Meanwhile, Sarah is searching for Synx’s wives outside of the battlefield. The battleground is nowhere in sight, but she still sees soldiers pouring in and heading towards the battlefield. Sarah follows where the soldiers are coming from without being spotted by them. Fortunately, only a handful of soldiers have spotted her along the way. She was able to eliminate all of them, but it was far from easy. Three out of the five came very close to killing her. Sarah is bleeding a lot, but not enough to die. Sarah is limping from a bite she took from a soldier. The soldier tried ripping off Sarah’s left leg, but she was able to decapitate him before he could do it. Sarah is covered in demon blood and hopes to find the wives’ location very soon. Luckily, she is able to find the wives’ location and carefully heads towards them. She wishes she brought somebody alongside her, because the wives are extremely dangerous and should not be attacked alone. Especially if you are going to attack all three of them by yourself. It is just asking to be brutally murdered.
Chapter 19
No More War
Sarah enters the location of where Synx’s wives are staying. The wives are staying in a broken-down building with three floors. It is the only building in the village that is still standing, but a huge chunk of it has collapsed. Sarah saw the wives on the third floor, but couldn’t get a good shot. Also, she would only be able to kill one wife and not the other two. The other wives would’ve gone nuts and started looking for Sarah with a whole bunch of soldiers. The last thing Sarah needs to do is have a whole entire army chasing after her. So, she is sneaking into the building and hopes to fight the wives one on three. Sarah is aware of the survival rate, but she is willing to take those chances.
Sarah is carefully and quietly walking through the building. All of the lights inside of the building are broken, so she cannot see very well. Fortunately, she still has her helmet and can use her night vision. It is very hard to see very clearly with the night vision on, but it is better than walking around completely blind with all of these dangerous creatures passing by her. Sarah checks every room she passes by to make sure nothing is in them, and she tends to hide in them whenever she hears a noise. So far, Sarah has run into a lot of trouble, but has avoided them. She has hidden inside of rooms and leaned against the door while sitting on the floor. She keeps quiet as her enemies pass by her without them even noticing. Once they do pass by her, she carefully and quietly leaves the room and makes sure nobody else is in sight. It does take some time to get towards the wives, but she does manage to get there.
Sarah enters the third floor of the building and immediately runs into trouble. A demon appears behind her and grabs her by the back of the neck. It slams her into the wall behind her and gets in her face. It attempts to bite off her face, but Sarah is able to move out of its way. However, the demon does end up biting into her left shoulder. Sarah wants to scream, but knows better not to scream. She quickly pulls out her melee weapon and cuts off the head of the demon. Blood splatters all over her chest as the demon drops down to the floor. She carefully carries the head and body of the demon and places it in an empty room. She also makes sure she does not slip on the demon’s blood as she leaves the room.
Sarah is just standing outside of the room where the wives are located. She is lucky she didn’t run into any more trouble along the way. The wives are all sitting down on some large rocks. Fortunately, none of the soldiers are staying to protect them. All of the soldiers are leaving to enter the battlefield. The wives are talking to all of the soldiers, but Sarah has no idea what they are saying. She believes they are speaking Latin. Sarah does know some words in Latin, but not a whole lot. However, she does hear the General’s name being mentioned to a lot of the soldiers. Their main target has to be the General. Sarah wouldn’t be surprised if he was their main target, because he is a major threat in this war. Sarah does stand outside of the room for a long period of time, because there is still way too many soldiers with them. However, the numbers are decreasing and not increasing. At any moment, she can walk into the room and attempt to kill all of the wives. She patiently waits for the opportunity to come. Fortunately, the opportunity happens faster than she expected.
As Sarah is waiting outside of the room, Raider and Chelsea appear behind her. Raider says to Sarah, “This is going to be the last battle you are going to fight in during this war. With all of my father’s wives’ dead, they will have no choice but to surrender and leave this planet. Humanity will be free from my father’s grasp and can continue to survive. This was your destiny all along. All of the pain and suffering you have gone through has led up to this moment. Allow all of the loved ones that have passed strengthen you in your final battle. We will always be with you and protect you.” Raider disappears, but Chelsea stays to give some more advice and encouragement. Chelsea says to Sarah, “I have met the man you are meant to spend eternity with. He is a beautiful and handsome young man. He cannot wait to meet you and is also protecting you while you keep on living on. He does wish he could have met you when he was alive, but sadly he died shortly after your village was destroyed. You don’t need to worry, because he is not like all of the other men you have come in contact with. He is a gentleman and a kindhearted person. He can’t wait to meet you here in heaven and show how much he loves you. End this war for his sake as well.” Chelsea disappears as well, but they both do not leave her side.
Meanwhile, the General and Rogue are battling it out on the battlefield, but not for long. They are both completely worn down and covered in wounds from battling it out on each other. The General falls down to one knee and is breathing very heavily. Rogue is also breathing very heavily, but he is standing on his feet. However, he is not really able to move very much. The General ends up getting back on his feet and charges after Rogue. Rogue was not ready for this attack and has no choice but to take it. The General stabs Rogue in the chest and places his gun to the forehead of Rogue. Before the General pulls the trigger, Rogue says, “You may have taken me out, but this war is not over. Our people will take over the land and…” The General fires three shots and blows up Rogue’s head. The World Army cheers over the successful death of Rogue.
Once again, the General falls down to his knees, but this time he pukes up some blood. He stands back up, but a demon appears behind him with a dagger in hand. The General’s allies quickly rush to his rescue, but they are a little too late. The demon grabs the General by the top of his head and pulls his head back. At this point, the General is defenseless, because he has no more energy left in him to fight. The demon places the blade of the dagger up to the General’s throat and slits it. Once he is done slitting the throat of the General, he vanishes.
The General collapses and begins to bleed out. A soldier turns him over and holds him in his arms. The General knows he is going to die and is perfectly okay with it. He whispers his final last words into the soldier’s ear. The General quickly dies after whispering his final words into the soldier’s ear. The soldier picks him up with the help of his other allies and brings his dead body off of the battlefield.
Sarah is still patiently waiting for all of the soldiers to exit the room, so she can fight Synx’s wives. Fortunately, the wait is finally over. The last soldier finally leaves the room and heads down to the final battlefield. The wives standup and get ready to head down to the final battlefield as well. But before they head down to the final battlefield, they check the area to see if anyone was spying on them. Burnia is highly suspicious that someone has been spying on them for quite some time. Burnia heads towards the same direction as Sarah, so Sarah takes a couple of steps back. Sarah hides behind some curtains in a bathtub.
Burnia carefully and quietly analyzes the room to see if anyone is in here. Sarah’s heart rate increases very quickly, because she knows that she will be caught. She knows the wives have the ability to use their infrared vision to see where she is, no matter where she is hiding. But fortunately, they do not think about using their infrared vision to see where Sarah is located. Burnia was
the only wife to enter this room and is now leaving, because she believes nobody is in here. Sarah takes this opportunity to step out of the tub and kill her.
Sarah steps out of the bathtub and sneaks up behind Burnia with her two-handed sword in her hands. Sarah covers Burnia’s mouth and leans her back towards the ground. She stabs her in the chest until she is dead. Sarah can hear the other two wives approaching and quickly places Burnia’s corpse in the bathtub. Unfortunately, there are bloodstains on the ground where Burnia was assassinated. So, the other two wives know somebody is in this building and they are very close.
Sarah was able to safely exit that room without being spotted, but she does know the wives are aware somebody is in here. This time, the wives do not leave each other’s side and search for Sarah. A wife shouts, “Come on out, now! We know you are in here, Sarah. You do not need to run or hide anymore. We all know you are going to die anyway, because we are too strong for you to kill us on your own. So, what are you going to do next?” Sarah doesn’t say a word, but does drop down from the ceiling.
Sarah swings her sword at the bellies of the wives from in front of them. Sarah ends up cutting them in half, but they are not dead just yet. She ends up cutting both of their heads off to make sure they are dead. Sarah drops both of their heads and falls down to her knees. She begins to cry, because she is happy she was able to eliminate them on her own. Now, this war is sure to be over, and she is right. This war is finally coming to an end.
As Sarah is down on her knees, all of her roommates surround her. They all say to Sarah, “Congratulations, you have done it. This war is shortly coming to an end. But, your comrades still need you on the battlefield. However, you will not need to fight anymore, because you already did enough. There are not many soldiers you need to take out. Show them the heads of all of the dead wives that you killed. They will surrender and this war will come to an end. Also, there is a soldier that has some great news for you. Please, get out there as fast as you can and end this war once and for all.” All of her roommates disappear.
Sarah stands back on her feet and collects the heads of the dead wives. Once she has collected all three heads, she rushes down to the final battlefield. She is going to bring an end to this war once and for all. As she exits the building and makes her way to the final battlefield, she feels all of her anxiety and stress leaving her mind and soul. This is the first time she has smiled in over five years. She is happy to finally be able to smile. She knows a lot of changes are going to happen over a long period of time. Sarah cannot wait to see what life is going to be like after this war is over and they retake their planet.
Sarah arrives on the final battlefield with the heads of Synx’s wives. Sarah shouts, “This war is officially over. Please place down your weapons and surrender, now!” Rogue and Synx’s army are surprised to see the decapitated heads of their leaders. They would have never guessed one person would be able to take them out. So, they all surrender to the World Army. The World Army cheers, because they finally ended a war that they felt would go on for eternity and they would eventually lose. A soldier walks up to Sarah as this war comes to an end and says to her, “The General was killed in action, but he wanted me to tell you that you are now the general. So, General Sarah, what is your next plan of action?” Sarah is in disbelief, because she never thought she would become a general or anyone that is high in rank. Sarah replies, “Eliminate all of our enemies that stand in front of us, leave no survivors. They do not deserve to live on this planet any longer. We will rebuild and take over this planet. This planet belongs to humanity and it will stay with humanity.” Every member of Rogue and Synx’s army is eliminated without any problems.
The World Army eventually takes over all of the land that they lost to Synx and his followers. It does take many long years to eventually get rid of all of the threats to humanity, but it eventually gets done. Humanity is once again on top of the food chain and continues to live on. All of the military bases are taken down and turn back into villages. Sarah will be staying in the same household she has been living in since she joined the World Army.
After all of the villages have been rebuilt, General Sarah decides to create a monument for all of the people that have participated in ending this war, dead or alive. It is a statue of the dagger with the words “NEVER SAY DIE” engraved on the blade. This statue is built in front of the household of the General, his wife and children. All of the children of the General, that are still alive, still serve in the World Army alongside General Sarah. This war may be over, but there will always be a new enemy that stands in their way. This war will never be free from evil, but they will always find a way to survive.
One day, Sarah visits the graves of the General and Leah. She stands in between their graves and says, “Humanity will be able to continue on and it is all thanks to you two and your whole entire family. I am proud to be the one to take care of the family dagger. It came to me one night when I was sleeping. It was placed on a chair with the story of how the dagger was created. You don’t need to worry at all, because it will forever be in the family and will forever be under our protection. Your legacy will continue on.” Sarah places roses on each of their graves before heading back home. Sarah continues to protect humanity until she is dead. Sarah dies at the age of 89 years old. Nobody knew about the dagger until it passed on to the next person. That dagger continues to travel throughout human history and goes to whomever deserves it the most. Humanity remains safe from Synx and his followers. It is all thanks to Sarah and all of the people that helped out in the final battle against Rogue and Synx’s army.
