Blood Mage 2 Page 30

“You good?” I asked quickly as I positioned myself behind her, and her blue eyes were dark with lust as she nodded. Easily, I pushed my dick into her warm folds, and I elicited a loud gasp and a moan from her in the process.

I’d discovered the other day that this was her favorite position.

At first, I pumped into her slow and deep as I just enjoyed the feeling of warmth and friction.

“Oh my God, HC, you need to go harder,” Ariette gasped out after a second, and her hips pressed back into me as she set her own rhythm. I stifled a chuckle as I matched her pace, and the sound of our passion filled the room as we smacked together.

I leaned over her and let one hand push up her shirt to grab onto a lace clad breast while my other hand tangled in her hair so I could pull her head back and crash our lips together in a searing kiss. Her tongue pushed into my mouth, and I felt her rhythm speed up as she got closer and closer to the edge.

The position brought me over the edge quickly, and I moaned as I felt the release flood from my penis, only to be met by more arousing sensations as her walls clenched and shuddered with her own orgasm.

“Holy fuck,” she growled as her movement ceased.

I went to pull out of her, but she grabbed my ass with her hand and forced me to stay.

  “Don’t move yet,” she ordered.

“Whatever you say.” I smirked as she regained her breath. Tendrils of blonde hair were stuck to her forehead, and her eyes were squeezed shut in her post-orgasmic state. When she finally recovered, she removed her hand from my butt and just nodded.

“Come here,” I whispered as I slipped out of her and crawled onto the bed. She obeyed and curled up into my side with her head on my chest.

“Are you ready?” she asked softly into my chest.

“Ready is my middle name,” I replied, before I sighed softly. “I don’t know if ‘ready’ is a real thing. Three weeks ago, I was a delivery boy. And now …”

“You’re running off to save the world,” she finished sincerely.

“Exactly,” I replied. “But I’ve got an advantage the Phobos will never expect.”

“Oh, yeah?” I felt the elf smile into my chest. “And what’s that?”

“You guys, of course,” I replied. We were both silent for a moment as we contemplated the unknown future, and a heavy tension took over the air.

“Tomorrow’s a new day,” she whispered sleepily.

“Tomorrow’s a new day,” I agreed. Her breathing had already evened out and deepened with sleep. I laid back against the pillow and stared at the moonlight that spilled through the curtain. I could just barely hear the gentle song of crickets on the ground, and I thought about all the sleeping people in Jefferson City.

And I felt the fire of determination light up inside my stomach.

I would protect them all no matter what.
