it is that you were talking about.”

“He’s a good man, Blake. A really good man. You only have the experience of playing on opposing teams, but if you give him a chance, for me, you’ll see that he really cares about me. I’m safe with him.”

He sighs and seems to be struggling to keep his eyes open. “I’m not going to argue with you. I don’t have the strength right now, which pisses me off. But as I’m stuck in here and he isn’t, I’m going to trust him to keep you safe. We’ll take it from there when I’m out of here.”

I smile and hide my surprise that he’s being easier to handle than usual, and from what Roger told me, he isn’t blaming anyone but himself for what happened. It’s a relief that he doesn’t blame Kasey, even though it was totally Blake’s fault.

My attention moves to the door as it slowly opens to reveal a woman. She looks to be in her forties maybe, with short dark hair. Her clothes are neat on her slender body, but her face looks as pale as the white blouse that she wears. “I just wanted to see him.” She swallows and looks nervously at the bed.

I follow her stare and realize that she has Blake’s full attention. “Do we know you?” I ask, not wanting to be rude but curious.

“I’m”—she clears her throat—“the driver of…I wanted to say that I’m so sorry, but it seems inadequate considering your injuries.”

Glancing at Blake, I catch his eye and I really hope that my brother doesn’t act like an idiot. I know he’s pissed and frustrated to be i
n this situation, but hopefully he still has a conscience.

He sighs and squeezes my hand. “You have nothing to apologize for. I’m the one who should apologize to you…I’m sorry. I was angry and didn’t think when I stepped in front of you. It was my fault, so please don’t feel guilty or anything.”

“I wasn’t expecting that,” she admits. “I’ll um, go. I can see that you’re tired. I just wanted to see you even though my husband told me not to.”

Blake stays silent so I jump in. “Thank you. We appreciate it but like my brother says, he was at fault, not you.” I smile. “He’ll bounce back. He always does.” I watch Blake and hear the door close behind me.

I walk over to him and kiss his cheek. “You can be sweet when you want to be.” I laugh when his eyes pop wide before he winces. “Sorry, I forgot you have a sore head.”

“And the huge bandage wrapped around my head doesn’t make it obvious?”

I roll my eyes and drop to the chair. “Wiseass. You need to sleep.”

He looks unsure. “You’ll be here when I wake up?”

Unable to resist, I lean over him again and wrap my arms around his shoulders. “I’ll be here. I promise.”

  He falls asleep within minutes.

All of a sudden I feel exhausted. I know it’s the worry and stress of Blake being injured, and it took a lot out of me at seeing how heartbroken he is over what’s happened. I’m glad I was here for him, but it hurt seeing my big, strong brother, so downtrodden.

He’ll get back on his feet if it’s the last thing I do, and I know that Kasey will be there for me to fall back on.

Smiling, I move over to the more comfortable chair and settle down thinking about Kasey. He makes me happy and I know that he’s happy to have me in his apartment. I caught him staring at my clothes in his closet with a silly grin on his face this morning. I like having them in there also, and before we left this morning, I slipped a hanger with a shirt on it between those of Kasey’s. I don’t have that much with me, but it’s still nice.
