The Watchers from the Luciferian tradition presents clearly that the Deific Masks or Fallen Angels possess not unlike in nature creative and destructive powers; it is up to the individual to balance these within their own control in life. This is the essence of the Left-Hand Path and Luciferian Philosophy.
Semyaza as we have presented is by the origin of his name is associated with the Phoenician god of healing and regeneration, Eshmun. Semyaza in other Enoch textual transmissions is also assimilated with Azazel, Uzza and of course Satanail from 2 Enoch, the Slavonic Apocalypse. Semyaza is like Dionysus in that he holds knowledge and power as a balance between the primal, wild and violent impulses in nature and the healing aspects within the earth.
THE HORNED GOD OF THE FOREST
The Horned God of the Forest, Fields and Wilderness is a balanced Deific Mask of death, fertility of earth and body and of spiritual/carnal ecstasy. He is both beneficent and malefic, creative and destructive. The harmony of his movements is as a pulse within the cycles of nature.
In the Spring, he presides over the growing life in the earth: trees and all vegetation. In the Summer, his passion rages and slowly passes to harvest. In the autumn, he walks between the world of the Living and Dead. In the Winter, he is the Master of the Wild Hunt, with companions of ghosts, demonic spirits and hell hounds he rides across the nocturnal skies and spirit tracks known as Death-roads in Germany and Holland.
His forms are many and composite: horned sometimes as a goat, in the north with great Antlers, a long beard, the legs of a beast with hooves. In Welsh folklore, he is named Gwyn ap Nudd, the King of Annwyn who emerges from the Celtic archetype of Vindonos, the son of Nudons. The old English called him “Old Skrat” which is from the German ‘Schrat’, a wood-demon or satyr-like spirit. The stag is a totem and symbol of the ancestral king of spirits (called Faery representing ancestral ghosts), ‘Gwyn ap Nudd’ and the Furious Host of the Wild Hunt. The Brenton’s named him Ankou, the reaper who along with his cart of the dead, collected souls. The Ankou is said to also be Cain, whose association with the Horned God of the Forest is noted to Witches.
The Celtic-Gaulish Horned God Cernunnos is known from a deific name on the altar of the Parisii at Notre Dame, he is depicted with antlers. On a Romano-Celtic stele from Rheims, Cernunnos sat much like the modern Baphomet (cross legged) and pouring coins, a symbol of the Underworld being that of ancestral wealth within the chthonic depths. Cernunnos (the Horned One) is an epithet of the god, Vindos (the White One). The White Stag is one symbol and mythological incarnation of the god in the Arthurian romances.
In the Celtic-Brythonic traditions, the Druidic deity of ‘Vindos maq Noudons’ was to become ‘Gwynn ap Nudd’, the faery King of Annwyn and the Wild Hunt Master. His furious host travels across the night skies with the Hounds of Annwyn, collecting souls and storming disorder within the natural cycle. Herne the Hunter is another incarnation of the Horned God, who balances light and dark with life and death, crowned with the ancestral cult of rebirth and renewal.
In Celtic traditions, the Elphame was the netherworld, the home of the ancestral dead, known also as ‘faery’. These Hooded Ones, earth-spirits dwelt mainly in the underworld realms of what is called Sidhe, that which is ‘beneath’ the earth. The Kingdom of Hel in Norse lore and the Welsh Annwyn and among the Irish Celts as Tir Andomain were also titles. In the cycles of life, death and rebirth, the spirit-ancestors influenced their path of funereal roads as revered chthonic guides and protectors of their communities. The Norse called the dead “elves” according to Jacob Grimm19.
The Oak Tree is a central “altar” and symbol of foundational earthly power in Celtic traditions, said also to have the roots which go down into the Underworld land of the Faery and Chthonic Spirits of old. The Elphame is both a dark and light place of which come through phantom fires and lights, killing and healing humans as they see fit.
In Norse traditions, there are two types of Elves: the Lios Alfar (Light Elves) and Svart Alfar (Dark Elves). The Light Elves are the fiery spirits of ancestral souls, associated with the sun, rain and the fertility of the land. The Dark Elves are chthonic, dwelling beneath the earth underneath stones, caves and are identical to ‘Dwarves’ being skilled in metallurgy and smith craft. They have transformative powers to forge and shape that which is energy into something fashioned for rebirth.
The Horned God is the Wild Lord of the balance of nature, creative and destructive and grants the Witch the insight to recognize the subtle harmony in nature and how created disharmony in chaos might spread seeds of rebirth and renewal. To gain the knowledge of the Horned God, you must accept the responsibility of thinking and acting as the god or goddess of your life and world you live in.
Thoughts, words and actions all impact this life for the better or worse. Your interactions with animals, reptiles and even insects have an everlasting effect on them: think before you kill or carelessly harm! If you hunt or have the need to kill, do so without guilt and move forward. When practiced and noticed, even the cruelest of individuals should have a selfstructured moral system to find harmony within nature.

THE BLACK FORGE OF AZAZEL
Luciferian Witchcraft adapts numerous traditions and lore in a form of unique transmission for the sorcerer to interpret and adapt accordingly. Beginning with the “Book of Enoch” and other Hebrew lore, Luciferian Deific Masks are presented in a structured, yet varied way.
Metallurgy is an ancient and symbolic Arte representing a transformative process, thus called here ‘Black Alchemy’. Blacksmiths have within their power the knowledge of using fire to cauterize, purify and invigorate towards their singular vision. Azazel, the first weapon maker was the Fallen Angel who instructed Cain (Tubal Cain) to shape and create weapons and tools to conquer and master their worlds.
This knowledge would become wisdom and power when utilized with strategy, hence the first kings and rulers of the ancient world. In the searing heat of the forge, Azazel wrought chain and plate mail, iron helmets, maces, shields, arrow and spear tips and axes which when armed with strategic leaders, could by spirit and flesh conquer their obstacles and ascend in the greatness of Luciferian Light.
Tubal Cain and Azazel understood the ebb and flow of molten iron and the knowledge of harnessing it to condense a beautifully terrible weapon.
Tubal Cain (interchanged with Cain in Witchcraft works) and Azazel represent the inspiration and Deific Masks to begin the journey upon the Left-Hand Path; self-initiation and experience with a disciplined focus brings insight and wisdom from understanding how our thoughts, words and actions are the fiery strikes of the hammer to anvil, our conscious self is the very weapon condensed and shaped in the Black Fires of the Forge.
Antimony is an earthly metal which is associated with both Jupiter and Saturn. Azazel incarnate in the myths of the Book of Enoch taught and instructed the fashioning and forging of every type of weapons used in war, swords of iron and bronze breastplates. Azazel also instructed on the metals of the earth, specifically Antimony. In his Saturnian influence, Azazel is symbolically related to the energies and power of the Deific Mask Tubal-Cain as Lord of the Forge.
When invoking the energies of Saturn focus specifically on the Antimony-aspect of this Watcher-Azazel Sigil. Saturn astrological lore teaches that basic characteristics include cautious, pragmatic, ambitious, responsible and selfdisciplined, balanced with the darker traits of cruel, cold, severe, aloof and a type of tunnel-vision.
Saturn is closely connected to the earth and the chthonic depths, artistic creativity and manifesting ideas into material form. A special focus on encircling energy and crystallization being significant in Higher Magick of Luciferianism and the hidden path of Vampyrism. Deific Masks associated with Saturn are commonly Kronos, Saturnus, Hera, Ea-Enki, Shiva, Neith, Ptah, Kali and Satanas.
Jupiter is also associated with the metal Antimony, we
know this as the order-bringing and majestic one, optimistic and respecting the creative and destructive cycles of nature as necessary. Within Luciferian pantheons, we find Ialtabaoth/Samael, Zeus, Marduk, Adad, Athena, Poseidon, Amon-Ra, Indra and Satanas.
As with teachings of the Fraternitias Saturni, Saturnus is the Great Judge and establishes Justice, bringing both reason and intelligence. The Lord of the Seven Dwellings, the planetary genii of the Acasual realm, Saturnus breaks also cosmic order and unity, governs time and death, motivating regeneration and change to come into being bestowing balance in the cycles of nature. As the one who challenges, tests and judges, Saturnus initiates Adepts into power and higher knowledge.
In the symbols of Jupiter (Order incarnate), Saturn (Disorder, Initiation, Change, Balance) and Venus (Love, Affection, Music, Beauty as well as a Martial influence with War and aggressive passion) we find the powers of Azazel. Deific Masks associated with Venus are Ishtar of Arbela, Aphrodite, Al-Uzza, Helel-ben-Sahar, Hathor and Bast. Saturn contains two octaves20 recognized with the Higher (Lucifer as Demiurge Bearing Light) and the Lower (Satanas being Challenge, Testing the Will and Death bringing regeneration).
20 See Fire & Ice, pg. 33. These are both aspects of initiation and Will to Power found in initiation. The Lucifer association of Azazel is found in his planetary association with Venus the Morning and Evening Star. As instructing and teaching the art of Venus, Azazel brings knowledge of the working of gold, fashioning adornments including bracelets for women as well as earthly tinctures and eye-shadow. Antimony is a metal, not a stone and the accepting meaning of this metal with reference to use of precious stones, a shining luster of beautification.
Azazel also taught the use of precious stones, fabric dyes and varieties of adornments for both men and women. This sorcery of attraction and beautification is essential for existing with society and for most, self-esteem. You shape your concept of fashion based on what you like, what is most attracting that you think reflects what you want to project. Azazel’s teachings are those of mastering the fascination and desire as a magical act. Copper is associated with Venus and is the lower aspect of the Watcher-Azazel Sigil to focus on in your workings.
The Path of the Forge is the encompassing and varied Ceremonies of Initiation which invoke the Daemon and transformation towards Apotheosis.
PREPARATION OF TOOLS OF SORCEROUS BLACK ART
In accordance with the Adversarial Path, the first task of the aspirant is to establish the knowledge of the infernal and empyrean requisites of the Devils’ Path. While the crooked and left-handed-path will reveal knowledge uniquely to each adept, the following basis will provide guidance towards the shadowy steps from the journey into darkness and ascension bearing light.
As you first utter the Words and Names of Power, turning your Athame towards your Willed-Commands, the Circle of Cain and the Crossroads are in the very center and axis of your being. As you begin, allow your imagination and instincts to guide and adapt per your predilection.
You are beginning as aspirant, yet to walk the Circle of the Crooked Serpent into the arcana of the forbidden path requires the unity of Will, Desire and Belief. The Four Hells of Dozak as defined in “DRAUGA – Ahrimanian Yatuk Dinoih” is a teaching of Self-Mastery and the path of Self-Deification.
The Four Hells are the hidden teachings of Thinking, Words and Actions. The connecting point is the Endless Darkness which is the unconscious abyss within.
THE LITANY OF CAIN DIAPHOTUS An Incantation to the First Born of Samael
This hymn is a self-affirmation and identification of the Witch or Warlock with the spirit of Cain, the mythological firstborn of Samael, thus having a parallel concept with the Watchers. Diaphotus is an epithet for Cain meaning “full of light”, referring to his luminous countenance indicating his paternal heritage of an Angel (Samael). Kewan (Saturn) is associated with Cain representing the “Star of Evil” which is hostile to Israel. The offspring of Cain is a myth from Teutonic and other lore in which he brought forth types of monsters (untydras), etens, dark elves and spirits of hell (orcneas). The other main type of offspring by Cain were Giants (no doubt associated with the Teutonic lore of Grendal in Beowolf). Cain is described as the father of Grendel’s mother and bringing forth many demonic spirits (gast) originally in the deserts.
Litany of the Two-Horned Serpent Diaphotus
To the Wrathful One, thou art born of the Union of Heaven and Earth, Hail to Diaphotus, the First-Born of Samael, thou who was nursed by Lilith! O’ Luminous One, bearing a terrible radiance to those before you, Cain!
Builder of Cities, bringer of Order and indulger of passions found in Chaos! Who is like Kewan, shining as Samael adorned in the Heights of the Heavens! To Diaphotus, whose birth was a transgression against the profane, may Idolatry inspire the seeker to build a new!
Who stood casting shadows upon the ignorant clay of Adam, whose instinct was as the cruel beast of prey with jaw bone and forged blade in hand.
In Damascene fields, the blows of death snuffed the dim life from Adam’s eyes, blood spilling into the earth, soaking the soil as angelic hymns blissful in the ear of Cain’s Daemon!
To Cain, awakened with the Black Flame passed down from our Father, Samael, may our trespasses be worthy and indulgent!
From the sacrifice of the life spilling into the earth, Serpent of Light and Blackened Flame stir in the depths of your being, illuminated with the Divine Fire transforming Clay into Radiant Flame, bearing even greater light!
Diaphotus, the First Son born of the One called the Devil, who wandered the earth in isolation bearing a Mark of Power, whose names became legend and fearful nightmares for the profane servants of the slaving false-light.
From Cain was the earth given offspring of Untydras, Orcneas, Spirits of Hell and Shadows haunting this world, thy Witch Blood flow strong in my veins! To Cain who fathered offspring of Giants who strove against the false-god of the profane.
Whose Witch Blood was passed to many fateful demons, among your mighty descendants was Grendel, Gast and Fiend of Hell to the Northern ones.
To Cain, First Witch Father who taught his children the
Magick and Sorcery which was a gift from the Watchers, existing still today within us! The Two-Horned Serpent is manifest in both Spirit and Flesh, may immortality be the mirror in which my Spirit comes forth from my Body.
Thrice Kissed by the Horned Dragon, encircled within the Crooked Serpent, so may the Black Arte be made ever mighty in your honor, Hail Cain!
Honor to Samael, Honor to Lilith. [End of Hymn]
THE OFFERING TO THE BLACK GOAT
This ritual is a ceremonial offering and consecration invocation to Azazel is his demonic aspect. The nature of the ritual is both chthonic/underworldly and centered on the attainment of insight towards the forbidden knowledge of the Watchers. The Witch or Warlock should have a small cut of raw meat to bury at a designated location during the invocation. You may use your own land or some place in the wilderness where you intend to perform the ceremony.
Prior to the ritual, dig a small place in the earth to bury the raw meat during the ceremony. A single black candle should be placed in front of the place of burial. This ceremony is evolved from the Azazel ritual from the Talmud in which a goat is lead off to the steepe and offered to the Black Goat to take away “Sins”. Luciferians do not believe in the concept of Sin (think before you act), therefore this ritual is to offer to the demonic Prince and in turn invoke the spirit to attain insight towards your initiatory path with the Watchers. This ritual may be performed at the Dark Moon or at the Full Moon.
SUMMONING OF THE BLACK GOAT AZAZEL
[Light black candle] I call to the desert abyss Dudael to open its’ gaping jaws a jagged teeth and stones which crush and bring death to living flesh. Open dwelling of the Watchers and may the hosts of Shedim and devil-beasts of the mighty God called Azazel hear my calls! From beneath the jagged rocks and stones, covered in darkness and burning winds let my calls reach
you and summon you forth!
I summon you Azazel, no matter where I summon on this earth hear and hearken to me! Behold! The offering of raw flesh to you, thou Infernal Black Goat of ancient power! Dweller of the Desert, Haunter of the Wilderness I summon thee! May your Satyrs come forth, hairy beasts of the wasteland who seek the taste of raw flesh! May the Se’irim, Night-Owl and Shedim gather here!
Az-az-el [x8]
[Place now the raw meat in the hole and cover with soil.] Accept this offering, Azazel! Azazel, Prince of the Wastelands, Ruler of the Chaos of the Wilderness, whose power is the making of the weapons of war, of beauty and seduction! Hail bringer of war, conquering might
and the destruction of our enemies! Azazel, hail thou Black Goat whose forbidden knowledge liberates the seeker, no sin is upon you! No bounding ropes upon you, I cut them free! Rise from Dudael and reside within my temple of Mind, Body and Spirit!
From the profane world of ignorant flesh, I am ignited with the Black Flame, the gift of your mighty angels and spirits of old!
