  Morgan Sylvia is a writer, a metalhead, a coffee addict, a beer snob, an Aquarius, and a work in progress. A former obituarist, she lives in Maine and is now working as a full-time freelance writer. Her work has appeared in several anthologies, including Wicked Witches, Twice Upon An Apocalypse, and Northern Frights. In 2014, she released an apocalyptic horror poetry collection, Whispers From The Apocalypse. Her debut horror novel, Abode, was released from Bloodshot Books in 2017.   Barry Lee Dejasu lives with his wife in his native city of Providence, Rhode Island. He is a staff writer for the movie website Cinema Knife Fight, a member of New England Horror Writers, and a reviewer with New York Journal of Books. He is also a former contributing editor for Shock Totem Magazine and a staff writer for Modern Fix Magazine. He has had short fiction published in Shock Totem, Anthology, Year Three: Distant Dying Ember (2014, Four Horsemen, LLC), Wicked Witches (2016, NEHW Press), and the NecronomiCon Providence 2017 Memento Book.

  doungjai gam’s short fiction has appeared in LampLight magazine, Distant Dying Ember, Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep, and the Necon E-Books Best of Flash Fiction Anthology series. Born in Thailand, she’s spent most of her life in New England (outside of a brief stint in New Jersey, which doesn’t get talked about). She currently resides in southern Connecticut with author Ed Kurtz and her little black cat Oona and is at work on her first collection, glass slipper dreams, shattered.

  Jeremy Flagg is the author of the Children of Nostradamus dystopian science fiction series and Suburban Zombie High young adult humor/horror series. Taking his love of pop culture and comic books, he focuses on fast paced, action packed novels with complex characters and contemporary themes.

  James A. Moore is the author of over forty novels, including the critically acclaimed Fireworks, Under The Overtree, Blood Red, Blood Harvest, the Serenity Falls trilogy (featuring his recurring anti-hero, Jonathan Crowley) Cherry Hill, Alien: Sea of Sorrows and the Seven Forges series of novels. He has twice been nominated for the Bram Stoker Award and spent three years as an officer in the Horror Writers Association, first as Secretary and later as Vice President. Never one to stay in one genre for too long, James has recently written epic fantasy novels in the series SEVEN FORGES (Seven Forges, The Blasted Lands, City of Wonders and The Silent Army), and the third of his urban fantasy-crime novels in the Griffin & Price Series co-authored with Charles R. Rutledge, A Hell Within was released last October. He is working on a new series called The Tides Of War. The first book The Last Sacrifice, came out last year and the sequel, Fallen Gods, in January in 2018.

  ABOUT THE EDITORS

  Scott T. Goudsward: By day Scott is a slave to the cubicle world, by night to the voices in his head. He writes primarily horror but has branched out to sci-fi and fantasy. Scott is one of the coordinators of the New England Horror Writers and a member of two local writing groups. His short fiction has most recently appeared in Return of the Old Ones, Atomic Age Cthulhu, Snowbound with Zombies and the forthcoming Arkham Detective Agency. His latest novel Fountain of the Dead is out from Post Mortem Press, as is the new, co-edited non-fiction book Horror Guide to Northern New England. Anthology projects include the new book Wicked Witches from the New England Horror Writers and Twice Upon An Apocalypse released 2017 from Crystal Lake Publishing. Scott is currently working on a YA novel and looking homes for new anthology possibilities.

  David Price lives in Maine with his two children, fiancée and three cats. He is the author of the fantasy novel Lightbringers, editor of several anthologies, and has worked in the hardwood floor industry for more than thirty years. He is an active member of the New England Horror Writers, the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, the Horror Writers Association, and the Horror Writers of Maine.

  Daniel G. Keohane is the Bram Stoker-nominated author of Solomon’s Grave, Margaret’s Ark and Plague of Darkness. Writing as G. Daniel Gunn he’s released the horror novel Destroyer of Worlds and novella Nightmare in Greasepaint (with L.L. Soares). His short fiction has been published in a variety of magazines and anthologies over the years, including Cemetery Dance, Borderlands 6, Shroud Magazine, Apex Digest, Now I lay Me Down To Sleep, Madhouse, Coach’s Midnight Diner and more.   The New England Horror Writers (NEHW) provides peer support and networking for authors of horror and dark fantasy in the New England Area. NEHW is primarily a writer’s organization, focusing on authors of horror and dark fiction in all mediums (novels, short stories, screenplays, poetry, etc) in the New England area. We are also open to professional editors, artists & illustrators, agents and publishers of horror and dark fiction. NEHW activities include book signings, readings, panel discussions at conventions, and social gatherings.
