Your friend Carter has already infiltrated Wexler’s organization, but it will take him a few months to get where he needs to be in order take down this entire cell. There are operatives in France, Germany, and the UK working their way in as well. This will have to be a coordinated op—all four parent cells must be taken down at the same time—before they unleash their planned attacks on their home countries. According to our sources, we have seven short months before that happens.”
Ian flipped through the first few pages of the thick file. There was tons of intel, but he was certain there was more to be found. He hit a button on the landline phone sitting in front of him and waited for his secretary to pick up. “Mrs. Kemple? Please tell Brody to join us with his laptop, and order lunch for everyone. Reschedule my afternoon appointments and everyone else’s, too. We’ll be in this meeting for the rest of the day.”
After she acknowledged him, he disconnected the call, then met Jackson’s gaze. “Okay. Start breaking it down. How do we nail these fuckers?”

J.B. Havens lives in rural Pennsylvania, and is a wife and mother of three, a boy and twin girls. She has a love for a good cheesesteak and anything that involves coffee or chocolate. When she’s not caring for her family, she is busy researching and writing her next novel.
A proud member of Romance Writers of America (RWA), Samantha A. Cole is a retired policewoman and former paramedic who is thrilled to add award-winning author to her list of exciting careers. She has lived her entire life in the suburbs of New York City and is looking forward to becoming a snow-bird between New York and Florida someday. Her two fur-babies, Jinx and Bella, keep her company and remind their mom to take a break from writing every once in a while to go for a walk, which is the best way to deal with a stubborn case of writer’s block.
